Good atmosphere and service. It was a party of 9 people for a colleagues farewell. Not many vegetarian options for main course though.. ordered 3 pitchers of Margaritas and all were awesome! Great and young atmosphere with cool vibes!

First time here and it was very relaxing. I was ordering drinks and food for myself and my friend from 5:30 PM (start of my reservation time). Till 8PM when we finally finished. $20 all you can eat tacos on Tuesdays. Staff was very nice and brought everything we needed and asked for. Had the steak, chicken and fish Tacos and it was good.

Not my favorite place, let me just start by saying that this is not the first time there’s been racist allegations towards scorpion bar. we went there one time for a night out on a Saturday. Everyone in my friend group was over 21 and had our REAL PASSPORT as we were international but got rejected saying that our passports didn’t scan. In the meantime, three white girls just walked right past the bouncer without getting their IDs checked and went in. Later on saw one of those girls outside asked them and they said they’re not even 21 the bouncer just didn’t care and didn’t check them. Also said that it was completely empty inside. Didn’t give us a real reason why they didn’t let us in kept saying our passport wasn’t scanning, even though it literally had our visas and border control stamps in it. We ended up going somewhere else. Our passports did scan at a different place had no problem getting in and we had a blast at the other place. Absolutely unacceptable will not be returning.

It is so unfortunate that the review for this place is a mix between the food and the night club. Because the food is amazing. We initially didnt consider it because the cumulative review score was lower than others in the area, but am so glad we ended up taking a chance. The guacamole was so delicious. When its that good, you know you are in for a good meal. We got the pork enchiladas, al pastor pork tacos, and the pork belly tacos. All were excellent. The pork enchilada was so flavorful. The pork belly tacos with kimchi and Asian pear worked so much better than I thought it would. The corn tortilla was on the thicker side and pan fried slightly. Perfectly held up to the meat on the inside. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere relaxing. If coming for a meal, this place is absolutely a 5.

Went around 9pm on a Friday and only had the limited bar menu. We sat at the bar. 3 bartenders stood around chatting and maybe training. We had to ask other people who were prepping if they were open. Someone in a a red jacket appeared asked how we were, but I guess didnt have the authority to ask anyone to serve us. The only plus side was that when a server finally came, our food came out in 5 minutes. It was decent and not expensive, which I will take in the Seaport. The focus seems to have pivoted since the last time we were there. Cant explain the service except they dont care if youre not a drunk, young man whos going to tip with abandon.OH, just noticed this is a Big Night operation...that explains everything. IYKYK

Good food, drinks and overall atmosphere. The nachos are massive and need a minimum of at least 2 people if you want to get close to finishing it at all. Loved the Mexican Mule. The wings were good but the BBQ sauce needs some work. Overall great experience. I will come again

If your looking for a place to do a birthday dinner or large gathering it’s great place(reserve a table a head of time tho!) but the food,the atmosphere and drinks was really good over all! Ik the reviews has mix of the club experience and the food(I can’t say much about the club experience but the food, the stuff are amazing! You won’t be disappointed.The places is aesthetically pleasing as well(go get your cute pictures for insta😂.Also Their Burritos are MASSIVE LIKE your not going to finish it.definitely coming back!

Terrible spot for dancing. Went with my cousin from ny my cousin was having a good time and towards the end of the night when we wanted to dance they ended up kicking my cousin out to dancing. 0/10. Don’t go there for you like a good time in terms of dancing never ask for water they’ll end up kicking u You know out. Bouncers and coat check super friendly. At the end of the day my cousin got kicked out for having a good time.

My Fuego drink was great !I had 3 tacos around $6/$7 each a little overpriced but it was wicked good!The bartender/server was super attentive and nice! The bouncers were in black suits giving me fancy vibes and I was there for it ahah. Tippers in bathrooms fyi.The decor is 10/10 I would design my place like this if I could 😭Only one bad thing which had nothing to do with the restaurant. Extremely arrogant and pompous guy with his friend kept bumping into us, super rude. Idk if these type of people frequent there but only rude person I encountered.

Great place to get a nice meal at the Seaport. The food was delicious, crispy wings nicely coated in sauce but retaining their crispiness, plenty of nachos for sharing, chicken with yucca fries and rice and beans was all nicely flavored, and the churro was perfectly served with chocolate and dulce de leche for dipping. The ambience was also enjoyable.

Excellent food. I am not a foodie and care more the ambiance and location. But this place surpasses all expectations in details, quality, food and service. And awesome music and views is a cherry on the cake :)Grand Nightclub is in the lobby of this building. Dont confuse it

Scorpion bar in seaport Boston is amazing and delicious food and tequila drinks!The buffalo wing options are endless and are delicious! I recommend the habanero hot wings paired with ranch is great!The service was excellent and knowledgeable of the menu and bar!Food was delicious, we loved the tacos that you can mix and match different flavors, the rib was the best!They also have MASSIVE burritos that are fully packed you can barely finish them.The overall aesthetic was beautiful and very inviting and have live sports playing and a beautiful bar.They also covid friendly with spacing out tables and having dividers by the bar!

Was there last Saturday celebrating my friends birthday! Had a great time! Food and drinks were good and the service was great! Will visit again soon!

****This place will ask you for your vaccination card, so have it handy**** I thought this place was nice. Had a really nice atmosphere, but I wasnt prepared to climb 3 flights of steps in heels. My legs were burning and I was winded by the time I got to the top. (Need to do more cardio) For some reason I didnt think this place was a Mexican restaurant. But nevertheless the food was great for me. My boyfriend on the other hand was not impressed. He didnt like any of the food on the menu. He wanted the steak but they ran out of it. I had the Birria tacos and he ended up getting the honey Buffalo wings. He ate one and was done. lol The Birria tacos were delicious, flavorful, and stuffed to the brim with a bowl of saucy goodness on the side. The wings looked good too. I love wings! The drinks were ok. Our waiter was not that polite. The greeter who sat us was EXCELLENT! Should have been a waiter. I would definitely come back here, maybe for a girls night out. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

So we left the Barking Crab 🦀 because of the terrible Customer Service Experience and decided to give this place a try. Well, the bad experience just kept giving. 4 times our order was wrong. We kept asking for napkins and utensils because we had Buffalo wings, chips and salsa on the table and no napkins or utensils. After the food arrived, we asked again and finally after the 3rd try, we got it. Again, it was busy, wait was 30 min. We sat outside and it was very nice.The food and drinks were pricey. $16 a drink and Carne Asada mini tacos were $7 each which is insanely overpriced. I believe the large order of original Buffalo wings were $35 and pretty good. They brought in bone-in instead of boneless. When we got the boneless, they brought us BBQ instead of Buffalo. The BBQ boneless wings were salty and ok at best. Drinks were also ok. Very salty. The street corn, which is pictured was very good.Our waitress Emily really tried hard and it wasn’t her fault her co-workers were bringing out the wrong food. The only thing I blame her for was not getting us napkins and utensils in a timely manner, but unlike the Barking Crab, she had a great attitude and was very apologetic and that’s how the Customer Service Experience should look like.I would grade the following: Food - B , CSE - B , Value - D , Atmosphere - A, Cleanliness - A(In all fairness, they did take $48 off our bill for the mishaps). Would I return? Unlikely.

I walked up to the front with a sprained ankle limping and the bouncers immediately turned me away citing I looked severely intoxicated, when in fact I was the most sober person among the three. The bouncers, both with drinks in their hands, then proceeded to let a clearly inebriated group of men into the venue.

Food was tasty but not spectacular. Drinks are good, not the best, but the atmosphere was amazing 🤩. Love the location, loved the Scorpion Taco. Highly recommend as a novelty.

