I have been shopping at epics here in Sidney for the past 4 years. The staff here are always friendly and chill people who know what they are talking about, and can really give you a boost of your day while getting your nicotine or amazing pipes. 10/10 will always shop here. -Brodie T.

New manager during the week is very rude and so was the manager that was helping from Troy. I quit vaping and so did my boyfriend he went to the punches and they never had them in stock so we are now ordering them on line getting 10 for $39 better than $6-$7 for 1 in store. I won’t be going back and will be letting everyone else know to go somewhere else.

Anytime I go in there, the individuals working are always quick to help and friednly. They are quite knowledgeable and if there is something they dont know, they are willing to figure it out.

Never in my life seen so many underage kids being served in one place. And truthfully it’s disgusting that a business can’t follow LAWS was in today an seen a kid that graduated with my cousin an is also a year younger than him (18) being served. Get it together

Seems like a decent place but Ive been getting overcharged. I thought the prices were a bit high but wasnt certain that I was being overcharged till I went in yesterday and paid $27 for a bottle of juice. When I got home and gave it to my wife she said shes been paying less than $20 for the same bottle. That confirmed my suspicion that Ive been getting overcharged. Not sure what the guys name is but it doesnt matter. I wont go back. Their juice sucks anyway.

My wife have dabbled with vaping for awhile but never made the leap to a mod. Not to mention most vape stores make you feel like an idiot when you start to ask questions... That changes today at Epic Vapes! All of our questions were answered and not one time did he make us feel like we should already know everything. We purchased 2 Shogun kits and a ton of e-juice and he ensured we were all good before we left. The manager took the time to show us how to set them up and put batteries in and everything! I am currently in love with my new vape and have smoked maybe 5 cigarettes all day (mainly bc the batteries had to charge lol) I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Keep up the great atmosphere and customer service.

Great customer service. The only thing I seen wrong was for testin they let you put the vape juice on your finger to taste it instead of smokin it. There is a difference in the way it tastes doin it that way. They also should get some coupons for their products. I really like their juice.

Great shop for all your vape needs. The employees are great and very knowledgeable and kind. They have the best flavors. I would highly recommended epic vapes to anyone. I definitely won’t be shopping anywhere else.

The epic bars have been terrible lately they either die in a day or they are but but everything else is great I recommend anything else other than the epic bars they are just not it right now
