Be careful with this place. I purchased 2 batteries for $9.99 each. When I checked my account the next day, I was charged $43.16. I live an hour away so I can’t go back anytime soon. Tried calling but no one answers. So check what they are charging you before you pay. They will charge you more

Its easily the worst tobacco & vapor shop in the entire county. We did a study in which we had used 6 different customers/ 3 different backgrounds and clothed in 4 different styles ALL purchased the same items 4 items. 2 lighters,1 candle, and 1 1 can of butane. ALL HAVE 6 different prices within a 4 day period. The most outrageous price was 114.00 down to $90/ $85/$75/$71/$44 & $43. We were sent due to many complaints about their high prices and suspected preferential treatment to different backgrounds. We found that it is under new ownership than the previous owner who opened the shop who gave senior, student, and military discounts. None of these discounts exist there, according to the cashiers. Great smiles and customer service. It is at the register that kind and proper humane services end dramatically.

Manager should be the owner!!!! He is amazing!!! Every time I walk in he helps with no animosity. Always a friendly attitude and great advise, no matter how tired he is. He always looks up flavor profiles and gets in what I ask for and tells me what is coming soon. He gives an active sense remorse and makes sure to order anything he doesn’t have. Poor service and high price products. The kid behind the counter had no idea about the coil I was looking for even after I showed him the coil in my vape. Plus he decided to help three other people that came in the store after me before he finished helping me.

Pretty cool place and staff. Ive been getting my K there but looks like Im going to have to start going somewhere else. The past couple of months about half the time I go there, there is a back in 10 sign on the door. Usually Ill wait about 15 mins then call the store then someone will walk to the front and unlock it. Not sure whats up with all that but its annoying and Im pretty much tired of it. Its causing them to lose business. Ive seen allot of people walk up then go else where including myself. If it werent for that Id prob give them 4 or 5 stars.

My husband uses this store for all his vapes and he only shops here but when he sent me here and I accidentally bought the one out of the sale box the guy Mo shooter guy charged me 20$ and it came out of the sale box! When he tried it, it was burnt he brought it back and the guy told us it was supposed to 14.99. So I’m a little upset but we will continue to come here!

I went to Tifton Tobacco and Vapor late one night because it was the only vape shop open. I had great customer service from Ennis, who helped me choose some CBD I’d never tried before. It was an awesome choice, so glad I didn’t have buyer’s remorse. Because of Ennis’ good customer service and suggestions, I drove out of my way to come back and see them. Ennis once again helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a juice that I hadn’t tried previously. It’s a big store with a great selection of whatever you need. I’ll be coming back because of the great people like Ennis that work there! I wish everywhere had his kind of service!
