Mermaids Gentlemans Club

I paid $100 for 3 dances with a dancer witch lasted all of 45 seconds total and wasn’t very good (mediocre at best). I also paid $100 for a double dance witch was beyond worth it with two very attractive ladies.

Cant even take their tops off on stage?! Door guy is very unwelcoming. DJ didnt create a very fun environment at all. Girls were thirsty af and yet not performing on stage? Bella is a skeemer /scammer. Bartender was nice

Absolutely not. Came in with a group of 3 last night.Walked in and right back out.Never was greeted, but stared at like our heads were on sideways.There was zero dancers, one bartender who had on shorts and a t-shirt, there was one person inside who looked up to no good and wouldnt stop standing near us for the 2 minutes we were in there. Then a doorman ran up to us all hyped up asking for IDs. The place is a dump, not even sure how its open!

Just not it because the place is nasty and the bar is a mess don’t recommend for people that like clubs there are no dancers and most of them are homeless and they scam people out of their money do not use card they will take more than need.

My friend took me here. Thought he was into guys maybe not, don’t know verdict is still out. Good vibes, great talent, bartender “Diamond” (probably not her real name) amazing, quick service, kept them coming all night, made my friend’s fav drinks from scratch all them girly named shots that taste all fruity and pink pretty impressive. Her service was on point probably go back just cause she was great.

This place was the highlight of my weekend. I wasnt expecting a whole lot once I found out its not a topless bar, but I had a surprisingly great time.I got two of the best lap dances Ive ever had. The one girl was named Chanel. I forgot the other ones name; she was Cuban.Speaking of which, theyve got some nice variety here. Black, White, Spanish, thin, thick, tall, short. Whatever youre into, they got it.Its nice to know I dont have to drive all the way to Tampa just to find a good strip club. Ill definitely be back.

We had a blast dayshift atmosphere laid back n comfortable. The amazing bartender Kim is just the best. Fun,friendly,her customer service best ever. Her margaritas are off the chain amazing. Her smile and quirky sense of humor just refreshing. Best bartender I have had the pleasure of beer bf served by.

The set up here is awesome. Kim is really friendly and makes her lemon drops from scratch. Im a bartender myself and this drink is killer. Only $5 on Saturdays! Great prices and specials all week and atmosphere. New place to stop when Im in the area. Thx Kim!

Not going to lie, my expectations were low. Went in before dark at 6pm. These girls were awesome. And Kim the bartender is beyond fantastic. Ask her for her peppermint shot - holy hell! All around a true 5 star experience.

Kim, Kim, Kim. My goodness gracious is Kim not the best bartender this galaxy had ever seen. Kind, smart, funny and welcoming. That is to say nothing about the gorgeous women who fill this quaint gentleman’s club.Came here with a wedding and everyone had a blast. The bride included. If you are in st Pete, it’s a must visit. Day shift is particularly riveting.

My husband and I come here frequently, I can honestly say Kim takes care of us every time! She remembers our drinks and our names she’s the short dirty blonde with the bubbly personality. Their are multiple owners and they are all accommodating. The drinks are a little on the high side however, they make up in hospitality. Check out mermaids if your in the area!

This place was hands down my favorite thing about my vacation the bar was great, good service and the dancer’s are absolutely incredible I 100% broke the cardinal rule and fell in love with a blond who smelled like vanilla and had luck tattooed on her lol definitely check it out I know I will be back!!!!!

Was in from out of town and my friends and I just wanted to get drinks after dinner. Didnt expect much, but best bikini bar Ive ever been to. Strong drinks, beautiful women and fun atmosphere.Just wish I could remember the girls name I got a dance from so I can follow her Instagram!

Loved the energy in this club! As a woman felt so welcomed and comfortable here with my fiancé. Kim makes the BEST vodka sodas with natural infused lime juice!! Will certainly return!

Went with my fiancé for his birthday. Drinks were very expensive. The BARTENDER was pushy to give us a private dance. I felt that a couple of the girls were disrespectful. I went to the bathroom while in the bathroom they took the opportunity to approach my fiancé. Most dancers know that when a couple comes in you should approach the woman first just out of respect. We had $200 in 1’s that we were going to spend but the pushy bartender who wouldn’t leave us alone and the 2 disrespectful dancers ruined it for us.

Overall, very cool place. Everyone on staff was friendly. Quick bar service. All the girls were very pretty and friendly. Chanel and Angelica are about the sweetest girls you could meet.

