The owner is - absolutely a doll in every way. She truly cares about her clients and is hands down the BEST massage therapist and lash tech around. Everything she does is professional and her personality makes the experience so much nicer. I adore her and will never go anywhere else.

Louisa is the only person I trust with my brows. I moved across country but will still be making time to see her when Im in town. I have yet to find a massage therapist in my new location who can top her. Louisa has also helped me with my sensitive and overly dry skin. Louisa is hands down amazing at what she does. I have been seeing her for years and there is no one that can compare. She is not just an esthetician or massage therapist, but someone who truly understands peoples ache and pains and is able to suggest treatments that work. I began going to Louisa when I was dealing with bad skin. I can not say enough about how caring, educated and wonderful she is. She became more than an esthetician, she helped me through a difficult time, I did not want to go outside. Louisa is great, service is unremarkable (lashes)!!!!! The first time we met she was friendly and up front about pricing and services. I never felt pressure to buying extras like other salons, just infomation and educating when I inquired. To be honest, the boutique is off of Park Blvd which can get a little busy at times, but never had a problem getting there. And once you step inside the boutique youd never know, its like being in a cute little boutique you find in the Hamptons.

Louisa takes care of me every 4 weeks and perfects my face. Wouldnt have any other esthetician in the world! Customer service is above average and experience is always a pleasure
