The Mens Club of Charlotte

This place has seriously died. The girls are pretty, to say the least. However, the services are at minimal expectations, and the burlesque atmosphere is lacking. Waitstaff is okay, but the price a drunk does not meet the expectations you would have for a strip uvs atmosphere. Meaning, if Im going yo spend $15 a drink, the vibe better be on point. After 30 minutes of being here, Im honestly yawning 🥱 after 5+ different dancers have danced on center stage.

Last night I wasnt totally happy with wait staff. I had called for a server for a little over an hour at the poker table, plus she had the nerve to have a stank @$$ attitude & instead of chit chatting with associates so others service is needed. I also asked for grilled shrimp, it came back fried and she never asked how I wanted my steak it was pink in the middle. Otherwise some of the chicks are HOTT!!

Started going to this club a couple months ago best treatment ever everyone is super nice! would have to say I have my favorites but everyone is super welcoming and kind overall an amazing club totally recommend! If you do go to the club ask for Madison she is the all time best there. She’s so beautiful, amazing vibe to be around, super fun you won’t regret it

Best club in Charlotte. Always a great party - especially nights when Madison is running the shooter rack. Brings the whole club atmosphere up another two levels. Beautiful, sexy, funny, engaging. Makes every customer feel special. Makes every visit an event.

Wife and I have been going to MC for 22 yrs now. Shes was also a former bartender and waitress. Always enjoy ourselves, great kitchen, buffet, drinks, ladiws. Nevwr had any drama. Qe love it

Ppl like to talk junk about a club due to oh they didnt get replaced attention that a another customer did due to their clothes theyre wearing complaining these days is crazy! Sure, I understand stereotyping a person technically is being wrong, BUT ummm ur in a club... working smarter over harder to pay those bills cant be frowned upon! If u walk thru that door not knowing what how ur night was honna go down is ur fault. U got to look at those chicks like they r some object and technically shoukd hv been aid way more money than most ever think of. Unless a dude has worked at a strip club a mf could never truly understand how much dancers actually endure. 💯 And that goes for any club!

Had a great time with my husband. Did not see the same girl on the pole for almost 2 hrs. Server was fun and cute. The food and drinks were good. Just wished I could of stayed longer. Definitely will return.

Had a incident at the Mens Club on May 14th. I arrived around 8pm on a Tuesday night so it was very lite. About 10 girls and 2 other customers. Ordered food and drinks thru the bartender Lindsey who was OUTSTANDING! Special thanks to her for her professionalism and just overall great service.The main tv was not on and I asked Lindsey if I could get the Knicks/Indiana game on. She went to the manager and the game was put on. About 30mins later the basketball game was changed to hockey. Right before it happened 4guys came in. I went to Lindsey and she immediately went to the managers Carlos and I forget the other guys name. They told her The basketball game is on all the other tvs around the bar and these 4guys wanted to watch hockey. So Lindsey cameback and told me. Mind you I tipped every girl on stage and NOT ONE of the other 4guys tipped to that point. I decided I would finish my drink and would leave.Lindsey apparently went back to the managers and told them that I requested the tv on and I was watching the game. They gave her a VIP Card to give me for the next time I come. I politely declined the VIP Card and told Lindsey I would never spend another dollar in this establishment.The fact that neither one of the managers came over and gave their apologies or even offer the VIP Card themselves tells me they did not value my presence or money in the club. I feel bad for Lindsey as she was caught in the middle.I am not sure this was a racial thing BUT I will say I am African American and the 4guys were White. Do with that information what you want but it smells fishy. Then after reading some of the reviews written here, this would not be a stretch to believe that it was.In closing I would NOT recommend this club and NEVER bring any of my friends, associates or clients here.

Not one to really go to entertainment clubs but this one set a very high standard compared to other ones I have been to. Great ambiance, nice staff, and good food. I wont become a regular at this club but when I do go to one, it will only be Mens club! Only caviat would be that they should lower their ATM fees.

Charlotte native that has been going here for almost 2 decades. Classy, upscale, yet relaxed and comfortable environment. Customer service from the door, to the staff, the the managers is top notch. They really specialize in hospitality and creating an experience. Fantastic entertainment and phenomenal food. Great go to spot in the Charlotte area.

Wife took me out for dinner. The place picks up around 9/10 pm. Food was still good (shrimp, truffle fries, t-bone). Drinks were good too. And of course the entertainment had something for everyone. I’m a sucker for eye contact and a smile. All natural is always ample!

