I asked the guy behind the desk for the same coils that were in my tank. Only when I got home did I realize they were different and didnt work as well. When I went back to the store only half an hour later I spoke with the owner for assistance. How rude is this man to tell me that it is my fault that they arent working the same even though it was a different product. Not only did they sell me a product and not tell me it was different from what I asked they also sold me the two individual coils out of package? Unprofessional and misleading. Will never be shopping here again. Also should they be selling you coffee with animals in the shop? Walked in and the smell of ferrets hit me strong. Not a sanitary environment in my opinion.

I cannot begin to tell you how awesome my visit was! I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed by this fully stocked establishment. The gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and new what would best suit my needs. He explained everything in full detail and was not looking for a quick sale. He was a consummate professional. I will go back there for years to come!

Great coffee (best of West Milford and the surrounding areas), great staff, cool atmosphere.Originally just a vape-shop, now theyve got a full blown Café with house-made coffee, and a huge selection of specialty drinks like smoothies and bubble tea. They also have pastries, and desserts, a newly improved seating area with TV and more.They are constantly improving, one of my favorite spots in West Milford, by far.

They were totally professional. Helped me with all my questions about getting relief from my migraines. I couldnt have asked for nicer guys to take care of me plus being an animal lover, I loved the everyone else there!!!

I walked in hoping to pick up some E juce and was totally floored by the shop and all the other things that are there too. Im always grousing about the lack of a better coffee option than the local Dunkin Donuts, well this place offers a full service coffee shop but also a lounge area complete with large screen TV. I havent brought my laptop in to check out the WiFi yet but I will soon and will let you know what I find.

Maybe Im picky, but I got a chai latte and the first one had good flavor but was cold, so I asked them to make it hot, because a latte should be hot.... Instead someone else remakes it so its like luke warm but now just tastes like milk. $4 I could have gone to Starbucks or even Dunkin.

Absolutely no selection of juices, pods, etc. They’ve given up on the vape market almost completely. I gave them one last chance tonight because vape lite was closed and they had next to nothing to choose from once again.

Friendly people who will smile while they take your money for products that they sold you and then dont support. I bought a vape device five days ago that they dont have coils for. They took me for a hundred bucks on that one and thats all theyre getting. Try Cloud 9in Suffern.

Just moved to the area. Walked in there and the owner was very rude. They first off shouldnt have pets in there. What if someone walked in and was allergic to them? All the employees are very rude. Never recommending these people to anyone
