Would have been a perfect rating, except I specifically asked for menthol juice, I was given a bottle that was not menthol at all, I called the manager within 30 minutes of purchasing and told them, I was told they dont really have a return policy and that was basically it. Then after a short hold, I was told the $25 product I was assumingly given by mistake, was a loss but my NEXT purchase I can get a 20% discount. My hope is that I will not be given the opposite of what I ask for, Im not in the habit , nor the position, to just hand over money to stores who clearly dont care about their customers. I would have been a great customer, now theres no trust, and no vape juice
The staff are super friendly and very helpful.The prices are outstanding!!! As opposed to other shops their juices are amazingly priced and they have a large variety of delicious ones.My enbyfriend brought me there the first day I moved to Ohio and I will be making them my only choice for vaping needs.Highly recommend it
I was a customer of JoJo Vapes years ago , when they first opened . I was very active in the vaping community, and frequented many different vape shops from Dayton to Columbus . Unfortunately, I strayed away once the first regulations in vaping started & some vape shops were forced to close . I started smoking cigarettes again , and lost touch with vaping & all the aspects , rules , and even devices started changing . I recently put down cigarettes again , 2 months ago , and I’ve been to 3 different shops and have gotten some pod set ups . I had yet to find my go to set up though . Today , I made the drive to Sidney when I found out JoJo vapes were indeed still in business , I believe it’s been around 7-8 years ! I can say , from the moment I walked in the door , I was extremely impressed . The woman working , I believe her name is Christina , was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked through the door . I told her my backstory , and what I was looking for in a set up . She didn’t hesitate and knew EXACTLY, which way to lead me . They had a wide arrange of products/options in stock as well. She is no doubt extremely knowledgeable with their products , regulations , and didn’t even skip a beat on what to recommend juice wise when I said I liked sweet flavors. She also explained their return/exchange policies throughly before I left before I had to even ask . Super chill, friendly , welcoming , knowledgeable, and just down to earth . JoJo vapes will 100% be my go to shop for all my vaping needs . 10/10, highly recommend!
Very good experience!! Went in to find an alternative to smoking my tobacco pipe, came out very satisfied! Was able to try many flavors, the suggested flavors were really close to what I wanted. Showed my buddy who had bought one from a gas station, let him hit it (mild vanilla) and he said That is NOTHING like what I had! Pick me up one of those! I got an Aspire K4, definitely enjoying and is a replacement for what I wanted! If you are think about switching, stop in and check them out! I did a little research about what they use and it is all the good stuff, none of the bad!The good: PROPYLENE GLYCOL (PG) AND/OR VEGETABLE GLYCERIN (VG)
Stopped in there on the way to the Midwest Vape Expo 2019, the employees were very helpful and professional! Good selection of hardware/flavors. (Yes Im an adult and I like flavors.) Definitely recommend stopping in!

