My visit to this establishment was truly one for books, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Emily and Brianna. Not only was the food exceptional, with a diverse range of flavors and quality ingredients, but the drinks were also delightful, with a perfect balance of flavor and potency. However, what really set this place apart was the unparalleled customer service that I received from these three incredible individuals. They went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was catered to and that I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Thanks to their exceptional work, I have no hesitation in giving this establishment a five-star rating and highly recommending it to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience. Missy is a beautiful lady and she kept me company during the night.

I’ve been to Rachel’s many times and always have a pretty good time but recently I met the new bartenders Briana and Emily and they were fantastic. They gave great service and were super fun and hospitable. I’d come back just to see them!!

We love coming to Rachels, great food, pretty girls, and great service. Hailey was so attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely come back to see Hailey and the rest of the beautiful women!

My girlfriend and I went in alone for dinner and drinks. We asked the front desk lady if there was any nice people for us to sit with since we were alone. She said no, it was pretty dead. We sat at the bar and was about to order some wine and ERIC the manager kicked us out!! Two pretty girls who payed a 10 dollar cover each because I asked if there were any nice guy there so we wouldn’t have to sit alone. He wouldn’t even let us stand inside to order an Uber. He kicked us out to the street like garbage. Disgusting. Women are clearly not welcome here. Also, the girls working looked nothing like the photos 😬Follow up: this Google review was responded to be someone saying I had been there before, that was a lie. First time. That we were asking for “clients” to sit with. Another lie. We then walked directly to the bar and ordered a water and began to look at the menu to order wine and food. Not one girl approached us or even acknowledged us. We did ask if there were any nice, cute men around because we only saw dancers sitting at tables on their cell phones. Anyone with common sense would have told the girls to approach us and not kick us out for asking where the men were and if it gets busy later since it was dead. If we had met some friends, the bar/food bill and cash spent would be much higher. We were there to have fun! Instead, we took our money elsewhere, met people who also had money, popped bottles, spent a ton on dancers and had a great night. Do not go to this club unless you want managers to make up lies, the girls to be terrible and to get kicked out for no reason. Why would anyone even lie about being there before? I just moved to west palm and wanted to have drinks and dinner, tip some dancers, make some friends, get dances and pop a bottle if I was enjoying my time. If your dancers are jealous or intimidated by the female customers in the club, which is clearly why we were asked to leave, they should step up their game and get off their butts. There is nothing wrong with two females looking for people to hang out with. Specifically, men who are good customers are nice. Lesson learned. We now see why the club was empty.

First timer just landed in west palm was looking for some for some good food for me and my wife really enjoyed our dinner at Rachel’s! Our bartender who’s name was Megan I believe her name was was a pleasure I definitely recommend her great ambience I will definitely be back thank you guys

An Oasis!! Had an absolutely fantastic time at Rachel’s! I did not know what to expect upon entry, but was greeted in a courteous manner that did not diminish throughout my time. Nicolette was first to be my hostess, and I am glad it was her. A master of her craft and one of the very best. Attentive, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and obviously a sight to be seen!! I highly recommend seeking her out and ensuring you have the experience I did!! Thank you Rachel’s for the excellent evening and I look forward to my return!

Safe clean professional 10/10 staff is top notch and unmatched in south Florida from valance when you arrive, front desk ,security bartender & dances…. girls were over all very attractive polite surprising smart and funny._I even had the pleasure to meet the manage who goes by the allious miss Anne….she helped sort out a payment issue… & she cute too…-I would say racheals is the ultimate chill and grab a drink gentlemen club in south Florida…Perfect mix of relaxed bar vibes sweet dancers, and chill enough to bring the wife or a group and eat.-West palm lux style

I had an awesome time with many husband until a customer by the name Ian started making a scene because he did not want to tip the dancers This is a gentleman’s club. Gentleman support performing arts. We don’t need brokester at this club! If you can’t afford to tip the dancers stay home! He only had a free drink card Lol What a looser !

Are used to work in the club scene and I have to say this is one of the best clubs in West Palm Beach Florida. It smells amazing it’s kept clean. The food is really good. The food choices are delicious. The music is awesome. The girls are beautiful. I had a really nice vibe. Everybody is definitely respectable and high-end vibes.

Most professional and well run club in Palm Beach. Buries the others in the area. Vegas class women and Vegas class shows. Everybody was super friendly and the place is superb for entertaining. Large main stage and plenty of gorgeous girls. Only constructive criticism is some of the girls are a little lethargic on stage.

It’s very nice inside and some of the women are gorgeous for sure. Management seems professional.The bartenders roll their eyes constantly if you aren’t IVing alcohol into your veins. It actually made me purposely order less drinks to spite the stupid faces they make . Very annoying because the dancers are very nice .Between my girl and I we def spent 500+ on drinks before tipping but I just realized I was never shown an itemized receipt. Another review mentions they add on a 35 percent tip and don’t even show that to you or mention it . WellThat explains everything. That’s dirty . In principle I won’t return if that was true .

