Fantastic massage from Jacob!! He used a variety of modalities and melted away the pain and tension in my back and knee. I requested a full body massage with a focus on lower back and thats exactly what I got. Jacob had great communication and was very responsive to any requests to adjust pressure. The studio is warm, bright, and welcoming. Online booking and intake were super easy. I will definitely book another massage with Jacob!!

I have been going to Dennis for a few months now. I go for the 90 minute massage - and I would stay all day if I could. Dennis is kind, professional, and truly great at what he does. He is so attentive and respectful. The receptionists are always kind. They have heated blankets, heated eye covers, it always smells nice, and is everything you want in a massage.

I got my very first massage today, I woke up with stiffness in my neck and shoulders and When I was done , I was a new person. All my pain and stiffness were gone. Jacob , is very good and the place was so relaxing. The front desk was kind and knowledgeable. I cant wait for my next appointment. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a massage.

First time here and am really impressed. Jacob used a combination of massage styles that really targeted my injury, and was able to integrate it into whole body work. I have had deep tissue massage for 30 years, but this mixture felt more helpful and the results are great. Will definitely be back.

Its far and away the best place Ive found, not just in terms of the massage therapy but also the management of the business: scheduling, payment, and administrative tasks are very easy. I have seen Jacob for massage several times over the past two years for relaxation visits or to address areas of mild discomfort. He is very professional and kind. He is also extremely knowledgeable. I can honestly say that my visits to Hand of the Heart for massage with Jacob have been the best Ive ever received.

I had a 90 min relaxation massage and it was 90 min of perfection! The ambiance was soothing, the masseuse checked in about any injuries or areas of focus, and the bedding/blankets were heated!

Ive been coming here for about a year and a half. Staff members are friendly, the inside is cozy and comfortable. I have to specifically point out Dennis. His massages are on another level. He clearly treats it as an art as each time I see him its a little different, but always great.

I received a fantastic massage from Jason. Hes intuitive and was able to relieve some of the pain in my back. I made another appointment before I left the office.If you havent been to this massage place, definitely give it a try. The atmosphere in the office is warm and professional. Love Hand of Heart! I see Jenny and my husband sees Jacob and we love them both. They take almost all insurance plans and have a lot of options for scheduling. We LOVE all the staff at Hand of the Heart. Their therapists are awesome, their front desk staff are fabulous. My husband was not so sure about going at first but now that I got him to try it, we both go every week. Massage has made a world is difference for us. Having such great staff makes the enviroment so much brighter :)

LOVE Hand of the Heart! I have been a client for multiple years and have enjoyed all the therapists I have used. They offer a variety of types of massage therapies depending upon your need. You can add cupping, warm wax to your hands or hot stones if youd like. I depend on my massages to make me feel better - both physically and mentally.

This place is wonderful. From Marcy taking care of scheduling and insurance paper-work, to just being so great., and Jenny, a truly wonderful person with great hands and she knows how to use them. I came in with neck/back pains and she was able to relieve this for me. My only regret..I do not get to have weekly visits with her:)

Hand of the Heart accepts Pacific Source insurance and got me a next day appointment when I really needed one! That’s rare and unheard of. The rooms are a clean and relaxing environment. I’ve seen 3 massage therapists now, and all have been a beneficial experience.

Best place for a massage! If you’re a sport’s athlete looking for a recovery massage or just some self care with hot stones this this the place. They’re so clean, knowledgeable about actual muscle movements and pressure points it’s the real deal. They also take couples so once a year I can get my husband to join me!

Front desk is extremely helpful (went above and beyond for helping resolve my insurance related issues). They have good collection of aromatherapy oils as well. Jacob Jensen is my go-to therapist. I had the best massage ever with Dani G! She is an amazing healer! I trust her even more knowing her background and experience in the medical field. It was the first time I was able to let go and actually loosen up. The location was easy to find and ample parking. The building was so cozy. Vaulted ceilings give the room such an open and relaxing feeling. The natural light helped me relax even more. Payment and setting up the next appointment were a breeze. The font desk woman I think her name was Jenny made checking in for my appointment so easy! She helped me figure out if my insurance would cover the massage! I am a client for life!

Found Hand of the Heart while searching for couples massage. They were able to book the next morning which was nice, only dis appointment was we were in different rooms (i.e. couple ) Still did the massages and I am glad I did... Breanna was veery good. I have had several massages in the past and this one rated at the top... I have been having issues with my shoulder and she was able to separate my muscles and work throughmy pain improving my range of motion. She was very knowledgeable and professional I will definately be back.

I used to live this place, great massages every time. My last visit came after a two year massage pause, due to Covid. The receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask, the massage therapist ask if he could remove his mask, I said as long as he was fully vaccinated, he admitted he wasn’t. I’m older and have diabetes which I discussed with both of them… I will not be back.

I had the most pleasant experience at hand of the heart massage. Lily does amazing work and its such a relaxing environment there. The decor is nice, the essential oils create a very relaxing mood. I am a hairstylist and am on my feet using my hands all day at work, with carpal tunnel and sciatic nerve pain, lily listened to my problem areas and worked on them very efficiently. Amazing experience, will most definitely return and recommend.

Lily is a truly gifted massage therapist. She is so thorough and really takes her time to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Her hands are strong and also gentle. Eek! No thank youIm not contacting the owner especially if its the same lady who gave me my massage😂.You wont find me in your system under this name. I find anonymity very important. I left there with more back problems than when I walked in. I was also giving a 90-minute gift certificate and was only given a 60-minute massage and never compensated for the other 30. I find this place very unprofessional and will continue to go to Benessere Chiropractic where I get a wonderful massage, great treatment and other holistic options. And they always respect their gift certificates. Ive also never walked out of there in more pain than when I walked in. I usually feel more relaxed and on a mends. I did not get that at all from this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not for relaxation or treatment. Massage tech Dani hurt my back.Again... EEK no thank you

Beautiful full space. Friendly booking. When I went to see Danielle my neck was killing me. I needed a firm, technical massage and she delivered! I left pain free after a week of throbbing headaches.Environment - Dr.s office style reception, with vaulted ceilings and well lit work spaces. Great use of aroma therapy.Pricing and Value - 5 out of 5. A fair price and great work.Summary - Just go! If your looking for a great first experience, or your a seasoned bodywork recipient, you wont be disappointed with Hand of the Heart : ).

I have been receiving massage therapy from Olivia for about 4 months now. I have seen a decrease in the discomfort in my right hand from a pinched nerve. Olivia is calm and listens to me about what has been going on with my body and pain areas. She creates a very relaxing environment and I always feel so at peace when we are done. I trust her and appreciate the “self care” my time with her provides.

I am officially a regular!! One of the best decisions I made for myself was taking the time and money to spend on myself for a massage. Im loving Trapeze Yoga! 3 wks between pics. I also had massage to release tension in the areas my instructor noticed tightness. My shoulders were able to drop more evenly this time. Im very pleased with how Im progressing.Heidi is extremely knowledgeable about the body. She will work with the massage therapists to let them know what she is seeing in your body, so the therapist can work on your problem areas.

Been to Hiedi a few times now, and I just love her! For starters, she listens to me and has helped reduce my pain, while working along side my chiropractor. In conjunction, they both have alleviated all my micro injuries and ailments and have helped me tremendously throughout my healing process.. Highly recommend!
