June was incredible! I have been trying various places and people for massages over the last 2 years, without success. Look no further. June provides and excellent and perfect pressure massage. The room was quiet, clean and she could tell I just needed to relax so was not trying to make conversation. Best massage therapist you will find.

My husband and I went into this place for a couples massage. At the end of it we both agreed that it was the best massage we have ever had. We have had professional massages before but this was by far the best one yet. They used essential oils and warm towels at the beginning of the massage, which we loved. The stretching at the end was great too. Worth every dollar! We will definitely go back.

Great couple massage experience! I had June and my husband had Rebecca. June stretched me in addition to my massage, and it felt great! They both listened to us, and everything was very comforting (I.e warmed beds, warm towels, music, etc). It’s too bad we are visiting a friend and we don’t live in the area. We would have been regulars!

We did a couples massage and would both come back again! Our masseuses were great, the rooms were clean and calming, and our favorite part is that we received a full hour for the massage! Many places give only a 45-50 min massage because they take off time for changing when you book an hour.

My husband booked me a massage and facial with Becky. She was awesome! Like perfect. Great massage pressure, I usually like lighter pressure, but I could tell she could do more if I wanted. The setup in the spa is clean and relaxing. Fireplace and all. The one piece of feedback I would give- keeping in mind that I came in on a huge snowstorm day, when people were probably getting started later- the temperature it was a little chilly at first. Not too bad, but by the time the massage got started it felt nice and warm in the room.

Worked hard to fit us in for same day massages, super simple text based back and forth for scheduling, and the best, most helpful massage Ive ever had. My friend was also crazy impressed! My therapist was Bim, and she was super communicative, made sure she knew what my goals were and allowed me to relax without rolling a conversation, which I appreciated very much. I came in full of knots from a packed long weekend of travel and events, and left feeling human again. I highly recommend her and these massage therapists, and would cheerfully make this a weekly necessity.

I had a prenatal massage and scalp massage from June and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was able to get out all of my knots while keeping the pressure light. We got an introductory massage package. Our masseuses were wonderful!! They massaged for the full hour. They did an excellent job too. The salon itself is not high-end. It’s a little older and doesn’t have a lot of lounging area.Just so people know- you get a discount for a future visit if you review and show them your 5-star rating. I think the quality of the salon was fine but something you should be aware of when booking.That said, the value for the massage was good. $70 for 60-minute massage. They have subscriptions at that rate too.

When they asked us what amount of pressure we like, and we both said hard, they definitely came through (Ive never had a masseuse climb on the table with me before), but it was awesome. The room was super relaxing, and the massage was wonderful. We will be back!

I saw Nat for a micro needling facial. She was very friendly and engaging. I liked that she seemed to really pay attention to my skin and concentrate on the areas needed it the most. It was an unexpected bonus to get a neck and shoulder massage while waiting for the numbing cream to take affect. I was so pleased with the appointment and results I already have my second appointment scheduled.

I have never been so happy with a massage experience in my life! I booked a couples massage for me and my partner and accidently booked a 60 min when I paid for a 90 min and they happily accommodated me and moved around times. I got my massage from Nat and she was absolutely amazing! Sometimes when you get a massage and tell them to focus on a certain part of your back they maybe do for 5 minutes and move on , but she spent lots of time on my neck, which was really hurting, and still got to the rest of my body massage. The sugar scrub felt so hood, the essential oils smellee wonderful and the bed and towels were nice and warm. This place goes above and beyond and I would reccomend them to anyone. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys!

I had a recent snowboarding injury so I made Rebecca aware of the location of the tenderness and she was very mindful. She gained my trust so much I actually stopped being anxious and was able to enjoy my massage. June was also great as she would check in with my boyfriend on the intensity. We both enjoyed being stretched during our session.The facility is clean, the massage rooms were dim and relaxing. They also offer mani/pedi and also does hair.I do wish their booking website was a bit easier to navigate but that does not take away from how lovely our experience was. We will definitely be back.