Past Sunday - was our 1st time at Scorpion Bar and the service was excellent - Our server - Celia made us feel special and checked in with us repeatedly - Celia payed special attention to my dietary needs - She was sweet, warm, attentive and smiling. Best server! The food and drinks were very good as well! I had a 1800 coconut margarita - (which came with an adorable miniature Mexican hat attached to the glass with a mini clothes pin) and an incredibly delicious, super thin crust pizza. My husband had the very hot chicken wings and he loved the unique flavor - We are definitely going back with more friends!

The only good thing was my drink (a white Russian) and the spicy jalapeño wontons. The tacos tasted like Taco Bell, there were no tortillas for the fajitas and the enchiladas were boring.

This has to be one of my fav bars to go to especially because of the C02 cannons lol. So many memories here me and my friends love it🔥 Def have to try the late night Scorpion Bites they’re sooo good!

Great bar, club type experience. Dancers were cool, they weren’t crazy about me climbing on stage. How strange.Food was only slightly above average but pricey and same with the drinks.Chicken tacos featured.

Went in the 2nd week of March for a few drinks and apps on a Thursday evening. Vibe is sort of like a sports bar but more upscale and theres spaces away from the screens and such where you can enjoy a meal and conversation without the typical sports bar elements.😅 drinks were tasty, semi pricey but were kind of weak😃 The tacos are fantastic. The Baja taco was one of the best Ive had however I do wish that the size of the taco roll was bigger since the filling was barely contained.Our server was attentive and courteous.

This place is horrible and deserves a 0/10. My group got accused of something that someone else did but of course we got kicked out because racism is alive and well. They wouldn’t listen to us and just kept pointing fingers without asking the group who should’ve been put out. Don’t ever go to this establishment it isn’t worth it.

I got roofied and groped by a tourist and I’m extremely humiliated. He made sure I was drunk before reaching down my shirt and feeling me up. Anyways, this bar isn’t safe. NEXT.

Went here on a whim just looking for food. (Writing this review 2 years later but still) most phenomenal steak tacos I’ve ever had 100% recommend this place to anyone looking at the reviews to judge if it is good.

Terrible place to have a good night out when the bartender harasses you for a tip. I PAID for a drink and because I took to long to tip- my drink was taken & thrown away @ the discretion of a male bartender. I Spoke to a manager about it & since it was close to the end of the night my partner & I decided to leave since I wasn’t going to spend another dollar @ this place anyways. This tip thing has gotten out of control, if these bartenders are so desperate for money they should work in another industry where they don’t have to harass/rely on people to make their living. The bartenders are super unprofessional & make the place uninviting. Would not suggest spending your money @ this place.

A high price for an average meal with mediocre service. The garlic Parmesan wings (8 for $20) were kind of bland, the ranch and blue cheese dips tasted almost the same, the side of fries ($10) was small and also bland, and the drinks ($15) were also nothing to write home about, but for New York prices. After spending that much, I was still hungry.There was only one waitress slowly serving all 5 parties on an empty Sunday night despite a bunch of staff hanging out with each other. It took three separate requests to change the TVs from some documentary on space satellites to Sunday night football. At a *sports bar *.Still a good vibe inside, and the food didn’t absolutely suck.

Cannot comment on the food (all money spent was on drinks) but attended on a Saturday night and had a blast dancing. The DJ played a ton of throwbacks/classics and I lost my voice singing and dancing. Only note is they ran out of coat check room really fast so we all had to hold our coats. For a nice place, that was really annoying.

Scorpion was amazing 👏 the staff was super nice and the aesthetic was even better. The music the night I want was amazing as well. The selection of food and drinks was even better. I completely recommend checking them out ❤

The fajitas are very delicious!!! The ambiance is welcoming and warm. The prices are reasonable-- considering that its located by pricey restaurants nearby.

Meh! The space is kinda cool, the food and cocktails were mediocre, some of the staff were attentive and friendly but the hostesses were really checked out. On Sunday evening there were two adjacent tables of college aged kids who had three repeat offender ladies who kept running back and forth to the bathrooms and lobby area every five to ten minutes to take calls and absolutely didnt think mask wearing applied to them. After the 7th or 8th maskless trip, the general manager asked them to wear their masks while not at their table but only after we brought it to their attention. Poor proactive mask enforcement.

Loved the place! The food, cocktails, music and the atmosphere was simply great. They close the kitchen at 10:00 pm and then the place becomes open for the dance floor! We ordered the Scorpion bowl- Fiesta Punch. It was really good and worth the price. Chicken Fajitas were really good! Also, do try their Tres le Ches dessert !!!

This restaurant has such a beautiful ambiance and great tasting food. Also reasonable prices. A lovely gem in the seaport area also very romantic!

Recently visited this place for a birthday, they promised a lot on the phone but failed to execute it. The drinks were not as expected, the waiter didn’t even inform us that it was the last call for food. It’s really crowded and hardly any place to dance around.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon for a beer and a snack and there was no line nor cover.There is limited seating at the bar. Service was good. Portion of nachos with pork was gigantic (don’t down size) and good.Would not wait a second in line for this place nor pay cover fee as that would not be worth it.

They lie about their weekday deals and about your ability to go to the club area after dinner. I chose this bar because of the Thursday deal (see picture) advertised on their Facebook page, but the waitress said no such deal existed at there location. I went to the bathroom and THE SAME DEAL WAS ADVERTISED IN THE BATHROOM ON A POSTER. Also I called ahead and asked if we could go to the club area and dance after dinner without paying a cover, and they said yes. This was another lie. The supposed show which was just a DJ was sold out and they offered to sell us discounted tickets.The waitresses were nice and the food was good, but our night was ruined for the above reasons.

This is the worst restaurant they have my party of 4 a table in the corner next to the windows and kept forgetting about us every 30-45 min 20 for water and then the waitress bills incorrectly when the instructions were repeated 5 times. The food was Okay the drinks were a 2/10 let alone a random lady selling products in the bathroom watching everyone that comes in…

Came here expecting the same fantastic menu as a year ago but was sorely disappointed. The menu shrunk to a few food items that were comparable to snacks you get at the movie theater. To add salt to the wound, the food was served in cheap plastic trays that you typically find at food truck festivals, and it didnt taste good at all. Missed their old menu so much. The scorpio seemed to have lost its sting.

We were last here one year ago for dinner and it was great. Great food and great extensive menu. We came back expecting the same and boy how it changed... not for the better. The menu shrunk down to basically a 3x5 index card. The vibe has all changed. We spoke to Manos, the new GM and let him know how we felt and were disappointed. Manos is a class act and very professional. The food came out in plastic baskets. At least the churros are still good. For what we were told is the new club vibe it is more of a mix and match hodge podge. Will definitely not be back unless it goes back to its old ways

Tried the Diablo. Superb cocktail. Wonderful ambiance. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. Good place to eat or come for a night out.

Lots of false advertising around their specials. Other than that it was good food and the wait staff was great and if you want to cry but also have a little fun order the Mexican roulette wings.

Atmosphere was amazing, service and food, not so much. The people next to us sent their food back three times. The meat that came with the three amigos fajitas was very dry and probably from the day before. Our waiter lacked training and had low confidence with what was coming out of the kitchen. Overall, poorly trained staff and recipes need to be tasted and improved before served to clientele.

Super disappointed in this place. Food and atmosphere were great. Our server was also pleasant and attentive. We arrived at about 8:30pm and ordered food and drinks totaling over $150 and were told by management 20 minutes before close that we needed to “wrap it up ladies, I need to lock the doors.” I have never been in an establishment that kicked us out before we were finished with our drinks and before closing time. Manager also watched us finish our drinks before leaving the table.

Amazing place! The mixologist makes the best cocktails! You just need to tell them what you like and they surprise you with an amazing drink! Great experience if you like cocktails.

