I had the calming massage which let me tell you the process and steps in this massage are everything. I never thought that the exfoliating part would relax me so much. London did a great job and is very gentle throughout the steps. The best massages shouldn’t hurt and she is great at applying pressure where it matters. The hot stone massage portion was my favorite as it relaxed my entire body even more.

First spa experience! Will definitely do it again. One recommendation would be for the person at the front desk to ask the person coming in while checking in if this is their first experience, if it is then briefly explain what to expect. Aaron did do a great job making me feel comfortable during the massage portion. The facial was really nice!

Honestly if I pay over 200 dollars for a massage, and I tell you my upper and lower back are the main issues, and my hips. Why are you only going to massage my back for the last 20 mins of a 2 hour session. It was a nice massage. But come on over 200 dollars. And you barley focus on what i needed you too. I can pay for a 60 dollar massge and have a better one. ( and I have plenty) I will never over spend there again. Probably never set foot in there again either. Over priced. Loud, and definitely not 200 dollars worth of a massage. Very sad, my masseuse was good. But if youre asking a customer what the problem area is dont only spend 20 min of a 2 hour session on that main area. That is definitely not how that works. Very disappointed.

It was a great experience all the way around! We were at the Wheeler location and it was pretty busy. But I was amazed at the communication with staff and the organization that got us in and out at the appointment time we had!

It was my first time coming here for a massage and facial holiday package. The price was good for the service I received. The house is beautiful! But what comes with an older home is you can hear the noise from the other rooms or sitting rooms and people coming up the stairs. The rooms were very nice and relaxing setting. They give you a locker, robe and sandals when you come in. Even for it being a chilly day, the place was nice and warm. I dont know the name of the lady doing my massage but she did a fantastic job! And the younger lady who did my facial was great! There was one cream that didnt sit well for me and she had no problem changing it to something my skin reacted well to. These women were great and the receptionists were very sweet and polite.

Your location always smells amazing and relaxes me the minute I walk into the door! While also visiting your location I purchased a gift basket and as always I was blown away! Thank you WoodHouse!

With all the things that come with life I try to give myself one day a month. My one day a month is spent here at the Woodhouse. Where they go above and beyond the customer service level and experience. The cost is affordable and service is off the charts. The music is so relaxing and the smell as soon as you walk in puts your mind at ease. This place is my escape from reality, which we can all use. Thank you Woodhouse for helping me with me time and providing such great service.

I loved my massage and my facial! Both girls were great! The only downfall I had was the girl at the front desk/podium, she had the personality of a tomato. She asked me and my sister if we wanted anything to drink, we told her, she never gave it to us. She hardly said anything as we went upstairs, she gave us our robes and that was it…we didn’t even know we had lockers with our names on them….we discovered it ourselves. She was very dry with zero people skills. Other than that it was a great experience, and I will go back. I just hope there is a more friendly and outgoing person in the front next time.

London was excellent! Definitely needed a deep tissue and was definitely what I received!!

Terrible “massage”. I booked a tranquil stone and was not massaged at all until the very end for a fleeting moment and then the “massage” was over. I would not recommend booking any services with woodhouse and do not recommend Becky, unfortunately, as she is a very nice person. I really wish management would have handled my poor experience with a little more respect and humility rather than placing the blame on the customer. Well done woodhouse!

You guys. I had a massage with Nancy today and it was amazing, she made me so feel calm and relaxed. She gave really good even pressure and knew exactly what to do. I got a pedicure with Daphne and she did really great and super friendly and went above and beyond. Maddie did my manicure and she was so sweet and was very detailed. Highly recommend.

MAMA MASSAGE!! REALLY flexible with appointment times(had to reschedule the original appointment, because it was made for me by the Hubby.) Crystal(sp?) Was excellent and really friendly. I was totally comfortable within minutes of walking in. The team was really kind and accommodating(they acted very mature and professional) I felt really serene here. This is the second time Ive went while pregnant and I really enjoyed it and highly recommend to others, expecting or not. This was the location on Main St.

This place is a rip off my wife had to cancel her appointment due to me having COVID so they charged her the full amount being that it was less than 24 hr notice. I talked to them on the phone myself and they said that’s just the way it is so I don’t understand if they just let people in there that have been exposed to COVID or could possibly have COVID but that’s not the way you should run a business to me. I feel as though we were ripped off.

Great place--actually the original Woodhouse location. The facility is beautiful and the employees are super nice and friendly. I primarily get waxed here, and I have lived in multiple towns across the country, and Woodhouse is by far the best. If youre getting waxed, as for Loren!

I love coming here to get my Brazilian waxes done by Loren! She’s always so attentive and very prompt with her service. Her attention to detail is amazing and I can really tell that she cares about providing the best experience possible. I’ve been coming to her for a while and I will continue to do so in the future!

The ladies that did our nails today were very professional. They wore their masks the whole time. Very clean relaxing, very enjoyable.

Pricey but love the ambiance. Ive had massages and brazilian waxes here.

So disappointed. Don’t recommend a 25 minute massage, not enough.