The reason I looked up mermaid tonight is yes Im going tomorrow night but I havent been for quite a while maybe 10 years but when I did go the reason I went back when I needed to was because of a blonde girl named Patience.let me tell you something gentleman this girl blew my mind she took the number one spot that someone had had for 10 years and blew it out of the water the other girls there were very friendly but she was the one that I imstantly had my mind on or My Mind Set On.I went back to see her probably 10 times and every time it was just what the doctor orderedthe club has a good atmosphere as I recall and everyone seemed to be like having fun not just working I highly recommend this club.

I just started working here as a dancer, I go by Layla and I absolutely love it already! The girls have been so sweet to me and so inviting, the staff seems super laid back and the customers are nice and easy to talk to as well! Didnt realize this is a bikini bar, not a strip club. Due to laws in the area, women do not take bikinis off, but you can do private dances. Brittney is absolutely gorgeous!

Some girls were great looking, some not at all, but all were very nice, although they all try to push dances right away rather than even a how are you? Bartender was nice but it seemed the atmosphere screamed trouble when everyone staff-wise was large,swoll, or upset/mean looking. Hole in ceiling above the stage. Not a topless or full nube bar. Decent time spent my time drinking an talking with the ladies i liked. Bought some drinks for them and took care of everyone. If this place did a remodel im not sure if that would fix all the issues, but it would be a start.

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Was on vacation in St. Pete Beach a couple weeks ago and meet a friend here for a drink. Place was dirty, the girls were ugly and the staff was very unfriendly. After having 1 drink I paid $23.00 with my bank card and left, the next morning my bank sent me a txt saying my account was charged three times the $23.00 (my 1 drink) $494.00 and $1400.00 which I did NOT make or authorize those charges. Immediately contacted my banks fraud department and the establishment is now under investigation. Also contacted the police and BBB, was told that there are a lot of complaints from other customers for the same thing. Had to close my bank account and along with my bank will be pressing fraud charges to the fullest extent against Mermaids in St, Pete. What a bunch of PATHETIC THIEFS THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! If you have to go there pay with cash not credit. Save your time and money and don’t go there!! Ruined my whole vacation.

Kim was the best bartender i have ever meet and made me my own signature drink called raymonds delight. and dillion was the most beautiful lady. thank you both for making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Went there when a friend was in town and have to say, not only is the bar chill, but Kim has to be the best bartender I’ve had the pleasure of knowing, perhaps at an establishment like this or any at all. She’s fantastic and worth the trip alone!

Havent visited the place because its 9:02 and apparently, Im going to miss Kim the bartender. I read the reviews and it seems like it should be renamed Kims Mermaids. Ps. Sounds like Kim needs a raise! 😂 We will plan on a visit on next were back in Florida.

So me and a few of my girls went in because we were at riptides with a few of our friends and they didn’t have the liquor my girl wanted. We were with a group of 4 guys but they wanted to finish the drinks they purchased before meeting us next door. We go in to buy some drinks it’s completely dead and the bartender greeted us with a stank face and a guy says you guys can’t be in here without guys we tried to explain we were waiting for our friends they’d literally be there within 10 minutes and the guy replied “wait outside than” way to treat your customers when you had 3 guys at the bar and two dancers who didn’t even take the time to do their hair or smile at people. Save your money and go somewhere else

Went earlier in the evening. Kim was an awesome bartender. She made the trip there worth it. Planning another vacation to the area just to visit mermaids again. Can’t go wrong stopping in.

Kim, the daytime bartender is simply great. Been going there acouple times a week for over a year. I personally know acouple of the dancers and they also have a great attitude. Owners are friendly also.

I love this one. Not only because I used to work here but because I have been to all sorts of strip clubs and this is the only one that I have been 💯 percent comfortable with each and every person that works there and even most of the customers are the best people who are willing to do the right thing first and then they have fun.

The DJ on the weekend is a total d bag, calling customers out for not paying up dollars to girls who seem less than half interested in their performances. Im a local and believe this place should be bought and redone the right way. Worst strip club aka bikini bar (no fun) place in the entire region. Go to Tampa... theyre worth the drive tourists :)

I live in Springfield Massachusetts went to visit a longtime friend that moved down there and he suggested this place and we had a great time ,from the staff to the beautiful woman we were treated with respect with respect kinda like family, great atmosphere and i felt like it was at my normal hangout,of the 3 weeks i was there before i headed in for the nite i poped in 5 times a week for a couple drinks :) they would always great me and just a wiiicked cool friendly place to chill out and enjoy the hospitality and of course the view,going down in march cant wait!!!!!