This restaurant has lots of beautiful details, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The menu choices are unique and they even have a room with games to play if you want to grab a drink and just hang out. Definitely worth checking out for a drink at happy hour or a date night dinner.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Drinks are 20 bucks and barely have liquor in them. Terrible atmosphere and music. Can’t believe I paid to get in. Will never go back.

Had an unfortunate experience here last night. I was with my date and it was before 9:45 and we ordered food but there were no available seats so we waited for around 20 minutes then two seats opened up, but as soon as we went to sit down a guy snagged the chair from my date before she could even sit down and I had to catch her before she fell because the guy didnt even ask to move the chair. I went to ask why hed do that and he said cause I said so? Extremely rude customer service- Another guy came up later and apologized for this guys gestures which was nice but just so unneeded.

We had dinner at Scorpion last night, and have to say the decor is very trendy and fun with traditional hints as well. Food portions are grand and price is reasonable considering the size of the portions. For example two people can share one burrito. At the recommendation of the manager, Manny, we had the buffalo chicken quesadilla appetizer, which could actually be a meal itself, was outstanding. Service was excellent and they make you feel welcome and do not push you to leave. Manny the manager is a nice guy and represents the establishment well. At the end of the meal he walked over to the table to ask us how our dining experience was and if we needed anything else, and then invited us back anytime. This personal touch was appreciated. Thank you Manny and staff for a great meal and fantastic time.

Came here in a whim because it seems like a good spot. We sat down and waited 10-15 min tired for a waiter to greet us. When she finally came, we placed our order and made a specific request about our wings. Food took a long time to come out. When it did, the specific request was not carried out and they even looked underdone. The waiter didn’t even come and check to see if everything was okay. When she finally came, we explained our concerns and she said she was getting her manager. Her manager came so we told her the concerns, too. The manager said she was going to see who was in the wrong, waiter or cook..ok. She came back and stated the chef said the wings were cooked longer than normal, which is scary because they barely looked done. She asked if we wanted anything else because she was afraid they weren’t going to come out again……????? Ok. We knew they could because 1 wing on the plate looked exactly the way we wanted. Do not come here when it’s super busy on the weekends. It seems as if the waiters can not keep up with the larger crowds.

AVOID PREMIUM TABLE SERVICEParty of 7 to celebrate a birthday.Awful experience with host and table service.Heres what you should know:- Bouncers were polite, but the experience soured when host, Gabe, arrived. He seemed exhausted and lacked enthusiasm. Showing us to our table and disappearing without returning.- Our table girl seemed disinterested and lacked emotion throughout the night. Zero proactivity. She only became friendly when realizing one of our guests is Brazilian like her.- When we bought a bottle, it was presented without any flair. The table girl shrugged off our disappointment.- After searching for the host discuss this, Gabes poor attitude and lack of concern for customers further added to our disappointment.- Gabe advised that specific instructions should be given prior to arriving. Shouldn’t you make customers aware of this before they book? Or at least communicate this when we arrived? He showed no accountability.- Compared to the premium service I’ve purchased at Scorpion Bar Foxborough and Foxwoods, Memoire, Icon, Venu and Bijou - this is the worst experience weve had. Despite this, we still respectfully tipped well.In summary, if proactive and attentive service is worth anything to you, avoid Scorpion Bar Seaports premium table service.The lackluster staff and disregard for customer satisfaction left us unimpressed.

My girlfriend and I were asked to wait for a table, which is fine. But they kicked us out for no reason. We were waiting outside, causing no issue, and we were kicked out. We did nothing wrong. So if you want to come here, don’t come if you aren’t white. They will kick you out. We just wanted a table or bar seat. Just two of us. But they kicked us while we agreed to wait for a table

I went to Scorpion Bar last Friday for dinner with some friends. The manager, Alexa sat us at our table and gave us so many recommendations all of which were fabulous. The fish tacos that she suggested were one of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. Alexa came over to our table multiple times to check in to see if we needed anything which was so nice. Overall it was a great experience, I would definitely go back especially if Alexa was working. Restaurants would for sure run more efficiently if they had managers like Alexa!

The food was okay, but overpriced. If you’re not American you will not be served alcohol unless you’re willing to bring your passport with you. I showed our server and then the manager my ID card as well as my drivers license but was told that unless I have my passport I need 5 (!) forms of identification to be served. I have never heard that in any other US restaurant or bar before. Our server was very sweet though!

Everything is great but OMG! The bartender that girl was rude, bad attitude and waiting for the tip even if we didn’t finish the drink! She was arrogant and arresting us for a tip. UNBELIEVABLE

The waitress was extremely rude!I luv this place and used to visit a lot until couple of months ago, this 18 something year old blonde girl keeps coming to our table every 5 minutes and when I told we don’t need anything she kept coming with a smirk on her face and started asking my Bf if he needed anything and started cleaning the table while we were eating! Every 5 minutes without exaggeration!Awful service, would not recommend!Not coming back here!It’s either they don’t care about you for 45 minutes or keep bothering you with a smirk on their faces!Horrible management.

Don’t go if you are black or brown. I tipped literally 100 percent on my bill and the bartender didn’t like how I asked him for lime (this is what the manager told me) so he had me kicked out. The manager was like I think there was a misunderstanding cuz I don’t understand his explanation but if my bartender asks me to kick you out I have to listen to them. What? ? So your staff can’t be wrong? I used to bartend so I appreciate a manager that listens to his staff but if you’d staff is out of line you should acknowledge that also. I’m a bald woman so I think the bartender thought I was trans and didn’t like that cuz I still have no idea why they kicked me out. Even after speaking with the manager I still have no idea. So sad I spent money there. The only people with power there were white. The servers, bath room attendants and security were black. They were all great. It’s Boston thou. I shouldn’t be surprised at the hostility. Do better Scorpion Bar.

Decent choice for a night out in Seaport. Though my friends and I had high hopes, the restaurant is a bit of a let down. The margaritas are $16 (no surprise for Boston pricing) but they taste like margarita mix and are very sugary. For that price, Id add, I would imagine they would at least have a prettier presentation. The chimechaguas and fried chicken mac n cheese burrito are both to die for and are fairly priced for the portion size. The ambiance in the place is nice, especially if youre there to watch a game as there are lots of TVs. Overall, its a great place for drunk food (burritos, nachos, tacos looked amazing) but I wouldnt get a drink here again.

It seems greater than it is because it is adorned with plenty of workers standing around near the entrance dressed like youre in this posh place then you get seated at a tiny table with bar stools with no backs. The party in front of us had no reservation and was seated at a much better table. Service was sub par although she was very nice and had a smile. Honestly Ive had better fajitas but the margaritas were good. If you just want drinks and to stand up i guess this place is great.

Food was very tasty and really pretty to look at. The amount of food you get for the price is ok, wish a little more but Im ok with it. The 2.5lb burrito didnt feel like 2.5lbs of food as we were all able to eat it all. They do have a challenge to eat a 5 lb one and honestly I feel many people could eat it if they were hungry. I would visit here again as the servers were nice and the place was clean. When we went there were no drink specials which kinda sucked.

Let’s just say this was a really unprofessional and terrible experience. We made reservations a week ago for 12. We arrive to only find our table isn’t ready. To compensate we we’re given a round of drinks. Then they give us two table and split our group. We had a cake and we’re told they had to charge $2 per slice. we asked for them not to cut but we’re told that they must.On to the food half of the group had to deal with cold food that we had waited ample time for. The enjoyable thing about the place was the drinks. We then had our server forget the cake. So now they bring it out but we don’t want it cut.She had given us the bill already and needed to take it back because of the cake. Ridiculous you forget the cake and still want to charge us after we told you to bring it out. They then remove the charge. But was disheartening is it turns into a club and we are having tables all around us moved and being pushed out after having a $500+++ tab. Our business didn’t feel welcomed and after placing a $100 hold for the table we weren’t given the service we paid for.

