This place was mess i found blood on the sheets abd human hair everywere and there a bathroom with no handle and i love privacy but hell no this place ia dirty and i would rather be on the streets

Ive lived in hotels for multiple years of my life and this is by far the worst. Blood on the curtains, another humans hair in the bed, had to wait an hour to check in because they were on break, and after they cleaned it didnt shut the door all the way (luckily I didnt trust the place and put my stuff in my car). Spend the extra ten dollars and stay somewhere else. I have never written a review before but this place was so bad it inspired me. If negative stars were an option id give negative five.

This is the worst hotel i have ever been to. I had ants crawling on me while checking in. The receptionist was rude. And when I got to my room the floors had been torn up. The bathroom counter was taken out. When I set my bags on the table bugs jumped off and i was still brushing bugs off me on the bed. I was there for 5 minutes. I booked through a travel agency which was nonrefundable but I turned around got my deposit back and left. Never will I go back. The pictures are cute but they are torn up inside. So find somewhere better. Anywhere is better. Im only giving a star so i can post my experience.

It was nice. The lobby was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Especially for a buffet. The room was comfortable and the beds were soft, but the air unit didnt have any controls which was kinda weird. Other than that, we had a great time.

If I could put zero stars I would. One star is an over statement for this excuse of a hotel. Not only was their hair underneath the pillows and on the sheets but there was also blood on both beds. The floors appeared as if they hadnt been cleaned in weeks and the doorknob to the restroom was non-existent. What do they use the $100 deposit for? Obviously not to fix the rooms their guests are staying in. The service might have been worse than room. Ive lived in hotels many times before but never have I been refused and kicked out of a hotel for requesting a cleaner room. The extra 10-20 dollars you spend at literally any other hotel in this area will be worth your health and time.

Please consider staying at different hotel, the price is not worth it. I would give this hotel negative stars if I could. Checked into the room and upon walking in saw blood, animal and human hair on the sheets, crumbs and more hair under the pillow. Bathroom door was missing the entire handle, was just a hole, and there was built up gunk on it, didn’t looked to be cleaned in weeks.Floors did not look swept or mopped. I went to the night shift front desk and told him about how dirty the room was and he flipped out on me, I calmly told him we’d just like to move rooms and he kicked us out telling me he doesn’t believe me they clean everyday and gave us our deposit back. Worst experience staying in a hotel of my life.

This hotel is closed down but you can book through many sites. Beware!!! Fenced in and all dark. It should be 0 stars but just adding this review to make sure others know. The booking service we used is investigating before they reimburse the charge. Outrageous! And Google maps should have this flagged! The problem is that this property has not been removed from reseller sites and Google maps does not have it as closed. Ive started an edit to their listing that hopefully will prevent others from arriving to a property that is closed after having booked and received confirmation. I did forget to mention I booked it at 5pm over the phone with a person that said yes, there are rooms available in this property as other hotels next to it were full.Update: The owners reply seems automated, it refers to improving my stay. I was not able to stay! Place is closed.

No star.This place was horrid. The beds were dirty, with food and crumbs all over them. One towel that looked like it had been used as toilet paper. Tv didnt work. We stayed here the night before my interview and when I woke up the next morning to get ready the shower didnt work. My husband then went to our car to get tools to fix the shower. I could not take a shower and when we called the ground desk they said that they couldnt help us and that we should have told them last night at check in............. dont stay here. Dirty, over priced, beg bugs, cockroaches, non working amenities. Also be sure to watch out for stung dealers and tweaked during all house of the night. Also dont mind the hookers and fights taking place outside.

I recommend that you steer clear of this motel all together. This is the worst motel I have came across. I cannot believe all the booking sites even offer this motel on their site. If they could see it I guarantee they would not promote it one bit. I heard the people talking in the room next to me as they were leaving this god awful place that they had found bedbugs in their rooms. I immediately left. The management is rude. Because we were leaving they kept our deposit. The manager was yelling at me and told me to shut up. I have never been treated this way by anyone in customer service in my life. If I could give this place no stars or negative stars I would.

