The guy in there, we did not get his name, was super helpful and patient in helping us select cbd gummies. they also had some deals when you purchase multiples. we ended up buying 5, instead of 1. we had been here years ago, and it was not memorable but this sales person was very helpful and made us take note! we’ll be back, there was a lot of cbd stuff available and i highly recommend, plus they’re open late and have parking:)

I went in to get a new Vaporizer and the employee behind the counter was super helpful in giving me options and explaining what would work best, and she was extremely nice which is always refreshing.(I believe it’s spelled) Sharon was the best and I 10/10 recommend.

Josh was incredibly educated on all of the products. He helped us out with water testing and gave great recommendations. Even with some slight computer issues, he was so patient and helped for over an hour. He’s a quality employee, who made our experience amazing. Will be back for sure.

I’ve been going to this place for all my ‘heady’ needs since they opened when I was just barely old enough to enjoy tobacco products using “pipes” and “water-pipes”(Pre-Legalization Era). I remember the original owner: nice, goofy dude with this stereotypical stoner voice and unmistakable nasally chuckle. I think it was guy’s overall vibes and undivided attention that drew me back. There wasn’t much at the store to start but inventory was always new. Employees made sure to keep me up to date. Then I started to build a real appreciation for the simple discrete vapes for more conceal-ability to facilitate public use. An undying excitement built as I became informer. Treasure and modern products contrasted in appearance but utility only bettered with modern technology. It takes 10,000 hours to become proficient(excel) in a skill or field. These herbal professors were, in a way, a form of Bob Ross, painting pro instead in the study of artisanal flowers. True appreciation from nature often overlooked as the gift most under appreciate or not to the fullest potential. Never ending industry niches and nuances birthed daily only while working day and night. Most might say a sacrifice easily made, but true visible dedication to the herbalist lifestyle in an era of so little knowledge on the science of the industry. I was there so often the owner would just give me bong bowls and quartz bangers because he got it. The Pipe Dreamz team is undeniably more concerned with the customer’s experience than excessive revenue like most pipe shops only looking to expand a generic head shop with the same copy-paste products, glass, and accessories as any basic needs smoke shop would. This store is more than just a smoke shop, it’s been a crucial part of my life for more than a decade and has its own unique underlying culture embraced by customers and nurtured by selfless employees. Even new management, I believe he’s actually an original employee from way back, continuing the quality customer care that got them where they are now. Even he keeps the same upbeat atmosphere. It’s been a journey watching this once barely-stocked-business become THE One-Stop-Smoke-Shop for any levels of experience. The staff make finding the right device, products, and accessories customized for each customer’s personality like a wand picking a wizard. Now, matured into a herb enthusiasts wonderland. Pipe Dreamz has built a reputable business model most businesses I dream of even brushing up to Pipe Dreamz models only dream of. They’ve gone from the basic papers, bowls, and “water pipes” lol to custom glass of varying skill, novice to advanced glass artists with products ranging in character to find the correct rightful owner best suited for the personality. New age devices bordering on the precipice of the new industries latest of never before seen methods to help the patient find the best solution for the wide array of medical needs in the most practical way possible. I have only one con, barely worth mentioning, not even on my radar because it holds no weight in comparison to the endless list of pros. The parking on 4th St isn’t ideal and the actual additional parking is around the back of the building. For someone trying to be inconspicuous, you may need to conceal your identity somehow, just don’t be so inconspicuous that you actually become overtly conspicuous. For the majority of medicinal users in the ever expanding universe of slow but always growing movement known to most as The First REAL Green Revolution backed by the never wavering mostly docile pacifists of the “Proud to be ‘Loud’” platoon. Don’t miss the always revolving door of latest and greatest techno advances/imports of high-end medical nuances yet to be judged. No other logical option for the local more interested in generous loyalty ‘perks’ than bong ‘percs’. Plus, Chick-Fil-A is next door for all your munchies. A wise wizard once said something as punny as Pipe Dreams then Chick-Fil-A, “two birds,one stone…r”.😬😳🫣🫠

I am beyond impressed with their customer service! I bought a vape and I didnt check it in store, no fault of theirs it didnt work. I returned it 3 weeks later. Amanda went above and beyond! I didnt have to argue or be defensive, she told me she would help me find another, and she did.I highly recommend them for their product line, their prices but mostly for their service!Ill be returning!

Beautiful selection of glass appliances, I suspect the owners make a lot of the items sold in the shop. Decent prices, nice selection of tubes, papers, machines as well. Nice people just dont use any street words for the items they sell or you will be asked to leave.

Your staff is amazing and knowledgeable- always fantastic customer service. You guys have an awesome selection of localy made pieces. The only thing I can say is that the selection could be larger and you could add some cheaper pieces for those on a budget. But overall one of the best places in town.