The best part of my entire experience was the female manager Alexa. She made my birthday so so SO special. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best day possible. She came over to check in on us multiple times, told us great stories and has us laughing so hard, and even surprised us with a round of shots. This experience wouldnt have been the same had it not been for Alexa. The food was okay the chicken and churros were definitely the best thing on the menu. The nightclub industry needs more women leaders and Im lucky I had the opportunity to meet one. Alexa deserves to be running all of Scorpion youre lucky to have her.

After a day enjoying the seaport we decided to grab a quick and casual dinner. We decide on Scorpion Bar because it had a cute outside dining area. The menu was limited but we ordered ‘wings’ (they were glorified chicken nuggets) and a Mexican pizza. When the food came and my husband started with the wings. In the ranch was a dark hair- almost certainly a pubic hair! Gross! We told the waitress, showed it to her and she said ‘oh so you want a new ranch?’ Ummmm yeah. No apology. No manager. No comp. Unacceptable. There are tons of places in Boston to eat, I’d choose somewhere else next time.

I hosted my birthday dinner there and they could not have been any more accommodating. We were sat in a perfect spot with a balcony and a flat screen at the end of the table to enjoy the Derby and the Celtics game. Food and drinks were great and all my friends enjoyed it. More people showed up for dinner than what was expected, but the staff was super helpful and accommodating throughout the meal. Cant wait to visit again.

Food and the music was amazing love it ! Stuff and bartenders AWFUL no even a smile or thank you! Even the girls at the VIP waitress was mad face … PLEASE make sure they are nice to the costumers … but we had a amazing time .

The decor was fantastic, the host was really nice, but this was as far as the positive experience went. The blonde waitress seemed very sleepy, had a delayed reaction to everything we said, she would slouch on the table when talking to us. The service was terrible, the food was lukewarm and average at best. We questioned if one of the meals was served with the sauce we had ordered and the waitress did not even bother to check with the chef, only saying that she thought it was the right thing.She left with our credit card and took forever to bring it back.Overall, this place seems to be a trendy club at night without any expertise regarding customer service.

My friends and I bought a table here. I decided to leave early with a few of my friends. My other friends got back to the table to enjoy the rest of their time, however the staff told them that we got kicked out and they have to leave as well. However, I never got kicked out and neither did any of my friends. We decided to leave ourselves.they lied to my friends even though We payed for a table. This place is ridiculous and unworthy of your time. If you want to let lose and have fun with friends, I would not recommend this place. If I could give a zero rating, I would.We also spent $240 for all of us to get in on general admission ($30 per person). We decided to get a table when we were already inside, but the general admission price that we payed did not go toward the table or get refunded. Just another thought. We also spent over $150 at the bar, and then another $600 on the table. For us to be paying this much at this establishment I would expect them to have respect for their customers, but instead they lied to my friends and kicked them out for no reason. The people next to our table were also upset with how rude the bouncers had been.

Very clean,  amazing service. We came in with a party of 12 we had finished a seaport cruise.  We were seated right away and the drink started coming in with appetizers definitely well be back.  The server ( Issuer ) was amazing.  A little on the pricey side but definitely worked it

$22 for lukewarm, soggy nachos that came out 3 minutes after we ordered them, almost like they were premade or someones elses mistake. Server was attentive. Atmosphere was cool, although the lighting where we were sat was dominated by the flashing of a giant projection screen. 3 flights of stairs up from the street.

The food and drinks were delicious and we were able to he seated earlier than reservation, but the music was so loud I couldnt hear the person next to me, and it took forever for the food and drinks to be brought over. There was also an obnoxiously loud party/table of maybe 20 people and we were initially seated right next to them (it was like a 7th grade girls sleepover level giggly and screaming). Not bad, but probably wouldnt be my first choice for dinner.

Great place to meet friends with indoor and outdoor balcony space. Its on the second floor with stairs and elevator access. The atmosphere is not quite a sports bar but there are big screens around. In all its also a bit noisy. The food was great, but the service was lacking. Its by the waterfront so you will pay for parking or take public transportation.

Music was a touch loud, but I realize most places are similar. Food was excellent (crispy cod tacos), service great, too. Recommend.

The drinks and the environment are the only good things about this restaurant. They play good hispanic music and the scenary is nice, but the food is TRASH. It is so dry and tasteless. I ordered a chicken taco and it was gross. How do you mess up a taco? The tortilla tastes like it was made with sand paper. I would go back just for the bar.

Place is absolute GARBAGE!!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT. Staff was rude, we had a reservation we show up and they place us at the front and I requested a booth (willing to wait)Got told no with there being plenty of tables open. What kind of place is still open after you make a reservation and get told you need to sit where we tell you. My wife and I walked out and no one even said anything to us so no one cares about whether people spend their money there or not. I know If I owned a restaurant someone walking out is money going somewhere else. Trash. If the front hate their job quit let someone else who wants to be there work. I wouldve lost my job doing this to a paying customer. Maybe the owners need a heavier hand in whos there. No hospitality. Shouldve read the very accurate reviews before making a reservation

The servers here were excellent but the food is cold and tasteless. They obviously use very cheap ingredients so its kind of ridiculous that the burritos are $25. I was also very unsatisfied that the $15 tequila shots were served in plastic cups like its some kind of college party. I expressed some of these complaints to the manager but he denied it all. On a separate note, they do not provide antibacterial soap in their bathrooms. I will not go back here and will not recommend it to any friends either.

Just because it’s in Seaport doesn’t mean the food is good. I had a pork belly taco and actually spit it out into my napkin. It’s a very very expensive place for weak drinks and pretty low quality food. The only good thing was the manager was super nice and always checked with our table. I just didn’t have the heart to tell him in the moment, but yeah that place is a giant waste of money.

Love the interior decor, employees have always been friendly, DJ has a good mix going. My reason for not rating higher is the food. While the servings are large and photo-friendly, they could benefit from using fresher/higher quality ingredients. Dont let this steer you away from a night out here - If youre here for good drinks and a visually appealing bar, youre going to have a great time!

From drinks to apps to main course…everything was just bad. Napkins and silverware arrived an hour after they served us appetizers. Fish tacos were cold. Giving two stars for its beautiful location.

Stay away from this place it is highly dangerous. My friends and I all got roofied and management doesn’t respond. All reviews about unknowingly being intoxicated with narcotics are true! I will be reporting this to the ABC as well as the attorney general of Massachusetts. So scary that some of us are now struggling with major anxiety and PTSD! Just to throw it in there we are a group of professionals between 30 and 40 years old…

I like the environment and food is delicious. Also good drinks, music and staff is great.Nice to go with friends or dates. Not now because of Covid, but before you could extend your after dinner with dancing under good song.

Where to start... the $20 cover to get in just to get shoved out close to 2am is simply not worth it. It was extremely embarrassing and occurred for absolutely no reason at all. After reading a few reviews I can see that they make a habit of treating guests as if they know there isnt any precautions needed to be taken.drinks are $15 each and sub par the DJ was hot garbage. The 2 dancers was the best thing about this place; the bartenders and hosts were unpleasant to communicate with.The security even carry a sense of invincibility. They broke the law applying pressure physically to someone who is already compliant. I will be filing a lawsuit...Go somewhere else and save yourself the time and money.

It looks nice and food is decent. Dont go here if your trying to get to know someone because the music is sooo loud, that you find yourself yelling, or speaking really loudly to communicate. You will also be struggling to here the other people. The staff could hardly hear me calling them because its so loud, thats not staff fault. Music was pretty good though. This review doesnt reflect on the food, I didnt have any. The venue is amezing beautiful. It is a crossover of a restaurant and a club. I also went there when they were showing GOT season 8 first episode. They have a huge screen at the front and so many smaller ones above the bar. The sound and the display was great.I gave it three stars because of their drinks. Which was not good. I had three different drinks and it was very disappointing especially their Margarita.

