Super nice little shop and the selection/service are both excellent!

This is the best smoke shop I have been too. It was extremely clean and very welcoming upon entering the store and then was greeted by Clarissa who was so sweet and helpful and was nice enough to tell me of any promotions that they were having to get me the best deal without spending an arm and a leg. Clarissa’s customer service is the best I’ve seen in a long time. I highly recommend this shop for any of your smoking needs.

Ive been to quite a few different vape shops and Ive always found myself coming back to Vape First, up until recently. Over the past 5-6 months its become THE spot for me and my fiance. Will and Edgar make it such an enjoyable experience! Two very down to earth guys that make it more of an experience than a chore to re-up on juice and coils 👍👍 two thumbs way the hell up guys! Probably the best Vape Shop Ive been to. Only one person at the front however, Im glad they were the ones to help. I have been to so many shops across OC, LA, and Pomona where the staff were so knowledgeable. It was such an uplifting experience to be served by someone who not only knew their products but also understood the technicalities of vaping. Also this was the only experience Ive had where GOOD menthol recommendations were made.I will be coming here many more times.

Cool shop with a good vibe. Smaaaallll parking lot shared with 3 other businesses. They do have a dedicated spot for them for 15 minutes. Really good selection of juice and hardware. Good prices and deals going on all the time. Convenient location on 1st Street. Only giving 4 stars because of the parking hassle.

On my first visit I wanted to quit smoking. The salesperson was very helpful and informative. He set me up with a vape and juice. Went back a second time for reduced nicotine juice and had it explained to me. A great experience! Went back today as I had an issue with my vape not working. George helped me out and identified that the replacement coils were defective (I had purchased them online and they werenot the correct ones). He exchanged them for new ones. He was polite, very helpful and knowledgeable and this is the only place I will go for all of my vaping needs. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!

Usually my go to spot for vape products. However, this time there was a group of 4-5 guys already being helped with a large order and one other guy waiting. No big deal, Im in the service industry and I understand it gets busy and lines/ waits happen... But I was in there over 5 minutes without a ill be with you in a moment or any kind of acknowledgement from the employee. Felt very ignored and left without my intended purchase.

The guys at VapeFirst are amazing! I have been to 3 other shops in the area just to be disappointed. I came across this hidden little gem which is in the El Camino Plaza in the back left corner which is on El Camino and just before Newport Ave. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. And most importantly I didnt feel like just a number waiting to be helped but actually they greeted me as I walked in and it felt really comfortable and clean. They have a cool bar-top with a menu that shows all their products and juices which I thought was awesome and they definitely have plenty of product/options. A must see.

This little shop had great customer service. I accidentally broke my brothers hookah and needed to replace the glass piece, unfortunately, it is a little difficult to just find the glass bottom, but they had a few to choose from. I wasnt very fond of the selection of loose glass bottoms they had but they did have some beautifully crafted hookahs. I left empty handed in hopes to find something elsewhere without having to buy a complete set. With no luck, I returned to purchase the hookah I had my eye on. The lady of the shop explained everything to me about the construction of the hookah and which ones are better, etc... with me being a novice, it was helpful to get to know what Im purchasing.

These guys will take care of your needs and do it with a smile!! Best prices on mods and attys locally Gotta go to the web to beat them. Why do that? Just stop in and see that service and and integrity are still to be had in a small intimate setting!!! Will and his staff will Hook You Up!!!

Great knowledge, good prices, but finally a great place that didnt make me feel stupid for lack of vape knowledge, instead they got me up to speed. Instead of trying to oversell me on a 200 dollar new set up, they got my old vape going for 40 and said of want to upgrade they could help me out. Ill be back, Asian dude inside killed it on there one if kind huge flavor selection. serious, check out my other reviews, this place rocks

I’ve now visited this shop on several occasion. The selection in the shop is adequate and a bit over priced but everyone’s gotta make money in this industry. My issue is lack of attention to detail. Along with the misinformation given by other employees and selling sub par devices at over premium prices. The only warranty’s they offer are manufacturer warranty which you have to go through the manufacturer yourself. I also understand the reason for it but if you sell a device and it stops working a week later I feel it should be the shop to eat that cost and report it to the manufacturer. Just over all disappointed and unimpressed with this shop.

Very respectful and helpful staff. The guy working there helped me pick out the perfect mod I wanted and gave me a discount on batteries too. I quit nicotine years ago but I really missed blowing clouds so I bought a really nice smok specifically for cbd only. The mod works perfectly and I know they will hook it up later if I need help or accessories, I missed going to this place when I quit nicotine but I am happy I can start coming back for cbd. Everyone is jealous of my setup, I knew here was the best place

Awesome place was helped by employee after telling him about all the issues I had with my Sourin Air pods he recommended a new unit. Im really liking it and it much more reliable.

Before thinking of buying a vape pen I would smoke cigarets and never liked smelling like smoke. So I came to Vape first and the guy there helped me out. He was experienced and great customer service. Walked out with a smile and happy with my purchase. Its also cool that they have a points system were you get points for buying stuff and can get free merchandise. This will be my to-go spot for sure. And its just down the street from where I live.

Upon entering the new Vape First store I noticed the new great location, street facing on First St in Tustin. Walking into the store and seeing the new decor and modern style really made me feel like this Vape store really knew what they where doing. Ive been vaping for nearly 5 years and Vape First has really got their own niche, with great products, energetic vibes and superb customer service. Not only do they have an array of E Juices to select from but they have electronic cigarettes for a level of expertise, but recently they just stocked up on a lot of new box mods and sub ohm tanks which brings a whole new convenience and joy to vaping. If you go I would recommend White Cloud vapors, its a really solid tasting juice, that gives you the full throat hit and none of the bad after tastes that other brands cause with their bad ingredients.

Came across this little gem yesterday and I have to say I was a little surprised I hadnt heard of it yet. Turns out they moved locations and I presumed for the better judging on the prime location. Im originally from koreatown where all you have to do is walk about a block in any direction to stumble across a vape shop. Convenient? Yes, but it also makes a person very particular and makes it that much harder to find a shop you like here in the O.C. Enter, Vape First. First thing I noticed right off the bat was the vibe. Laid back atmosphere with just the right amount of energy from their employees (super bubbly personalities can make me cringe). Its almost like youre just walking into your friends house and everyone is just hanging out, talking and laughing. Second thing I noticed is their employees honesty, never recommending a product just because it would mean more profit. Overall Vape First is my ideal shop. Laid back, great staff, knowledgeable and most importantly they have great products for a modest price. Looks like Ill be saving gas from all those trips I wont be taking to ktown now.

Very expirienced vapetender that actually know what juices are in his shop. His beard shows the years of training and knowledge of the vape, never not trust the beard. New juice and mod spot for sure, will be returning soon.

Everything from vapes to juices are way over priced. The blonde kid with the glasses and the Jedi braid who works the counter makes up prices as he goes. Haha he must of assumed I was some tustin rich kid like himself.