Hands down the best strip club to go to. Drinks aren’t that bad and the dancers you have a variety to choose from. Me and my husband had the best time here. And will definitely be coming back. Hands down the best strip club in Charlotte. The only thing I didn’t like is that me and my husband came as a couple and not a single girl came up to us. We definitely enjoyed the entertainment in font of us but the fact that no on came up to use is a little crazy l. :/

As a solo woman going on a busy Saturday night, I felt incredibly welcome by the bartender and the beautiful women. Great food too! Loved that they had the UFC fights on. I had a fantastic time and will be taking my husband too! 🤩

Management is great.FYI to dancers trying to audition with the close of another local club the influx of dancers men’s club has been getting is insane with 10+ girls a week trying to apply they can’t hire every girl. Keep that in mind when you apply they also uphold a standard. This is a biased world any dancer will tell you that. Men’s club caters to a higher standard of clientele.

The best club in town!! The decor and dancers match Vegas. Upscale vip areas and good food. Couples feel welcome and the club is clean. It’s a great time! They have a variety of dancers too, all gorgeous. We spent time upstairs with Giselle, it was my best strip club experience ever and I’ve been to many across the US.

Out of almost 20 years in working in strip club business . Ill have to gave the bartender Taylor a 9 out of 10 as over all in service and friendliness but I I have to gave the dancers gave them a 5 out 10 because I had just 2 dancers to talk to me . But in the beauty aspect of the dancers is a 100 % the food is damn good on Monday with steak/ shrimp & with a baked potatoes

I planed to stay for an hour as a first timer. Ended up leaving at 4:am, very entertaining. Big shout out from the door up.

The place has improved since last year, and I admit that the hospitality is top-notch. I was impressed. Everything seemed standard as it came to the entrance fee and lap dances. I wasnt impressed with the selection of dancers I saw, but I was there to have fun with friends. So it didnt matter. The only thing I did not suspect was that the drink prices would be twice as much compared to any other entertainment club. Two Corona Lights and a double house tequila was $49 and something in change. Lets just sum it up to $50. The double could not be more than $20, which means the two beers were $15 a pop. Either way, something was ridiculously overpriced. I did ask the waitress if that was correct, and the waitress said yes. Seriously, I was not going to argue a bar tab. But I am glad my friends decided to cut our visit short and go to the Cellar for a more pocket-friendly venue. If not for that, all my money would have gone to the bar in a matter of minutes. LOL

I enjoy coming to this club and the environment. The Manager tries to keep everyone happy and the dj is on point on helping the dancers. However I dislike how the dancers dont pay attention to most people or especially couples when we are there for the entrainment from them. They barely make any effort to approach couples especially on couples nights,whats the point of couple nights then. Dancers need to learn more of how to approach most of the People there and not just hang out on the bar area talking to each other. Thats just wasting time or money they could be earning.

Beautiful girls, and very chill atmosphere. The decor is semi dated, but place is well kept. Plan ahead for large parties because you may be turned away. And the weekend breakfast buffet is great, will be back for that!

I’ve always wanted to work here and love the place But it seems to me like when I get there There’s always an issue. I call and they say yea come on in we’re doing auditions. Get there and be told oh no we’re not hiring?!?I do not understand why it has be difficult communication. This isn’t the first time which is crazy so maybe I should start taking it personal and suggest you guys either think that I have no motivation to make you and I money or I’m unappealing to the crowd you serve. And if that’s the case just be upfront don’t try to play nice. A simple unfortunately you’re not the type we’re looking for have a good would’ve been on. But oh we already have a lot of girls try in a couple months we’re just gonna tell you the same them if you come back.

This club is a wannabe Vegas vibe or something. If you don’t want a variety and only want white girls and latinas who look white I recommend this fir you. (For girls who want to work) This club has been doing “audition” for forever they will tell you to come 8-10pm and someone will come in with the same 1,000 stack of papers and say they aren’t hiring right now because the girls there are a family and they especially will not hire if you are BLACK, sorry to say it. Ummm this club would be cool if they weren’t so discriminatory. Maybe it is in need of new management, not sure.

Took my order for last round, charged me for the drinks and never got them. Got kicked out for saying a word that upset the waitress and her only but not one dancer had an issue considering they were 4 deep having drinks with us. Waitress waited for the $600 bill and tip to be taken care of then questioned me on my choice of words and had the manager kick us out after I told her she needs to not let her emotion play a role at work and that everybody else was having fun. Avoid this place.

