THOSE INQUIRING NAIL SERVICES HEREi am devastated i had a red manicure that had grown out to long for methis place is not equipped for nails i feel bad for the estheticians that have to work here the lighting is extremely dim for them to see when they are working on pedicure no lamp or headlights in sight the pedicure bowls are just that bowls that go cold before you are finished & they prop your feet up on a wood plank covered with a towel sitting over it that slides out while you’re trying to relaxwhile the staff member was very young and nice she did not seem confident at all in her ability’s and did not start with soaking off my shellac while i got my pedicure done so the service went much longer then needed & she stated her impatience with removal having to keep reapply foil for soak rushing itthe final shellac is extremely bumpy i can see the old color still showing through on the nails as shown she did not touch my cuticles anywhere and i did not care to ask after coming to understand the quality of service provided herei will state again because i hate leaving review like this but $120 on an aesthetic treatment you should leave happythe young lady i was booked with was very sweet i hope they see to or she finds better work conditions and training assistancei am headed for full redoi am sorry for any hurt feelings with this reviewam also sorry i just threw $120 bucks away

Two hour couples massage was heavenly. Karissa and Tiffany did amazing. They listened to our focus areas and really took their time with each area. Super professional. If you’re unsure where to book your massage, look no further!They also gave us the CUTEST chocolate box and roses for Valentine’s day!!!

I received not only my first facial from Heather, but also my first massage from Tanna, along with 2 free therapy sessions with some absolutely amazing women. Not even to mention Kyla at the front desk. I will absolutely be returning and telling all my friends and family about my amazing well taken care of experiences here today. I love the women of this establishment and they have helped me so much today in my current state of mind. I absolutely felt heard, valued, and supported here. Melissa at Uplift is AMAZING. I have had a couple of prenatal massages with her and could not recommend her enough if you want to leave a massage feeling refreshed, at ease, and relaxed. She achieved the perfect level of communication before, during, and after the massage, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in a very uncomfortable time that is pregnancy. Highly highly recommend.

Kimberly was incredible. She starts off by asking you great questions to find where you tend to store your stress. She then spends the rest of the time working on those areas and other areas that are connected to help alleviate stress and tension.The front desk staff are also very friendly and hospitable.

Wow! I was very impressed by the vibe. Everyone was receptive and had an incredible attitude. Thank you Jennifer for my deep tissue massage with cupping add on. Jennifer found the exact spot of my pain and tightness in my back. She was able to relieve me of my pain and help me relax. Each time Jennifer found a knot or tense area it was incredible how she knew where to apply pressure to relieve it. I was blissfully in and out of consciousness.

All he/she did was talk, talk, talk, talk, TALK and barely did my right leg. totally not going here again. I felt absolutely zero relief when leaving. Also Google maps fails to take you to the correct building so drivers pay attention so you dont get lost

Booked a couples massage for my wife and me, and while she has had a massage before, I have not. I was a bit apprehensive and nervous since it was my first time, and I can honestly say that I am glad my first massage experience was here. Jamie was my massage therapist, and she was very welcoming, kind, and professional. The entire staff from the time we arrived to the time we left was wonderful. I have been here many times for a massage and once for a pedicure. I have not ever been disappointed and have tried many different massage therapists when I need a last-minute appointment. Uplift was highly recommended for all the right reasons. I went as a birthday treat to myself and got a custom massage from Tiffany and the fall facial special from Christina. Right when I walked in the staff was welcoming and the aesthetics of the spa were very nice and comfortable. They also had complimentary drinks including wine, tea, hot chocolate, etc. for your wait in between sessions and a cute little boutique section for bathbombs, scrubs, and other self-care essentials. I 100% recommend Uplift and will be back again!

A couple of weeks ago I had a migraine massage done by Kari who did a fantastic job working on my neck. My headache hasnt come back! Yesterday I went in for a custom massage that Lisa did and it was also AMAZING! She worked on my problem areas and gave me some pointers that I am going to try out to help with my inflammation. Kimberly is the best! She is knowledgeable and my skin has never looked better. I wont see anyone but her for facials and my daughter agrees with me. The treatment rooms are comfortable and the ambiance is relaxing and grounding. The reception staff are friendly and professional. Overall, this is by far the best spa I have been to in Springfield.

