Came in on Tuesday night of the 16th at 7 PM closer to 8 PM and the gentleman behind the counter was a chill, informative guy when I came in to buy some items. He was super friendly and made me laugh while also guiding me on products I needed information. I feel bad for not remembering his name, but I remember his personality and he definitely has great customer service!

I really love coming to this smoke shop good costumer service always clean and I find everything I need thanks to kindly guy name David. He makes my day easier on finding what I need and the good deals are awesome specially the free ones so I will ship here all the time.

Heavenly Smoke Shop is the best place they have great selections and good pricing and Oscar is an awesome person. I left my phone and after helping pick out the right thing earlier in the day when I left my phone he grabbed it and saved it for me!! Great honest business!

Daniel is so excellent, he is caring, helpful and very knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else. I walked 1hr to get there and it was worth it. Keep up the good work Daniel.omg I made a mistake. I put one star thinking it was the highest. Sorry I will correct now.

Was in town visiting & needed some supplies. Daniel was super helpful, got me right, and even provided me with some local recommendations for places to visit during my stay. When I visit in the future I’ll be sure to stop by again.

Heavenly Smoke Shop is a long-time local favorite and the best neighborhood vape store that Ive been to anywhere. Go out of your way to go there, its worth the trip and youll definitely feel that youve connected with some amazing humans at the same time. The service is so good its hard to call it service. Daniel is simply amazing and a rare gem in a fast paced world. On a side note, a new reviewer left a one-star review earlier today, and I have to respond to that directly. He said it was the worst customer service and referred to the staff talking to 70 year - old women in the review (apparently instead of serving him right away). It amazes me how people can post their 4th review ever, and 3 of them are one-star, and expect to be taken seriously. You are cruel in some weird way, and I hope you learn to kick it and chill and appreciate the character that a good smoke shop provides. I hope you learn to appreciate the smiles of others, and see that its contagious if allowed. I hope you dont feel compelled to lie to feel seen. We were there. We are far from our 70s. And no one was flirting. No one was insulting. When you get back to Jersey, youd do well to take some of the vibes from the shop with you.

Love this vape store for its products but mainly for the excellent customer service. Daniel is absolutely AWESOME. Friendly, helpful, and entertaining. Came to him regarding issues with my vape and not only did he listen patiently to my concerns, he was also able to fix the problem.

That ginger mfer is always one of the friendliest and most helpful employees every time Im in. At this point, I usually just come on weekends because I know hes working. (No shade to the other staff at all, just enjoy seeing his face when I come in)

Cant beat the location! Right in the heart of Hillcrest. Has great service and the people working there really are on it with their product knowledge. Walked in thinking I wanted one thing and left with a much better product. Highly recommend!

I’m from LA and this is the first Smoke Shop I’ve been to out here in San Diego and let me just tell you... this place is clean, organized, and overall has amazing vibes. The moment I stepped in, I knew the service was going to be IMMACULATE. The homie Oscar not only hooked me up with a Moon Pie, but hooked us up with Discounts on bongs etc etc. I totally recommend this place. Will fulfill all your needs. LOOK FOR OSCAR.

I don’t know how or why I found myself in here, but the sheer kindness and welcoming energy put out by Daniel has literally changed my life. When you’re here it feels like catching up with an old friend or watching an episode of Cheers on Netflix. I don’t smoke at all, and ended up buying a zippo lighter just because it reminds me of the warmth of camaraderie you feel when you return home.Their name is not a mistake or misnomer. Come here for all your smoking needs; stay because you’ll want to. I cannot recommend this shop enough. It would only be made better if it were able to sell marijuana instead of just CBD and tobacco products.