Advice: Plan ahead for another place if youre in a big party, in case youre rejected at the door. This can happen now even if youve been here dozens of times in the past with great luck.Six figures spent in the last decade. Turned away for one member of a 10 person party in shorts without a zipper (in a $120 collared shirt), big crew in a limo. Data on file says were great customers and they had our IDs in hand.Management didnt seem concerned, the end of a long-term deal making place that we liked as a team. Time for a new place.

FYI for customers and girls looking to be hired. The locations prefers to not hire black women. If you’re looking for diversity in a club, this is the last location that you want to come too. Explore other options in the city and surrounding city❤️❤️

The waitress was rude to me, even more rude towards my black friend, not attentive to the table, tried hiding the bill because I caught them charging me for drinks I did not order, did not know the difference between draft and bottled beer, kept asking me if I wanted more drinks when my existing drink was more than halfway full and then gave me attitude for saying no, and was uncomfortably pushy on champagne bottles and private areas when the entire place was empty and boring @ 11pm on a Friday (the women were all eating, smoking, or when one did show up to the table; talked about their fallopian tube surgery and fighting other dancers (yikes!)).I ordered food and drinks for the table, private dance, and drinks for three different women.I am sure there is fun to be had there, somewhere, but Layla the server needs to be avoided and she should correct her miserable attitude.

Have a friend that works here she makes great money and very successful but as a customer with money being judge on wearing name brand athletic wear which cost more than half the collar shirts and pants the men inside wear. Assuming I dont have money because I didnt dress to impress . Very disappointing in the discriminating against my mix friend especially the way they pointed him out. Need to not judge people on there looks to whether they have money to blow. We didnt come to be judge and im sure the strippers and bartender wouldnt be happy to know paying customers are turned away at the door. All over age of 21!! ID proof

Exquisite girls throughout the establishment. Their in house restaurant serves up high quality food; food that youd expect at an upscale restaurant and the drinks are reasonably priced. All girls were very nice and give very nice, however one girl especially stood out. Daphne is the total package. I have been back to see her again a few times. Men if youre looking for a great girl, ask for Daphne. She is a phenomenal entertainer, I always have a blast with her. Only complaint are some of the waitresses arent attentive and one of the bartenders I would say was downright rude. Nicole. Annie and Natalie are great barenders. I also like Heidi and Jolessa for my waitresses. The outside of the club looks outdated, you wouldnt expect the inside to be as classy, upscale and comfortable as it is.

Ok, yeah I know but theres good food! I liked the wings but they had an expansive selection of wines, steak, pasta and the grilled chicken sammich was amazing. Youre paying a premium for it, including the cigars, shopping boutique and outdoor smoking section but youre in the Mens Club! Expect it. Great professional staff and youre taken care of if you take care of them. Quality for sure. Huge place and everything is COVID compliant. Bring cash but they also conveniently accept cards. Clean, well cared for and the girls are a treat too...professionally speaking of course.

I come almost everyday for the various lunch specials (steak everyday, and a full buffet on Wednesday’s). I always make sure to tip all the staff, they deserve it. It’s a shame the daytime hostess and waitress (Kim, and Julissa) only work those shifts - I would love to have them around when I drop in at night. I like Annie the bartender and Heidi the waitress for my night girls.

Went on a Wednesday, havent been to a giggle joint in many years. The Barmaid was sassy and put up with all my talking. It was only 4 pm so only 3 girls but WOW I was not expecting the friendly, geourgous ladys that were working...yeah right of course I expected them to be beautiful..lol but they exceded my expectations. Ow and the food was on point I was not expecting that at a gentalmens club. Bring plenty of cash dont be cheep and you will a time to remember, I did.

Out of every gentleman’s club in the QC “The Men’s Club” is the premier location in the city! The staff is very professional and welcoming. Seating is comfortable the entertainment is beautiful! Not to mention one of the more expansive menus I’ve seen at such an establishment. I would recommend this club to anyone looking for late night entertainment in Charlotte!

Just wanted to state most of these negative reviews are from girls who were not up to par to get hired at the most upscale and classiest club in america, and especially the south east. You will not find a strip club with food as good as Ruth Chris (seriously you must try it) and a spread of the best looking girls around. Managers are nothing but attentive and nice, again all negative reviews seem to mainly be from girls who were not pretty or classy enough to be hired here. The set up is amazing and worth every penny. Extensive wine list, great bartenders, and everyone from the bar staff, waitresses, and even dancers are beautiful and amazing company. No matter if you are looking to enjoy some food and scenery or even some vip experience with the perfect lady, maybe even unwind after work at the bar and talk with a bartender. It is the best. I won’t go to any other club or even another bar, highly recommend the Wednesday lunch buffet, but they are know for the breakfast buffet. Got tired of all these negative reviews from girls who got turned away because they were not up to par to men’s clubs standards bashing the club. Try it for yourself, there is no strip club like it. Saturday night date menu is to really be considered. Vip upstairs with bottle service, and with such high standards you will not find better girls or a better club in Charlotte guaranteed.... ps: Heidi is the best. And honestly Carlos (along with the rest of the managers) are nothing but respectful to patrons and dancers, no club will treat you as good as men’s club.