The worse place ever, was told my husband is not able to visit me on property but to stand in the street to visit me. We have never been here before so I dont know what the problem was. Then caught the worker on recording going Into my room when I was gone. He stole over $300.00 from my room and then you hear the lady who works in the office standing out the door telling him to hurry. When. I question them, they yelled at me. I asked for all my money back and a refund. They said no refund for the week a paid for buy only one night I stayed. Oh, lol I got my money back for the week thanks to my bank. Now I am going to take them to court for the money stolen. DO NOT STAY HERE. Im warning you. Go to the RED ROOF INN, you will not be disappointed.

Awful. It’s always wonderful to have bloodstained sheets, toilet crust, and dry urine in your hotel room. With a mix of misleading advertisement via online photos as well as rude and racist staff this place really is a wonder. I almost forgot to mention the human blood sheets are a absolute paradise for the bedbugs. The best part is that you can’t see the room until you check in and once you do they will refuse to refund you. So please do not believe the online photos that THEY post do not fall for their scam.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It is drug infested. You never feel safe. And the on site managers only cater to those who sell drugs or kiss their asses. Especially Denise. They favor their drug dealing regulars. But be careful they are both narcs. They are just as bad if not worse than their regulars. We will never stay there again. Nobody should actually. There are roaches in every room and people knocking on doors at all hours.

This place already looked super bad when I pulled up probably should have gone somewhere else. Never got any sleep because of strange noises outside and people in and out of the parking lot all night. The first thing the front desk said 1 bed no smoking and right when got in it was definitely a smoking room the lock was busted off the front door and there was about a half inch gap under the door. There was writing on the desk the auto lights would just turn on and of whenever all night. I didnt even take a shower in the morning because of the bugs crawling around in the tub. The people in the front desk barely speak English. Worst hotel by far. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

There was no hot water...... so yeah. Big issue. Would much rather have stayed at the motel 6 but I paid ahead of time and it was non refundable. The room looked a lot nicer in pictures than it actually was. Nobody should stay here they are gaslighting you with the pictures.

I scheduled a night stay here and when I provided everything I was told my credit and debit cards were not valid; I had to provide $150 dollars to the clerk just to get my room.I tried asking why I needed to do this and I kept getting a run around answer that changed every minute. The only helpful thing they performed was tell me where an ATM was.Unless you have time to argue in Portuguese and have backup accommodation then dont brother trying to stay here.

Stayed at this hotel last night, my husband reserved a room with two beds upon our arrival several other guest were already having issues with them. Now that was a first sign that we should have just left but no we didnt. Went to the room was fairly good rooms. Their cable TV had only basic channels but nothing to watch for our daughter. Then during check out my husband wanted his deposit back the owner started being rude and cursing him out but my husband kept his cool and got his money back, so please do not make a credit card deposit nor lose ur Kool if u want ur deposit back. They well argue with you and threaten to call the cops on u if you ask for ur money back. Please dont stay here choose another place to stay.

By far the worst experience I have ever had if I could could give it no stars I would ... this is a ran down hooker hotel filled with roaches and dirty beds.when I entered my room some one elses cloths was still laying in the bed of my room. When I asked Victoria ther hotel attendant about my issues responded very rudely and would not even refund us our money for the 2 min we were there she called the cops and said I had scared here clients away . Would not even call the manager to correct this issue. Do not stay here stay away!!!!!!!

Its OK. Staff can be a bit crazy, banging down your door as early as 7AM asking if you will have any soiled linens for us to clean. Really? Im paying for a place for privacy and rest, not to participate in a Laundry Poll or to give their staff work to do!