This was the third shop on 4th st that I stopped at; I was in search of a pretty unique ask for a rig and the previous two shops had 0 options for me. I walked into pipe dreamz and Drew was honest with me when he said that wasn’t going to be an easy task...but none the less he did find me something that would meet my needs.This shop carries a wide variety of products at affordable prices. There is a good vibe from all the employees and they’re more than helpful in getting you what you need. Don’t hesitate to stop here the next time you need to pick something up; you won’t be disappointed.

Great shop and stands by the quality of their product. I had an electric battery go bad on me and Pipe Dreamz replaced it, no questions asked. Super friendly and easy to talk with. I also get my dogs CBD treats there as well. If youre local, this is spot.

Went to Cosmic Fish first, it was cramped and didnt have a good selection of just basic, simple stuff so we left and came to Pipe Dreamz instead. Best idea ever! The guy working was super helpful and we got really good customer service!! Also, they had a better selection and better prices.

I’ve been to many smoke shops in the Tampa bay/ St. Pete area, and the staff is usually not knowledgeable of the glass they carry, and or strictly carry china glass. Drew helped us out when we stopped in and knew everything about everything we needed. The selection is extremely good for a smaller shop. There’s cheaper pieces available but also top shelf American made glass. I live an hour away and I will more than sure be traveling to come back to this shop!

The staff is friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of pipes, nicotine, and cbd products for people and pets. The store is clean and organized with a large display section of glass. Even if you just need some incense to burn go check this place out.

Me and my girlfriend went here a couple months ago and we’re pretty familiar with the glass community. They have fairly priced artists pieces when it comes to those that have been making glass for almost 3 decades. But unfortunately the kid running the show was going OFF on some guy on the phone. Full on yelling at some glassblower for not getting his order to him on time. He was rude to customers in his shop and brushed them off. He asked us “do you guys need anything or is that all?” When we still wanted to browse some more. Granted he was the only one there. He seemed terribly overwhelmed. We felt bad, un-welcomed, and left. Not a way to treat customers, or anyone for that matter. Shouldn’t be taking your frustrations out on others

Nick is the man and knows so much about glass and this industry its insane. I love this shop and all the good vibes they put off. James always takes his time to help with all the products and makes sure that everyone is taken care of. The selection of heady glass is on point and its a one stop shop for everything else. I check it out every time I am in St Pete!

One of the best shops in the bay area. Super clean set-up and very helpful. Bought a torch and e-cigarette battery. Gave me a free can of butane and a free charger with it (which is unheard of at a lot of places) Ill make the 30 minute drive just to come here again.

They were very helpful and have a beautiful shop. They carry a wide variety of items. They carry the product Uplift. Which is my favorite. I am glad I stopped in. I will keep coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been here on 3 occasions for a Puff Bar and each time it was a different price. I paid $30 for an XXL Puff Bar the first time. The second time I paid $15 for the same item and today paid $21, same item again. There is no consistency with the pricing of the XXL Puff Bar. I think the employee that was helping me was ripping me off, charging me extra. Will not be returning due to the inconsistency.

So let’s talk about debit card purchases, their POS system didn’t charge people’s card for a month. So I woke up today with 600$ In charges from pipe dreams. They blamed their merchant, staff was extremely rude when I went in there to talk to them about it. Did not just happen to me but to lots of people I know too. I sure hope they make right on this situation….

This place is a breathe of fresh air unlike other smoke shops in the area the guys who run this shop of professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Very nice selection of glass pieces and very possibly every flavor of juicy Jays on the market, Im moving to tampa in February but that wont stop me from coming back. Love this place. Lots of cool stuff to check out; and very careful during Covid. I come here because they make a flavored CBD oil for my terminally ill dog ; that works awesome for helping him sleep...When the dog cant sleep , nobody can sleep in the house; he keeps everyone awake all night. Ive bought much more expensive oils, that did nothing; before I found this shop. Pretty sure I was just buying flavored snake oil; at over twice the price.. I was buying it at a respected Eastern Medicine/ Herbal Shop too.. not anymore. The dog looks pretty spaced out; even though there is zero THC in it; but not only is it funny; I know he is comfortable, so Im OK with that..Back every week for more.

Great selection. Bought the wrong size nail and came back to return it only to find out there were no viable options for the size I needed. Staff member found a converter piece and gave it to me at no additional cost.

Way, way overpriced. 2-3x what other shops charge and about 10x markup from wholesale. The selection is great but its nearly insulting to see a $100 price tag on a $50 piece. Two stars because everyone there has been cool to me.

Customer service was terrible. Employee Ethan sold me a Chinese banger claiming it was “the best they had” I’ve called since to replace my China banger with a decent piece of quartz and been told “they aren’t open today” when hours state Monday-Monday. This is after spending $500+ Finally, show up for one item at normal business hours, sign is on, but doors are locked and nobody is working. Absolutely the most unprofessional business I’ve ever seen and certainly won’t be putting money into these jabrones pockets again. Go to FOURWARD GLASS GALLERY IF YOU WANT TO FIND QUALITY WITH SERVICE TO MATCH.

