First of all I wanna say thank you Pam and her staff esp Shelley. Thank you for what you do. Anyway, Shelly was amazing, I felt great and amazing after the massage! My back and feet felt a lot better after I left. It feels heaven! Thank you so much again!God bless you all!

Pam and Kenya were both very professional, warm, and welcoming. Pam gave me a very informative tour. She was friendly and genuine, easygoing. Kenya explained the therapy process and benefits. She listened to my questions and answered them. Her technique was firm yet gentle. Confident. It was clear to me that she believes in and cares about her work. I felt results immediately and since. The spa itself is very calming. I love the upcycled decor! Very tastefully done and relaxing.

Eco Chateau has been consistently providing me quality, seamless, thoughtful, and excellent service since my first visit in 2018. Its why I became a member and why I recommend eco Chateau to everyone I meet and know in San Diego!I always feel valued as a customer and that makes all the difference in the world! I highly recommend Shelley for deep tissue massages. Shelley truly addresses my shoulder/trap pain and brings me so much relief after our sessions! She is an exceptional massage therapist that has extensive knowledge, experience and truly cares about the needs of her clients.

Im new, on my 3rd visit for sauna. Im loving my sauna experience, is so relaxing and comfortable. However, just found out that they have a sitting area in the back for cooling off before you leave. It would help to get a tour of the place when you 1st sign up then you know exacly what the place has to offer and you get the best out of your visits besides reading on the packages they offer. Furthermore, today the MV place didnt have large towels for me so that was disappointing. Im not sure why they dont keep a good stock of towels here. Pam has been super accommodating, and welcoming but didnt have large towels on Feb.26, 2024

Im living temporarily in San Diego and just discovered Eco Chateau (Mission Valley location). So glad I did! I had a massage from Dominique, who was amazing! I went to school for massage therapy and struggle with getting massages since Im so particular. She is phenomenal and intuitive and listens to your body. I will definitely be back before I go! I also used the infra-red sauna and got to let my muscles relax even further! Love this place. Do yourself a favor and GO!

Was visiting from out of town and came here after searching for infrared sauna. The staff were all lovely and the sauna itself was flawless and effective in relaxing my muscles. I actually did a full set of yoga poses. The session included lavender water, a towel, and a cup of drinking water.I was also able to control the temperature of heat from within the sauna. Fair price for the service and was offered a discount on another service after my session. Highly recommended.

The spa is serene & cozy. Jennifer gave excellent customer service. Shes very knowledgeable & my facial was wonderful. Very relaxing,Im sure I was snoring lol. My aging skin has a restored youthful look & feels amazing.

Dominique is a wonderful therpist! She works with your needs and offers recommendations, and shes just easy to talk to.

This place is an adorable, relaxing place. Staff is lovely and the space is super clean.

Certain staff here are amazing, inviting, understanding and very customer service oriented. Other staff not so much…one receptionist in particular her treatment of monthly members is tragically subpar. Willing to speak with management if they are willing to listen.

I have been twice recently for an infrared body wrap and both times I was very pleased by the level of professionalism. I went first after purchasing a groupon and had such a pleasant experience I re-booked one for the next week. I manage a large PT office and can easily distinguish between levels of service and I wasnt disappointed. Ashley and Amber were absolutely knowledgeable to their profession, as was the front desk staff i spoke with.Excellent in every aspect. When back in the area I will definitely return.

This is such a cute hidden gem! I did the sanctuary package - infrared sauna, facial and massage. The staff was amazing - Emily really took the time to look at my skin and personalize my facial. And Kyle was an amazing masseuse, so knowledgebale and provided the perfect pressure. Cant wait to go back!

I have been here twice. I love that they use organic friendly products. They are located in an office park and are very unassuming. Its a cute place with a good selection of services. They have a small relaxation area and no showers or locker room area so it doesnt really feel like a spa. The massage and facial I had were both good. They have dry saunas (hence why it would be great to have a shower) and other wellness services. They have memberships as well. The prices seem just a little high considering they are missing some of the day spa amenities. Still a good place to try if you like more natural products.Tip: they provide robes but not slippers so if you are doing a spa package, bring your own sandals!

Absolutely wonderful! I saw Chelsea for my facial and she is so lovely and knowledgeable. I signed up for their facial membership and Ill be seeing her monthly. I cannot wait to see how she transforms my skin over time! It is a little tucked away in the building and is on the 2nd floor in case anyone is having a hard time finding it.

This was my first massage/spa day and I’m happy to report Michelle and Kyle are my new best friends! I chose to do the wrap followed by a 90 minute full body massage. The staff were extremely polite and made me absolutely comfortable the entire time I was there. The only thing I really have to comment on is there are no slippers while there, so definitely bring a pair.

I love this place and I always recommended! The atmosphere is perfect as soon as you walk through the door. You get greeted by their amazing staff. This is my go to place to find my healthy balance. I will continue to go here until. I have done all of their services my favorite are the facials with Samantha or Terri and the massages with Lynora and my Chanel 2 with Jana. Very clean place. EVERYONE who works there is so sweet and very helpful. Ive asked so many questions and have received great ideas and tips from the staff. Sauna rooms are big, clean, and inviting Alyssa is awesome and really put my mind at ease. Love it here and cant wait to go back.