Went there last night to have a good club night (Saturday) and the music was really bad. Did not expect such a bad vibe from this place. They kept playing tiktok music that’s not even dance worthy. For a half hour straight people were just standing still because you just couldn’t dance to any music that was playing there. What a buzzkill!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our server was extremely aggressive, rude, and does not belong in the customer service industry. There was an issue with every item we ordered. The server knew nothing about the menu, and when we tried to cancel an order 5 minutes after placing it, she arrived at the table with the item regardless, and said well it’s yours now and what do you want to do? Throw it out and be wasteful? We explained it wouldn’t have been ordered had the menu been explained correctly. We asked to speak with the manager, who was just as rude and aggressive. He Said the food was ours now and the best he would do is 1/2 off for an item we did not want. I addressed the attitude of the waitress, who was awkwardly standing in ears shot behind him. She ran up to the table looking like she was going to attack me, then backed off last minute since the manager was there. After the manager walked away she ran over and threw the check at us (which we did not ask for) and continued to be aggressive and confrontational stating “she wasn’t being rude or aggressive” (clearly contradictory to the circumstance), and then continued to make us uncomfortable talking about us and staring at us from around the restaurant. She then continued the confrontation even as we were leaving the restaurant. the way she was acting, I’m shocked That she didn’t try to physically attack me. Worst customer service and food. Don’t waste your time or money coming here.

Ive been to this bar a couple of times during my recent trip to Boston. I enjoyed myself here more than anywhere else. Even though its a Tequila bar, its very well stocked with all kinds of liquors. The ambience is cool and dark, and the music was pretty good. The crowd I saw was very diverse and friendly. Also, Aisha (I hope I spelled that right) is the best Bartender in all of Seaport. I will throw down with anyone that challenges that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I go out to a different restaurant every week and the food here was awful. Not only was the food awful, the staff was extremely rude. Our waitress kept giving us an attitude and did not even check up on us once! I have never been to a restaurant where they don’t ask how the food is. Not only that, she forgets to get some of the things we ordered, and we had to remind her several times and we had to wait each time for a VERY long time because she would never check on us. We would have to call her from far away. She then becomes surprised that we don’t tip her well and reports us to the manager. Of course we aren’t going to tip you well, you tip based on service. The woman even reported us for bringing outside drinks but the drinks were from the bar! We had to order from the bar because again, she didn’t come to our table. Then the manager wants to give US attitude for not tipping well as if we are required to tip, and then proceeds to kick us out of the venue. Service was horrible, food was bad, and the staff was extremely rude. Will not be returning !

The drinks were ok. The food didnt taste good. The flavors werent authentic and the churros werent even cooked all the way through. It was raw in the middle. The staff was amazing. If it werent for them I would have given this restaurant a 1 star.

Manager Alexa is AMAZING. She came over to the table to introduce herself and ask us how our meal was. She even recommended food to us! Love this place will be returning for delicious food and drink.

Ive been here twice. First time was pre COVID. Was a great time. We just went in for a drink or two and it was a great atmosphere and a lot of fun, pricey drinks though. Second time was last week. A friend and I had to make an 8:45pm dinner reservation as thats all they had left. We went in and found that it was so loud. The host sat us next to this obnoxious table that was just ridiculous the whole time, they were so rude and over the top and yelling like they couldnt hear each other when the rest of the restaurant was quiet. Our server was also the bartender and was great. We got the mai tais which were beautiful and tasted great. The food was ok. My friend didnt end up liking her meal, so the server let her order something else and took that off the bill. Again, server and staff great. Atmosphere was meh, and food was ok.

We came here for quick cocktails before the clubs opened. We walked in and we were ignored by the bar staff for 15 minutes. When I finally was able to get a menu from the bartender, I was met with an eyeroll and she disappeared to the back. I spent most my time trying to flag someone down to place an order but they continued to ignore me, two of the bartenders were clearly gossiping while I was standing there waving my hand to get a drink- it wasnt busy. The drinks were disgustingly sugary. The vibe was mediocre. Waitstaff very rude. For a restaurant and bar in the Seaport Id expect at least decent service. Overpriced and not worth the time.

Late night (9:00) decision with 2 grumpy hangry teens. Everyone left satisfied with PLENTY of leftovers. Our server broke our bad service curse!! Celia was attentive but not intrusive - super nice and polite. Would definitely return!!

Semi-upscale bar with table service and long bar. Main dance area is oddly shaped, making it difficult to move around when its crowded.Probably some of the friendliest bartenders Ive experienced. Pleasantly surprising for a place that gets the niche seaport crowd. Despite the place being shoulder-to-shoulder capacity, bartenders got my drinks to me the minute i got up to the bar.

Jenny the bartender was very rude. I hope she doesn’t work there in the future.

I am reviewing solely based off of attending at night. Thursday night we arrived at the city late (we were staying at Yotel across the street) and we decided to stop here thinking maybe wed get a taco and some margs, only to find the place POPPIN. The DJ was great, and everyone was dancing and having a great time. The bartender was super fast despite the large crowd, and she made the drinks strong, which added to the good time. My boyfriend and I loved the place and the vibes it had as a night club/bar. I was so surprised, but cant wait to go back (and try some food too)!

Went for a work party and we had a custom 8 course meal that was so incredible, each course was better than the last. Awesome staff wait on us as well.

Brianna, our server, was not very friendly or helpful, we gad to ask a cleaner to help change table as ours was very won’y to the point the glasses slid on it.Luckily the other servers helped when we needed something as she could not be bothered.At home I was surprised to see on the credit card bill that I was charged a 20% tip without my permission.

Awesome place!! First time ever there, went for my cousins birthday, he had a private room reserved for almost 13 people..so it was pleasant and the servers were pleasant...beware though!! That 4lbs burrito challenge might be rigged. More like 5 lbs, i took one home and weight one of them..weighed ( 2 1/2 lbs) ...other than that nice menu, kool dance and atmosphere, adult/ college type of scene. I reccomend.

Fun bar in Boston! The music was a little old but still fun overall.

Went for drinks and dinner and sat at the bar where Neil, the bar manager, took care of us. He was super attentive and knowledgable of the drinks and menu and very friendly and personable! Ive also gone during club night with friends and it was so much fun, great music ! Love the ambiance and everything about this place!

I booked a table for a bachelorette the other night and the staff was amazing. They were all extremely professional and accommodated almost all of our needs. Security and our bottle girl Danielle went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free night when people were pushing into our table. Not only did they quickly eliminate the situation, but they continued to check in with us throughout the rest of the night. Thank you to CJ and everyone else who worked that night to make ours extra special! We will definitely be returning again!

First time ordering from there I waited a hr and went to pick it up and the team didn’t even take down my order. Basically they talked to me like I was crazy as if I didn’t know how to place an order.The second time I ordered a 6 piece wings and waited an whole hr and had to wait an additions 20 minutes because they weren’t done yet. The staff literally on her phone and just ignoring me as if I Wasn’t even there. Definitely will not come and spend my money here EVER!!!!!!! Worst customer service ever had

The place is run down. It looks like it was once an amazing high class Mexican bar. It was sad to see the worn fruniture and confusing atmosphere. It was more like a dive bar that just gave up and stopped trying. Not a nice one that feels homey but one that takes itself too seriously even tho they obviously dont give a damn. The food is ok but the drinks and the service could be better. To be fair we arrived when it looked like they were changing over to a night club type set up. I was less than impressed and wont return.

One of the managers kicked me out on a power trip three min before they closed. He said it was because I wasn’t listening to him. Laughed at me when I tried to get further explanation. He seemed a bit flustered. I think he wanted some attention and to exercise his position of power over a girl. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. This is no way to treat female patrons, especially by male staff. It disgusted me and ruined my night. The club was really a pile of trash anyway. Cover of $30 is a scam. Drinks sucked. Music was mediocre. Go somewhere else and save yourself time, money, and harassment.