Typical vape dread guy that sits there with his girlfriend watching movies in the back and acts bothered when you come in to spend money and he has to actually do his job. Thinks he knows it all and too cool for his own good. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Ended up leaving without purchasing. Seriously save yourself some time and money and just go to the place 2 blocks down like I did

I go here regularly for my e-juice, and purchased a kangertech mini. Competitive prices and they care about your business. Because I am a repeat customer they often give discounts or bend the rules if my exact product/flavor is not available. Great people, one of the few stores I have not given up on for the internet.They are not afraid to defer you from a product they do not considery quality, even if they carry it.They also have a great selection of dry herb vapes, local glass, seems to be high quality.

Dude. Is it possible that I give a zero review? Im brand spanking new to the Vape culture and was super stoked to meet the employees mentioned in other reviews, so I walked in excited to learn and purchase my first Vaporizer. After a moment of searching for an employee, a guy named Lan, at least thats what I think he mumbled when I asked his name, came out reluctantly. I introduced myself with a smile and told him Im new to this and he just stared at me. So I asked where to start. He shrugged his shoulders, so I looked around and spotted what I thought looked like E Cigs. I asked him a few questions, reiterating that I had no idea what I was looking at so I could use some help. He slowly walked over and I could sense he didnt want to deal with me, so I jumped to the chase and asked how much some products were on the top row. He responded, those are cartridges with a smirk.Growing fed up, I said that Ill just look somewhere else. Product quality aside, the way I was just treated will prevent me from returning to this establishment at all. Its a shame because I was looking forward to visiting this spot due to all the awesome reviews :(

The selection on the vape side is ok, pricing is about average on juice but a bit higher on parts and mods. Selection on the smoke shop side is almost endless, a huge plus if youre looking for a new rig etc.

Great place, great selection, most of all great customer service! The owner spent much of his time explaining, giving advice and much more than he had to. I went looking for a particular vape and left with some kratom and some CBD.

Staff (Lexie) is incredibly rude. If you’re going to order food from a delivery service and not tip for said service then you are taking advantage of people. When you don’t tip for a service it shows you don’t value my time or service being provided which is a terrible thing to do when you’re representing a business.

A wonderful array of local artists work and huge names in the business. The most helpful and knowledgeable employees and great customer service . More local shops could learn from the love these guys put into their business

Nice enough smoke shop. Inquire about products, notably dry herb vaporizers. Last time I checked, dry herb was the accepted nomenclature as herb can refer to basil or any number of herbs. So Im inquiring about potential products I may be interested in and the guy tells me its called dry or wet tobacco. Okay, I say. tobacco, not particularly interested in quibbling over semantics. So I proceed to inquire about potential dry tobacco products and he stops me to tell me I used the word weed. Not my first time at a smoke shop and Im aware of the rules. Not gonna sit around and argue with a guy over what I know I didnt say but apparently he was more concerned with what he thought he heard then actually making a sale. So he tells me I have to leave based on what he thinks he heard. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. Wouldnt recommend and definitely wont be returning.

This shop stayed open after hours and lowered the price because their computers were down. Staff was great. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Joe is an intelligent and personable young man...I have enjoyed being his customer since early last month...Kratom leaf powder mixed with Orange juice is as effective as anything the Dr prescribed for my chronic pain...I am 70 something but the powers that be are determined to protect me from becoming an addict...Kratom is a new experience for this old guy...Works ok so far...Narcotics helped but then the panic fueled by the talking heads on the media ,conceding overdoses and addiction made it impossible to get anything strong enough to help control my pain... Instead of buying my absolutely vital medication from a street vendor;(aka,drug pusher)I tried the Kratom...If youre a sufferer of chronic and debilitating pain,go talk to Joe . Hes NOT a drug pushing junkie...He is a clean and very articulate young man...My new friend..

. I was really disappointed. I reviewed the web page and says that they open at 10 am. I was in the area and was there a little earlier than 10 am. Than came 2 more clients like at 10:10 am and still close. I left at 10: 45 am. No one open! Dude, if you are not going to work a business as you suppose to. Do not open it. Its really disappointed

The people were nice there. But not so sure the CBD oil is real. The bottle I bought there had a label saying they are on FB, IG, and Twitter. But they arent, u see a blank pic w/profiles that arent filled out!! So Im just thinking this is fake cooking oil in a bottle. The shop didnt have a big selection of CBD oils. Just one brand called: UPLIFT CBD 750 mg. It seems they dont specialize in it at all. Just their pipe sales!! I just read online ask for Lab Reports on where they get their CBD!

I go there 2 or more times a week but this would be my last time going there , they sell the hooka products for 2 - 3 times what it cost anywhere else . Decent prices. The store is very similar to most smoke shops. Nothing really unique to be honest.

Everytime I show up if its 8 o clock or 9 you guys arent open when your closing time is listed at 10 change it or quit leaving earlier its just trash
