PuffCity Smoke Shop Sussex, NJ

Ive been sipping at Puff for over five years and have always been satisfied. They have upgraded over the past couple of years to offer more products and more variety, making the experience that much better. Staff is always incredibly nice and takes the time to talk to you and ask about your day and how youre doing in general. They are also very knowledgeable about their products and are able to suggest any item based on your likes, wants and needs. If they dont have something youre looking for, theyre always happy to order it for you. I cannot recommend them enough!

The new people who have taken over seem to take their jobs much more seriously and in particular the woman working today was very knowledgeable and carried herself professionally. I have always bought pieces here but now I will only buy them here. Far and away the best head shop around.Side note: By the way you were correct, tomorrow is St. Patricks Day 😂 we celebrated yesterday because the kids had to wear green to school and all that. 😉

Puff city is the only place in the county i will go for any of my glass or smoke shop needs. i am always taken care of, and if there is something that I want that they do not have, they will go out of their way to get it. 10/10 customer service. recently purchased this limited edition cookies x studenglass with the wall mount and it fits perfectly in my office.

Over the last couple of years as body aches have increased, I have found that CBD products ranging from gummies to herb have helped lower the intensity. I regularly drop into the Sussex County or Kenvill locations, and have learned quite a bit about the products I seek for pain management as well as calm sleep.

Great customer service. Always extremely helpful. I usually deal with Alex, hes extremely knowledgeable of the products they carry, and goes out of his way to help. He answers any question I have. Im in the store 2-3 times a week, He never disappoints!

Almost always has my favorite juices & coils in stock. But I really enjoy going here because of the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the employees. And in my opinion thats what makes a business great.

AWESOME!I lived in the Sussex County area a few years ago and often came here with my fiance. They were great then and after being in PA for a while then returning to Sussex, this place still rocks.So refreshing to walk into a friendly environment, ask a question and the staff knows about the products and does NOT mind helping the customer. Been going to the store for years now, they always keep their shelves full of product that are new and up to date. If you have any questions about any items, Troys your man. Great kid and also remembers your orders if you come often.

You have to come down to Puff City in Sussex NJ. They have a huge section and great prices. Alex is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I go in for something and am always there a half hour or more. Come check it out and have a convo with Alex. Awesome place awesome dude. Just went in for my fix!

My Husband and I have been going to Puff City for a few years now. Most of the time I/we go in there, we deal with Alex. He is always helpful and knowledgeable (and sometimes we even get him to crack a smile under his mask 😷🤭😁) and they always have a great selection of products for us puffers! Very convenient for those who live in Sussex/Wantage!

Brett and Kaity (sorry I probably butchered that) always make it a pleasure to come into the shop. Its the only place i’ll go around here. Selection is solid, and everytime they are there i’ll spend atleast 10-15 minutes in the shop regardless of if I even need anything. Always very helpful in getting me what I need and always open to hear about new products and things that they can carry in the future. 10/10

I moved to the area about a year ago and kinda got my stuff wherever I found it. Thank GOD I found Brett and Kay at PuffCity. They are patient, helpful - creative even! - when I ask about products and other things. I no longer buy anything online or stop off at the occasional vape store. This is my home base!

Alex has been and always will be super helpful. Havent found a smoke shop in over 10 years that had everything and then some me of what I was looking for. Knowledge ,prices, and customer service definitely cant be beat in this area

This store has a really great set up. Its clean and organized and looks very elegant. The prices are usually lower than any other store. The guy said it has been opened for just a few days, so they have some missing items that i asked for. But they brought the next day. They have plenty of different kinds of vaping stuff and any other smoking needs. The staff is also very caring and friendly.

I absolutely LOVE this Puff City. Everytime i go in, no matter who is helping me they are always friendly. I recommend everyone make this there one and only smoke shop. Cant wait to come in again for my black cherry! :)

I was driving to Tractor Supply one day and happened to see Puff City. I decided to stop in for some vape juice and coils. When I walked in, Troy greeted me right away. He made me feel welcome. As you may know, finding the right vape juice flavor is not always easy. Troy spent the time to make sure I was satisfied. He even recommended some of his personal favorites (which turned out to be my “new” favorites). I have been going back to Puff City Sussex because of Troy. There are many other vape stores in the area, but none of them have the service and attention that Troy gives. Building customer relationships is what it’s all about and Troy has definitely mastered that. There should be more people like Troy.

Stopped by the other day looking for a new vape. Your employee Alex was very patient with me and helped me find the right vape. I am please with the service i received and i will be come to your store more often. 5 stars from me

Cigarettes, loose tobacco and tubes, vapes, vape juices, glass, cartridge batteries, kratom, incense and lottery tickets. They have everything and always receive new stock. Nice place and really friendly, helpful staff. Alex is always extremly helpful and just a really nice guy. Hope he sticks around because hes half the reason I always shop for what I need here. Would definitely recommend to anyone.👏👏👏 The Puff City in Andover NJ is also great.

We use this store for all of our cigarette purchases. But I have 2 complaints that have become a problem. First they are rarely open when they are supposed to be. Im not talking about 10 minutes late more than that. Costs me more $ to go to gas station to buy cigarettes. And when we go in depending on whos working, when someone else is making a purchase (we have been there over 20 min waiting before more than once) we have to sit there, instead of them doing a 2 sec purchase (us buying tubes) make us wait on the customer deciding on what smoker they want. It all depends on whose working. One guy is great and has a few times given us a free lighter. I love this place overall but they need to open on time and care about customers that are there making a small purchase compared to big purchases.

So Im not sure why your response to my one star rating is relevant at all, but what was wrong during all three of my visits is that your staff is incompetent. Who I am and who knows who you are doesnt matter about your service and knowledge about products 🤷 (Also for a business that was a pretty unprofessional statement to make.)

I went into puff city looking for a vape since my old one broke. and Alex at puff city took his time to help me find the perfect one! he also suggested a great juice for me to try! if you’re looking for anything for your smoking needs, go here!!!

Always has what I want. My brother was in town from out if state, he had a bad experience with a sub par employee. Employees are usually very helpful to me.

I used to smoke three packs a day, It was terrible the amount of lung butter I would spit up was disgusting, but thanks to the employee Alex at puff city, he got me a great new vape setup and I’ve been feeing great, now I don’t have to listen to people complaining about my mucous piles, Alex is the best worker there, visit him for any smoking needs and he’ll for be able to help you out.

Went to go buy some juices for my vape I was unsure of what kinds of juices I should get because I just started vaping the kid Alex behind the counter was wicked cool pointed me in the right direction for which juice I should get and the better tasting justice I was very satisfied and will be coming back I also forgot to include that he has helped me stop smoking ciggs I am very happy I made the decision to stop by in this store

Horrible experience here bought a whipped cream canister for $50 and it was broken right out of the package and they wouldn’t let me exchange it for a new one I understand not refunding it but come on!
