Wow what an awesome experience, she did a wonderful job! I love how they incorporate the foot bath and body massage! The headspa was wonderful. The place was very clean and I loved that. So happy that a head spa opened up in our area! The price was also awesome and I hope it doesnt jump up so I can keep coming and enjoying this experience.

Serenity head spa was absolutely phenomenal! I indulged in the 90-minute treatment and was blown away. Not only did it include a foot massage and rejuvenating facial, but the shoulder massage was a cherry on top. Always wanted to experience a head spa, and Serenity exceeded my expectations. The products used left my skin and scalp feeling super clean and soft. Plus, the close-up scalp camera thing was neat! Cant wait to go back again and bring friends.

The head massage was great, but the hair washing part was different. Not curly girl friendly products. But great experience overall, just bring something to do your hair for the ending.Full review:Unique and nice experience in the beginning. I got the 70min option, which included a massage of neck, shoulders, arms, legs & feet. It also included a head massage, with a “ginger scalp scrub”.I’m not sure what exactly was put in my hair, it was a couple of different products from what I could smell (lemon and a clean linen scent). I don’t feel that they were ‘curly girl’ friendly but they may work for someone else.Overall nice experience!

Serenity Head Spa was a total resort experience in the middle of DMV chaos. Everything about Serenity exudes ease and relaxation- from making an appointment to the actual spa treatment. The staff are very friendly and the business is impeccably clean. Guests are treated like VIPs from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a truly amazing experience. This was my first time recieving services from a head spa and Im glad I chose serenity. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and shown amazing customer service. Cocoa greeted me and offered me a seat and a beverage. I arrived to my appointment 30 min early and only had to wait 5 minutes before my services started. I chose the 100 minute head spa service and I left completely satisfied. The facility was inviting and clean. I felt comfortable and very relaxed. I will be returning.

Sophie was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! It is crazy seeing how much build up you have on your scalp before the treatment versus after the treatment! There is also ample parking in the back so no fighting for a space which is very common in Virginia/DC area.Will 100% be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at serenity spa! The staff were very welcoming and attentive. My massage was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I definitely recommend getting a scalp massage! The experience was very relaxing. Couple things. I would like to have more information about the process and what it means or does. For example the look at the scalp initially, it was too quick and not a lot of information to go along with it or tips on how to improve it. Also, come prepared to put your hair up to go home. While they do blow dry your hair, they are not stylists so you’re not leaving with a fabulous blowout, but you will leave with a scalp that feels great and relaxed.

I came in for a treatment the day before the bar exam, so needless to say I was a little stressed. I booked the 90 minute scalp treatment, and it was absolutely incredible. Every component included some kind of massage with aromatherapy. It truly was 90 full minutes of pampering. My hair feels amazing, and I am so relaxed. Thank you all so much!

I had probably the best facial Ive ever had at Serenity Head Spa! Coco worked across both my face and neck. It felt like a facial and a gentle face massage all in one. The head massage was masterful and hit all the specific areas and helped relieved some muscle tension I had on my neck. A very relaxing experience where I had high quality, head and feet services . The atmosphere is extremely comfortable and relaxing with calming music playing. I will be back again.

I’d seen this type of treatment on social media and thought it looked relaxing. It was! I got the 90-minute head spa with the facial option. I loved how your head stays nice and warm even when the water is off because of the steam. My hair has been extra soft ever since. My only minor complaint is that the road noise is a bit loud in the treatment room. I’d definitely go again!

I had my first session with Coco and it was such a good experience!!! I had a very stressful week and this is just what I need it. I got the basic serenity head spa and it was fantastic and just what I need it. You get shoulder and feet message service and your head wash in the most relaxing way. They also dry your hair for you. Its not a blowout, but you dont go out with wet hair. My hair feels very soft. A quick tip, the spa is right next to the exit to 95. I was afraid to enter 95 and I end up passing it the first time.

Serenity Head Spa is an oasis in Springfield. Brand new gorgeous facility. Do you know when you get your haircut and the wash is the best part? HERE- THE WHOLE HOUR WAS THE BEST PART! I had a foot massage and neck head massage followed by the most luxurious head scrub and massage. Mandy was great. A great Mother’s Day gift. Perfect self care for this teacher.