This is so bad run down dirty sheets etc. The bathroom walls were nasty unknown bodily fluids everywhere in the room dont stay here spend the extra money and go to a casino hotel. Blood on bathroom door and when they looked at it they thought this was clean we made them let us into a few rooms before we got stuck with one much better and still it is dirty. mind you the photos taken were the cleanest room we could get. Oh sorry they dont allow photos of there nasty rooms my bad ps you cant get a refund

By far the worst place I have ever stayed. Everything was clogged. My aunt stayed in a room next to ours, I went there to take a shower, but just like our room everything was clogged. The room felt like a sauna upon entering and it didnt cool until about the morning when we were leaving. CONS: Stained sheets, very hot, no working TV, clogged sink, clogged shower, door hits toilet when entering bathroom. PROS: no roaches (they may have heard about the stay)

Wish i could give this place 0 stars. Horrible place. Sketchy and run down rooms. Broken ac unit. Cockroaches in the sink and on the wall. Sticky gross carpet and even the sheets smelled strange. Bathroom was disgusting and horrible with a broken shower head. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. And to top it off the guy charged us $85 plus tax for two people for this. If it hadnt been so late we would have gotten our money back and went to the motel 6 across the street.

I booked the night before. It was $41.27 total for overnight. I walked in to chipped paint, dirty bathroom, broken shower head, the doors were falling off the hinges, musky smell, etc. I know what you might think. $40, what do you expect? Well Super 8 nearby is MUCH nicer and it is $4 more.I would say that it is OK, but if you search, youd find something better. BUT its location was awesome.

IF THIS IS THE ONLY AVAILABLE PLACE TO STAY WHEN YOU COME TO TUCSON, BY ALL MEANS...GO HOME!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room we were given smelled horrible! The water didnt work so my husband went to the office to request another room. Upon his arrival to the office he had to wait behind 3 other people who were making complaints about their rooms. We finally settled on the third room that we were shown only to discover cockroaches crawling around the room upon us returning from dinner. The bathroom is moldy! Although we paid for 5 nights, they deactivated our key after the first night because they thought we only paid for one night. Funky bedding, filthy carpet, cheap ass mattresses... The list goes on and on. Lots of drug and prostitution activity. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

My girlfriend and I decided to pull into the parking lot and observe the area while we decided if we wanted to stay there or not. the guy working the front desk comes our swinging a baseball bat at us like a bipolar hungry fat kid. luckily for him i decided to be generous and let him live. if I ever see him threaten me or my girl again, they will find that baseball bat shoved up his bloody rectum.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Very rude staff, bed bugs, roaches, no air and no electric in some rooms. Would not give me my money back because I was there for more than 15 min. in that 15 min,I was given 3 rooms all of which could not be use do to the filth! I reported this place to the health department and the BBB. Please, do the same if you find it uninhabitable. I have tried to reach the corporate office and have not been successful Juan, the Manager would NOT give me the owners name.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. This is my 3rd review of any business in about 5 years, I am going out of my way to make sure other people dont waste their money. The front desk person was very disrespectful towards my mother and I. First, when I walked up to the counter, the front desk person ignored me cor several seconds while continuing to watch a show on his tablet, then rolled his eyes when I declared I wanted to check in. We booked 2 separate beds , but their computer showed 1 and he refused to change it! He wanted us to rebook, eventhough the hotel was empty, then refused to check us in all together.

This is the filthiest place i have ever stayed at. Found foil that someone had smoked Crack on. Found steel wool with Crack resin on it. Live roaches everywhere. I didnt even go to sleep until 2am when i couldnt hold my eyes open any longer . I didnt want to sleep at all because of the roaches and also the sketchy people in the parking lot scoping out our stuff and smoking crack in their car. I felt dirtier after i left then arriving there after packing a entire uhaul and driving all day. Horrible nasty place

So they slapped a fresh coat of paint and added a flatScreen T.V. to this aged freeway side motel. I immediately checked out after being stopped twice on the way to my room by vagrants loitering aLong the freeway underpass and then noticed my rooms security and privacy lock was missing and thus my door could be easily pushed open.

Roach infested, Dirty as a pig sty. Smelled like one too. Horribly rude employees that were most unhelpful. Not a thing worked in the room like it is supposed to. You are better off sleeping in your car..

