I was extremely disappointed when a group of 7 Stars and Diamond Plus players, including myself, were denied entry to the nightclub due to capacity issues. This is the first time Ive experienced such a problem at a Caesars property nightclub, and it was incredibly frustrating. As loyal player who regularly spend significant amounts of money at these establishments, we expected better treatment. The fact that three of us, all high-tier members, couldnt get in is unacceptable. The hosts handling of the situation was poor, and the overall customer service was horrendous.Being turned away not only ruined our evening but also left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope that Caesars re-evaluates their policies and improves their capacity management and customer service. Loyal customers like us deserve to be treated with respect and consideration.
Celebrated a bachelorette with 4 other girls hoping to listen to hip hop. DJ did not disappoint. Free entry for females when we got in around 10:30pm. It’s supposed be free for females before 11pm. Bartenders were nice except for one male bartender who wanted to charge $18 for bottles. When I informed him we had gotten glasses of water on the other bar for free, he was rude and dismissive, saying “go to the other side then” and proceeded to serve other customers. Otherwise, good crowd with millennial music and EDM sprinkled in there. Go-go dancers were great! Parking for $35 behind Harrah’s.
The security told me they would hold my pocket knife and then when I left the club, the manager, Tim Boyd, told me they threw it away. A $300 pocket knife in the garbage, and then I had to dig through the garbage myself to find it. When I approached Tim about conflicting info, he basically walked away from me and told me to get over it.
We were in Tahoe for Memorial Day Weekend and decided to club. We contacted VIP services for bottle service, and Coleby was extremely quick in responding and respectful, which is completely different from my experience in Vegas. We ended up getting a dance floor table, which seats about 6-8 comfortably, but can fit 10-12 people.Coleby and Taylor checked us in - make sure to get there early on a busy weekend. They were courteous, fast, and took care of our group. We also received a bundle bottle service deal, which was clutch. The waitress took care of our group and service was quick. We ended up getting 2 tables right on the dance floor, which made the experience unforgettable! The club experience here is similar to clubbing in Vegas, which was impressive. The club fits ~1,000 people or so.Would definitely return here for bottle service based on my experience.
Not a single dance song played, only basic hip-hop. Lots of creepy guys stalking the girls.
They charge a cover of $15/person, and this cover is not worth it at all. The type of people the club attracts arent the best. The dance floor is empty and this was on a weekend. The drinks are overpriced. Would not come here again. The Go-go dancers are great, however.
Bottle service was disappointing. 4 guys, 3 girls. Paid cover, walked in, decided to get a table since one opened up (recycled, was still being cleaned). They wouldnt credit our cover to the table and wouldnt refund cover. I have never paid an additional cover when getting a table. The servers told us $700 min, $300-325 per bottle of what we wanted. We got a bottle of champagne and a bottle of vodka. Host said it was OK, and that will meet min since it was close enough and we were a walk-in. Got a bill for $900 plus tax, tip, etc...not sure how that adds up.Emailed the host I had talked to before and got no response. Pretty shady...
We had bottle service and the service was HORRIBLE. The staff removed our bottle of Kettle One from our table and said it wasnt ours. When in actuality it was. It was an awful experience. The music was good. However, if you plan on spending hundreds of dollars you are better off going elsewhere. We had fun at Opal. We ordered bottle service there too. The staff was friendly and gave superior service.
Terrible service. Some context: My partner and I had a few drinks before deciding to attend PEEK on a Saturday night, nothing out of the normal, we were coherent, looking to enjoy ourselves, and ended up choosing this nightclub to spend our evening. We get there, they ask for our IDs and Im let in and while I proceed to pay the $30 cover charge, my partner is being harassed by the security guard who asked her why her license was bent. My girlfriend proceeded to answer that she puts it in her back pocket and over time it started to bend, the security guard OUT OF THE BLUE decided that this answer wasnt sufficient enough to admit her and kicked my girlfriend out, at the exact moment my debit card was just approved for admission. Shockingly enough, the lady working at the register was kind enough to write my info down and stated that the club would be in contact with me regarding a refund. Well little did I know, they are only open from 10:30-4 two days out of the entire week so I have very little recourse or means of communication to these people. I just want my money back. It is unreal that a business continues to operate to this day with employees who are a complete disgrace, ruin the tourism Tahoe seeks to foster, and still have their jobs! Rent a cops need to learn their place in society.
Awful service! I booked two tables a day in advance and then went by early in the evening before they opened to verify they had all my info. Reservation was good to go but when we showed up they had booked my table to someone else and didn’t even tell me this could happen. I had a party of 16 equal girls to guys but when we attempted to get in it was so packed there was absolutely no way for all of us to be together so we just left.
Me and my wife had a great time there, drinks werent priced to high and the music was good. Only thing that got me and my wife would that although we spent $100 on drinks they apparently didnt have any water from the tap just $6 small bottles of figi water. We thought this was possibly a lie or just stupid.
This is not a safe place for women. I would like to hear other womens stories about any weird or dangerous experiences. Contact me please. My name is the same on Facebook PLEASE reach out. And do not go here if you’re a female. Even with groups. It’s not safe and there are predators lurking everywhere.
The club was so fun, super nice. Coleby put us on a list for our friends bachelorette party and it was a really easy process to get in. The dj was HORRIBLE from beginning to end. We go out and dance a lot, and it was just ok..heard a lot of others saying the same thing. Sorry but that needs some work. :)
Terrible place. My girlfriend lost her purse and phone and wouldn’t help me find her. This is the night of the the review, but it’s still two hours later and I have no idea where my gf, or aubuilita are...
Ive worked in Vegas with Real club management and I must say Peek is the saddest example of a club. Management need to be overhauled and the door crew needs to be replaced. So so sad.
Ray was very professional at the front of the house and was very inviting to Peek in Tohoe thanks to the staff for the excellent customer service and vibes bless
No idea why this has low reviews and star but it’s a fun place to hangout. V had a ladies night out and it was awesome
