Apparently if you used the in store credit that you earn and have to exchange anything from that sale you loose said credit and have to pay the difference. I already paid for it, I shouldnt have to pay for it again. 2 stars because this is the first issue Ive had here.

I have lived in 3 states, worked in countless cities in those states, and have been vaping for a few years. It is few and far between that I not only find a store in close proximity to where I live, let alone that has everything I desire, but also has a staff that is ALWAYS on point. They are so friendly, and knowledgeable. Any question I have they know the answer. I have gone to this store a couple of times just looking for a new device with them knowing the chances of me buying a new one are slim, and they still walked me through all of the ones that peaked my interest. I have never felt pressure to purchase anything, there is never any judgement, and always clean. I highly recommend this vape shop if you are looking for a healthy, clean, friendly environment.

I am extremely happy with the experience i had while shopping at your store. I was in on mon The guy working introduced himself as Mikey. He was very helpful explained everything I asked about the CBD and I plan on coming in again when I get back from my business trip. I have come in there in the morning one day and didn’t feel very welcomed. I stopped in and the young lady that was working was working on a shipment that came in and there was a tall guy helping her that smelled like he has not taken a bath in over a month. He was a tall gentleman.

Theyve always had what I needed so far. The store always has a great atmosphere, unlike their competitors *cough* Jojos. Best store in town.

The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the products and had good answers for all my questions. I was looking to buy a new vape and unlike a lot of other people in sales, he didnt try to push the latest and greatest or the most expensive model on me. He just answered my question and gave me what I asked for.

A great place to go if youre looking to get in and get out but if you choose to talk a bit the employees are very knowledgable about current events and gladly keep you updated on the politics and laws regarding vaping and juice.

Boe was great and the gentleman that worked with him they are always so helpful letting me know about new products And the CBD products. One time they noticed I was missing a part to my vap and fixed me right up. Another time I was having trouble with my vap and Boe fixed and cleaned it for me. The guy working was incredibly helpful. He found the coil that i needed quickly and helped me pick some new juice... Even changed my coil and cleaned up my vape for me! Definetly made life a little easier, especially since changing a coil woth a broken hand is not the easiest thing to do LOL. Between the awesome customer service and newly discovered discount wall, I will be definetly be back!

VaporHaus is great, every time I go in they are eager to help me with whatever I want. They always seem knowledgeable about vapes and coils. Stuff that I have no idea about. I love it!

Google showed they sell Kratom, and when I walked in and asked if they did, they looked at me like I was an alien and said “No.” No further explanation, local recommendation or a simple “Sorry have a good day.” Not their fault the info was incorrect but I was put off by their demeanor and unwillingness to communicate further than “No.” I expect better service and friendliness than what I experienced a moment ago.

Well, because I have been blessed with the most ugly luck on the planet, the inevitable was bound to happen. Two of my three long term Starter mods totally wiped out out within 2 weeks of their birthdays. Yeah, they were just lil ole One Piece Starter devices to some, but to me, they were part of my daily routine.I enjoy(ED) the simplicity and ease of Starters. No external batteries to contend with or charging stations for external batteries. Therefore, always looked at that as a WIN👍.In 6 years of vaping, I just found them easier while I was on the go. So, in turn, they became both my enjoyable hobby and a harmless habit. So, anywhoo, I had BEEN hangin on to a simple fine little piece, with 4 spare atomizers full of juice, new coils, & 8 new 120ml bottles of juice. But then the unimaginable happened ....BOOM💥💣My lonely life line decided to take its last hit yesterday afternoon. This fellow vapors, is one of our biggest fears. All supplies on deck, but no ship in working order to sail the seas.A vapors worste nightmare😳It was time to seek a new device....NOW! PRONTO! THIS IS AN EXTREME EMERGENCY! YES, my third and final piece had passed on to the after world💩💀👎🚨⚠️So, being the spontaneous gotta have my vape NOW gal I headed to Vapor Haus in Springfield. Ironically, before my final lil gadget took its last hit(and so did I) I called and talked to Alex, the store manager to inqure about Fathers Day Specials. Unbenosteto me, that my mod was going to take her last hoorah. I couldnt help asking myself...Seriously Jen, did you just jinx yourself🤔Before I took my last hit, while talking to Alex on the phone, and for curiositys sake, I asked her about possible device upgrades. She shared her favorites and suggestions. She was extremely courteous and super patient.Therefore, now it was time for the ole desperate times call for desperate measures thang. I was in my car in five and arrived at the store in less than 15 minutes. I am no Big Foot, but yesterday I sure exercised my right on the highway to be one helluva Lead Foot🤪To sum up my hot mess express day, Alex certainly changed it for the better. She took over at least 1 1/2 hours of her time with me. Her guidance, knowledge, and patience superceeded all my expectations. With all honesty, she needs a huge round of applause and definitely notification of recognition. She was an excellent up-seller. Alex converted a $40.00 sale by 300%. And to top it off, I left the store happy as a lark. With two full starters for back up, and a fancy beast requiring batteries, charger, and 100w of power. I had been used to 80w, but now I feel like I won the jackpot. This must be what vaping a Bentley feels like😉🎰♨️😊🚘💎🕶In conclusion, folks, if you want answers about vaping, honesty, integrity, and a Team that treats you with respect and dignity, then please visit Alex and her crew at Vapor Haus in Springfield Ohio.