Loved it! We had the Ultimate pedicures with hot stone massage. Amazing! The technicians were very good at their jobs. They were friendly and indulged our chatter. LOOK NO FURTHER!!Ive looked all over for a good massage therapist, when I saw Uplift I decided to give them a shot since theyre super close to my residence. like most places, doctors offices, chiropractor, etc.. They tell you on the phone or in person, that if its your first time, to show up 10-15 min early to get through the initial paperwork.I got there about 10 minutes early, to fill out my paperwork and I was offered Coffee, tea, water and sat in a cozy and comfortable waiting area. The music was very nice and calming and the decor was nice as well. ( A very pleasant relaxing time before going to a roomMy therapist, Kaley came a greeted me with a smile and asked if I was ready. I was given the room and time to down dress to where I was comfortable and to get Undercovers before knocking and asking if I was ready.The music was very calming and Serene and the room was dark lit, also , very very comfortable. The therapist started with a warm up to get my body ready, light massaging to get me ready for the deep tissue that I had requested.It was absolutely wonderful! Very minimal conversation, extremely professional, very friendly. And most of all I felt a thousand times better walking out then when I walked in!Ive already booked another appointment to get on a regular schedule being as my job is very demanding on my feet legs and back.Again, this is my first time at this spa and massage, Im going back and will continue to go back and I highly recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Worth every penny. Came for a 90 min couples massage, Kaley and Tiffany were amazing. They seemed to know where we hurt the most and really focused on those spots. 12/10, highly recommend. I dont know how they do it for 90 mins but they are miracle workers.

Went to Uplift for sciatic pain. Was given Brittany as my masseuse. I had been in such pain it was affecting my walking. It took a couple of appointments and I will be honest, it was painful for the first few. But she worked on me until I was freed from the pain. Now I go once a month, and fall asleep on the table! Great location. Great ambience. Great job, Brittany. My mother in law saw the change in me. She is booking an appointment for her sciatica pain.

I had a massage tonight with Kelsey and it was wonderful. It was very relaxing. She paid attention to my concerns and focused on my main goals for the massage. I highly recommend Kelsey if you are looking for ultimate relaxation.

Massage therapist was very nice. Although we paid $100 for 60 minutes we got only 45... the emails said nothing about arriving early for paperwork so when we arrived we had to fill out paperwork and by the time the massage started it was only 45 minutes. We paid $25 to fill out our own paperwork... all my experiences from differents spas is that you pay for an hour and your get an hour active massage. Just beware they do make you pay for paperwork.... so write fast if you decide to go..

Christy is super great at what she does and is so nice! I have low back pain I deal with from time to time and she always helps alleviate it. I always worry if some massage therapist will go deep enough but she does a great job! Definitely recommend her!

I got lucky and was able to book same day. Enjoyed the hot towel left at the end for me to use. Was a very relaxing atmosphere.Pedicure is more expensive than the place I go in CA with less pampering. I am used to a 20 min calf and foot massage - whereas they consider rubbing on lotion a massage here and parafin wax is included for a better price.Loved the ability to keep the water hot. Great color selection of quality nail polishes.Semi-private room. I did not find the chair and foot rest as comfortable. But the quality of product used was very good.I WILL BE BACK FOR A MASSAGE FOR SURE!

Uplift massage and spa is an amazing place to get a massage, manicure, and pedicure. The spa coordinators are very friendly and offer a glass of wine, complimentary, while waiting in their beautiful tranquility room! The massage rooms were beautifully decorated. All of the massage tables have a heating element to keep you warm and comfortable while getting a massage or facial. The nail room has a very Serene atmosphere with large, comfortable chairs. I am impressed with how knowledgeable the nail technicians are. All of the employees seemed very happy and it shows through their work!

I went in for a 90 minute massage and I do not think I could express how wonderful the entire experience was. First off, I am so impressed with their ability to work you in on such short notice and I was able to be taken care of on the weekend to top it all off! Seth was so kind on the phone. My massage therapist was Terra and I cant say enough about her. She was extremely knowledgeable! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I found uplift massage on google. I had high hopes, and so I went and tried it out. From entering the building to me leaving was a very unpleasant experience. The building had a bad vibe to it, I didn’t feel comfortable, and the staff were very unprofessional. I would definitely recommend choosing another massage place instead of wasting your time and money here. You’re paying to fill out paperwork for no absolute reason.

