Absolutely phenomenal service and an amazing staff! This is hands down the best spa in Utah, and weve experienced many. The attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere make every visit a delight. Highly recommend!

First time getting a massage at Peak Day Spa and I had the wonderful Logan as my massage therapist. He was amazing! The pressure was spot on and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend Logan, 10/10

Lisa DeRosa is nothing short of amazing. Her therapeutic massages have been life changing for me when it comes to managing and reducing my chronic pain. I highly recommend Peak and Lisa in particular. Peak’s membership deal is the best and well worth purchasing.

Grant is the real deal. Four major surgeries over three years has made it tough to get back to competitive tennis but I’m back at that level in part because of Grant’s expertise. It’s not an easy massage but it is necessary. Couple that with a great front desk staff and Peak Day Spa is my go to place for restoration and to recharge.

Great ambiance, lovely fresh hot teas, and caring staff. Went in for a microderm facial with Raquel and going back with a friend for a massage. Appreciate the covid precautions.Update: mine wasnt the most relaxing massage. My guy talked nearly the entire time and commented on different parts of my body (tattoos, calluses on my feet, etc.). My body still feels tense the next day. My friend however loved her massage and felt very relaxed. Her girl did not talk. Guess it depends on who you get & what youre looking for!

I’ve been a part of the membership program for 7 months now and it is the best deal for the best spa in SLC. Such a warm, welcoming, relaxing atmosphere stacked with amazing LMTs. I’ve gone to 6 different LMTs just because of my schedule and have always had such an incredible experience with each one. Highly recommend!

Have honestly tried a ridiculous amount of message therapists in slc and nearby. From those who charge $100 to $500+ an hour — it’s all been disappointing and a waste unfortunately. Until coming to Peak Day Spa… so glad to have tried it here. Everything was above, beyond, and just right. Would, and am, recommending to any and everyone. The atmosphere is so relaxing. My therapist made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She made sure that she was doing the right amount of pressure and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be coming back!

Been here a couple of times and I think I’m here for a while. Very professional and clean. From the front staff to the waiting area to the individual masseuse’s. Sophie was great. Great personality. She listened to what areas I needed help with and focused on that. I appreciate that she did. My lower back feels great. Will definitely be back again for another session.

Fabulous massage experience with Grant. I have had lots of massages at different businesses and while I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated, he really took the time to work out my knots and stiffness in specific areas in my neck and back. It was clear how well trained he is! Thank you. And their Elderberry & Cranberry water that I was given after my massage was DELICIOUS!

We love Peak Day Spa for coupes massage! We have been there multiple times for massages with different massage therapists and have always been happy with their services! We will continue to go back.

I have had many 60 and 90 minute restorative massages at Peak Day Spa over the last year and a half. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, even reaching out via text to tell me the parking lot was a little full today so I could get there early enough to get a spot. The waiting area has hot tea and flavored waters, along with a small snack. The massage staff is well trained, experienced, and listen when you describe your issues or concerns. Grace in particular is fantastic. I always book with her when I have the opportunity, but if she is not available the other staff are excellent as well.

I took my mother here while she was visiting from across the country. We were very excited to pamper ourselves.We were able to book with Peak Day the day before and both got 60 minute massages; when we arrived we asked if we could push it to 90 minutes and they were able to accommodate us.My massage therapist was Jordan and he did inform me he was newer to massage therapy. I got the restorative massage with him and he was phenomenal.I am generally very sensitive and cannot handle the therapist to work out problem areas; but Jordan was very skilled at working out some serious problem areas with little to no pain.I walked out feeling completely refreshed and relaxed.I would absolutely come back!

Raquel gives the most amazing facials. Her passion for skin is unparalleled!I had the best massage ever with Teanna. She knew exactly where I needed the most work without me telling her.Sophie gives great massages as well. Sophie was phenomenal! I was sore from a car accident I had been in and she was gentle but also able to help my problem areas. The owners are incredibly nice, the space is relaxing and beautiful and the staff is super knowledgeable! I will definitely be coming back!

My Husband and I had a couples massage by Sophie and Christian. They loosened up tight muscles and we feel so relaxed. Both Massage therapist were great! We would recommend getting a massage with them.

