Sign said hed be back in 15 minutes. Waited because we like this store. The guy walked right past us without a word & kicked the door behind him. He stood another 5 minutes checking his phone before coming to the door. It was 25 minutes by then. Did not want to deal with this guy. Just left.

Found the item I had been looking for, but probably won’t go back. Also you know when you walk into a place and can tell the workers don’t want you there?Anyway when I went to the register to pay, I handed the cashier a lighter. He scanned it and my other item, but only put my other item in the bag. I know it’s just a lighter, but that’s still annoying to not get what you bought. I noticed when I was already out of town and live 45 mins away so didn’t bother to go back. I just don’t know how he forgot to put my lighter in the bag after I directly handed it to him and he scanned it after my first item. I guess he held onto it, and handed me the bag? I could be wrong though maybe it was an accident. Cashier name on my receipt says Holly, but the worker told me his name was Rudy.

Leandra was perfect she explained everything and never complained about me asking questions and she was welcoming when i came in i will continue to come here i always feel safe and happy coming here !

Terrible. Waited 25 minutes for the employee to come back. When employee came back he completely ignored us. Checked his phone and made us wait even longer. As we were getting into our car, he unlocked the door and turned around. He didnt even acknowledge us. We wont ever be back.

Went to Hard rock on Navarow st. July 31,2024 purchased a 3000 mg . Jar of plain Just CBD gummy’s and decided to try them …. As I opened jar I noticed Seals had already been broken I did not say anything not thinking but did notice the jar of gummy’s were low but continued in conversation with the employee guy ( ! I counted the gummy’s at home and jar of gummy’s had 189 gummy’s when it should of had ct on label 220 ) not sealed someone had taken 13 of the gummies ( Content count of jar gummy’s showed 220 but only had 189 ct . Short 31 gummy’s . I didn’t pay attention as I was asking questions about other products . But Did not say anything in store that was my mistake for not bringing to employees attention . I went back Next day and talked by phone with owner ! Of course nothing was done about it . I was very disappointed and not sure if I can Trust this store I feel OWENER should of at least thrown a free gift or something he just said Sorry apologized . So The Bad gets away and the Innocent are hurt feeling sad . The apology was ok but did not feel I was treated properly. I am a valuable customer! If I would of been the owner I would surely want to keep my valued customers . And would of made sure my customer would of been happy and continued to buy products in this store . Not a satisfied customer ! Maybe I will not go back . Owners should be careful of employee s tampering with His store products 🙏

They’ve had a help sign up for a bit so I applied. I emailed my resume and dropped one off. After not hearing anything I popped in and asked the employee I previously spoke with if the owner is looking for a specific type of person. He said yes, they will only hire someone who is UNDER THE AGE OF 30. Now, isn’t that discrimination? Because it is in my book. I wouldn’t want to work for someone like that anyway. Now Sir, you have a better reason to not hire me.

Nothing wrong with a new vape shop in Victoria, the selections of new flavors that the other stores don’t carry is good. Great shop! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt without making you feel rushed. They knew their products and what I asked for, and also helped me find a new flavor.
