Root & Bloom Massage Therapy

I am a part time resident in Tahoe and make it a point every time I am here to book an appointment(s) with Amy. I am an avid mountain biker and Triathlete, add that to my age and I typically have issues that need to be addressed. Amy is a true professional and great at her craft. She listens, adapts, and executes each appointment to help me recover/heal. She is a great teammate and I am thankful for her service. Reasonable prices to boot.

Amy is outstanding! She is professional, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. She is a great listener, and will set up a unique session directed towards what will benefit you the most. I’ve had Sciatica for 28 years. Through regular appointments with Amy, I can honestly say, she kept me “maintained” and pain free! I highly, highly recommend!!

Amy is amazing, i could barely walk in there and hubby had to put me on the table. Amy helped me sit up when she was done and handed me my clothes. i could walk out slowly, but i was walking. 3 visits later, Im awesome! I would highly recommend her for severe lower back issues.

Amy is very friendly and professional not to mention a top notch massage therapist. I like a deep tissue massage, but I don’t want to walk out with bruises. Amy is able to do deep tissue and by listening to me and my body not to go too deep. Overall she is great and I plan to make a visit to her a much needed habit.

Amy was easy to schedule via text. I arrived a bit early and she was ready for me. The ambiance was very relaxing, clean and quiet. I loved Amys technique, it was a perfect combination of deep tissue yet very relaxing.