June was AMAZING - I read all the reviews online prior to booking and she was highly recommend. Keep in mind she is trained in traditional Thai massage which is much different that western massage. She will get up on the table with you, stretch you out, but trust me IT WAS WORTH EVERYTHING! I felt like melted butter when I left the salon!

Got a couples massage here and it was the best massage Ive ever had. The staff were skilled and professional. The beds were heated, they use aromatherapy and sugar scrub with warm towels. The website is a little bit of a pain, but the services were wonderful. My husband usually has neck pain and after the massage he had full range of motion without pain!

This was my first professional massage ever! I was so excited to go but as a plus size girl I was anxious. I was afraid I’d be judged or that I’d hear awful comments. It was my birthday so I wanted to feel relaxed and not anxious. I was pleasantly proved wrong. Aside from the place being inviting, clean, and nice all around my masseuse was amazing. June was so kind and understanding, I arrived late (there’s no excuse) I felt like a complete jerk. I was nervous she’d be upset but she in turn received me with a smile and a very kind demeanor. Had an excellent experience with La Beauté. They were able to accommodate a last minute couples massage for a solid price. I found them on Groupon and selected the 90 minute massage plus sugar exfoliate. The sugar part is an absolute game changer. 100% recommend.

Loved my massage! The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. My massage was just what I needed. The masseuse made sure the pressure was just right. The music was relaxing. I love that essential oils are automatically included, most places charge you extra. I also loved the warm cloth towards the end of the massage. I will definitely go here again.

This was my first time visiting this spa and I will be going back. The space has a very tranquil vibe and is clean. The staff is super friendly too. I got an hour massage and asked my therapist to focus on my lower back. I left the spa with zero pain in my lower back and feeling amazing. I highly recommend getting a massage here.

These guys are incredible. Ive never had a better massage in my life. Before this, I honestly thought massages were nice, but not very helpful. Once one of their techs got to work on me, though, the difference was obvious. Firstly, the masseuse who worked on me was able to make incredibly minute changes in pressure on the fly, allowing me to get a much firmer massage in the tougher areas of my back while getting just slightly less in more sensitive places. They also put me through some stretches that, by themselves, unwound knots in my body that I had never thought would come undone. The staff is polite, courteous, and professional, and I have never been dissatisfied with their work. Its a testament to the quality of their work that I want to come back more often, but I simply dont have to. Full marks, excellent service.

Had a wonderful couples massage today! Scheduling online was super easy and they responded very fast when I messaged them with questions. They had Covid precautions in place for anyone wondering. Nat did my massage and June did my husbands massage. Talking about it after we both feel they really focused on the areas we needed worked on most, areas we didn’t even realize needed that much work! It was a very relaxing and professional atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend and I look forward to going back.

I’ve been here one other time before and it was lovely. Last Saturday 9/3 I was able to get in a last min massage which I needed because my back had been really sore lately. On the intake form I wrote most pain is in back and neck and I have some low back issues and it felt better with flexion. The massage started out great and was hitting a lot of trigger points I wasn’t ready for. It was the last bit of the session and she stretches out my back by sitting me up and pulling my arms back as she presses into my spine with her feet. Now in the moment the upper back felt good and I made some suggesting sounds when she did the low back that it was hurting but she didn’t ask me if I was ok and she kept going. Now I know I should’ve said something and I regret that I didn’t because I was in much more pain the rest of the week. But I also don’t know if my massage therapist read my intake form at all? I hope to go back again in the future and have a better experience.

I had my first microdermabrasion facial at La Beaute today and I will definitely be going back. The entire experience felt very individualized and therapeutic. I was promptly greeted and taken to the treatment room which was calming and relaxing. She was very attentive throughout each step of the facial and I could feel and see the immediate impact of the treatment. She was knowledgeable about skin types and treatments and a very kind person and easy to talk to as well.Overall one of the best experiences and high value!

