THE SHISHA ROOM HOOKAH LOUNGE

One of my friends got towed with the nearby parking. They charge 30 for one hookahsand they charge 10 dollars for each person not smoking. I told them we’re leaving and they said go ahead and leave. He was very rude with his approach and this happened 3/9/24 at 10:19 on a Saturday. Terrible service. The previous owners were a lot nicer. I used to go here all the time but they started being a holes with their pricing so I’m taking my business elsewhere

Great selection of hookah flavors! The staff working there are knowledgeable and always make great hookah. Staff have great customer service. Prices are very reasonable. This is definitely a place to hangout at and chill! This is also a great place for an after party on the weekends. Go there and check it out and you wont regret it!

Its a nice small place for a young crowd, college kids and in 20s. I went there late on Friday night, had to pay $10 cover which is odd for a hookah place and women usually dont pay cover charges. The staff is young and nice. The music is all hip hop and loud to drown out the music next door from the club. Selection was good and I like hip hop so I didnt mind except for the loudness. They play Arabic music earlier in the evening. Give it a try if youre in the mood for a clubbing, hookah place without the booze and craziness.

My review is dated, I have been here in 2015. However, from what I remember, it is a good hookah lounge! They have a good selection of flavors to choose for the hookah. The prices were fair and reasonable. Furthermore, the ambiance was good, and the working staff was friendly. So, if you need to stop and smoke some flavored tobacco, I would recommend a visit to this business!

This place is very laid-back. The staff is very cool everything is clean unlike other local hookah spots. They play good music no one was bouncing all over the place which I appreciate. I really like the lounge feeling cant stand going to places that allow the patrons to turn lounges into clubs.

Well decorated lounge at the heart of Pomona’s downtown. The hookah flavors are solid. Coal service is great as well.I’ll definitely be returning any time I’m in the area.

I went here on Dec 12th an hr and 15mins before closing. With my twin brother on our birthday and two friends, and we werent allowed in. I have no idea why. Ive been there several times before .It is a fun environment but to me there hookah is a 4 out of 10. But my brother wanted to go and he knows that I enjoy hookah so we decided to just end the night there. But this night definitely took the cake on being rude and horrible customer service. To Robert and the other jerk that was standing at the door... you have no right to refuse our service WITH NO REASON given to us. That was extremely disrespectful.

Came downtown for a Christmas party and found this place while walking around. Great staff that were super helpful and attentive. Great flavor combos. Lounge has a great feel. I will come back on the weekends where Im told they sell out!!!

I have been here several times. It is a nice hookah lounge, located in the downtown area of Pomona. They have a good variety of flavors to choose from and smoke them. I really have enjoyed my visit at this establishment. Next time, I might visit this place again!

Hands down best service in town! From the employees all the way to the quality of the hookah. Amazing spot to relax and have a great time. Will definitely be back whenever I am in Pomona.

The most basic sushi- spicy tuna roll cut was awful. The quality was not good ...like it had gotten unfrozen. Will not be trying anything else

This location has a very friendly vibe to it. they have good prices and the staff really care for you when they are walking around and switching coals. the people who go here are also nice to talk with.

Havent had a problem here. Its kinda small. Most of the people who go seem to be friends with the people who work there, they are kinda loud. Hookah has been smooth so far.

Went there after hitting the club in pomona, tried to order a hookah, it took them 30 minutes to get it out for me, and there were a bunch of kids in there with drinks, they never check for id. do not recommend
