Alexandria made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and she really listened and took care of my problem areas. I had a great experience today and will be back for sure! The environment was very welcoming and everyone was very nice. I loved that I was able to book and pay online.

Today we got a deep tissue couples massage from Alexandria & Kristen & it was AWESOME! the environment was so calm & relaxing. I feel so much better. It was very relaxing. In some parts of my body I was more tense than others. I will be booking again. 🥰😍 10/10

Bought my daughter an hour massage for her birthday. She used it in December and loved her experience!

I been there twice. I paid full price both times but I didnt get full massage both times.The first time I went there, I made an appointment in advance, But it was because of the masseur didnt come to work. I waited at the massage place for 40 minutes. In the telephone reservation, I have made it clear that I want 75 dollers/hour massage. But the masseuse who served me gave me 65 dollers massage for 20 minutes. But I still paid a $75 service fee And I only got 54 minutes massage!Yup! I watch my time carefully!The second time I went there.I was a few minutes late because of the traffic. No one told me clear before, if late they wont make up the few minutes late time! But when I get the masaage at Valdosta, they always made up for the few minutes late. So the second time I lost nearly 15 minutes(Time to be late ＋ time to change clothes, ＋ time to go to the bathroom).And still need to pay full price!This place calculates the time of service is so WEIRD! I thought the price I paid was the time they served me. But in fact the price I paid included me changing clothes, going to the toilet, etc! Just like when you go to the bathroom for 5 minutes. They will deduct the 5 minutes from the total massage time. But when they make the guests wait for extre 40 minutes.What they offer are only sorry and mess up my time! So I guess the guests time is sand, but their time is gold.All in all. The masseur who swerved was very nice. But the rules and regulations in the store are very unfriendly/reasonable. And the assistant will not tell you some necessary precautions like they gonna cut your massage time if u go to bathroom. I was VERY disappoint with both experiences with them.By the way. I think their store rules are flexible. Because Ive heard other customers said Sometimes they got extra time massage. But they didnt get charged for extra. Well well well!

I really thought that people will NOT care about it just because the way it’s written, it makes no sense!! But we been having a lot of people asking if we really cut people’s time. WELL, if you’re taking the time to read the review, then make sure to take time to go to this person profile and see how unhappy she is. She’s a COMPLAINER and we don’t need these kind of customers. She will complain for anything because she’s not happy with her life. To the first bad reviewer: don’t worry we know who you are and we’re already red flagged you. We do NOT need your negative vibes around us.😊 To the second one: We looked over our books and we can NOT found your name.🤔🤥 Also, let’s talk about 2 different massages: Relaxation and Neuromuscular. If you ask for a relaxation massage that’s light pressure so you can relax. Therapist cannot put a lot of pressure on this kind of service. If you ask for a Neuromuscular that’s when the therapist will focus on your problem area with deeper pressure. There’s a price difference on these 2 services because the neuromuscular massage it’s more demanding on the therapist.

I have been coming here once a month for nearly a year now. I see Kristian EVERYTIME and get a Deep Tissue Massage!!I absolutely love Kristian! Her technique is phenomenal, her demeanor is soo welcoming/friendly; shes like your ideal bestie. When ever my mom visits me she makes a special request to see Kristian!!Price is super reasonable! Im charged $70 for my Deep Tissue which seems to be the standard fee.Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and willing to accommodate me when/if Im running late!!I highly recommend!😁

Came here and had a pedisage done cause my feet were hurting. They gave me an appointment on very short notice and were very, super friendly. Loved the pedisage. My feet feel incredible thanks to Melissa. Definitly recommend visiting these lovely ladies.