From the moment we entered the spa, we were treated to cold water, and great hospitality. This experience is one of a kind. The foot massage, head massage, and pride in what they do. made our experience totally worth the drive there. We will be returning! Stage was extremely friendly and accommodating.

I woke up one morning and decided I would give myself a spa day. I was specifically looking for a head spa and this was the first place that came up when I googled it. I looked at the reviews and decided to give it a try. I requested an appointment on the website before they opened and they were able to accomodate me a few hours later through text which was so convenient. Let me tell you...it did not disappoint! This is a brand new hidden gem just minutes away from home. The place is very clean with a relaxed vibe. I highly suggest the upgrade. It is an experience that you will definitely want to enjoy again and again from the moment you enter. The ginger scalp rub smelled so good and Cocos magic touch left me feeling so relaxed. Had an amazing headspa experience today! The location is beautiful and so convienent for me. Smells wonderful in the spa and traditional calming spa music. The owner is so thorough with the treatment and explained the process as she went. The ginger oil and scrub was great, I was on cloud 9 when she finished. My scalp has never gotten so much attention, and its still essentially full body massage as well. I wish I could do that everyday, will definitely be back!

Honestly, the massage was better than the scalp treatment. They didn’t use the scalp massager or comb on my hair and with my thick curly hair, as an African-American you need something to get deep in the roots. Plan to bring other products to blow your hair out if you want. Very nice place for a relaxing time.

Don’t let the outside of the building fool you. The spa is pristine and very relaxing. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first head spa experience. It was wonderful! I highly recommend Serenity Head Spa.

My kid father got me the base package for Mother’s Day. I wanted the steam so we upgraded the package. I called Friday was told okay and I would be called back. Never was. Called several time this morning with no answer. He was able to upgrade the package at the front desk when we arrived but somehow it was not passed along and this was not the service I received. I wasn’t going to go back into the robes after coming out asking why I didn’t receive the package I was supposed to have. My neck honestly hurts worse than before I went in. Definitely won’t be returning ever and I suggest finding a more established location if you want an appointment with peace of mind. Wasn’t asked my hair type my hair is damaged from being combed with a small tooth comb on my fine curly wet hair.and yes I did coke in with my natural curly hair. I’d give this place negative stars if I could.the front desk receptionist was more concerned and apologetic than the OWNER

Exceeded expectations! I found this place through a reel on IG and booked my husband a birthday head massage very easily via text. I couldn’t find an appt time that worked but they accommodated our schedule and he loved it! Very relaxing and very thorough and great service

This was probably the most amazing experience Ive had. Mia was phenomenal. I had the 100 minute experience and I dont think a single part of me wasnt massaged and/or scrubbed. It was beyond what I expected. I will be back in a month (or sooner!).

This was my first time getting a head spa treatment and it won’t be my last! Everything was amazing and so relaxing! Thought I was only going to receive scalp treatment but ended up basically getting a full body massage!!! I highly recommend this place

For those of you who are looking for new fun ways for self care: you MUST try this headspa. Wow just wow. I just finished my appointment for the headspa. Headspa is like a facial for your scalp. The estheticians start by using a scalp camera to determine your scalp’s health. After that they do a tailored treatment that involves a scalp scrub. I opted for the 60 minutes and honestly, I could have done more time. Highly highly recommend, especially for Mother’s Day right around the corner. Treat yo’ self!

I have been to other places that offer reflexology services and have never been pleased, till I have come here. I have had a spinal fusion and issues with circulation in my lower extremities along with foot drop on the left foot. After a couple of sessions I am starting to regain some sensation in my feet, and my chiropractor has also noticed a difference. I can’t sing their praises enough, thank you 🙏

First time visit. Wonderful little hidden spot. Very relaxing. The herbal and ginger head treatment was wonderful. I almost forgot where I was and fell asleep a little. Highly recommended.

In town and had some time, so I walked over from hotel and got the 90 min lymphatic drain massage! Fantastic and wish I lived here!! I would be a regular customer!!!
