My wife is a very particular person. Every year I get her a massage from Natural Therapeutics Wellness (actually Suzys mom). She comes home relaxed and ready for another whirlwind of family life. This year is different though, I bought her the 10 pack! She deserves it!

It was one of the best massage experiences I have had! It wasnt stuffy and quiet the whole time where we felt uncomfortable to say anything. It was a cute homey setting. I went with my boyfriend for a couples massage and it was undoubtedly the best experience we have both had with massages! We both felt at ease and relaxed and the ladies took such good care of us and explained anything we had questions on. Lots of good things offered and we will definitely be taking advantage of more packages that they offer and look into classes!

Suzy and her staff were excellent! It was my first massage, and I was very apprehensive, not being a touchy kind of guy. I brought my wife, who is a veteran of these establishments. We had the hot stone massage, and while I am more quite, my wife is very talkative. Suzy and her mom chatted away with my wife, while they let me lay and contemplate, while working on me. Its nice that they are able to tune into both our demeanors . AND what a rejuvenating experience!

Wonderful experience with Candice and Debbie. One of the best massages I have ever had and very professional and fun. Debbie and Suzy were very warm and inviting, the establishment was very clean and comfortable, and the massages were very deep and thorough. Great little hidden treasure right on Main Street in Sussex. Cute little shop, clean, bright, smells great! Lily made extra effort to get me in quickly and on short notice (my lack of planning!) and was charming and pleasant. She did a great job on my appointment as well. Cute spa! Amazing staff. Ive been seeing Suzy and Candice for over a year now. Im a busy mom of 3 who doesnt get enough pampering! The girls always make me feel relaxed and in an environment I can be whisked away to. I start my session off with a foot detox bath followed by a 60 minute massage. My newest obsession is the oils, in which Suzy got me started on! I cant say enough good things about this business. I highly recommend you try them out.

Think twice about getting a massage here. As a new client, my massage therapist showed up 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The business sign said closed and the doors were locked. No one picked up the phone. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, but instead was left in my car to wait 25 minutes until someone showed up!! I understand traffic can be bad, but plan for it. I did. Once inside it was freezing because no one was there to turn the heat on and make it an inviting place to get a massage. Sue, my massage therapist, massaged my bones and cracked my wrists multiple times ( and no I am not a skinny girl). It was not a quality massage that I would hope a certified therapist would give. I thought maybe she was new, so I gave her a chance. Turns out she has worked there for 3 years!! Very shocked. I got a hold of the owner a few days later, and she didnt seem to appreciate my criticism. She said that every therapist is different, and because of the great deal I got on Groupon she wouldnt have it that I got a complimentary massage by another therapist or reimbursement. As a new customer, I would think she would try to keep me as a customer & not tell me to take my business elsewhere. Do note I have received many kinds of massages over the years by lots of different therapists, and this was the worst! I have never called to complain EVER, so you know it was pretty bad. I mean I am in serious pain after my massage. WARNING, do not take your business here!

Andrea was very good. She took time to talk with me before getting started to make sure she could focus on my needs. My only complaint was that you could hear everything going on outside the room as customers were coming and going, talking, etc. The massage was great, but it was just a little noisy.

Wow! What a Great Massage!!! From the minute I laid down on the Heated Message Table (Yes Heated) to the end. I was relaxed and very comfortable. I arrived with a stiff neck and Suzy did a Great Job loosening it up. I will be back!!!

I’m only giving this two stars mainly because my boyfriend had a good experience. I however did not. I purchased a couples massage from Groupon thinking it would be a relaxing stress relieving time. I left feeling more stressed then I did walking in. My masseuse (the older woman) talked almost the whole time...giving me tips on how to not be so “tight”, condescending words on that I should “stretch more” and “do yoga.” “How old are you? 21 you shouldn’t be this tight” “watch YouTube videos on how to stretch”. That I have “so many knots in my back.” Not to mention she walked out on my massage not once but twice to deal with another customer. At the end she also put the massage oil all over my face!!! I didn’t think that was normal practice so I didn’t request in the beginning as an area I don’t want touched. This is going to cause me to break out most definitely. She was SO hard on my body...I winced and said it was too much pressure multiple times yet it continued. When I was upright she saw I was wincing and laughed! I’m so upset I spent 120$ on this to feel stressed out and In pain. All these questions and ridicule gave me so much anxiety I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I understand a massage therapist should tell you how to relieve tightness in your back/body. But I paid for a massage not a verbal therapy session. These issues should have been addressed after a massage not during. I’m not a confrontational person so we gave a tip (meant for the younger masseuse because she did wonders on my boyfriend.) but oh how would I love my money back. Sooooo bummed. Really wouldn’t go back.

If there were more stars to give Id do it! This hidden gem in Sussex, WI made me feel like a million bucks. I suffer from some autoimmune diseases and Worked on my problem areas to where I havent felt this good on a long time! Definitely will be booking more appointments!

Read all the wonderful reviews. Very excited that a place like this was in my hometown. I made the mistake of calling to ask if there was anything available during the week after Christmas. I also must have made the mistake of asking if the person who answered the phone was Candice, because of all the wonderful reviews. The person who answered was short a not at all warm or welcoming in her tone. She said that no she wasnt candice. No they had nothing and wouldnt have anything available till January. I said thank you and goodbye. I will continue to go to Healing Elements in west bend.

My husband and I treat ourselves to a 90 minute couples massage every 4 weeks. They leave us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would definitely recommend.
