Smokers Choice

LOVE that this place has a drive-thru for smokes. The staff is always very friendly to me. Shout-out to Mr. Bearded-Man for being a great guy and lifting our spirits with his positive attitude and excellent manners. AND, I cannot forget to tell y’all, the mature woman who works the register/window as well. She is friendly, kind, considerate - her and I always have a nice lil conversation during my transactions.They have a nice variety of smokes and DIY smoker supplies as well as things like bongs, bowls, and hookahs. They sell Kratom, candles, incense, and some other lil random products. I always get my marb eighty-threes & Red Bull @ the window (in my car) 😊.AGAIN - DRIVE-THRU!

Typical smoke shop but extra friendly staff that is relatively knowledgeable about the products they sell. No longer selling tobacco at state minimum, need to go around the corner to Marias for that.To the reply from manager: Of course! Go back to state minimum prices! 90% of your locations already adhere to this simple business decision and with a shop like yours Im sure itd help bring foot traffic inside to gander at your other wares like beautiful tobacco pipes and cigars! I would really love if you could touch on the fact that you dont. I could be wrong though. I was hoping your response was going to say that you do sell them at state minimum! I should knock one star off for that but I love you guys at the store. See you soon!

Good place always get me in and out in the Sidney location fast unlike the one in Norwich where I wasnt 🆔 or asked my age makes you think who all they sell to at the Norwich NY location

6:58pm Stopped maybe 60 yards before the drive up window to make sure I get my ID and bank card out. Put my car in first gear to pull up to the window and you turn off the Open sign. Cool. Thank you. Please consider getting rid of those who don’t want to work there. Because they’re miserable and it’s contagious.

There seems to be a big turnover in employees. While some, most actually, are friendly, fast and all around great, there are one or two that seem to bring the place down. My biggest complaint is them closing earlier than theyre supposed to. While 10-15 minutes isint that much, its irritating when your counting on them being open. (Hopefully this has changed with the most recent employee turnover)

Convenient, competitive, great variety. Lottery..The best choice for all your tobacco needs. The drive through window is a real plus. They also have promotions from time to time from different sponsers . Well managed , with friendly , knowledgeable staff . Clean.

Anytime im in Norwich I stop by helpful staff i dont smoke anymore but good vape supplies great experience every time I go if I have any questions their more than happy to help me great shop 😊

There is a big turn over in staff. They ALL make you wait at least 4 mins minimum! I waited one day 5 min. Then they told me they just closed, if they had attended me when I arrived they would have been open! RUDE ASSS!