Love, love, love Eco Chateau! They have so many great services and Ive never been disappointed. Thus far, Ive done the infrared sauna session, massage, facial, and closed colonic. The staff members are always lovely and the services are extremely professional. I also love the ambience of the spa - tranquil and calming but modern and hip at the same time. If you get a chance, you should try the kombucha that they offer, especially after a colonic. I also recommend doing an infrared sauna before getting a massage so you can fall right asleep. They also have great specials all the time so sign up for their newsletters!

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. The entire facility is very clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the services they offer. My massage with Kyle was just what I needed. The sauna topped off my relaxing morning.

I absolutely loved the experience at the Eco Chateau Spa. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very good. I got a massage and it was the best one I ever had: perfect pressure, right atmosphere and the masseur was very professional - she spoke just enough to make me feel comfortable. Other places Ive been to the ladies didnt stop talking/making questions and It was very disruptive (specially for who wants to relax). At Eco Chateau they have a warm massage table which is was perfect for winter. I also did a facial and my skin looks amazing. Over all, my experience was fantastic and certainly Ill be back. I 100% recommend it. For me it seems that spas are popping up everywhere but its hard to find a good one - I m glad I found the Eco Chateau.

Ive never done juicing or even heard of an infrared sauna, but the ladies at this fine establishment gave me all the info I needed. They were realistic about what to expect from the juice cleanse, and the sauna was heaven. The sauna was private, and I felt totally at ease, they even supply you with towels and water to freshen up after your session. Awesome experience and will be returning.

This place is amazing! Ive tried their whole body vibrations, infrared sauna and juice cleanse. I loved all the services Ive tried. Both locations are super chic and relaxing. I love the infrared sauna, my skin feels amazing and my stomach feels flatter when I do this. Infrared sauna and juice cleanse are a great kickstart to a diet/exercise program. Ive referred this place to 3 friends already and they all loved it! 

I really liked the infrared sauna. Ive been to a lot of saunas in the San Diego area. I felt immediately more energised after my session and I woke up feeling rested & rejuvenated the day after.

I loved my first experience in here. Sara was very helpful and kind, she explained everything on how to use the infrarred sauna. I tried the juice clean for 4 days as well and it was great!A friend and I even bought the monthly membership and today Im going for my first heavenly massage with Jessica, cant wait!

I purchased a Groupon for a juice cleanse with sauna sessions. The staff were friendly and eager to showcase their services. The juice cleanse was to be used in addition to healthy eating so it was easy to incorporate to my routine and is very tasty. I was skeptical about the infrared sauna and was surprised at how I felt after. I dont typically like saunas or steam rooms but this was different. It was hot and I did sweat but it wasnt too uncomfortable and I felt amazing after! Cant wait to try their other services.

I think Ive found my new spa! I wanted to try out a new place for my monthly facial and Im so happy I found Eco chateau! The spa is super cute and the staff is incredibly friendly. Especially Sara who helped me out pick out a package at a great price :) I just wish I found this place sooner. I was paying double the cost at another spa and the services werent nearly as great as this one.

The services have all been wonderful and the products used at excellent. I look forward to coming every month and have recommended it to family and friends.

Eco Chateau Wellness Spa is awesome! Their infrared sauna is so relaxing and has the lights for more balance. Very quaint and relaxing. They also have juice cleansing. I picked up their 4 day cleanse to jump start my weight loss program. Cant wait to try it! I highly recommend this spa!

Great, calming atmosphere. The team here are all super sweet and all about making your experience a great one! They make their own juices and kombucha and I have tried several flavors, all great! Recently I received a massage from Ryane and she is just amazing. Very comforting and nurturing soul. I bought a membership the first time I came because I really enjoyed my time here. I usually come for the infrared saunas which I love! They also use the MindBody app where you can schedule your sessions, find health and fitness classes near you, tips for staying healthy and much more. Get your butt down here, you wont regret it! 🤗

I love the convenient location, helpful staff, ability to book appointments online, variety of services, and how serene it is inside. Everything is beautiful, clean, and environmentally friendly. The juice is delicious & Ive enjoyed every service. Even if it wasnt on my way home I would definitely find a way to visit frequently. Its worth it!

Loved this cute spa. I loved the sorrento valley location because it was near Miramesa. The ladies there always were great at giving facials. I absolutely loved their mask for the lips. Definitely a place I’d visit again.

I signed up for an 8 day cleanse, and started with a sauna. The atmosphere is so lovely, the minute you walk through the door a sense of calm comes over you. Even at some of the fancy expensive spas there can be this feeling of being nice, but kind of sterile. Eco Chateu gives you a feeling of luxury, wrapped in the comfort of a friends or grandmothers house, just relaxed.Im extremely excited to try out a facial and get my other two sauna sessions in.

Ive been attending this spa for over five years, and I always have the best experience. I call it my little get away because for an hour, the staff is there to make sure youre provided with the best service.

First of all walking in was really peaceful the scenery was amazing. They have natural plants beauty interior decor . The sauna is very nice you can control the temp play your own music and they provide you with a spray bottle towels and amazing customer service . I will be back :)Thanks gals !

I have a lot of sinus problems and cant remember the last time I could fully breath out of my nose. I take Sudafed everyday. I did the body vibration and infrared sauna last night. Today I woke up being able to completely breathe from nose. No Sudafed today! I am so happy!
