Frank was a great masseuse! He is professional and understanding. I got a deep tissue back massage this morning. I have relief from the tension in my neck and back. A great massage includes moving my arm behind my back, and down to the side, so that all the muscles can get massaged. Thanks!

I’ve come here and to their sister location next to Martindales several times. This location is directly inside the mall entrance to the right of the rear target entrance. Good service, clean and professional- no frills. I find the acupressure/Chinese massage helpful for pain management and stretching.

I have been to Taiji AcuCare for years, recently tried Frank who is very good and helping relieve the pain on my back. I highly recommend him. He is located in Springfield Mall lower level.

I am giving a two stars because the massage started off pretty good but overall, it was a bad experience. The masseuse was unprofessional. unfortunately for me my massage was interrupted several times as my masseuse monitored and attended to walk-in customers. As if that wasn’t bad enough, during my massage, my masseuse held a full blown conversation with another masseuse in the next room. It was a very annoying experience and the room was cold, the oil was cold. I have had massages in the past, elsewhere, that were peaceful and warm; and they played relaxing music. That’s the way a massage should be done. Taiji AcuCare doesn’t care about ambiance. This experience taught me to never get a massage that is located at the mall. And to not settle for a cold and unprofessional environment such as Taiji AcuCure.

I have gone here once and going again today! It was a good price for the service received. I was very impressed. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Im pretty sure Ill keep going every week!

Visited today since I was in the neighborhood, I was greeted soon as I walked in. Staff answered all of my questions & was very friendly. Asked for a 60Minute Deep Tissue Massage. I felt amazingly brand new afterwards, all of my deep muscle aches was gone, next time I will surely do 90 Minutes. At least 60 Minutes is recommended. 👍🏾⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I Underestimated The Amount Of Pressure Angel Would Be Able To Apply For My Deep Tissue Massage Due To Her Small Stature But I Was Pleasantly Surprised. My Massage Was Good. I Wish She Would Have Done Some More Work On My Inner Thighs & Used More Lotion Or Oil As There Were A Few Times She Was Rubbing Her Gloves Over My Dry Skin.My Fiancé Said His Massage Sucked. Besides The Fact That His Masseuse Arrived 15 Minutes Late He Stated That She Spent An Unusual Amount Of Time On His Butt (~30 minutes) & Neglected Other Parts He Wish She Would Have Worked On.Angel’s English Was Limited So She Utilized Google Translate A Couple Times To Communicate With Me. She Had A Very Soft Voice, She Was Extremely Pleasant & She Even Apologized For Her Coworkers Tardiness Several Times. Angel’s Actions Made The Experience More Enjoyable.The Only Thing I Didn’t Appreciate Was How Pushy Both Women Became When We Were Paying. My Fiancé Tipped $10 & They Both Complained To Him Saying That He Is Tipping For Both Massages & Not Just One. Given The Fact That He Did Not Enjoy His Massage & His Masseuse Was 15 Minutes Late I Think $10 Was Justified But I Didn’t Know My Fiancé Didn’t Enjoy His Massage Until Afterwards So I Joined Them In Advocating For A Higher Tip That I Don’t Believe Both Truly Deserved.

I‘ve been going here for years and always had a good experience with the location on the street. Today was the first time I booked an appointment at the location in the Mall and my back massage was horrible my foot massage was very relaxing but the back massage was very uncomfortable and partially painful. I don’t think will be revisiting that location again.

It seems as if the person massaging me had no training. The massage was more painful then anything. And the topper was at the end paying for my service I gave a tip although I was in more pain than pleasure. The lady kept asking me to give her more money on her tip very unprofessional. I did not enjoy my massage yet I paid for the full service and gave a tip and she wanted more. First and last time going to this place

I have been enjoying Taiji Acucare for many years and I believe the massages are top notch. Its easy to book an appointment, even sometimes last minute, which is convenient for someone with an ever-changing schedule. I always leave feeling super relaxed and my muscles are happy. Lucy is amazing and always knows just what areas need the most care. The staff are very professional and pleasant, it is a nice quiet atmosphere, and very clean. 10+ years and Ill always keep going back!

Just went to my first visit after the last place closed down. I did a 60 minute massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. My feet felt so amazing afterwards. I loved the hot stones towards the end. Very professional and I would definitely recommend this place. Very kind and accommodating. Throughout she would ask if its okay or too hard. I will be coming back.

I was in severe pain with many knots in my upper back. Kelly gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had and I have many deep tissue massages in my life at many different places. I will be a regular customer for sure! I highly recommend this place and Kelly!!

It was my mothers bday so I wanted to book her a massage. The issue came when I wanted to pay in advance so I wouldn’t have to worry about it later and being a young single mom I don’t have a lot of money so I could only tip 4$ on the cheapest massage they could do(which I know is not alot but I’m trying) . She kept complaining saying multiple times “that’s it? Only 4$? People tip me at least $$$” and wanting and pushing for more. That’s insane to push for more of a tip when the website doesn’t even mention it. I definitely will not be coming here again because it seems if you save up it’s still not good enough.

Nico at the Old Sproul Shopping Center location always takes such wonderful care of me!!! She skillfully rubs my back and body, helping to release the pain and tension I hold from my back injury. I go back to see her again and again, shes THAT GOOD!!! ❤️

The team was amazing, I was informed from text messaging on capacity as well of time changes. They were responsive and kind. The massage was amazing! They applied just enough to soothe but also pressure to heal. I will be going back!

I enjoyed my massage, however, when I went to pay, the lady who completed my service kept pressuring me to change mg tip amount. She even tried to change it on my receipt. Very unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

I had an Amazing massage with Kelly. She was very helped relieve alot of my Neck and back pains.. The only reason I didnt give 5 Stars is the Entrance door stayed open, which could be because of COVID requirements but it was very distracting whenever people would walk by.. Relaxing music playing but that outside noise was annoying... Great Massage, will be back!!!

Ive been using Taiji AcuCare massage for several years now. Ive had deep tissue massages all over the country, and Kelly is by far the best. She demonstrates a thorough understanding of anatomy and how to treat various soft tissue related issues. She has alleviated a lot of pain that I have experienced due to exercise, and work related musculoskeletal type injuries. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Not trained experts.I booked a massage for my back pain. The person was definitely not trained and used too much pressure and incorrect elbow techniques so that now my back has a lingering ache at at the point it was massaged.

This place was amazing ! I got my feet massaged and shoulders . I am a lash tech so my shoulder were very tensed and had knots . Kelly did an amazing job ! Highly recommend.