This was my first time getting a massage. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage, and Kayah was great! She made me feel at ease at comfortable. She was professional and kind. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly. While I was in the waiting room there was tea, water, and chocolates available. It was a clean and welcoming environment. Wow. I had a massage from Clifton. First time from him and it was a perfect massage. I was even nervous to write the review because once word gets out I am afraid I won’t be able to book him, he’s that good! He is very professional and listened carefully to my needs. Great with exercise stiffness and just the perfect t amount of speaking.

I had a great massage from Logan who focuses on deep tissue and relaxation mostly. He was very accommodating and professional. I immediately booked a second session. The staff are wonderful too.

Peak is a warm, inviting spa with the most amazing and knowledgeable staff. I have been going since they first opened and cannot recommend it more to all of my friends and family. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of.

Go give Marissa all your business!! It was the most restorative deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I feel like my shoulders are sitting 3 inches lower from all the knots and tension that were released during my session. She takes incredible emotional and physical care of her clients. I can’t say enough positive things about her.

Wish I could give this 5 stars😭 I came here with a free 30 minute massage voucher. I added the CBD menthol finish for $10. I wasn’t looking for their emails because I was getting reminder text messages, so I honestly had no idea they wanted me to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out their form. The text messages never had any information about that. I got a text message 8 minutes before my appointment time while I was driving to the spa telling me I had a required form to fill out (I arrived 3 minutes before the appointment time not knowing I had a form to fill out). Because I hadn’t filled out the form, they cut my 30 minute massage time down even more, which felt like a penalty for not doing what they asked, even though I had not received the information necessary to do so. I also don’t think I received the CBD menthol finish, which was fine but when I mentioned I wasn’t sure about having received it, I was still charged for it without anyone double checking. I have used CBD menthol products in the past and I did not have the “tingly” sensation nor the menthol smell I was expecting (it smelled sweet like almonds). My massage therapist was great and she did a pretty good job considering the time constraint. I just wish the overall experience had been better than it was.

I’ve been coming here every four weeks for the last few months now.Every single staff member Ive spoken with either over the phone to reschedule or ask a question before a service, to in person. They are kind, helpful, and honestly easy to talk to. Which is not an easy thing for me. Even harder though… having someone see you in a vulnerable way for waxing.But Shanel makes it sooo easy and comfortable the entire time you’re there. She’s very friendly, courteous, and quick.I have had times at other places where I left feeling like I still had hair and also was much more sensitive and feeling sore. That is not the case. The times I’ve talked to Shanel you know she knows EXACTLY what she is doing. She’s also has given me so much information about things hair removal wise that no other waxer has.I genuinely know this is where I will be going for all my spa needs. The building is calming, smells nice. Is clean. And nicely laid out. Which is exactly what you want in a place you’re meant to relax in.

Went there for a couples birthday massage in August 2021 and I need to leave a review. It was the best massage weve ever had! We want to come back even though we live far away! These sports massage therapists are amazing. They really know what they are doing, like they had physical therapy training. The staff were all so pleasant. I left feeling like I was walking on a cloud, my muscles havent ever felt so relaxed before.

I have 4 kids, one who is disabled. I went to see Mont because of neck and shoulder pain severe enough to keep me from sleeping. Mont not only helped by relieving my pain but showing me steps to reduce it. I left the spa feeling relaxed and empowered to take on the busyness of life. I also scheduled a follow up appointment to go back!

Have been to Peak Day Spa numerous times and will continue to go back! The services are reasonably priced and the massage therapists are very thoughtful in their treatments and checking in when appropriate.

If you are at all worried about the safety and cleanliness I would put your mind at ease. The professional approach Peak took with our couples massage was outstanding. We felt comfortable and relaxed. The massage was tremendous and if you are able to spend the extra time get the 90min session! It was so great. The hot stones and towels were amazing after our sore legs from our hiking trip. Everyone deserves a massage during this outbreak crisis and this is just what we needed.

Its official Raquel is a miracle work. I came in with the worst acne issues and I have worked with her on it and she has done an incredible job to fix it. Also every experience I have had with peak day is phenomenal. Truly an incredible team of individuals and I look forward to coming back for my next visit.

