Went in a while back and havent been back since. The younger girls were really nice but there was one maybe closer to middle aged lady that did not make me feel welcome once I stated I was looking for outfits for work (Im a dancer). She was very stand off ish after I said so and didnt seem interested in helping me. When I asked if the store had an entertainers discount (most sex shops give you a 20% off discount) she said no, we dont do that here in a very snarky rude tone. Okay, thats fine but no need to be rude about it. She made me feel very awkward and I havent wanted to go back since.

This is clearly an open, friendly, and inclusive environment, and I dont think Ive ever walked into a store of any kind and felt so at-home and among my own people. Piper is like a ray of sunshine breaking up the dark night of a new moon. My sister and I walked in with a $50 list for a trip shes taking, and we ended up spending $170+ just because we were enjoying ourselves. Thats all because Pipers exquisite. Her recommendations are educated, she uses her empathy to tailor advice based on even casual conversation, and it appears that she can tell you anything about anything there. She is excellent, and if I had my own business, Id have poached her for $25/hr just to be the face of that business.

The two women working when I went in were so friendly and helpful! They recommended great products and were very knowledgeable. 100/10 staff. However, for those in charge of stock, it would be nice to see a greater variety of dance wear and lingerie 😇

Serena literally has changed my life...in all the ways...🫠😅! SO KIND and so comforting and not judgemental. I felt very taken care of and a more confident person after my time with them. They never tried to sell me anything they were just there to answer my questions. Serena made my day.

Lady Sarina is an amazing and very informative person. Absolutely love how helpful and knowledgeable this goddess is. She Absolutely deserves a raise and given a place to share some of that knowledge in a group setting. Sarina Absolutely rocks 😏🤘💜🖤

Always welcoming, helpful and suggestive based on needs, good for both the guys and gals and Serina is definitely great at making even the newcomer feel understood. Pretty decent service the times Ive been to this location, no complaints and I wish other types of vendors could get down like this w their customers and clients lol

I’m genuinely surprised with the reviews. Cause my good experiences here are sparse. My first time coming there I made an account, bought a bunch of things, and had the best time. They helped me so much. I did notice them pushing products I didn’t want. But I ignored it. After that, it just changed. The women that work there honestly just have a horrible attitude. They’re always pushy and never let me just look around and shop. It feels like I’m being rushed. But the attitude is borderline stuck up. I don’t really like coming in here anymore. Will I go back, probably not.

Its been ages since Ive walked into a lingerie store, opting for the ease and anonymity of online shopping, but this place was so easy to shop in! I walked in earlier this week and the women (especially Addie) in there were super chill and didnt make me feel rushed or like I had to buy anything. I went in to *look* and came out with several items that I LOVE. I had a subscription box with an online lingerie company that Ive since cancelled because I liked this store so much. Will definitely be back.

Came in today and was helped by Piper. Amazing woman you guys have there. Was informative, helped me get all the items i was looking for and we even talked bout the dynamics of BDSM and such which was spurred this visit, as a friend from out of town is visiting and wanted to make a weekend of it. Piper was hands down extremely knowledgeable, knew exactly what type of items i was looking for and what i needed for this coming weekend of play. Great customer service and knew exactly what i was talking bout in every instance. 10/10 will be back when i need more toys or play items.Me and my Significant other went here today at the gateway location, in search of lube and other bedroom additions. We were helped by Addie and all i can say is WOW. She had recommended a lube for us and i cant emphasize enough how much of a great choice it was. She was very knowledgeable as well as outgoing and very comfortable talking to us bout any questions we had over their products(we are very upfront about our bedroom activities and intents in the bedroom which usually make people a little awkward around us when we go to a shop). My GF is still grinning as i type this and we will most definitely shop here again. 10/10 will be back there soon. (no longer together)

Worst customer service. I was told by the assistant manager I could get a refund on a defective toy then was told after I got to the store I couldn’t get that refund and just exchange. The new toy worked for a couple days then would no longer charge. Now I’m down 100 bucks for no reason. Just don’t lie to your customers

Hubs and I stopped in tonight. I found a bustier set that I wanted to buy. It was missing two of the garter hooks. I pointed it out to the sales associate. She looked thru their pile of lost items but didnt find the missing garters. When we asked to just take them off of one of the other matching bustier set she refused? Stating that it was the item that Im purchasing that is defective and she cant alter another? Seriously? This was going to be an $70 purchase....which is a cheap visit for us. Evas missed a sale and our repeat business.

The girl at the counter was very kind and answered all my questions in an open friendly manner as well as engaged me in friendly chit chat while I was being rung up . One of the only visits to an adult shop where I wasnt made to feel shady.Exellent selection, clean open layout, comfortable atmosphere.

Absolutely love this place! Sales people are always helpful and knowledgeable. The selection is outstanding and its a very comfortable place to explore. If youre looking for a gift for a special person, this is the place to go.

Great lingerie section, though a lot of their premium toys are over priced compared to what the manufacturer sells for. They dont put price stickers on things like lube, leaving you dependent on store employees to know what anything costs for those specific items.

Wow. I hadnt been to a lingerie/adult store in forever. By request i did visit Evas Boutique at Gateway today. Veri impressed with the staff member on duty. Mattie was knowledgeable on product, the brand of Evas versus other similar stores locally and regionally.We discussed sizing and Me Too, common stereotypes and social change agents.I suggest if you prefer to shop for lingerie or adult products without the side attraction of video preview booths... talk about a whitewash, try Evas Boutique. It isnt your wild uncles porn store.

It was and easy purchase. I love shopping there the energy is calming and safe . Along with it being super clean. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell.