I only gave two stars just because of the location and drinks, but the food portions were an absolute disaster. We asked for Chicken Quas and It was literally just the wrap, veggies, and cheese. Service is awesome but the food was a very bad experience for us.

Came on friday night, around 11 or 11:30. Dont show up expecting to dance; apparently that isnt done at Scorpion Bar. The DJ was great, but the drinks were very expensive and it took about 10 minutes until I was able to order because the bar was pretty busy. The staff werent rude but werent friendly either. I only stayed for long enough to finish my drink before I went elsewhere.

They make you get in line to retrieve your jacket at the end of your night…. This isn’t a big deal, but it bothers me that they make you get in the same line as people just walking in paying their cover… not everyone checks their jacket, and it take two seconds to retrieve a jacket especially when you have to people working the front… terrible system

Went to meet up with friends. Doorman out front turned me away because I was wearing open-toed shoes. Fair enough. My buddy, who I was with, was nice enough to trade shoes with me. But this time the doorman turned me away because of the shorts I was wearing. Meanwhile I was wearing a button-up shirt… and the doorman was dressed like the maître d at an Applebees. And a $30 cover? Sounds like I missed a bullet.

Good place for drinks and brunch. Went there for brunch and had the breakfast burrito. Downside is that I ordered it without the sausage but got it with. Make sure the waitress writes correct your order. Other than that it is a good place and prices are reasonable.

Went there on a Thursday around 9pm with a group of friends and had a blast. Had dinner and got the house tacos which were phenomenal. We ended up stung and got a bottle service table and had a great night.I would recommend going w friends for a night out. Have djs 3 nights a week

Last night, I didnt want another drink from a rude bartender and after letting her know I didnt want another drink from her she close my tab and had me kicked out of the place by the restaurant manager or whoever that bald guy was. How was that customer service? This is how you treat your customers? buddy, you are in a whole of hurt once this city back to 100% capacity

I only gave this place 1 star because i need to put a star in order to write a review. Decided to go out with some friends for the night. You need to wait 30-45 mins outside because it was a “short” line. Then once you go in the door. You need to wait another 1 hours. It’s been 1.5 hrs already and 4 parties left ahead of our group. On top of the $20 cover when you’re not even moving the line for this place. Please people do not waste your time and come to this establishment. Especially for the people who are out of towns or out to celebrate a special occasion. You’ll end up making friends with strangers as you’re waiting all night to be standing at the counter to pay. Terrible place.Save yourself. Go somewhere else.

Spent 30 dollars to get in (yes only to get into the building) with friends from South America and Europe, the music was horrible haha, I couldn’t believe how bad it was… The music super old, not to dance to at all; if you are from a country that’s not the US I would not recommend… Super boring 😩 Music sucks and drinks super expensive. It’s a no for me 😬

Went for drinks with friends on a Friday. $10 cover. Ive heard the cover can be $20 on Saturdays. Drink prices are standard for this area. Music is good, however there is not much of a dance floor because of posts in the building. I would recommend the other two Scorpion bars over this one (Foxwoods and Gillette Stadium). I am a big fan of this group of restaurant owners!

I ordered shrimp fajitas I got a plate of onions and bell peppers with only 4 shrimp. They gave me 4 flour tortillas i guess i was suppose use one shrimp per tortilla. I eat at alot Mexican restaurants around the world this by far was the worst. Then to accommodate me they brought me 4 more shrimp. If u ever eat there dont order the shrimp fajitas.

Horrible service. Not worth it for mediocre food.Went here with a group of people, ready to binge on tacos and margs. We arrived around 7pm on a Tuesday - there were other parties at tables and a few at the bar, but the place was not busy. First red flag was when we were seated and not greeted by wait staff for more than 10 minutes. We had to flag someone down and ask if they knew who our waiter was.When our waitress finally arrived, very step was a wait. One of my colleagues waited over 30 minutes for a drink. The food took forever to arrive. Our water glasses were only re-filled when we again had to flag our waitress down. At one point she disappeared for upwards of 30 minutes, had to ask the manager twice to find her for us (seemed like nobody knew where shew as). The food was mediocre at BEST. I ordered chicken tacos, which were dry and over charred, in a chalupa shell that tasted stale. My colleagues who ordered the fajitas seemed happy enough. Overall, not consistent quality.Table wasnt cleared at all - we sat with our dirty/empty plates and empty water glasses until our check was paid. Sfe he never once came by to check on us or ask how we liked our food. When our waitress finally did return the bill to be signed, our credit card was missing. Had to ask the manager again about this, as our waitress was, again, nowhere to be found. She had left it at the register. As we paid the bill with the manager there, we expressed our disappointment at our experience. He wished we had told him sooner so he could have rectified it (apparently asking him multiple times to find our waitress and for refills of water, sitting at a table of dirty plates wasnt clear sign that there was a problem). He offered to buy us a round of drinks at the bar, which was nice, but at that point we were all beyond ready to leave after being there for over 2 hours.We left and walked over Envoy for more drinks and dessert - by far the best part of the night! Shame for Scorpion - we would have ate and drank a LOT more had we a waitress who cared about her job.Maybe go to Scorpion for drinks and apps at the bar. Dont waste your time and money trying to have a nice sit down meal.

Food lacks flavor and is very obviously prepackaged and not fresh. I cant even begin to describe how overpriced it is. $25 for a burrito with no flavor!! $18 for ONE Jameson on the rocks!! $16 for a WATERED DOWN cocktail!! Im really expecting this place to go under sooner rather than later.

Had an open tab at the bar and left without remembering to close it. Called several times the next day and no one would answer the phone so I showed up to get my credit card. The manager only looked in the lost and found and refused to look behind the bar. He also claimed there was no way I could have opened a tab since I had my license and they do not keep open tabs without a photo ID. I explained to him that no one took my ID but I absolutely had an open tab. His response was “oh well. I don’t have it”. It’s funny because my card was charged that day so, the bar certainly has it. I called back that night, again it took four calls for someone to answer the phone, and the person on the other end told me a manager wasn’t available to look for my card and it would have to wait until the next day. I left her my name and number and never got a call back the next day. I called again (yes, four times) and left a message during open hours. Here we are, another day has passed and no call back. I ended up cancelling my card and ordering a new one. I haven’t had any business less willing to help me in a long time.

Was here with 2 friends last night, our group was asked to leave after maybe 30 mins as apparently we walked into the Vip section one too many times?? The first time we ended up there entirely by accident as it was not marked and we had no idea. Takes up 3/4 of the space in the bar. Literally escorted out of the bar by multiple staff members (abruptly and rudely) as if we were posing a danger to someone, as a group of 3 women trying to mind our own business. Elitist and ridiculous, if you are going to kick people out for this label/ block off your VIP section better. Not worth the $30 cover

What an incredibly humiliating experience. My two girlfriends and I paid a 30 dollar cover charge each relatively early in the night on a Friday, and we were physically corralled across the floor by employees the moment we entered the club. We werent even given the opportunity to order drinks at the bar before we were asked to leave approximately twenty minutes after we arrived for private party purposes. While paying a high cover charge for entry and being asked to leave shortly after is an annoyance in and of itself, I would not have been so upset or embarrassed had the employees on the floor not put their hands on my friends and I.... Nothing spells out an unpleasant experience like being groped on the buttock and hips by staffers. I feel incredibly embarrassed and disrespected after spending just 30 minutes here. How can employees think it is appropriate to touch patrons like this?! I caution bar-goers against Scorpion. I have never felt humiliated to this degree by a bar or club, especially one in Boston.