I needed some pampering for my dry winter skin, and a facial sounded like the perfect remedy! I went in with the goal of my makeup sitting better on my skin and some major hydration!From the moment I walked in I felt like everyone was excited to see me! From the Receptionist, to Raquel who preformed my facial, and finishing up with Parker, I felt so welcome. I was taken back to a beautiful waiting room with ambiant lighting and a variety of tea and water. Raquel came and grabbed me soon after I got settled and we went into the private room for my facial. We talked about my concerns and I felt Raquel was really interested in helping remedy my skin issues. My facial was magical and sooo relaxing! I really appreciated that Raquel didnt chat through the facial and I got to really enjoy my time.I went in with drab, dry skin desperate for moisture. I left with radiate and hydrated skin that was glowing!! My face has never looked or felt so good!! When the facial was over Raquel made some recommendations for products to keep my skin looking its best The way she explained everything I could tell she really knew her stuff and genuinely wanted the best for me. This was mine and my wifes first massage and my wife has always been hesitant about getting a full body massage. The people at the front were very friendly and helped make us feel at ease, the building and rooms were very nice and clean.Meg and Cailian were so very nice and very professional they made us feel very comfortable, the massages were amazing and the hot stones even made it that much better I kept thinking why has it taken me 42 years to get a full body massage. This is the only place I will go to get massages in Utah. They are always so kind and professional. I love getting there a little early for their variety of teas and infused water. The whole spa is very clean and well kept and the massage therapists know what they are doing! They focus on the areas you need and I always leave feeling lighter and super relaxed.

My first time in the establishment was amazing!  Staff at the desk was very calming and friendly.The environment was perfect. Bathroom was clean. I loved the rocks in the sink and the hand towels. The room was very cool and exceeded my expectations.I came for cupping and it was awesome. Meg did amazing and I cant wait to return.My only regrets are I didnt know about this place sooner and I didnt stay longer

I got the BEST facial here! Marian will take care of you I promise. She seemed very knowledgeable in skin care and answered questions I had about what my skin needed. The building was nice and new. The staff was friendly. I definitely will be going back.

My experience here was excellent from beginning to end. I had microdermabrasion and a facial by Shannah, who was very knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. She was quickly able to personalize a routine that would work best for my lifestyle and skin type, and though it was my first procedure of this nature, made me feel comfortable about the process. The results are amazing, my skin is glowing! I would recommend to anyone!

Pros: My face looks amazing following my facial. It has me seriously questioning my skin care routine. The staff that I encountered was kind and professional. The esthetician that performed my service did a very good job. Everything was clean and there was a lovely ambiance.Cons: I received an offer for a free 30 minute mini facial. Upon calling, I was asked if I wanted to pay $30 for 30 more minutes. I happily said yes. Upon getting ready to leave after my service, I was asked to present the mailer for the discount. I wasnt told to bring it so didnt, and they advised they would not honor the discount without the mailer. This was a frustration because that expectation should have been set when I mentioned that the reason I was coming was for the offer. After consideration and discussion she decided to honor it, which I appreciated. She advised me that my remaining service was $40 instead of the $30 I expected. I let her know that I was told it would be $30, a dollar a minute, to extend, not $40, which they did honor as well. While I greatly appreciated that they ultimately kept their word, the experience left me frustrated and marred what would have been a lovely experience. Finally, I dont feel as though I got the value of my service. This is because my mini session should have been 30 minutes, then I paid for 30 more minutes. The esthetician didnt start the facial until 15 minutes after my scheduled start time but then ended after 40 minutes. Part of this was my fault - Id forgotten to do the paperwork before arrival - but that took me less than 5 minutes so even with that my actual time of facial was short. If the entire appointment is meant to be less than an hour, it is disingenuous to sell it as an hour long service. I thought Id get an hour of actual facial, not 40 minutes with time in a waiting area. I think the communication in general was lacking which caused me to leave with a frown rather than a smile, resulting in this review.

Lou is my very favorite esthetician! She is so sweet and knowledgeable. She answers all my questions about products and treatments but still keeps my appointment time nice and quiet and relaxing. there have been multiple times where i have dozed off for a second during my facials. highly recommend Lou!

Lauren was incredible and listened to my concerns so intently. I had a lot of pain from several hours of driving and she worked through problem areas very gently but effectively. I felt comfortable with her almost instantly and she was so comforting before, during, and after my massage.

I visited this spa regularly for a couple years. During a Christmas promotion they were running a “buy $100 get $100 in gift cards.” The promotion never indicated that the gift cards couldn’t be combined. When I received the additional $100 it came in 4 $25 cards, each already gift wrapped in an envelope with a bow. Of course it didn’t cross my mind to inspect the cards - I simply gifted them to my sister. Well, we finally got a chance to make a day out of it and both got facials. Aside from this being the most uncomfortable facial I’ve ever received, the experience ended awfully when my sister went to pay, removed the cards from their envelopes and was told that they couldn’t be combined. I explained the promotion that I had participated in and that there were no restrictions or exclusions that I was made aware of. I was told “it says right there on the card.” Right, the card that I received already wrapped and had no thought of opening to read the fine print.In the end we paid for the services and haven’t been back since. The apology I received felt subpar and the situation was never rectified. And for that, despite years of regular patronage, I wouldn’t recommend nor will I return.

