Want to say that Kelly is amazing! Her skills are what I call the next level! She was able to attack those knots on my body. She cares about how you’re feeling before, during and after your session. She is very attentive to your needs and makes sure you are happy with the massage. I really cant wait for my next session with Kelly. Iliana came high recommended by a friend and she was amazing. I initially came in for a full body but once we reviewed the areas I was really tight from strength training she suggested we work on those instead which was the best decision. Can wait for the next session. Thank you!

I have been doing massage envy for years. I always have a good experience at the Tustin location. I don’t usually have a set Therapist because my schedule is so varied. I just try to get in when I can. Yesterday I have the pleasure of having a massage by Jazmine and came in feeling pretty rough and fatigued and a little sore. This morning I feel great. She did an excellent job. She was very fun to talk to and was very clear with her recommendations and directions to help optimize my experience. Thank you for the service!

I’ve been to a few Massage Envy’s, but this one has by far been the best. They had some special sign up bonus, which I decided to do, and the staff was very friendly. The front office, massage rooms, and bathrooms are kept clean. Elmer was my masseur and excellent at what he does. I will absolutely be seeing him again. My husband’s masseuse was Varrisa; he said she did an excellent job and focused on his trouble spots he had discussed with her. Sofia is who helped me at the front desk and was very knowledgeable, informative, and personable. The team here is great!

Just had my first massage with Lenni! My neck and shoulders were really tight to.say the least! She did a great job loosening things up! Really enjoyed the massage and will request her again! If you like deep tissue request her!

Iliana is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She’s super professional and so kind every time I get a massage from her. Jessica was wonderful. She had a very unique massage style that got the knots out without beating me up. So lovely and relaxing.

I have had wonderful experiences with Jose. I got IT band syndrome while training for a marathon and spent months trying to recover. It wasn’t until I got a massage on the leg that I was able to run the very next day with only minimal pain. After 3 massages I was back to training and pain free. He cares a lot about his clients and is excellent. Highly recommend.

I booked a full body massage for 60min and Ana did half my body because she ran out of time. She told me I had a lot of tension so she wanted to work on that but it would have been good to know that upfront not at the end. I asked for firm pressure. She asked 5 min into the massage how the pressure was and I told her she can go deeper and apply more pressure. Instead she either went lighter or stayed the same.I was pretty disappointed in the massage but ended up getting a membership with the hopes of having a better experience in the future with a different masseuse.

I’m so sorry but I don’t remember the Asian woman that worked on me, but she was fantastic. I enhanced my massage with the theragun massager and that was a game changer. I am so glad I became a member back in 2018. (Apparently my masseuse is named Jennifer.) Thank you Jennifer for a fantastic massage!

Jenny, makes me feel very comfortable for my first time going to massage envy. I don’t usually go to get massages. If everyone is like Jenny , I might go more often.

Best massage from a massage envy I’ve ever had. Iliana could tell exactly where my body needed the most attention. She was very thorough, firm but thats exactly what I asked for. For the first time I left a massage actually feeling relieved and lighter instead of having all the tension brought to and then left at the surface. Her years of experience truly show. I will be back to see her again a lot! Good location easy access from main road, and a large parking lot.

I scheduled a 90 min massage with Candace and was very please with her service. She’s very thorough and accommodating to your problem areas and delivers a massage that provided pain relief. I already schedule my next appointment with her.

This was the first time that I had a stretch session. Elmer could not have been more attentive to my issues and I am really grateful I had him. I wrenched my left leg a few weeks ago and I already had the appointment so I went and he was kind enough to give me insight as to what may or may not work. Im writing this the following morning, after doing the exercises he suggested at home. My leg feels better, and I really appreciate what he did. Thank you massage envy!

Massage I had with Somara was absolutely amazing!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify areas that were causing me pain just by looking at my back and hips! Recommend the CBd treatment and WOW… I feel amazing! She definitely gave me back the sparkle I was missing due to constant stress and work travel! Thank you again Somara!! Can’t wait to go back!

