I bought a vape that was advertised as one that will have 12,000.Im a frequent buyer of Juicy bar so this one supposed to last twice more than a juicy bar, I got so angry when this pice of garbage when out on 3 days!Juiice bar last me 1 week and 1 day and the one advertised at the entrance of this shop that has 12,000 puf last me 3 day?Im feel bad because they took me for a fool.

Negative Experience with Vape City Customer ServiceI recently had a highly disappointing encounter with Vape City located on Spencer Highway. My attempt to seek assistance from a representative was met with extreme dissatisfaction.During the call, the representative’s behavior was unprofessional and unethical. The individual seemed disinterested, spoke rudely, and the call quality was so poor that I could barely hear them—quite an unacceptable experience.To make matters worse, it was evident that the representative was not in a suitable state to handle customer service duties. Their apparent state of being too stoned led to the abrupt and unprofessional termination of our conversation as they hung up on me.This level of service is not only frustrating but reflects poorly on the reputation of Vape City. I hope this feedback prompts a review of customer service practices to prevent others from enduring similar experiences.

First time shopping here. Heard some good things, so decided to check it out, even though it’s not my “go to” smoke shop. The employees didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products, since they made no attempt to help the other customer asking for help, just left him to figure it out himself. They were nice, but need more training in customer service & more understanding of the products they’re selling. I purchased a water pipe for $32, the quality is so poor it’s really not worth more than $10. Before using I rinsed it with water & as I went to wipe the outside of it dry, the paint began to chip off as I wiped it. Needless to say I will be spending my money elsewhere next time. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Puff and stuff however has great quality products for half the price.

ITS my regular store, the staff always make sure to take care of me. Specifically this guy that I don’t remember the name properly Duffel or I guess it’s like that lol my bad. Swing by anytime they can get u deals with most of the products!!!

I have found the staff to be less than knowledgeable. They never have the right products or accessories to go with even what they sell. I like Vape city’s prices so I Drive an extra 20 minutes to a different store instead.PS. On my next visit just for juice, they are still out of my brand I bought out 8 weeks ago.

Went in last Saturday and my husband bought two vape pens.He just finished one and was going to use the other one but it wont work. I called the store and the guy who answered said We have a 24 hour return policy, I cant do anything to help you. They sold us a messed up vape pen and wont do anything to fix the problem.

So far my experience here has been 50/50. ive only been in to buy juice and coils but they only have my tfv18 coils every other week or 2. this last time i went in to buy coils and my card was declined but the guy said it was cause im a chase member and to check my phone. i did and it said it was fraud protection because the shop acct is Chevron in austin. seem kinda sketchy and the prices do seem higher than most shops.

Every vape is over priced they are way cheaper online theyre almost half the price online. Tried return a vape I did not use and refused to accept the return and give me my money back. Do not buy from here.

Their staff is unable to answer any questions that you ask about a mod you are looking at. They aren’t able to tell you about the features or how it functions. Their prices are ridiculous! Their service is horrible.