Great food, good service, horrible hustle. I had a feeling this place was a hustle from the moment I walked in but ignored it because of the service. Order food, enjoy the show and go your merry way. Dont get sucked in, they dont deliver what they promise.On top of of it all I saw the bathroom attendant verbally assault a patron because the tip wasnt enough and he was only working for a living I wont be back, but if its your only option just be careful. Theyre not really there to serve you.I only gave 5 stars so youd read it, lol, 2 stars max

The attitudes at this place are absolutely terrible I dont suggest ever coming here.We came in excited due to previous experience a year before covid, its a real shame how this place turned out.The manager ripped us off for $27.32, what a guy. He inappropriately tried to argue with me, making a scene in front of the entire establishment as if we were in the wrong.The amount of disrespect was completely uncalled for and we will not be returning.

Never thought coming to a city of diversity it would still be racism . Went to apply after they have signs everywhere saying they are hiring and hiring other females just to tell me (a BLACK woman ) that are positions are filled . Not one black person I have seen only white and Latinas and it’s degrading .

Place is nice, Girls are gorgeous, Drinks are overpriced even for a strip club. But the dances go from a $20 lap dance at your table to spending $500 in the Champagne room for $30 minutes. No VIP room, no halfway.

They wont hire ANYONE because theyve been going downhill for the past few years but they will sure take your audition and then tell you Im going to pass with no given reason. They want free shows and to degrade women. I used to work there long ago and witnessed it every single night. I look way better than I did then and they did this to me a year ago. Ill refer everyone I know to Uptown Cabaret. They are also racist against black people, customers and dancers.

Never in my life have I felt so degraded than after auditioning at this club. Manager had me strip down to only a thong and heels...had me come out asked me to turn around than said Im gonna pass what type of audition is that? He gave no reason why he passed...I have a nice body...far from ugly... nails and hair done. So based on the caliber of girls I saw working there I can only come to the conclusion that race most likely was the mangers reason for passing. Ive danced at other clubs never have I been asked to strip down to nothing with heels on to work at a club. It was terrible experience and just down right wrong.

The best in Charlotte. The only place with a consistently high quality of girls, unlike the Uptown Cabaret which is very hit or miss. Im in sales and take clients here all the time. The girls are not super pushy, the food is always great and the service is top notch.

This might be a 4 star place but Ive only visited there two different times and both were off peak times. Once was an early weeknight at 8pm and the other was a saturday at 7pm. Both times we were charged full cover price of 10 bucks and both times there were barely any girls working. In fact it was so dead on Saturday that there were 4 or 5 songs in a row when NO ONE WAS ON STAGE.....wait, wasnt I charged full cover charge??Lets say you are the type that doesnt drink and drive - soft drinks $4 with $2 refills. I suppose if you had the girls working there at the time those prices would be ok but when its clearly off off peak hours - how about you dont charge $10 at the door and $4 for my 8 ounce glass of pepsi??OH the bar tab policy - big big red flags here - they want to hold on to your DRIVERS license too along with the credit card?!!?? Talk about massive red flags! OK its one thing to ask to see the drivers license but to say you have to hold onto it? no no no - geez why dont I just give you my birth certificate too and make the id theft complete. Hey CORPORATE MENSCLUB - can we review that policy please?The girls? Off peak girls were mostly not attractive at all. some were really cute but the majority were 6s and below. and when I say majority - that really means 4 dogs and 2 cutes and that was all the girls working.Now the kitchen and th menu kicks ass. THAT I will give them. the rep for their food is deserved.And lastly, dont sit at the sofas to the far left on the patio. I got 4 or 5 flea bites from the sofa I sat on!!But from all I have read about this place, it seems like I have to go back a 3rd time at high tide and see how it swings when its in full gear. But for now, its 3 stars.

CAREFUL CAREFUL....!!!!!!!COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED !Worse club experience I have ever had.., if we ask for a single song, its our responsibility to check the time alwasys and ask the girl to stop. If not girls can ask you 100s after 7-8 mins and even the management is also fully supporting them ( seems they have some percentage agreement among them ). They wont even listen what we speak.Manager:. How can anyone keep on concentrate on song length and ask girl every minute?? If that is the case always beleave me you will loose people very soon, girl has to ask before starting the next song. And pls train your staff also to listen what actually happened, they completely in favor of girls.

