I only come for the vapes and they have a HUGE selection of flavors, variety and brands to choose from so I can never seem to decide what flavor I want to try next. Despite that, the staff have always been friendly and patient with me and are always able to answer any questions I have about their merchandise. Any time I’ve purchased a vape which ended up being defective or misfired, the staff allowed me to exchange for a working vape. I ALWAYS have a great shopping experience here and I can never complain about the prices.There was an occasion when another customer was making me feel uncomfortable and wouldn’t leave me alone. One of the male staff members came to my rescue and made the unruly customer leave me alone, which I was so grateful for.As long as I continue to vape, THIS is where I will continue to shop!

I tried the vape before I bought it and it was defective. The guy tried to charge me for the defective vape. He said “Yeah once you put your mouth on something you have to pay for it”. Bro it was defective. I can’t stand that guys face or attitude and who charges someone for a defective piece. Bought from them probably 10 times, and this guy single handedly made me want to never go there again. I hate that guyOwner: It was the day I posted this cause I did it in the parking lot. ...the 2nd time I was pressed to leave because they were closing SOON! not then, at that moment, but soon!so I was looking for a disposable vape w/ no icey flavor (which is rare!) & I went in there around 8:45 & at 8:51 was feeling the pressure, but not willing to buy a 3rd vape from them that was supposed to be non-icey for $20-$30 ea. but absolutely was icey! with 1puff taken I knew it was icey , no refund & no option to swap for a different flavor because I just opened it in the store right in front of there eyes because the staff member all but guaranteeing that it had no icey flavor, vanilla custard, youd think right, nope! so being left to my own devices because the staff was useless in assisting me find a non-icey disposable vape; I was Google-ing every brand & flavor they had, looking at reviews, Reddit posts, vape forums, etc. but by 8:53pm I get a yea, I dont know, but were closing soon sir! (at 8:53pm!!!) with 2 staff members just standing there staring at me, I new it was my time to go!I know I shouldve went in there earlier, not so close to closing, but when I looked up Up n Smoke online it said they were closing soon... open til 9pm, so stupid me I took that as open til 9pm right, nope, not here, not for me! So feeling the vibes that was unmistakable, I took the hint & was out the door by 8:54pm!Im sure they will be crushed to know that I wont be going back again!I GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO, & COULDNT CHOOSE ZERO STARS!

Pretty chill vibe, but they don’t have CBD products or else it would have been 5 stars.

They have a good selection, but the woman who was working was terrible. Didnt want to help. Couldnt answer any questions, apparently she didnt know anything about the products. She is by far the rudest salesperson on Maui.

Was on vacation there visiting, guy working there sold me $285 worth of weed bc he told me it was regular THC and you would receive the same effects. It was THCA not THC and I got robbed for 300 bucks. Called and emailed many times and refused to refund me my money. Then he said “that was a while ago dude”- as if that matters? It was mid September! Don’t shop here con artists!!!!

70% juice 80% battery and auto firing and they not want to replace or refund let me know right person to talk to this chick in there trashy attitude super in professional