We were taken by surprise at being asked to leave at 90 minutes This place selectively enforces policy and board of health regulations based on the amount you are spending. I discussed this with two managers, but they werent helpful. If you enforce a 90 minute limit for one party, you must enforce it for all. Secondly, its patently absurd to host a 4 hour ppv event with 90 minute table limits. In any party, one person makes the reservation. The limit should be announced to tables beforehand, especially during a ppv event. Ive reviewed dozens of places and almost never leave poor reviews.

Women, beware. I have never experienced such an aggressive experience in Boston from staffers— whether it was bouncers at the entrance to promoters and bottle girls on the floor. I rarely feel unsafe going out as a woman in Boston, but the hostility displayed by the employees on the floor was outstanding in my bar/club experience. If you are a woman going out in Boston, I urge you to go elsewhere. Save yourself $30 an unpleasant experience.

I saw someone write a review saying this place was racist but half the staff was black and all respectful and professional. Dude from Ohio who wrote that is an idiot. Went there last night there was Spanish, black, Asian, white people all working. Wicked good treatment by all and super friendly. Prices are kinda steep but the place is dope. And all the bar tenders are straight smokes lol

The atmosphere is cute. The enchiladas and wings were good BUT the margs and cocktails are extremely sub-par. Everyone in the group said their drinks only tasted like juice or syrup.

Literally, best chips and guac Ive ever had. The food here is delicious, the decor is very interesting... we decided to call it southwestern gothic. Super cool. Hip location. Definitely recommend.

Litetally the worst. Food was terrible and margaritas were overly sweet made with a mix. While the guacamole was decent, it was served with artificial chips. Both entrees we had were painfully underseasoned - fish tacos tastes like a frozen fish stick topped with a flavorless salsa and the enchiladas were inedible. The great tequilas offered were ruined by the fake mixes they used. On top of all of it, the server made us feel like an inconvenience and the meal was expensive. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else in this thriving area.

Online says the kitchen closes at 10:30pm. Arrived at 9:15pm and was told there’s a $20 cover because they are turning into a club soon and that the nearest ATM is across the street. My fiancé and I were clearly not dressed for the club and only had intentions to eat dinner. Needless to say, took my business elsewhere so I cannot speak to the food (though the menu looked great).

Girlfriend and I came here for a birthday. The service was mediocre at best. The manager at night pretends to be doing you a favor. If you are looking for a quesadilla you are better off going to Chillis as the manager stated. Here you get 2 soft tacos. No beans no rice on the side.

One of our guests has an allergy to beans, mentioned it more than 3 times that the burrito should not have beans, and guess what?? Beans everywhere!! And when asked to change and do it again, he was told it couldnt be done.I can safely say I had better service in low-cost establishments and in fastfood chains.If youre looking for a place where you can reserve a space for 30 people and the whole process is tiresome and ends up with a manager making you feel bad to inform him about the composition of a party, this is for you.If youre looking for a place where they serve the food cold, dont refill the water, take forever to bring the drinks, and make you feel guilty for even considering going there, this place is for you.If youre looking for a place where the manager and the staff looks at you as theyre doing you a favor (and expect you to pay the bill and high tip in the end), but dont get orders right, dont make an effort to accommodate your group or make you comfortable, then for sure you need to visit.In the end, also expect the manager to tell you they cant give you your change because they closed the day already (even though you were told they would be closing at midnightish and it was still 11pm). They will probably also tell you they cant take more than 4 cards and that you need to pay cash. If you also want to make a suggestion for improvement, dont bother, because they will just argue with you even though youre the customer and theyre supposed to serve you.THE NERVE of these staff - John, Crystal and Connor!!! I cant even believe this happened!! If you ever get stuck with them when visiting please ask to change IMMEDIATELY because the only guarantee is AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

Tapas and drinks.Went there for a 60 person mixer. Ate mainly tapas and had drinks.The food was average generally speaking. The best part was the chips / and salsa (salsa was delicious).Drinks were standard fair. Enjoyed the high end tequila.

Total bro bar. Guys ramming into every one with tons of security to make sure there were no fights. We went there to dance but we had to leave because we kept getting pushed and slammed into. Two women there had to be carried out because they were to drunk to stand up. One of them fell over whole standing at the bar. Also our feet were literally sticking to the floor, it was gross.I would never go back there and wouldnt recommend it. There are plenty of places to go in Boston to dance and have fun but not here.

Good spot to go to enjoy hip hop as well as good mix drinks. The DJ plays all the latest songs but could improve on his mixing.. Overall when in Boston and on the Seaport are definitely a place to stop and enjoy the night away.P.S. age group will be low twenties as this is more of a hip hop bar/club scene.. Dont forget to bring cash to enter..

Great place! I first visited SB at foxwoods and fell in love. So I was ecstatic to learn of the Boston Seaport location. Food and service are excellent at both restaurants. The sangria is amazing - spring for the skull, you wont be disappointed! Ive had the quesadillas and the fajitas and I really enjoyed both. The atmosphere is nice, very unique decor. If you want something different from the usual pub, grille or big chain, Scorpion Bar is the place.

Really love the atmosphere. The bartenders were super nice. Will be coming back to try more food because it was so good. Might be my new fav spot.

Ordered curbside pickup on December 4. Due to the existence of a gift card our order had to be called in by phone, the old fashioned way. (There is no option to pay with a gift card on the online ordering portal.)The food and drink were tasty. Classic margaritas were sealed in plastic, pint-sized to go bags; when opened they tasted excellent. (Dont forget to shake the bag well before opening and pouring!)Chips and guacamole were perfect starters. Creamy style guac with some chunks. Lime forward taste, with a mild cilantro presence. Not too salty. Everyone liked the guac.The Taco Kit (6 Tacos total: 2ea beef, chicken, carne asada steak, with shaved lettuce, diced tomatoes, SB Blend cheese, Pico de Gallo, guacamole sour cream, and corn tortillas) fed three adults, and was tasty. Although no one particularly loved the corn tortillas.Easy curbside pickup, with parking spots out front dedicated to the takeaway business.

Wife and I had some Tacos, which were very very good. I got the Hot Barbacoa tacos which were excellent, enchiladas that she got were very good she said. We got some margaritas, and mojitos which all were very strong, but not so strong it was over powering. Overall very good experience and would go again.

The service from the waitress that we got was slow. I can see other tables being served by other waitresses quite regularly but ours was not great. The food also tasted Bland as if it wasnt seasoned enough. I got the fajita burrito which was 95% rice and 5% everything else.

I experienced a bad situation. When the hostess met us at the door she when and got the manager. When the manager arrived she noticed a black family and all of a sudden we needed a reservation when the whole place was empty. When I say empty, there was one customer dinning. In other words no blacks or at least not us black individuals. Too bad and sad!

If you appreciate quality, have standards and would like to be treated with respect, this isn’t the bar for you. i hardly ever give one star. i like to focus on the good qualities where i go. but this place would get zero or negative stars if i had the option. i feel bad for the owners because the seaport is a beautiful place and i’m sure they paid a lot and worked hard to get their bar up and running…but they skimped out on hiring good quality bar tenders. this bar is the worst i’ve been to in the seaport so far. the bar staff is literally useless with the exception of dione (sp?) who finally came around to tend the bar. i ordered two drinks from the blonde lady and never received anything. her one job. there was hardly anyone sitting at the bar but she was “too busy” cleaning cups and didn’t have time for me. i am a local. i was embarrassed to even be in there spending my hard earned money with my friends, with the way i was treated. again, i am local...i live right down the street from this bar and at this point i am upset they are even in my neighborhood, taking up valuable real estate. there are other places that cherish and love their patrons that deserve to be here like row 34 and city tap house. there are SO many other bars around that actually deserve your service. don’t support these folks unless/until they get their priorities straight. the location and interior are beautiful with unlimited potential, but based on customer service alone, this place is trash. they do not value their customers or appreciate your service, you might as well go somewhere cheaper if that’s your style. ($14 for a drink and they are stingy on the spirits).

