Holy Smokes Smoke & Vape

The area manager Colin was rude and disrespectful. I have spent 1000s of dollars there. I will never spend another penny at this unprofessional business. It has been made clear to me that the manager had a problem with one of the occupants of my wifes car.

Rude! I asked a question to clarify and the girl rudely told me thats what she already said. Was not knowledgeable on products. Will not go back. The date was July 13 the at about 4 pr 5 pm. Young lady was not at all helpful. When a customer asks for clarification, being snappy and rude is not acceptable. Asked about double chambered vapes that had both indica and sativa. Employee only talked about the two chambered devices, but had no clue what strain was in them. I asked for clarification and she abruptly interrupted me and said thats what I said, left without purchasing and will not be back.

I tried to apply here as a college student just trying to make some money and filled out an application and sent in a resume. The manager kept telling me set up a meeting but never did, very unprofessional service in my opinion. the only reason I posted review is because they told me they would call me yesterday for the interview I spoke to the Manager gave him my information and no response

I would recommend this place but since every time I try to come during their “open” hours, it’s open half the time. The door open sign is always on. Then their hours are 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. but I’m sitting in front of the store and for the third morning this week. It’s past 9:30 a.m. and no one is here. I try all the way across town to come here because they are supposed to be open at 9 a.m. I’ve been shopping here for a little over a month and it’s the same thing all the time. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be a customer since they like to waste customers time and money.So after the previous review the store hours were moved up to 8 a.m., I’m sitting in front of the store at 8:40 to come get a vape. And no one is here. I will say this is the first time since the store hour change but this again is frustrating. 2/17/22

Hands down. This store is the best yet in Victoria. I have been to EVERY single type of this store in this town. By the best i mean in selection / price / quality. This is why it gets a 5 star rating for me.

I went in last week and bought some 100mg gummies. They definitely helped with my inflammation and back pain. The manager was very helpful and informative!

I was very very very skeptical about ALL CBD & CBG. One day I went in this particular store and I was introduced to the Lollipops, CBG (Flower) Gummy Bears, & Tincture I of course tried them all. I’ve been diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety, Depression, Migraines, HBP & they all work! I have NEVER used ANYTHING, but my medicine the dr prescribed to me. I can honestly say that I’m now a true believer. I’m trying to get off all my meds and just use this. A HUGE THANK YOU to Destiny for having so much patience and educated me on all this!

Though the delta 8 cart I got had a defective coil I’m gonna try my go again at the delta 8 brand and try to see what it’s all about! Sometimes duds happen and it can be an inconvenience but since they’re trying to help me out by discounting, I’m gonna give it another go!