Their rooms are so nesty. Filthy carpets and cockroaches inside rooms. Bad matres is the worse motel i ever stay in my life. And slso with lot of unwanted trafic. Not safe at all. Nasty wall. Greasy bathrooms and the sink was so gross that life roaches are happy to dance in there. What a mess. My room was changed three time that i regret switching from the first one. I didnt even want to give this place a star. The sheets were covered in stains and they had hair on them as if they hadnt been washed. The pillows had stains on them. There was a piece of glass on the floor. My hips were in pain all night because the bed was uncomfortable. The towels were gross. I was literally Ill from how gross it felt in there. I even slept with my shoes on.

SEXIST HOTEL OWNER wouldn’t even speak to me, would only speak to my boyfriend. Claimed I got an “attitude” with him when inquiring about using a credit card different than the one listed when I PREBOOKED, instantly lost his temper and refused our booking leaving us without a hotel room after a 14 hour drive in a town completely booked up, he THEN called the police on us to kick us off the property while we sat in our car trying to find another room elsewhere. Had to rebook over an hour away. Insane why own a hotel if you can’t even handle having a guest ask questions. Worst treatment ever

Wish I can take pictures of this so called hotel they put me n my husband in a room that had the lock broke when we asked to be moved to a safer room they said we broke it in 20 minutes of being in the roomsAnd that they were sueing us??!?!! I have nothing to say there. It ’s too bad. I booked online. The money was deducted and I did n’t let me live in the end! I booked with a friends bank card and lived with two friends, but the service staff did not let me live. The service staff gave me the result. I have to use my bank card and I modified the online booking form. The staff did not look at it. Online booking tells me that I cant stay. Your booking was unsuccessful but my friends bank card has been deducted $ 63.29! The service staff said that you did n’t charge your money. You can cancel it online. Its really bad! No such thing happened in that hotel before, no matter what the hotel in that state in the United States did! It ’s okay to stay in Las Vegas and use my ID to check in with a friend ’s bank card. This one just does n’t work. There ’s really nothing to say! Really too bad day! Will not go to this place next time! I said that I didnt make a reservation. The reservation is displayed online! Staff is very unfriendly and not very helpful. The room I stayed in was in very poor condition. The furniture is old and worn. The toilet tank was loose. None of the electrical sockets worked except next to the bed and the one used for the TV. Lights for the vanity were non functional. The floor y grimey and unclean. Unless you get this place dirt cheap thats all you will get

Do Not Stay Here!!!Whatever you do, trust me and do not stay at this location. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Please be patient, I will explain everything to you.I was on a road trip and it was after 12 am, when I was attracted by the $40 a night sign, so I stopped to get a room. I had to pay for a room through a glass window, which kind of gave me a red flag. There was a woman working and told me if I didnt like the room I can ask for a full refund within 15 minutes of check in. I paid with my card and right in front of me I saw the lady scan copy my drivers license and card (front and back). I dont know about you but that was another red flag for me.I gave this crap of a hotel the benefit of the doubts and went to look at the room. When I walked in, I am not kidding when I say this, it looked like someone had just left. The TV was on, the table was out of place, the room smelled bad of cigarettes and ugly wet carpets, the carpets are stained, the sheets were stained (with blood too), the pillows had stains, the sink was leaking with the trash can catching all the water, bugs, roaches, crickets, flies, and the restroom was just as bad. No toilet paper, toilet didnt flush, pee still in the toilet from someone using it, the shower was barley kept, and that was it for me. I decided to ask for my full refund, since it was within the 15 minutes time frame the lady gave me. I was on my way and thought that would be it with The Regal Hotel, but that was not the case at all.Two weeks go by and I see an unauthorized charge on my card in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Las Vegas Hotel And Casino for $600. I have not been to Las Vegas (thats where they messed up), and this charge is a fraudulent charge. Turns out it was a man who made a fake card with my exact numbers, security code and put his name on the fake card too. He ate at the restaurant (idiot I tell you) and there is footage of the person who used it and the police will be after him and the person who gave my information. The workers at the restaurant are also working with me and told me that this person had a drivers license that matched the name on the card. Go figure, they lure you in with cheap rate rooms, get your information and use it at more expensive hotels.When I called to speak to the manager at The Regal Hotel, you will not believe what the idiot (the guy who claimed to be the manager at this location) told me. He admitted that they keep our information in their records (for years), to use for their personal use. Yes, you read that right. When I asked for my information back, he declined claiming it is company policy to hold it. (For what, my inspection of the room?)You are better off not getting attracted by the cheap prices because they will get your information and use it at places like Las Vegas, where it is more expensive. Really, come on, I was trying to save money, but in the long run I was getting messed over by the people who wanted to help by offering cheap room prices. Be aware of wolves in sheep clothing.Do Not Come Here!!