Tina was amazing! She was very in tune with my body addressing all my needs. I’ll definitely book her again.

If you wish to avoid ongoing charges after canceling your membership, I would advise against signing up at this location. The management teams performance has been disappointing. Despite my numerous notifications regarding unauthorized monthly charges on a closed account, they initially agreed to refund me for the two months following the cancellation of my membership and offered an apology. However, they ultimately failed to issue any refund and proceeded to charge me for the most recent month as well. Despite my attempts to address this issue by phone and email, they have chosen to ignore my inquiries. Additionally, I spoke to multiple associates in this store, two of whom assured me that the account had been taken care of and that my remaining credit had been transferred to my other account, but it has turned out to be untrue. Furthermore, even the manager called and left a voicemail assuring me that a refund would be processed, but it was not done, and instead, I was charged again. The mishandling of our two accounts from the beginning, including the confusion caused by the messed-up online account email, has consistently led to trouble in charging the correct account for massage sessions.

I asked to have my legs worked on (cyclist) and unfortunately the therapist spent a great deal of time on my ankles /heels and calves . I was prone the ENTIRE massage . She did not turn me supine to work on my quads. It was a very disappointing massage .

I have been getting massages for over a decade and Aja is by far the best. I hold all tension in neck and shoulders. I would get frequent massages, but the tension would come back quickly…with Aja I feel relief for much longer. She explains what is going on with my muscles and things I can do to improve. She is the perfect combo of strong and soft. Highly recommend!

Aja is great. friendly and mindful. The massage was relaxing and alleviated major pains I’ve been experiencing.

I can’t say enough about John. He has excellent technique and is very professional. He checks in during the massage to make sure his pressure is consistent with my expectations. I highly recommend him if you like deep tissue massage!

I liked the massage therapist a lot however I have some suggestions because I left the appointment kind of disappointed and entered it very confused. I dont want to name the therapist in order to protect her but think I should give some advice to people booking here:My boyfriend booked the session for me with an add-on, and I wasnt told explicitly what the options were for the add-on, even though it was customizable. The massage therapist didnt seem to know what they were either when I asked her to list them out. The massage therapist also talked the entire time during the session and I felt awkward to stop responding to her because there was really no opportunity to do so and I didnt want to be rude, but I would have preferred a silent session. Maybe the forms at the beginning can ask how strongly someone prefers a quiet session.Before the start of the session, I was given a tablet to input what areas Id like a focus on, which I filled out. When I got to the room the therapist essentially asked me which areas to avoid, which I had also answered on the tablet. I really recommend that the therapists just take the time to review what I already answered instead of having me answer it essentially twice. The other thing about this was, I specifically told the massage therapist I didnt want my chest and stomach touched- but she interpreted this as an indication to also avoid my back, which is actually an area I wanted more attention on. Very confusing and disappointing! As I said, my boyfriend paid for an add-on which I believed ended up being a head massage but I could not tell what the options were. She was extremely unclear about this. I hesitate to leave a bad review on Google but I decided to because it was such a weird experience and I left feeling the same and not relaxed or loosened up at all.The massage therapist also decided to make a “judgement call” about not doing deep tissue (even though I’m sure that is what my boyfriend paid for?) and I didn’t have much say in this, and it proceeded to be a very minimal massage in which she was essentially sitting down the entire time— again, avoiding my back completely! It was over SO fast and I was surprised when it was over.

I see Kelly regularly. Shes not only great at what she does, but super personable and I really enjoy all of my appointments. In terms of the outcomes, I typically ask for a semi-firm massage and shes been great at working on the knots; back feels great after the session.

Lenni is amazing! If you need more than fluffy relaxing time and need true therapy/pain relief, her firm/deep tissue skills are your answer and what keeps me coming back.

I confirmed my massage through text and phone call a day before and was cancelled on the day of my appointment. This is the second time I’ve been cancelled at this location due to them overbooking. It’s very unfortunate because I am a member of massage envy and have never had a problem with any other location.

