Above and beyond service! Hunter was SUPER helpful and really took care of me as a new vaper. I will definitely be back and I recommend the vape juices they make in-house. I was skeptical about in-house juice because Ive had bad ones from other stores, but this was tastes great and has the perfect hit. This place is 10 out of 10!

Came here for the first time today. I’m blown away by the selection of inventory here. Came here for one thing but my eye was caught on so much more. Gotta thank the cashier (wish I would’ve got his name for a personal shout out) but he let me know about their Point program and that they have other locations in San Diego as well. He was knowledgeable on his products and that goes a long way. If you’re looking for a laid back vibe and so much selection on your smoking needs. This is it. 11/10 y’all, just go.

This place is bomb it has the best juices and best customer service. Everyone is very helpful. The customers are even helpful. Its a good vibe. They welcome everyone, and their rewards program is awesome. You run out of juice chances are youve saved up enough points to get a free one or discount one. They also throw special events for those hardcore vapers and anyone trying to join the revolution! Their extremely helpful with equipment and repairs and cleaning service is affordable and last for long time. Overall best place to get your fix.

Awesome staff! Ben and Nellie were super helpful and patient. They let me try out a few juices until i found one I truly liked. Will definitely be coming back and recommend it to everyone I know. They have a killer selection of flavors and they are extremely laid back, no pressure

The staff here is awesome. They were able to recommend a similar flavor to one that I was having trouble finding and they hit the nail on the head with the recommendation. Also the level of integrity the employees show is exemplary. I had apparently left my debit card in the machine and they contacted me through FB like immediately hah on messenger. They notified me before I had realized I forgot it. Theres a ton of things that could have occurred but they showed honesty and integrity and I am very grateful Thx Benjamin.

The staff here is very friendly, Ive had issues with two mods and I wouldnt take them anywhere else. The Ejuices are great and they have so many flavors. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. I have told my family members while in town they need to swing by here and stock up because the juices are so much smoother than what my sister finds online or in stores in Nevada.

Ive been shop hopping before and no shop is like this one. Nellie, the shop owner, and Ethan take care of you and make sure you leave a happy customer. They got an extensive amount of juice, so youre guaranteed to find something you like. They also carry juices in nicotine levels that some other shops dont. Knowledgeable staff, welcoming atmosphere, and a lot more will have you staying for a while and coming back more often than not. It may be hard to find at first since its on the inside corner of a mini-plaza but once you find it, youll be glad you did.

I absolutely love this place they have a huge juice selection and are super friendly this has to be one of the best vape stores in San Diego!! They even set up and let u test flavors and they don’t make u feel forced to buy something!! If u have questions they help u out and get u set up. If ur a beginner this shop will lead u in the right direction!

I’ve been in contact with NELLIE and she is a sweetheart. You get your package the next day. It may worry some people to give their card info, address, and a pic of their ID by mail but I haven’t had a problem (plus I checked my bank acct to see if it went only to th, it did) go to their website and email them. THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!! For the smokers out there, it’s worth wait I promise. LOVELY PEOPLE

Havent spent a dime, but Im about to. Still sampling juices Staff is super helpful, patient and knowledgable. Their juice menu is like the Library of Congress. Im from out of town, but anytime Im in the area and need supplies or juice, Ill gladly go out of my way to get to E Cig Creations!

Macarena was very helpful. I walked out with 3 of their house flavors. After YEARS of vaping the same brand(now discontinued) their house flavors made me stop looking for a replacement. Super smooth and no harshness. Papaya Peach is the news knees.

E Cig Creations is a vape bar where they let you sample before you buy. Their menu is massive. They have great sales. Weve brought our broken units in and the staff patiently examined them. Its a very welcoming environment.

I went there for the first time a couple days ago to get new coils for my iStick Pico. The Aspire Atlantis .5 ohm atomizers work great. I returned today and picked up a new Caliburn Unwell Koko, replacement pods and some more juices. I forgot to ask the sales lady what her name is, but she was really helpful. This is my new vape store when Im in San Diego. See you next time and thanks a bunch.

The friendly and helpful crew at E Cig Creations have changed my life. I visited their store 27/03/15, an unhappy smoker of 25 years, and knowing nothing about vaping. I asked them, if they were starting vaping, what they would buy, and they recommended a Nautilus kit. They showed me how to use it, and let me taste some of their e-juices before buying. Best purchase I ever made. I havent touched a cigarette since leaving their store, and I never will again.Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

This is the best vape shop in San Diego. Ive been to quite a few, but these guys seem to have the best crowd. AND they always have the best vape juice flavors out of any location in SD. Cant wait to go back!

This is the vape store you need to go to!They have a nice selection of ecig components, as well an even bigger selection of flavors to choose from.Not only do they have a nice selection, they have a vape bar so you can sample the flavors before you buy them. This way you know what the flavor tastes like before you take it home.(Admit it. Youve purchased a flavor before somewhere else, because it smelled good or the description made it sound good, and when you went to vape it, it tasted like ass.)To top it all off, their customer service is 10/10. They have no problem remembering return customers. They greet you when you come in and have no problem hanging out with you while you sample their flavors. Just dont get jealous because they blow better O-rings than you do.I recommend you visit this place, sample some flavors and join their rewards program too!

Excellent service and knowledge, they really know what their doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get away from smoking cigarettes and switching to vaping. Their real tobacco menthol is by far the best Ive come across and will continue to get my vape fluid from them.

When I went there were very few E juice options and I got the central flavor which was good and I got the apple berry flavor, do not get this one it is absolutely ridiculously terrible it literally hurts to hit this flavor and did not taste good at all it was enough to almost make me quit vaping

Ive been to a few vape shops and I have to say this place by far dominates. Large selection of flavors and vape options. And every time I come in Nellie is able to fix my vape what ever is wrong with it.

Im new to vaping and came in here for help getting off chewing tobacco and these guys got me set up with a nice smok r80 which I have had for a little while and i couldnt be happier with the service and all the help from these guys they have steered me towards the best liquids and helped me get off chewing tabacco. I highly recommend these guys!