Buyer beware!!!! This store is the worst. Deserves 0 stars. I hate to bag on businesses unnecessarily but this is a must. I have been vaping for 8 years. I have spent thousands on equipment and juice. I discovered this store a few months back. Went in for a mechanical mod and some Cleito atomizers. They had the mod but not the charger. They did not have the atomizers. Bummer but oh well, it happens.I went back today. As I walked in, an angry customer was leaving and said, Jojo Vapes just lost a customer not good.I ended up spending over $150 on a new box mod, tank, atomizers, batteries, battery charger, and juice. Went to the car opened the (unsealed) box and saw they had sold me the floor unit with a nice big scratch across the screen. I went right back in, waited for 15 minutes because employee could not do returns or exchanges and asked for a new unit.Manager had to call owner to find out if it was o.k. to swap the damaged floor unit that they sold me not 20 minutes before (note-15 minutes of that was in the store waiting) for a new unopened and undamaged one. Owner agreed.I requested the black on black box in the case. The box was empty . They said they must have sold it or another in the wrong box. Unorganized? Check. So I got the only sealed one they had in stock. 10 minutes later exchange was concluded.I went back to work .Later in the day, I decided I would rather swap for a different unit. I had yet to open the unit I bought.I returned to the store after work. Roughly 4 hours after purchase. There was a different woman working than the one at lunch. She just stared at me, giving me the stink eye the whole way in. The guy that helped me earlier didnt bother to look up or acknowledge me in any way.I came in with my receipt and the unopened box. I told them I would like to return the unit and buy a different one.The employee had to call owner again to see if they could return it. He said flat out, No! I told the lady employee that I checked the website to make sure they accepted returns. She smirks at me and proudly says, That is not our website. This store is a totally different owner. I asked for an explanation and was told ...if it is not broken, you own it. I told her they lost a customer and that I would be leaving a bad review and she said Thats just fine.Store-Slim supply of mods.-I was there for an hour. If there are any no returns signs, I never saw one.-The receipt says nothing at all about returns.-The other Jojo Vapes stores (with different owners) accept returns on unopened merchandise for 30 days.-At no time did any employee inform me, as I bought $150 worth of stuff, that they do not accept returns.-They do not carry most of the next gen top models. If you want Smok brand they have tons although employee did not recommend a single one.Employees-Young man at lunch was polite but lacked knowledge.-I asked what he thought of a mod they had at least 12 of and he said, its o.k. Asked about next mod, there are better ,um o.k.-Young man uses a micro mesh coil in his tank yet he had no information at all about mesh coils.-Service is exceptionally slow.-Lack of knowledge is appalling.-Lady working at night was condescending and rude. She laughed at me as I furiously left.I apologize for being lengthy but I have not been this upset at a business in a long, long time.I went to the local competition and spent a lot more money. They were friendly (not condescending), they had tons of information on the products that I was interested in, they have a much better selection of mods, tanks, and coils, and large variety of juices, they actually told me that their favorite thing is helping out customers and making sure they are happy with their purchases. They also took the time to inform me that if I opened the box, I could not return it. Thanks Epic Vapes.Please note- This is JOJO Vapes in SIdney. Came here to learn and purchase a vape. Both parties just sat behind the counter and didnt even attempt to help. I had my son with me. When I finally asked them to help me I was asked for my I.D. cool but they asked for my sons and I said thats my son he does not have an I.D. We were then told Then Im going to have to ask both of you to leave. When I said excuse me? He said because my son was next to me pointing at the case..... yeah well if you would of tried to attempt to help me or give any kind of customer service I would have not had him at the case. I have never vaped. Never been in a vape store. I was super bummed when I left. But after reviewing the situation Im pretty mad. You have definitely lost a customer.
Theres good business, and then theres scamming. This store is the latter of the two. Insane markups. $15 for a single 18650? You guys are out of your mind. Cheap quality e-juice, some flavors are great others are totally horrible, but the one thing all the juices have in common is the insane markup. Get real, one day another vape store will open and beat your prices to a pulp and rightfully so.
I had left an earlier review about JoJos that a lot of people viewed. I left that review out of emotion and I was wrong to do so. I retract that previous review. I have been using JoJos for about 4 years now and will continue to use them they are a high quality e-juice and mod distributor.
Hardware is fine at this store. Juice is not. Smelled the strawberry banana, smelled pretty good. They dont sell any nic level over 12 (not joking) unless its salt nic, so i bought salt nic. The strawberry was non existent, it was straight banana, which is weird cause i smelled it before buying it. What i bought did not have any strawberry. Called and asked if theres anything they can do and they suggested (not joking) to buy some strawberry and mix it. Thanks a lot jojo vapes for robbing me of $20 and tax.edit:turns out after using the juice a couple times, it wasnt so bad. The banana was certainly overwhelming at first, perhaps just that flavor was mixed in last. Going to give the place 3 stars. Decent stuff, kind of feel pressured by staff into buying things i didnt come in for (have been to the store 3-4 times). i do appreciate the response by management to the original post
Great staff= happy customers! which u guys do great at but on the other hand pricea are alittle high after i stoped in i found everythings about 10 to 20$ more then the actual companys prices but hey thats what i pay for if u want it now not in a few days right?