Had a fantastic experience for my first facial. Janine shared so many knowledgeable tips. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for a couple months and was going to cancel my membership before going to Enzo at the Tustin location. He provided the deepest tissue massage I’ve had so far at Massage Envy. I’m praying he stays and my schedule allows me to see him once a month. Would recommend him individually any day of the week!!

I came for my first prenatal massage with tanya and i’m in love !! she did amazing, really catered to me and made me feel relaxed, i fell asleep which i never do during massages. i was so comfortable and i just had a really amazing experience with her. it was the best massage i have ever received. she ended a little early (8 mins early) i wish the massage went to the full 90 minutes, however that is the only minor complaint i have. i look forward to coming back and i recommended my boyfriend to come also because i loved it so much!!

Came out of the massage with so many bites on legs and arms. Either mosquitoes or bed bugs. Not sure. Which is unfortunate considering the massage therapist was highly skilled and did a great job.

I came in yesterday asking for work on my glutes, quads, lower back, and traps. I ran a marathon last Saturday. I was super sore and was hoping for the recovery. Jasmine did some good work on my feet, calves, and hamstrings. But I never even mentioned those areas? Jazmine was working on some trigger point work and I thought, maybe what she was doing will help the opposing muscles. However, she never touched the quads, glutes, lower back, or traps??? My feet feel good but that is not what I was asking for. My glutes and quads are still as bad as when I came in. Pretty disappointed.

Elmer was recommended to me by a friend and thank goodness! The massage was amazing. I carry a lot of tension and pain due to my physical activity levels and has been more than 6 months since my last massage yet somehow I left nearly feeling as if I have been having regular massages.

Jenny is my favorite masseuse at this location! She knows how to get my knots and tightness out. She gets booked up quickly so you should book a week or two in advance!

This was my second prenatal massage with Tonya. She really sets up the table to make you comfortable, more so than I’ve experienced with other therapists. My hips have been really tight in this third trimester and she had me go into a child’s pose while she worked on them, it was so helpful. I left feeling so much better. Thank you!

I have a demanding and stressful job. I haven’t slept well in a few nights. I went in for a massage yesterday with Eduardo, I must say after the massage I felt renewed and last night my sleep was interrupted. It was an impressive experience!

Jenny is amazing! I’m pretty picky and I personally don’t love a deep tissue type pressure but I know it needs it sometimes so Jenny is perfect at keeping me comfortable the whole massage!

Juat had a massage with Lenni and it was one of the most ridiculous massage I have ever experienced. If you are looking for DEEP tissue this is the only person I would use. I came in with back pain, told her my issues, she said got it, and DESTROYED me!!!

Lennie worked on my neck/shoulders today. I’ve been getting treated for a nerve-related neck injury, after being in a car accident several months ago. Massages compliment the work from the injections I have received. Lennie knew all the right areas to stretch and the right points to reach. First morning in a couple of weeks that I haven’t had a headache!

Second time at this location and another great experience! I highly recommend Elmer, especially if you have neck and back tension.

I absolutely love John’s massages! He does deep tissue and keeps checking in with me to make sure his pressure is appropriate for my needs. This makes me feel listened too and safe to ask for more or less. He is very respectful, professional, personable and makes sure I receive my allotted time each massage. The check in staff are friendly and efficient. My only observation that could be addressed was the the condition of the therapist stool in room 10 at least, needs to be recovered. Looking forward to my next appointment with John!

Sometimes I need a full body massage. Sometimes I need a focus area massage no matter the focus ares, Elmer always listens and adjust his technique to address my concerns at time of visit. It’s a pleasure having him as my masseuse/therapist.

I’ve been getting massages from Jenny for almost a year now and she’s been absolutely great. I always feel so relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend anyone to go see her.

Wow I feel worse today than I did going in yesterday. I understand that deep tissue massage is helpful but this was too much. I expressed on several occasions that it was too much and she never really adjusted her technique. I wish I would have just ended the massage and left. Bruising after a massage doesn’t seem right to me. Sorry Lennie maybe your technique is appealing to some but definitely not me.