My door wouldnt even close all the way...didnt feel safe what-so-ever. Should have asked to see the room first, because theres no refund after check-in. Room had stains everywhere, and bathroom was a joke!

The hotel was a little dated however it was in an easy to access location and easy to exit with minimal traffic. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Honestly I will be returning and staying here on my next visit to Tucson.

My husband and I didn’t sleep all night because we were afraid of suspicious people walking in front of the windows. These people were drug addicts and alcoholics. They screamed all night, listened to music - it was a nightmare. We were forced to barricade the doors with chairs and suitcases so that these people would not rob us. We thought that such motels only exist in Hollywood films. Where are the police looking?

This place is complete dump. Unsafe. Dirty. Run down. Trashed. In a bad part of town right off the highway. Known as a call girl hotel. Windows were broken out, doors broken, homeless people. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

It was nice and clean, the only downside was that the floors were tile, but I can understand why they would make that choice. Its just a slipping hazard for people stepping out of the shower after a long day.

Came to this location for 4th of July with my husband and 3 children to watch the fireworks. As soon as we parked in the second parking lot directly across Waffle House a guy out of no where came up to our window and started to say we needed to pay $5 for parking. I was trying to say “ How do we know your the owner or have the right to charge for parking?” But I spoke 4 words in, the guy was agitated and hostile saying to come into the office and pay. Over and over. Me and my husband said ok and looked at one another like what’s that guys problem? I told my husband to walk up to hotel and pay and I’d stay with kids. We got out and kinda looked around debating on whether we should turn our vehicle around or lay our blanket down etc. 3min later the same guys plus another taller man are charging towards us like they’re ready to fight. We stepped away from our kids to approach them and they both just start screaming at us about $5 and they’re gonna call the cops. I said “ really you brought muscle with you over this?” The original harasser screaming at me says “ damn right u need to pay! My husband said I was just about to pay u here’s the $5 and the guy takes it. Then the taller guy who said he was the owner still yelling at us says no he’s calling the cops and tells his associate to give us our money back and continuously threatens to call the police. I said go ahead we didn’t do anything I’ll tell them how your charging parking and harassing and being hostile towards a family. They walk away and we stayed waiting for police. Eventually we decided to just leave because they scared my children. As we’re leaving out of the area, we see them screaming at another vehicle because they didn’t want to pay $5 and they decided to leave. As we’re driving away they owner starts screaming into the phone of whoever he’s speaking too Oh HE HIT ME HE HIT ME and starts pointing at us. We’re like are you serious? He’s like I know your license plate I’m gonna tell the cops you hit me. These employees are definitely doing illegal business and harassing people who don’t want to pay for they’re scam. If he owner can be screaming and harassing a family with small children AND making up stories to get people in trouble I wouldn’t even rent a room from these guys. Definitely unprofessional and aggressively unsafe to have your family there.

I would leave a zero start if i could, I don’t normally post reviews but the old guy in the front desk was so rude. Zero customer service and doesn’t know anything. We ended up cancelling our reservation with no help.

Room smelt awful. Doesnt appear to be in a safe part of town. Checked in and had to check right back out. Did not feel comfortable. The owner was pleasant and gave me a full refund.

