Ive been coming here for 4 months to buy 2 vape bars for $32 every week and everytime Greg is here he charges me over $40 dollars and always a different price with him. Theres several other smoke shops around here so I wont be coming back here. Other places are cheaper but it was convenient for me because I stop at frys first

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is never opened at the times it should be and their prices are unreliable. I always get different prices. I will not recommend this place ever again. There is no professionalism, Greg is very rude. 👎🏼 no longer a costumer.

Do not rely on his store hours posted at all, multiple times I have come here 30 even 40 minutes before close to find the shop locked up with nobody in it. Overpriced on many of what should be lower priced items. Oh and has (or at least had) I paper on his counter saying not to give the homeless people in the parking lot any money because they were attacking people for money. I am not homeless, but homeless people are people to. And if someone wants to give someone else money for whatever reason, money of his business, it kind of disgusted me the way he had wired it, like one would be feeding wild dogs or something

Bad customer service and always has different prices even when you show them the receipt of the previous price I payed

What a fantastic experience of customer service at its finest!I’ve only been in a couple of times as I didn’t know this gem existed. I shall not be shopping anywhere else though!I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter who offered to help me with finding what it was I needed.The shop was almost sparkly!It was so clean, it smelt really good and everything was laid out beautifully. For ages, I’d been wanting a new box for my 100’s and never got one. I t looked around and found them! Not only were they cheaper than anywhere else, but they had my favorite color!!!😁😁😁😁And my favorite smokes are cheaper here as well!Excellent prices, beautiful store and wonderful family run (with love) Please make this your to go store for all your smoky needs🎉 Annie

Ive stopped here four or five times different days different times these people are never open its 8:15 now Sunday the 10th maybe Im just impatient but mornings and afternoons weekdays and weekends I can just never catch them when they are open.

The ONLY smoke shop in West Valley that sells cigars and makes sure they are stored correctly. Staff very helpful and prices are not over the top. Must check it out.

Great set up. Clean, well stocked, well organized and knowledgeable owner. Short wait time, if any, and the staff has done well not to stock old/dried out products. Havent tried everything there, but the vape and cigar selections are considerable.

A FANTASTIC tobacconist! They dont smoke, yet, they know EVERY product that they sell. A good clean well-run business.

I have been coming here for years, the people are great. Very friendly and helpful you are looking at or for other smoking needs. They have the best prices in town. Tobacco is always a dollar or two less than anyplace else. They sell small bags of tobacco so if you are testing different types the small bags are great. The big bags are always in stock best smoke shop I have ever found in the valley

The owners are terrific and they have everything anyone could ever want from a smoke shop. If thats your need, this is the place.

Went in this shop today and the owner helped me out above and beyond he took the time to help me out with vapes ans torches. Not like some other shoppes where they try to hurry you up and just want you to buy and go. He has a huge selection of stuff. A must go.

Been shopping here for a couple of years. Purchased a vape stick, which leaked a whole tank of my juice in 4 hrs! I cleaned it up and brought it back to the store for a refund. He accused me of lying, waited on the MAN behind me, and wouldnt refund my money. I left the product there. Out $29. Will never shop there again. Hope you dont either!

Awful treatment of women. Refused to help me before helping all the men that came in after me and were behind me in line because , and I quote the guys had waited so long instead of taking 30 seconds to get what I needed. I will never go back there and I recommend every women find a place to shop that will treat them equal to their male customers.

VERY Friendly! Some of the customers get a tad irate when they are buying cigarettes and someone else has him helping with cigars or electronic/vape items (my preference). But thats the Sun City Customers fault. Personally, I have ALL DAY! They should look at it that way too! And he will bend over backwards to make sure his customers are all satisfied. And he is very patient, even if you dont know exactly what you want in a juice.

I love this place my sister goes here all the time and Ive gone twice but I can only tell you I love the guy that works in there hes very professional hes very helpful and I love his little birds in the baby big kudos to this establishment one of the last stores that actually appreciate your business

Always very nice always a very clean store if I had to complain about anything it would be the price of his kratom. Otherwise great place you should check it out.

Came here for a small vape battery and left with a deal of a life time. This smoke shop has everything everyone needs for all there smoke sessions. If you need it bigger and better for any lighter, wrap, vape or cigar. Youll find it here. The prices are inexpensive and the products are legit! I got a c-cell and some cones for under 35!

Wonderful deals and really cool managers. But some of the staff are a bit snippy and hold poor conversation on deals. They also dropped some things and tried selling it. Hire new employee.

Always feel taken care of every time I go in their store. Friendly, courteous, and always make sure your happy when you walk out their store.

I have not met the owner himself, but Will, his brother I believe, is a true gentleman and wont steer you wrong on products just to make cash. AWESOME collection of pre-kitted vape pens for introduction level vapers at prices that are beyond fair, all the way down to the individual pieces to build the mod youve always wanted. Huge collection of cigarettes, nice controlled environment for their cigars, great glass for those of you that prefer to smoke that way as well. Seriously, go check it out!

The owner dont hold his word I bought a enail it broke the same day owner said it has a 1 year ask for number and been lie to and he calls the cops when u try to get your money back COP CALLER !!!!!!!

Been coming here almost 2 years and I always let him keep the change whenever I bought anything I asked an employee for credit for 5 dollars and he said no but its okay for other people to owe him $300 or more 5 minutes later I got a loan from my friend to buy smokes he said no I already locked the register I swear to God I am never coming back to this store and I hope he feels the shame I did just now its so ridiculous to treat someone like this over $5 thats why I prefer to go the smoke shop by the Safeway theres nicer clientele