Ive had a few therapists that have all been awesome, but one stands out for me and its Kelly. She is awesome and I feel incredibly amazing after my session. highly recommend!

Elmer was a great therapist. We started with a stretch session followed by a massage. He catered to my tight muscles during the stretch and really worked out the soreness in my neck and shoulders. He was friendly and also gave some good tips on stretches and other activities to do at home to keep the muscles lose. Would come back to see him again!

Been going to see Lennie as Massage Envy for a few years. She is great at deep tissue massage. You have to book way ahead to get her since she’s in high demand but worth the wait.

One of the best massages and I felt so renewed. It didnt hurt but pressure did the job to loosen tightened muscles and before I knew it I was relaxed! Rested. Kelly followed what o needed to a tee as per pressure.

Vanessa is an excellent massage therapist and always finds the spots I need work on. She knows her stuff, that’s for sure!

Massage was good. I didn’t like it when she used sheets to wipe off lotion from my arms and legs. She used hot wet towel only once. I don’t think I will go back to her.

Jami was amazing, she always does an amazing job with my skin and always gives such helpful skincare advice for the next time I see her. 10/10 experience will definitely go again and definitely would recommend this massage envy location because of the great job Jami does.

I’m 5 months postpartum and recently really starting to feel the effects of carrying/lifting/feeding an almost 18 lb little human. Elmer took the time to understand my aches and pains. Did you know there is a special prone breast pillow for lactating mothers? Best thing ever. Also appreciate a masseuse who does not talk too much so you can just relax and focus on your breaths. Make an appt with him if you prefer/can handle deep pressure massage. I definitely felt much better after just one 1hr session.

Tina B took great care of me during the 90 mins massage session. Her calming demeanor makes the massage even more relaxing. I don’t usually chat during the sessions, but Tina was very personable that she makes you feel like you’re having conversation with a close friend. :)

Kelly is fabulous. She works very hard to make sure I feel better. Love her techniques...I always feel so much better after seeing Kelly. Very caring!

Eddy is amazing! I like a medium-firm massage, and he delivers. He truly has a gift. Even if I don’t tell him my sore muscle areas that day, somehow he can tell and presses down on them extra. Eddy is cheerful, polite and accommodating. When I feel like chatting, he is easy to talk with; when I don’t feel like talking, he understands and works quietly. I always feel better after a massage with Eddy.

Jenny is the one to go to for your facial needs. She’s very experienced and have lots of advice for youthful skin care.

I have been a long time member at Massage Envy, I made a mistake with booking an appointment so I decided to call and thankfully Linda, a manager at the Tustin location, picked up my phone call. Linda completely turned my mood around. From her calm/reassuring voice the moment she picked up the phone, great customer service, answered all of my questions, and helped me with my membership/credits. If you need anything, I would recommend asking for Linda!! I know next time I call, Linda is who I’m going to be asking for!

Janine has been my favorite when it comes to getting microdermabrasions! Along with doing a good job she has an excellent personality. When there is a delay due to an administrative issue, she comes out to check on me and keeps me informed as well. This doesn’t happen often but when it does she is on top of it. I always feel like I am in great hands when it comes to Janine!

Emily does a great job - she has good pressure but also technique. I’d recommend here for anyone with neck or back muscular pain. She has been helping me with scalene and TMJ issues with positive results for six months now.

Massage Envy saved my Mother’s Day! And a huge shout out to Elmer who was EXACTLY what I needed.I had plans to go to another spa, didn’t work out. I was frantic trying to find a last minute opening on MOTHERS DAY MORNING. Didn’t think it was going to happen. Hubby found this appointment, I happened to be 3 minutes away 10 minutes before start time. Got there and as soon as he started the massage instant relaxation. This was my first Mother’s Day since my mom passed away, and he was very kind of my emotions during the session, and encouraged me to feel all the feelings I needed. I can’t wait to go back.