My sister and I went for massages and it was perfect! My masseuse was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with the pressure. I had told her before of some soreness that I was having with my shoulder and when I left it was almost all gone! Everyone there was very nice and welcoming. Due to COVID we had to wash our hands and they took our temp. when we arrived. When we were facedown on the table we were able to take off our masks but when we flipped over we put them back on. This salon is absolutely stunning! The layout and services offered have been very thought out and they did a wonderful job selecting their therapists. Everyone is very professional and friendly.I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and I just finished a 90 minute massage with Amie. My body feels amazing. The pregnant aches and pains have vanished. I can take deep breaths again and my ribs feel like they are on vacation from being squished 24/7. The massage was very reasonably priced and was the best decision I have made this pregnancy.I will be back for more!

I have been to many massage spots in the valley and only had a so so experience but then I found La Beauté and my standards have been raised. I felt like the massage was custom made for me. My hip has had some issues and she not only spent time and effort to understand my issues but she focused on them and could feel my problem areas as she worked through them. I walked out of there feeling better that ever and immediately scheduled another massage there. Highly recommend trying this spa out :)

Went here for a couples massage with my wife. I ended up with Rebecca and she provided the best massage I honestly ever had. I requested heavy pressure and it wasnt one of those massages that you have someones bones digging into you. Ill admit I need to hydrate better next time as I felt a bit feverish the next day but didnt realize the significant amount of toxins (allergens, stress etc) that would be released. A couple days later and I feel great and will be returning...especially if I can request Rebecca.

I am currently pregnant and they had a thorough pre-massage questionnaire so they were able to pair me with a therapist that is certified in prenatal massage and my husband was paired with a therapist specified to his needs also. The ambience of the spa is so relaxing and the massage was amazing. It was a wonderful experience, and an unbelievable price! Makes me wish we lived nearby so we could return regularly.

The therapist named Becky was beyond obnoxious and wouldn’t shut up about how great she was. When I called the front desk they claimed she would be good. She said she was amazing at deep tissue. I don’t get why she thinks she’s so great? She was correcting the other therapist during the massage. Doesn’t seem professional. The spa used to be a nice and pleasant place to come to. It would be nice to be able to relax. We’re here to relax, not be told why people couldn’t stop booking you in massage therapy school. Wouldn’t want to rebook Becky.

Loved the different massages Ive been getting here. Either I went to relax my body and mind, or for muscle aches, June hit the spot each time! Iparticularly enjoy the extra touches like the pressure points and stretching she does.Its worth noting that the Salon is located in a great spot right next to Homegoods and Harmons and many other common stores, and that we only have to wait a couple of days (at max) to get an appointment.

First appointment was good if not awkward because we had a gift from a friend and they didn’t want to accept it. We’re going to charge us full price. Second appointment was a bust. Scheduled for a specific day and they double booked us. No service and no apology.

Have gone for 2 couples massages. We had Nat and June and we both loved them and will go back again to relax. We did the 90 minutes with the sugar scrub and it was AMAZING! Go see Nat or June, you will not be disappointed!

Bim K was a phenomenal masseuse. One of the best deep massages Ive ever had. She worked out many of the tension knots Ive been carrying in my shoulders. Overall it was a very relaxing and stress-relieving experience. The staff at La Beaute was friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them for your next massage!

This was my first professional massage and it was amazing! I have a bad back and they were very careful around it, and I felt better for days after.

Easily 5 stars. My wife and I did a couples massage. 90 minutes of heaven! I’ve had a few massages from other companies and this takes the cake. The firm hands were incredible for such small women. The massage was so in depth and precise. I will sleep good for the next week after this. I’ll be sure to come back and invite others.

The set up is amazing but the nail tech look like she rolled out of bed came straight to work. Looked a mess and wasnt welcoming at all. But I wanted 2 pedicures and she didnt even offer to do 1 for us. She acted like we were wasting her time. She never acknowledged us, we had to speak to her inspite of us standing in her eye.view but purposely kept her back to us until I had to get her attention. So customer service sucked.

I’m going to suggest that you book a massage La Beauté Loft Spa & Salon with June K. It was the most amazing and relaxing combination of Swedish and Thai massage I’ve ever had. June was thorough, efficient, and quiet, speaking only occasionally to ask if pressure was good and to give directions. I am booking another appointment and you should too! I cannot recommend her enough!