Brittany was my massage therapist. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease. Brittany could easily tell where my tension was and worked diligently to relieve it for me. She also asked me where I felt like I needed the most work done. This place is absolutely incredible. I got the 60 minute couples massage, and Ive never been so relaxed in my life. I had Regina, and my boyfriend had Inna. Got a my first 90 minute massage at Uplift just the other day... and I never want to go back to 60 minutes ever again! Regina did a badass blend of traditional and Thai work on me. She focused on areas I mentioned but also found spots I never would have guessed were in need of some therapy. Instead of feeling groggy afterward, I felt energized! Definitely a great spot geared toward client satisfaction.

We had booked for 90 mins massage with a back scrub. The massage ended 15 mins prior and the masseuse was now and then laughing. it sometimes feel weird. Apart from that the whole massage went well.

I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience at Uplift spa was. We had 6 women in our group for a full spa day which included; hour long massages, facials and mani’s and pedi’s! They coordinated the whole day perfectly and the staff was beyond polite! We were there the whole day and they checked on us frequently to make sure we were good on drinks and comfortable. Everyone who provided a service became immediate friends with our group and it made the day so special!

This place is so inviting, welcoming, and you just never want to leave. Jarad was my therapist and he just raised the bar for every therapist in this state. He finds the pressure and technique necessary for your own body and tension level. I never knew the perfect massage exists, but it does! 90 minutes of pure bliss at an absolutely incredible price! The atmosphere, music, and lighting is tranquillizing. They have a complimentary drink menu with wine and coffee. The beds are perfectly warm and the towels and heating pads are the best hot you’ll ever feel and the whole place is spotless clean and tidy. You dont even have to tell Jared what you need, he is some kind of body prophet and just knows. I didn’t feel not one second of insecurity or discomfort, and I have at every other massage I’ve received. This place is the best of the best you will ever find. The only thing they could do to improve is have someone there to drive you home, because you can’t do much other than sink into the cloud 9 you just got rubbed into. I am beside myself with the relief and relaxation I am soaking in. Get the hot stones and thank me later! And go home and take an epsom salt bath and drink lots of water! ;) You all gained a lifetime customer and I will rave about you every time I hear the word massage come up! I could not get in to my regular place, and was really sore. I booked with Jarred, and he really helped my sore tight muscles. I felt much better. I like the evening hours too. Jarred also has experience as a personal trainer and has physical therapy training. Really an outstanding massage, I will be back as a regular. Also the lobby area and massage rooms are clean organized and stylish. Staff wear masks and are very cautious and mindful of taking precautions.

He is very knowledgeable, professional, and just plain gifted. He is so patient and kind and makes you feel very comfortable. I booked a 90 minute custom massage with essential oils added and was assigned Liliya. I have to say that she provided one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever had. She introduced herself and we quickly discussed where my problem areas were. First of all, she hit every spot I circled on my registration paper. Secondly, Liliya does not disappoint when you tell her you would like a firm massage. Third, the stretching...amazing. Stretching during the service really allows you to see where your tight spots are. Lastly, Liliya works on knots by manipulating the muscles. While many therapists do this, I found her technique to be quite effective.Thank you for the warm and professional service you provided!

Great experience. I am seeing Regina for Thai massage to heal the bulging disc in my low back. I have seen 2 chiropractors, my primary doctor, and 2 specialists. After 7 months I am still in the same condition; I experience pain with walking, sleeping, sitting. I lived an active lifestyle prior to my injury, but I am now only able to walk for activity (no more running, lifting, sports, etc.)After one session with Regina I felt a difference. After 2 sessions I can lie on my back and stomach without pain. She is the first person in my path to recovery that listened to me. I believe that she genuinely wants me to be well, unlike the other “health-professionals” I worked with over the past 7 months.I am hopeful that with Regina’s help I can re-learn how to sleep flat in a bed, and to go throughout my day pain-free.

Booked for mani pedi. Told the girl at the desk that I had acrylic on my nails. She told me they used something else which I was totally fine with. After sitting for 1 hour getting a pedi the nail tech told me she couldn’t do my nails because it would take 1.5 hours to soak them off. She just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. So so disappointed.

The spa had a lovely environment. I will go back. The lady who did my message was sick and sniffling and coughing so that was somewhat off putting. I thought she did a very good message, but they asked trouble spots and she never even touched my legs at all and I circled my left knee as the biggest problem. So make sure you talk to them more specifically.