The service wasnt great. Before we even sat down, the waitress mentioned starting out with chips, salsa, & guac --so casually it seemed like it was complimentary. I dont think free guac is unheard of, just rare. Anyway the guac alone was $9 for slightly more than half a cup. A little irritating and very slick on our waitress part. Maybe more irritating she barely came back we had to go SEARCHING to get our bill so we could leave. :(

Looks like a hot spot for tacos and drinks in the Seaport. I got 3 different creative tacos which were good, if on the smaller side. Ginger mule beverage was a-ok. Saw plexiglass dividers at the bar every 2 seats because covid. Service was a smidge slow, but we got our check finally. View from the floor to ceiling windows of the Seaport shopping area is not bad. Thematic decor. There is a giant scorpion icon on the facade which you can see from the street level.

Nachos are b💣mb, so this is the only reason I will be returningBut the tequila flights are a scam. They offer by tequila type, but don’t ever tell you only 1 of the 3 shots is good quality. Other 2 are bottom shelf with the price of a don Julio. BAD

Food was delicious! Big portions, wasnt too pleased with the signature margarita fishbowl, it didnt affect me nor my friends for being $55. It was like a drop of alcohol, half ice and the rest margarita mix.

A month back I went to Scorpion bar with a few friends, had a good enough time, staff was friendly drinks were good etc..Later that week I had noticed I had double-charged on my bank account with a card I had used that night at Scorpion Bar. Ive attempted to contact management (e-mail/voice mail box that is full) multiple times to be refunded for this charge to no avail. Resulting in my one star review of the establishment.

Arbitrary and discriminatory “Covid policies” that weren’t stated on the website. Some tables were asked to leave others were not. Guess our bar tab wasn’t high enough? Reserved a table for a pay-per-view event and weren’t allowed to stay to watch it. Wasted money on mediocre food. Won’t be back.

Scorpion has a great atmosphere of where things will be post covid. A friend and I had a blast just talking to the hostess and then all the other patrons. And had a mini dance floor on display. The times are looking great!!

Probably great for traditional bar type scene not so much for dinner due to atmosphere and table arrangements. it is like the bar scene sister to lolita which is more dinner friendly. decor and menu practically the same.

Had a great time popping bottles here for my buddys birthday. The music was banging and the booze was flowing. Great atmosphere with dancers on the bar. For sure will be back

Bu to be fair a lot of places in downtown Boston are.We had a good time and the drinks were good it does turn into a night in the evening from what I told I Went at happy hour on a weekday it was mostly Empty but it was 105 degrees and it was nice and cold

Food was decent, but pricey for what it was. Atmosphere was good until they started to kick everybody out around 845 and tearing down the place to make sure it was club ready at 9pm. It made for an awkward situation with out group.

We had a corporate event that used Scorpion to provide appetizers. Wow! They went above and beyond: great suggestions for the food. Prepared and ready on time for us to pick up. ALL the extras included: name tags for the food (really helpful with vegetarians/vegans in the group), plates and plasticware, attractive presentation. And all coming in under budget. Now they are developing a more extensive take out menu (though we had plenty of choices from the old one). Everyone loved the food! Thank you Jarrett and Scorpion chef for taking such good care of us!

Always went to see the dancers and I guess they “discontinued” them??? The whole reason I went (along with my whole friend group and work friends). I hope they bring some dancers/ performers back. That’s what really stood this bar out

We went around 7pm on Sat and they were already pretty busy and by 9pm the club had started and it was crowded. The crowd was 21-29 year old give or take.

I gave scorpion 3 stars originally, as when I last went (or tried to go) I found they’re not open on Mondays, which is absurd to me as it’s the perfect pregaming spot for The Grand’s “I Love Monday’s” nights downstairs. It looks to me like their hours may have changed so I’ve boosted my rating to 4 stars, as the drinks are good, but they’re not over the top as one would expect for the prices that one pays and the atmosphere they foster here. I’d love to see over the top drinks become more of a thing here - outrageous margs, tiki drinks, you get the idea. That’d be a great way to kick off a night!

The food was decent, but we didnt realize it was a young party bar when we made the reservation. It was pretty loud, not the calm sit down meal we were expecting.

My sisters birthday was one she will never forget. I loved experiencing this beautiful place with my sister for our first visit! The music food and drinks was amazing!!!!

I feel horrible doing this but this was such a bad restaurant. The margaritas were disgusting at best. The chorizo queso was melted cheddar cheese with grease and something that was supposed to resemble chorizo. The fajitas had zero flavor. How does that even happen??? Avoid!!!!!

We LOVED Iesha and Alexa!!! Iesha made us amazing shots and Alexa made sure we were taken care of! These two women MADE our night amazing and so fun!!!

Went Here with a party of 7 we sat for two hours ate and drank and waited for the place to turn into a club around 12 a lady came over but let me say that she passed right by the people in VIP and decided to come up to my husband and ask him to take his hat off mind you we have already been in this establishment for 5 hours my husband asked why he needs to take his hat off if he has already been in the club and no one else ask him to take his hat off she stated that it was policy and he needs to take it off when asked why she didnt ask anyone in VIP to take off the hat she stated she was going that way when in fact she was walking in the opposite direction and pass VIP so basically unless youre paying $1,000 for a b******* table then theres a dress code may I just say we were there before the others in the VIP and if no hats were allowed why were they allowed in the club in the first place and escorted to a table with hats on? To me it seemed like she was trying to act like a tough guy because when we ask to speak to the manager she told us there wasnt one on the clock so we decided to ask one of the Busboys and indeed there was a manager on the clock manager came and was super nice we love the food and loved the music but that just turned me off they treated us as if are $925 wasnt enough because we werent in VIP

Horrible service. I ended up leaving after 25 minutes of being seated. The waitress knew we were waiting to order but didnt ask us what type of drinks we wanted. Dont waste your time here. I went down the street to Temezcal Tequila Cantina down the street. Way better!

The place is definitely overpriced for the kind of food/service that they provide. Had to wait over one and a half hour for the appetizers to arrive. The drinks were equally terrible.

Even though a mandatory 20% service charge was added to my bills total, I was kicked out for not tipping the table waitress enough.Dont waste your time here. I shouldve paid more attention to the low ratings of this dump.

Never written a review before (from ohio) but a very racist/profiling bar. I am a white American but was with multiple eththick individuals that were kicked out for no good reason at all but standing around. I have never experienced something like this before from out of town. Really disappointed because it was a cool place and everything really strange. If they get this message deleted.... good luck

I couldnt find any real scorpions just animated scorpions on fire in the tvs. There is a very large scorpion sign out front so Im giving it an extra star.

I love dancinghere. The food, music and lovely view of this place is as beautiful as the area. Its a classy and all around great time, also visit the club upstairs called Grand, its a night u will always remember. Dont forget the live performance by the Scorpain Girls dance group performed by Dance House Boston. Its ok to tip, lol!!

The authenticity was mediocre. For the price , some of the plates will be smaller than expected. Expect $16 for a watered down mojito without a splash of any real/fresh lime or mint in it.

Giving this place a star because you have to in order to write a review , but otherwise I wouldn’t ! worst experience ever ! make you stay outside and freeze just to tell you the club is at capacity and you’re going to have to wait longer . After waiting an hr I ended up leaving and couldn’t feel my hands or face it was so cold . I will never go back there again. I think I’ll try the one in foxborough . The one in Boston is THE WORST !

Randomly stopped in for a cocktail & music after theater event. Great decor a good vibe. Would have stayed longer but the music was poorly executed.

Always a great time at Scorpion bar and The Grand! My good buddy Georgie Paone always takes care of us with VIP service at the door and continually throughout the night. Our crew could be 10 minutes from heading out the door and were always taken care of.

The food was subpar and the service was really slow. Pricey for what you get.