This place is a little big for its britches. The girls are entirely too unenthusiastic for the cover charge. I can dance better than this at home in my pajamas. Find some energy and then maybe Ill pay your ridiculous cover charge. No thanks.

Girls are hustlers, waitresses are not friendly. $2 for a glass with tap water. It only gets more expensive.from there. If.you dont have 2k to drop, dont waste your time. Worst club Experiance I have ever had

Last night I ran into an issue with my friends leaving me at the club and took my phone lmao. Joffe the manager helped me beyond what I could imagine and assisted me in getting to ly AirBnB. I couldn’t thank him enough. Their customer service is above exceptional. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Girls are ok. Credit card fraud is rampant here. Its happened to me and to friends. If youre going here, use cash only otherwise stay away. They always place extra charges on your card and call it Pre-Authorization and tell you it will come off. It doesnt - its an unauthorized charge plain and simple. It doesnt come off unless you call and they credit the charge back. A complete load of bullshit.

Dancer did not offer to dance, a good amount was by the bar .One female did give me 2 dances for $40 which is not bad but she had a little smell to her.One of the male workers tried to talk to me told him I was straight and still tired talk to me and tired to play it off by offering one of females to give me a dance .

The service is as good as it gets. The staff is extremely friendly unlike some places where the male staff tries to intimidate you like you. The food is insanely good. You would expect this kind of food in the finest restaurants.

Stopped in on a wednesday night and there wasnt too much going on. The girl seemed nice enough and the food was delicious. I definitely wont be opposed to checking it out again in the near future

He and his managed dancer girls make double the money for VIP couch.the dancers are greedy for money. the service is really poor. some of them are real ugly specially JAYZEL.stay away from asian strippers - KIM, KAYLA, ASIA they dont give an service but make lots of money and over charge you.

So went to these people today. They discriminated because of how I was dressed. They told me that they were going to decline letting me work because I was too thick, but they got skinny girls in there looking like theyre on drugs, the manager is very very old strip club strip club with so nasty.

It was by far the best adult nightclub I have ever met, excellent waitress attention, excellent dancers, I give it 5 because there is no higher score, but I recommend it a thousand times.

Very racist never been treated so badly from a 30 min wait for drinks to the horrible management i love the mens club franchise but sad to say everyones money isnt green here. Even the girls and front door girls knew it so sad.

Waitress started an issue at the table after my friend had paid tab. My friends and the dancers were both confused as to why the waitress was even saying anything as it wasn’t her place. Very unprofessional.

The Wednesday buffet lunch is awesome. Its a bit grimey, and light on entertainment on Wednesdays, but overall, the food is solid.

I went there twice at night, is good but they look at you like your money isn’t worse anything, , and if I like a nice place is cuz I have enough,’ … to spend what I want, I usually go with my girlfriend

Went there this morning around 2am and had a really good experience some of the best looking girls i have seen at a strip club i did not try the food and i feel like i should have the bartender was a little rude and the only other bad thing is that the table dances are $20 and thats good worth every penny but then to go upstairs you have to pay 375-575 for 30 mins/hour and there is no inbetween but if you want to spend the money Im sure its worth it but over all great experience

Best club I have ever been to! From the front door to the waitstaff to the dancers, this place is by far the best club in town.

This place is just stale boaring even very much worth avoiding strict dress code so ya cant even be comfortable here id give less stars but 1 will have to do also way way over priced if you dont heed my warning and come here anyway bring lots of cash as drinks are so hi you wont have any money to tip your dancers if you want to tip a bunch of beanpoll no breast girls that all dance the same

I met Kim who works here on nsachat and I have to say she looks way better in person. If you go here you wont be disappointed. Make sure you ask for kim.

Great food, drinks, and dancers, only some of the girls were lackluster, if they dont enjoy themselves and have fun it really shows and impacts their dancing

Don waste your time. Sat in there for 30 minutes. Saw a dancer but she ignored me and the only other guy in there. Bartender wasn’t much better

I would not recommend this establishment over the fact os discrimination. Especially to those that are disabled. They are disrespectful.

The manager was really rude to my friend she didnt even get to introduce herself he just looked and was like you trying to be a entertainer Im sorry your not up to part thank you and walked off even the host was looking shocked and said that was really rudeThe crazy part about it she wasnt even coming to dance she was trying to be a waitress