No Way would I ever recommend this place to anyone for any reason ,I just drove around the place check out the atmosphere n surroundings When the annoying owner started yelling at me from across the hotel. As I got closer to him I couldnt understand with his hindu accent but without me saying a word he said I am in big trouble hes calling the police that no visitors allowed !!! At the top of his lungs. He had no idea who I was or why I was there..Down Right the rudest ugliest words were screamed at me ..way to go owner of el oyo... Your Hotel takes first place on my SHITLIST And YOU DO TOO

If I could I would give them 0 stars, but this requires that I put at least one to give a review. They are fake and will not give you a room. Friendly over the phone then beligerent. First said pay online before, then said you dont. They turn you away for no reason both times the fult was on there side.

This place is a truly a gnarly devastating dump. If I could read it less than 1 * I would. Dont ever consider staying here the elevator doesnt work and they have no first-floor rooms ever theyre all under construction which is never happening.

I stayed 2 weeks with my kids no problems at all no bed bugs no cockroaches managers that stay there Hector and his wife were great so helpful nice anything we needed had very family oriented motel my kids didnt want to leave I will be back always to this one as long the managers are still there thanks very. Much for the great stay here at the Regal Inn Tucson az

The nastiest hotel Ive ever seen! By far! There were roaches everywhere of every size. There was a half smoked marijuana cigarette on the bed and urine/toilet paper in the toilet. There was tile floors with food all over it. There was a 2 inch gap underneath the bathtub. Id rather sleep in my car and then never sleep there again. In fact we left and went down the street to a different hotel

Staff was very customer friemdly. Eager to help with any thing. Suggested Waffle House across from the parking lot for 24 hour Breakfast. My favorite place better than Dennys. Hotel room basic and outdated. But for the 2 day $60 price definately budget friendly. Id stay again. $5 uber ride to Downtown good location.

The hotel is filthy, nasty, durty, and full of bed bugs.You cant walk on the floor because it is so durty, bed sheets were not washed, full of hair etc..Worst of all management is very rude, they keep saying the hotel is under new management but reality is you can look at comments since 2012, it is a recuring lie!!!This hotel should be destroyed, it is unhygenic and they dont pay back the money the owe you.

Because the cleaning staff and reception workers were kind up front and all did well with making me as a customer happy...I also ended up saving over 50$by joining their membership on oyo website while I extended my stay..

The manager is not nice indian man. They have no iron,dryer and rooms are really dirty. They charge 100 dollars security deposit for an old run down hotel.. dont stay there.

The manager man was rude and directed me to change the name on the mobile app which was fine then he said pay online. So I did then he said you go somewhere else so I just walked away so Im waiting for the company to refund my money.

Would give this a 0 if I could. Booked through priceline and this hotel was closed! Was told it was closed for years. Dont book a room here if you need a place to stay. Youll be stuck crying in the waffle house next door.

I travel cross-country frequently, and this place was the worst ever. Not clean, horrible management, deposit was higher than the room price, and literally, above the sound barrier of Interstate-10.

Didnt even get to stay I booked a three night stay ended up arguing with the manager at the office then his wife started filming us for what I have no idea I will never request guests to book the worst service Ive seen then the manager called the cops and everything was paid upfront for no cause for any of what happened last night they need to be shut down .

The customer service at the front desk is by far the worst and rudest Ive had. The elevator was terrifying! Got stuck and wouldnt open to let me and my girlfriend out and it smelled like urine and was tagged. Never recommend this motel dump to anyone.

Bad service, the front desk person was asleep and I had to wake him up and in a bad temper. the hotel was empty and even so he denied me a room saying that he had no room available, I share a photo of the only car that was in the parking lot.

This place is closed down! I booked it through Google ads for the gem show, got there and it doesnt even exist anymore. Furthermore, I had called the number listed under the Google hit and spoken to customer service twice. They never said anything about the hotel being closed down, but they gave me heavy pressure to book more nights. I was totally scammed!

