New to Irvine from Michigan, stopped in here and was really happy to see such a great selection on Vapes. Id had a brand in mind and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful answering my questions and offering suggestions. I was not expecting this in a vape store, most just hand you some expensive item and get you out the door. Theyve definitely found a new customer. Oh btw the Geek Bar PULSE brand is what I was seeking out and theyve a really great selection on them. Thanks again for treating your customers w such kindness and warmth.

Multiple times now they have been closed during business hours. Very irresponsible.

I received a bad vape and the replacement was also a dud but they were kind enough and swapped it out both times. Not sure if I’ll buy Flums again with so many other ones in the market but I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Super nice folks!

This vape shop is one of my favorites. Joe the staff here has helped me to find which vape to pick and let me taste test. They do deals and I saved good money.

I ordered a vape mod online and it did not work so I emailed customer service and told them about my problem and Joe quickly helped me out he sent out a replacement to me before i knew it I received an email with the tracking number. This place has to be the best customer service I have had anywhere. I recommend them. THANKS AGAIN JOE!

Rip off prices. I mentioned to him there is a place down the street that sells the same product for 5 bucks cheaper. Response oh thats cool.Lol like seriously dude. Learn how to run a buisness. When a customer is telling you that your prices are crazy expensive. You dont respond with oh thats cool. Bad selection as well but I guess thats cool

Cant tell you if they have a coils for a vape over the phone. Give them a brand and model of vape still cant tell you. What a joke.