I always have a great experience here! The place is super relaxing and the therapists are amazing! They don’t hold back on getting knots out. They always ask if the pressure is good and make it nice and comfortable.

I continue to go for refills and am happy to give my business here.”I haven’t been back until recently, of course due to the pandemic.I had received a gift certificate from my team at work and decided to book a facial to start off my birthday. I received a fantastic facial from Becky. She was thorough and professional.Unfortunately upon checkout, I gave them my gift certificate code to which the owner would not accept because it had expired (there was no expiration date on the card given to me). The owner thought she was doing me a favor by “only charging me for half of my service”.I work in the service industry and still continue to accept gift certificates given during the pandemic. It’s how the service industry works…accommodating the customer.I’m still so bothered by the way I was treated as the owner just giggled her way through our conversation nonchalantly. I will never recommend or go back to this spa.

Today I treat myself to my first professional massage, 60 minute aromatherapy and towel service. I loved the clean professional atmosphere and was so nice Ill be returning with my boyfriend for a couples massage soon. Definitely recommend Nat.

My husband bought me a massage on Groupon to use. I scheduled a massage online but didn’t get an email verifying my time or appointment. I called four times (left two messages), emailed two weeks before my appointment and never heard back. You can’t get through by calling. I drove the 40 miles to my appointment anyway, hoping all would work out. Nope, they said they had no record of my on their schedule. I think the service would have been wonderful had I been able to get ahold of someone beforehand to even make an appointment. Now I have to call Groupon and go through the whole process of refunding. They did offer to extend my Groupon and reschedule my appointment but I didn’t want to risk this happening again.

Found a great deal on Groupon for a 90 minute couples massage, hands down one of theeee best massages Ive ever had. My husband really enjoyed his massage as well. Will definitely be returning!!

I love this place! I first went when I found a groupon and now I go every month without fail to see June for a massage. She is so professional and is very great at making the experience relaxing and not stressful or awkward. Her confidence and technique with her deep tissue massage 💆‍♀️ leaves me feeling completely relaxed when im done. I have fibromyalgia and its very rare that im not in pain, and i promise after her massage i am completely pain free and in heaven!! The staff are so sweet and chipper, too! They offer you different kinds of drinks when youre done as well (my fav is the hot tea) so that feeling of pure stress free relaxation stays with you for long after your massage. I had a chemical peel facial with Rebecca and she was so sweet! I’m typically a more quiet person and she asked me before we started if I wanted a chatty session or a more calm/quiet session which I really appreciated. The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. 5 stars for me!

Amber did my nails and toes for me. I had never gotten this type of nail extension before & I have no complaints. My pedicure was amazing! Never had one like it! She did a wonderful job! Always a relaxing and incredible experience. I have recieved facials by two different beauticians/estheticians have been so kind, through, and done exceptional work. My best ever facials have been here and I feel so thankful that this spa loft is so close. The massages are incredible and they do deep tissue work and really listen to you and your body. Wouldnt accept my groupon, and they told me I could just get refunded by groupon after paying AGAIN at the desk. Groupon wouldnt give me a refund, so I ended up paying twice. DONT COME HERE with a groupon, just use the first time customer rate.

Got an introductory microdermabrasion facial and it was fabulous. Nat is amazing, literally so sweet, and considerate. Wanted to make sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure.Only suggestion would be to play spa music during the procedure so I could nap longer hahaha

Taylor, the nail specialist is very sweet and professional. The gel manicure she gave me was the best ever. All the nails stayed on for 5 weeks! She spends a lot of time prepping the cuticles before she does your nails. The only hard thing about the salon is getting someone to pick up the phone to schedule an appointment.

My boyfriend bought me a few services as a birthday gift. The whole point was for me to feel relaxed and pampered. He specifically booked my appointment with a person who has great reviews, however that person isnt the one who provided my services.I had a facial/microderm booked. The facial was rough, rushed, uneven and unpleasant. She did extractions without asking and pushed so hard on one of the spots that it left a bruise. It felt like my forehead was forgotten about during the entire service. There was still quite a bit of product left on my face afterwards that I had to rinse off later. Even though the esthetician was friendly, sadly, I wont be returning.