I loved my experience at Peak Day Spa! My esthetician, Shanel, was so great and knowledgeable. Ive struggled with acne from my teen years and into adulthood. Been to the dermatologist many times and feel like Ive tried every medication under the sun to make my acne go away. Never considered going to an esthetician, and now I always will! She gave me a recommended treatment cleanser and blemish serum. Not only have I seen a huge improvement in my acne in the last couple weeks but my skin is no longer dry and flakey in certain areas, or super oily in other areas. Im looking forward to seeing where more time and proper facial products takes me in the future. Thanks, Shanel!

I got the most AMAZING deep tissue hot stone massage today! I told Susan, (my massage therapist) where I was experiencing most of my pain and she made sure to make time to focus on that area but also do a full body massage! I highly recommend Susan and this Spa. I will be booking more appointments in the near future!!

I just got a microderm from Brittany Titus. It was my first one so I was kind of nervous. I have sensitive skin/Rosacia and she was able to help me and made me feel good. She explained everything to me in a calm manner and carried herself very professionally. My skin was GLOWING and I got so many compliments that day. I will 10/10 come back to see her again! I got a deep tissue massage from Jen and it was amazing. She worked out all my knots and tight shoulders. Also worked on my hamstrings which I didn’t even know needed attention. Additionally I got a microdermabrasion from Raquel that left my skin so smooth and hydrated. I wish I didn’t wait so long to take the plunge into microdermabrasion. So worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing/skin/posture/etc. game changer!

So glad the owner was able to work with us on this.Edit 5/29/2020 - The owner was kind enough to honor the original deal we had purchased through Groupon. Were looking forward to our appointment.I was a bit let down by Peak Day Spa recently. I had purchased a Groupon for a couples massage, scheduled an appointment, then had my appointment cancelled due to the state of Utah requiring businesses such as this one to close. Im of course understanding this was not within the businesss control, but was assured my groupon deal would be honored past the expiration due to these circumstances. Upon reopening, the business sent an auto-generated text on 5/16, indicating I had been added to their marketing texts. I did not receive a call or voicemail asking if/when Id like to reschedule my appointment. Before I had the opportunity to call and reschedule my appointment (which I had fully intended to do), Groupon cancelled my deal on 5/21, and only offered Groupon bucks as a refund. Now I have no appointment for a couples massage, and the money I originally spent is committed to Groupon, which is not currently offering any other deals for Peak Day Spa. Im proving this same review to Groupon, which is the only reason this review is not one star. The number of 5 star reviews on Google also bring me to question whether or not theyve been fabricated.

They immediately greet me with a warm smile and quickly offer a beverage. I feel instantly comfortable and at rest. All of my experiences with Marian have been amazing and she is by far, hands down the best esthetician and healer of mind, body and soul.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage since we had a Groupon, im always a little skeptical of spas on groupon but this was truly one of the best massages Ive had. Very calm and relaxing environment, and the massage therapists are extremely talented! Both my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised and plan on returning. Take a chance on this place! you will not regret it!

One of the best experiences ever. Then again, its the only massage Ive ever had. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they have some really good coconut water and herbal tea that are complimentary.

Had a great experience. Called in Sunday afternoon and they were able to get me in that day. I suffered a back injury at work and the massage therapist took all this into consideration and gave me a phenomenal and relaxing while working out my muscles tension.. highly recommended..

1st off it took forever and was a huge hassle to make an appointment in the 1st place. After adjusting my work schedule to get an appointment, literally the day of, not even a 24 hour notice, they cancel on me. They couldn’t reschedule or refund me and I had to talk to GROUPON to get my money back. Worst company ever, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Gosh, I recieved such good service here when I took my daughter in law for a spa day. We left feeling like queens... soooo next time I flew into town I litterally got off a plane, picked up my car, and drove right here so that I could enjoy a massage. Have to hit it up now every time I am in town!

Great therapists. Loved the aromatherapy, the heated beds, and how the hot stones were worked in throughout they entire massage rather than just being used at the end like other places do.