I booked an appointment online for a massage. I called a bit before my appointment to notify that I’m currently pregnant. This was not an option to indicate online, however, it was not listed as a contraindication when booking (unlike the total body stretch which lists pregnancy as a contraindication). After I let the woman know, she stated she made a note and all was well. Shortly after I received a phone call letting me know my therapist was unable to perform prenatal massage. She then told me I would have to cancel the appointment because I’m not eligible for the service. I completely understood, but the reason I’m upset is because she then notified me I would still be charged for the service because I canceled within 24 hours. I told her I’m not canceling, I’m just not eligible and you are canceling me. She said it’s the same thing and insisted I needed to be charged.I don’t believe this is right to charge someone because you’re unable to accommodate pregnancy. At the very least, it should be either an option online to indicate you’re pregnant OR listed that you need to call to make an appointment.

John J. (Massage) and Zanna (Facial) were both amazing and were the best birthday gifts to myself ever! Having coming from LA, Im looking forward to making any kind of excuse just to go to Tustin if only to get pampered by them again!

All massage Envys are independently owned and operated. For the love of everything is holy, for your pocket book and you overall wellness, GO TO ANOTHER MASSAGE ENVY. I have been to 5 massage envys across the country. This is by far and away the worst location I have come across.Terrible customer service.Bad communicaion with the masseuse.The aromatherapy I request/booked wasnt available (but I did pay for it so there is some many i wont get back.)Check in was aweful. This place is a nightmare.

If you are in need of an excellent deep tissue massage, you must see Lenni at ME Tustin. She is phenomenal!! She really listens to all your needs and works out what needs to be done. I strongly recommend her for all deep tissue services. If you need lighter pressure, you should see someone else b/c Lenni’s pressure is firm and deep and she is strong. She does the job well and makes you feel like a million bucks after your massage. She is great at what she does and is amazing in ther technique. Lenni is my go to therapist and she is awesome!!

I got a 90 dollars gift and the facial was $75 for first time and last time lol not coming back. It supposed to be one hour and I got only 35 minutes my face was clean with a warm towel and then a Serum that was it. I asked the lady at the reception and they told me that is not one hour is 50 minutes.okay well then I ask what happens to my $15 cuz my gift was $90 they said we cant give it to you so my other option was to come again and pay the difference which I didnt like the way they do things here I wont come back so I asked if the person who did the facial kept the $15 as tips they say yes. Before that I supposed to have LED facial too which never happened and I ask if they cant do on that moment they say no cuz they were busy no wonder I did not receive my full 1 hour or not even the 50 minutes they say the facial is. Over the cellphone I got told it will be one hour but now I know they need organization with the appointment times, communication with their employees and honor what you pay for totally a nice way to steal money and time both at the same time. If you want to give to any of your dear ones a gift dont give this message or facial is not worthy.

I’ve tried so many massage therapists to help with chronic pain - John is thorough, intentional, and effective at bringing down my inflammation and working out pain. I have a better health week after seeing John!

Janine has been taking care of my facials for years. Always easy to hang with her, she listens to my needs, and my skin feels amazing.

Location was bigger than others I’ve been to but the rooms felt cramped and not aesthetically pleasing. The room was cold and uncomfortable and it didn’t feel like a typical Massage Envy location. The masseuse never asked me how the pressure was, when I winced in pain, she kept going, and told me to use a foam roller. It was the most unrelaxing massage I’ve ever had. I spent the entire hour tense and trying to avoid pain.

Kelly gave me one of the best massages ever. Great technique..super aware of my muscle tension and what it needed. 6 Star!

Rumi is one of the best massage therapist I have experienced. Calming presence, remarkable knowledge of the body, muscles, movement and healing practices. She has the ability to combine multiple massage therapies depending on your needs.

Therapist was great. Unfortunately had a bad experience with booking appointment and had to reschedule. Been a member for 7 years and never missed an appointment. Was told I would be charged for full session after I explained it was booked incorrectly. I cancelled my membership.

So thankful for the time with Emily! It’s just what my sciatic pain needed. Thank you for helping me feel better at this time of year.