Nat was amazing!!! She ended up doing a deep tissue massage and it felt like she had 4 hands. Sooooo great and her facial was amazing too. Don’t keep her too booked I want to be able to book her again :)

I had a microdermabraision and chemical peel with Rebecca, she was very professional explaining the procedure and what to expect. She seemed very knowledgable and kind. I was a tad cold, but I did not speak up and my fault for now layering better. I would definitley recommend Rebecca for services

Got a groupon and went in (first timer) today thinking I had an appointment for classic eyelash extensions. Turns out I wasnt on the books. Nat came in from the back and helped me. She was just wonderful. The consultation was thorough and still somehow fun. After some time (and getting really into my audiobook) I opened up my eyes and saw her work. I was amazed! My lashes are long and dark and thick, but most of all natural looking. I would highly recommend La Beauté! I cant give Nat enough praise! She did a wonderful job!

Ive been trying to decide how to rate La Beaute and figured Id go with 3 stars to average out my experiences. I purchased a Groupon for 60-minute aromatherapy massage and 60-minute facial. The massage was FANTASTIC - definitely 5 stars. I was able to select my preferred aromatherapy oil, which was appreciated because the usual lavender oil gives me a headache. My facial was ok at the time, but not very good in hindsight. Ive never had a peel done before and I wasnt given any info about it or instructions for aftercare. The morning after my facial, I found very drastic burn marks around my eyes and my face is tender and feels both itchy and burning. Ive never reacted to a facial before and burn marks doesnt seem to be normal for peels...but even a little bit of information at the time of the facial could have helped.

The night of when I got my nails done, they had already begun to chip. After having gel nails for 3 days one of them completely peeled off. The service was super slow and when I walked in I felt like I was interrupting the girls chit chat. The place is really pretty with nice windows, which I though would be nice, but when youre getting your nails done you are forced to look out the windows and it got so bright my eyes started to hurt.The biggest thing for me was that my pedicure wasnt smooth, the polish was all weird and clumpy, and my nails didnt even last a week.

So i spent my 26th birthday here and i went ALL OUT! I had never been here before. I picked it because they have all the services in one place which is really hard to find. I started with the most amazing massage from AMY, btw if she asks if your open to something different, say yes, you wont regret it ♡ i finished with a colour and style from BLAIR and i absoloutley love it!! The salon is beautiful and all the girls make you feal welcome this is my deff salon and spa dest.

I took a full body massage from this place. Mai did a great job on my back pain, I came out relieved and relaxed. The place is well maintained and staff is really courteous. Appointments are recommended. Will definitely return to this place!

As a business owner myself, there was nothing I wanted more than a massage. $200 later my appointment booking was declined and their communication took DAYS to reschedule me. I texted with both of them. They like to text & discuss things with you at 9pm at night & don’t respond to any of your actual messages, but instead beat around the bush. I called the better business bureau. I am not their first complaint. They are extremely unprofessional and their website shows it. I got my money back from groupon.. after 2 days of begging them to call me because texting wasn’t resolving anything. The owners response to my review is everything. They don’t even apologize for their poor communication & not getting me rescheduled. I have screen shots of the horrible experience I had. Shady business

They were nice and respectful. However, I asked specifically for extractions for my facial and they did one or two and then completely stopped. I had called before hand to specify that I have acne prone skin and I needed a specific treatment. I felt like this facial irritated my acne. On top of that, the description online claims it includes a neck message which never happened. Nice service, but bad for my skin.

Really enjoyed our couples massage. Everything seemed clean and we didnt encounter anyone other than our LMTs and reception. LMTs asked our preferences and checked our comfort level several times.

This was a nightmare of an experience. First off they didn’t have my correct eyelash size, I have very big eyes so the ones they put on were not very noticeable. I woke up the next day with extremely red bruised eyes!! I’ve had lashes done many times before and this has NEVER happened to me. The worst part is they had almost all fallen out three days later. I called and asked to get them re done and they said I would have to pay again. I still have credit here that I will no longer be using because it’s such a terrible wast of time.
