The Spa at Fairmont Grand Del Mar

Every part of my visit to the spa and pool was wonderful. The massage was amazing, the amenities were lovely, and even the lunch ordered by the pool was delicious. Definitely go if you have the chance.

I spent a day with my friend and I could not have imagined a better experience. Massage therapist Gitana is amazing! I had scalp massage and foot massage add ons and it was excellent. Everyone is super friendly, professional and helpful. Pool is gorgeous, indoor hot to very relaxing. Will definitely go back!

So relaxing. They offer many packages. My husband and I chose a massage, but they had a mens section and a womans section. There was a lounge with a medium selection of dried fruits and nuts. Fresh spring water with oranges.I relaxed in the hot therapeutic waters of the bubbling jacuzzi. Make sure to wear your hair up as it is a salt water mix.I chose a light Swedish. Recovering from a knee surgery, the therapist would not touch the area of the scar. Understandable, but I would have liked her to work out a knot from walking. I fell asleep and so it was great.Refreshing lounge area to the adult pool or stay in the cool sipping on water.I would recommend.

The Spa at the Fairmint Grand Del Mar is a great place to spend the day. Had lunch out at the pool and then had my first facial with Sara Jahromi who was amazing. Ask for her by name.

The Fairmont far exceeded our expectations. It has an old school feel to it. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The grounds were so peaceful. It is closed to some great resturants in the area if you want to leave the grounds. The golfcourse is well maintained and challenging. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make your stay special.

This place is a joke. I ordered a spa treatment for my wife as a Christmas gift but had to delay it over a call due to COVID. Then when the day comes up they call us at the time of the appointment (not before) to tell us we missed it and were going to be charged the full amount. The kicker... they put us down for the wrong day over the phone and so we were caught completely unaware. No confirmation calls or voicemails or anything. They took no confirmation to mean confirmation.Additionally when we called up the staff to discuss the issues it devolved to the point where they were opening laughing at us over the phone. Just the worst customer service Ive ever encountered and could not recommend more that people avoid a similar experience by staying away.

Loved the services and the amenities. Sara Jahromi gave an excellent 90-min facial. I will definitely go back the next time I am in town.

The spa receptionist was so rude in the phone. Not a good way to start. I won’t be going there.
