Had a great experience with Miss Chen yesterday. I had a 90-minute Swedish massage that was amazing. Just the right amount of pressure. Very relaxing atmosphere. Spa is very clean and staff is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Massage Elation. From the moment I walked through the door the receptionist was very welcoming and the entrance area was spacious and clean. The massage room was cozy and not cluttered. My massage therapist was knowledgeable and took out the links while also keeping it as relaxing as possible. I’ll definitely come back. Also, they accept card but cash tips preferred.

Nice masseuse and good service. They have lots of different massages and various facial packages as well. The day I went there was a special on 90 minute massages so I did that.Very clean and spacious, lots of rooms. Not luxurious but very relaxing.As it’s in the neighborhood, I’m sure I’ll be back.

Wonderful! I was feeling beat up all over with lingering injuries and booked a deep tissue massage - the pressure didnt seem like much but TJ knew exactly how to work out the sore spots. Clean facility, everyone is nice, better then MH! I plan on becoming a regular customer.

One of the best massages I’ve had in my life! Not an exaggeration. This was my first experience at Massage Elation and I loved my experience so much that pre-booked two more appointments before I left. The spa is beautiful and clean and the staff were so sweet and kind. I highly recommended Lynda for any deep tissue massage and hot stone massage. Lynda focused on my neck, traps, upper and lower back like I asked and even stretched my armed and legs. Which I absolutely loved. I can’t recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to try some of the other services they offer.

**TL;DR: I will not be returning even though the massage was good. The Groupon (90 minutes massage of your choice) does NOT include Tui Na.**Ive debated for a while whether to write this review. On one hand, I want to support my fellow Chinese and a small business. However, I cannot support the business practice that scams customers out of more money.Good: the massage was good. Austin was a good masseur.Bad:1) My massage was supposed to be 90 minutes, but it only lasted 80. I still tipped him $30.2) When I arrived at 10 am on a Saturday morning, the lady at the front desk said theres only a male Tui Na masseur and suggested I try Tui Na. I said ok. When I came out, she informed me Tui Na is extra and not part of the Groupon. She asked for $30 but offered a discount to charge only $20. I didnt want to argue, so I paid and left.I sometimes wonder if theres a tendency within Chinese businesses to exploit fellow Chinese customers more frequently because they assume a shared cultural understanding might prevent any backlash or complaints.

Nicole is awesome! Best full body massage ever. Spring for the 90 min massage. You will not want to go back to a 60 min massage.

I got great massage today. Really good massage and huge clean space with a lot of rooms! Therapist are great strong hand. I felt pain on my neck back but after massage feeling better 60%more.I got couple massage with my friend she also love Elation. And couple massage prices are unbelievable!! I highly recommend it

Excellent massage. I have had a lot of shoulder painso I asked for the hi tech back buster. It was exactly what was needed. I would go back and I recommend Elation to everyone.

Worst massage I have ever had even at just $35. When booking I told the lady on the phone it was a prenatal massage, upon arrival I confirmed it was a prenatal massage and when the massage therapist walked in she told me face down and I then had to inform her again it was a prenatal massage and I could not lay on my stomach. This massage therapist had zero clue what she was doing in regards to a prenatal massage and seemed lost when I couldn’t lay on my stomach. The entire massage was focused on my thighs (guessing that was the easiest place to access with me laying on my side?) and eventually I had to ask if she was planning on doing any shoulders or back. After asking for shoulders and back, she did move to that area but did not do a great job. No lower back was done, no arms, no hands, no scalp, no face. The massage therapist also did not make an effort in keeping me covered and just left everything out, not adjusting the sheet. Upon checking out the lady who I booked over the phone with, who was also the same lady I checked in with, asked how everything was. I told her poor and that it would be nice if they had the pregnancy pillow so customers and massage therapists could be more comfortable to which she said “we do. I wish you would have told me” I told you 3 times, you just didn’t listen. Don’t go here, have your grandma run your back instead. I was actually watching the clock just waiting for it to be over.

Went in for a 30-min express facial service and I was amazed of the atmosphere, hospitality, and service. My facial masseuse was very gentle but her massage moves were effective. I thought they would simply give me an express facial, but what I received was way more than anticipated. The express facial includes the typical face wash, exfoliation, and mask. It also includes pimple extraction and shoulder+arm+scalp massage. What a service! My facial masseuse also used the cooling ice globes to massage my face at the end. There is also a humidifier to open your pores during face exfoliation and mask removal. Overall, I LOVE this place so far. Will come back!

I had the most wonderful massage just now with Grace. This was my first time visiting Elation Massage & Spa in Rancho Bernardo and for as long as I am in San Diego, I will come here from now on. From the moment I stepped in through their doors until the time I left, I was treated to kindness, highly trained therapies, peace and professionalism. I truly loved it and feel blessed to have found them.

Such a great place to get a deep tissue massage. Its very peaceful and they take a lot of care in ensuring they get every spot. Definitely will be coming back

A special Massuse is hard to find but after finding Gina who gave me an outstanding 2 hour massage I have not been able to think of going to anyone else. Not a weak rub nor a torturous beating but a perfect massage every time. I always feel like a new man when I leave.Thank you very much

I came in for grand opening for their great deal %50 0ff and leaving very satisfied with my Swedish session, she was great with the pressure points and the environment best relaxed and very attentive staff. Definitely coming back.