Its horrible tv didnt work the room phone didnt work wifi no good and there wasnt hot water in the shower and room was unfinished ceiling un painted sheetrock mud everywhere and i couldnt have any guest or they would take my hundred dollar deposit and front desk clerk was rude and un helpful

Does not even deserve the one star made reservations booked with a creditat check-in to pay cash I was charged $100 deposit for being a cash-paying customer which my reservations never said anything of that could not cover I had friends staying there so I had to book the super 8 that experience was horrible I went to give my friends some pain reliever medicine the gentleman who was supposed to check me in and did not, date me in any way Sammy walk into the property wait for my friends to come outside to give him the medication he told me not to come back I was trespassing very rude about it and also a very horrible check in for my friends who stood there the rooms were horrible stateway outdated outlets didnt work are not to Clean at all to get to the price they were offering I had to download an app to my mobile phone to save a certain amount of money to no avail I never got to use it or check into that horrible horrible place Oyorecommend anyone who comes to Tucson stay away from that place or out of their chains horrible service horrible rooms horrible experience

These people are thieves and this place is terrible. The staff is are the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. They would not allow me to check in and of course they have a no cancel policy. Seems like they are trying to get paid to do nothing by being rude to guests who pre book online.

This place was horrendous. I didn’t stay once I saw the bedbugs. The man at the front desk was rude and didn’t care that there were 8 bugs in plain sight.

This is a warning for everyone who is lucky enough to read this. Do not stay or have anything to do with these animals. They are all addicted to drugs including the owner. This is as if 12/10/2017. If you go there you will be in danger.

When we first got here to check in the lady was very rude she took all the info that she need from us because we made the reservation on line so then she comes back and tells us it is 100 deposit that was never mentioned to us so we paid it then we got our key to the room omg the things in the room are so old nothing new and the whole time we stay here there where no other people staying here they give you old towels they dont even give your a wash cloth what makes it worst we had to buy pillows and towels and wash cloths that is just crazy we will not be staying here any more only reason we stay because they where going to charge us any way because the reservation was made on line and we didnt cancel it a day before our stay if we would have known it was like this we would have cancel it NEVER AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE

Its okay though the bathroom is very small. Good for one nighters. Very noisy due to being so close to the highway or freeway.

Towels like sandpaper, no shampoo/cond, mold on shower curtain, mildew smell in heat. Not what I would expect for the price.

Its filthy run down, the beds are uncomfortable, no toilet paper, room service wouldnt answer , above the shower head you can see water has been leaking for years full of mold , would not recommend to any one.

Hotel is clean but if you are going to stay more than one day book it all at once or youll get charge a hundred dollars for each night as a deposit

The name has changed and now it is OYO.This hotel is truly the worst. This is by far the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at in my life.First of all, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. Scream is a word that is made for exactly this sound.And the clerk (probably the owner) is also the worst. Its not to the point where you cant help it because its cheap. I blamed other people for my mistakes, and when things got heated, the other person started yelling at me too. Its a different country, so the culture is different, and I can tolerate it to some extent, but not to that level. For some reason, all of our interactions were through iron-barred windows on the outside wall, and nothing came out, which bothered me as well.Even though the elevator is out of order and cannot be used, there is no guidance and no hospitality.Besides myself, other European women were having trouble, so I think trouble happens on a daily basis.There were so many bad reviews that I stayed there just because I wanted to see something a little scary, but this is not the case.However, I will never stay there again.

In a very good hotel, the check-in seemed very clean, very fast, and also the location is very good since it is in the center, it has ample parking, the room with the basics to rest, they also have an apartment in the hotel which has a kitchen and even what other additional luxuries and the cost is not very high compared to the common rooms.

Why didnt I put five stars? Because its not a five-star hotel, but for $25-31 per night (depending on the number of beds..) you can definitely say its worth it, definitely worth+...

An economical place when you go shopping in the USA. They have the basics, it is seen that they are making alterations to the rooms. I hope they remove the carpets, since they generate a lot of dirt.

They dont want to return a cell phone that I forgot and the lady who took this phone for the first time told me that they did find it and that they would keep it for me upon my return. For personal reasons, I couldnt return by car and they didnt want to give it to my friend.