We were celebrating with friends and started in the dining room. The food and service was amazing. We then continued to a table downstairs to enjoy cocktails. The girls were all absolutely gorgeous and fun. We had a memorable night! Thanks to the entire staff!!!

The management was so rude and unfriendly. Waited for my order for 40 minutes. Some of the girls smell so much that it seems like they never take showers. I was discussed.

The first time I came here with my girlfriend, there was a sommelier there who literally begged and pleaded for me several times to buy a case of his wine. This was uncomfortable and made me not want to come back.I decided to give it another try and James really turned things around. I told him about my previous experience and he acknowledged that he knew who I was talking about and agreed that is not in line with their service standards. He made excellent recommendations along with stellar service. He was funny and best of all James Piga didn’t ask me to buy any cases of wine!! What a guy. Will return again to see him.

VERY racist club. i came here with my partner and the managers and bartenders were very inattentive and ignored us the whole time even though we were tipping and showing love to the dancers. they only treat you right if your complexion is white.

My Boss took a few of us to Rachels Steakhouse for my birthday. It was amazing. We sat in the dining room and had a dinner fit for a king. I would recommend this establishment to all.

I have been a frequent customer for many years and I can tell you that the experience from day one has been amazing!! The food and ambiance in this club are second to none. The management and security staff are very accommodating. The cocktail waitresses and bartenders are both very beautiful and amazing with the service they provide and the dancers are absolutely gorgeous! Rachels is definitely the first stop youre going to want to make while in Palm Beach.

Went there for dinner, had my service dog with me. Bobby, one of the mangers, met me at the front and asked where I would like to sit that would work for me and the dog. Showed me to a table, checked in several times throughout the night to make sure both I and the dog were comfortable. Food was great, girls very pretty. Definitely a class act establishment.

So its nice to see that they changed the music up and arent all playing non stop ghetto music ...basically my only complaint is the prices of the cocktails...I mean $24.00 for martini?!?!?! This is not south beach and get this ...35% gratuity is added on when you get the electronic check on their pay system..pretty slick!!! I dont blame them for trying to sucker people...but cmon !! So make sure when you get your check you look at it and check it thoroughly...why would they put an automatic 35% on if they werent counting on people noticing that.?? Hmmm...

One of the highest class, gentlemen’s club with upscale food and amazing service.I recommend asking for Gabrielle, she was amazing and very attentive to our table. I would say 95% of the girls are between an 8 and 10! We signed up for the VIP rewards program, and try to go as often as we can.

Went in for a few shots and the bartender was very nice. I wish I had her name so I could give her credit where it’s due. I sat at a table right after for dinner and my order was taken almost 5 minutes later (I got the soup it was great!). The entertainment was mellow, but on a Tuesday night it was perfect. Everyone around me had a great time! Right upon entry I was greeted and management was very kind. I will definitely recommend to anyone and it’s a clean, friendly, club environment. Very professional as well, don’t hesitate to walk in!

Place was nice but insanely overpriced! I had 5 domestic bottled beers and my wife had two martinis and my bill was $157 dollars which I believe stuff was added to the bill. I wasn’t given a receipt to view. This was the bill before the tip! Nice place but I will not be back after the pure rip off at the bar!

Update: Rachel’s reached out with a response via email. They offered to make it right and we are looking forward to a better experience next time.We had a great meal here and our server was excellent. Unfortunately, the positive stops there. I agreed to purchase an expensive bottle of sipping tequila because I wanted to sit at a particular bottle service only table. We mostly came for a good meal and I explained we wouldn’t be drinking much- I asked if it even made sense to get that table. The host recommended we buy the bottle of tequila because we could cork it “and save for our next visit.”His words. When we paid the bill, the hostess seemed surprised we wanted to leave the basically full bottle and said she needed to get the manager because she hasn’t heard of corking a bottle. The manager came over,basically scoffed at the request, rolling his eyes at me like I’m so cheap (after dropping probably close to $1000 in a very boring hour). He told me he could save the bottle for 4 days only (so I’d have to come back before Wednesday. I like a strip club every now and then but you won’t catch me there on a Tuesday.) I told him I was misled about that at entry and perhaps they might extend this a month or let us take the bottle we purchased. The amount of times this dude rolled his eyes at me, shook his head and giggled at a customer was mind blowing. Like I was asking something absurd. I understand policies and respect them but this felt intentionally misleading and the response is what really upset me, prompting this review. Had I been told that the corking was for only 4 days, I could have made an informed decision to proceed with the purchase or not. But I was led to believe we could come back another time to enjoy the rest of the bottle. In addition, the dancers were both bored and boring. They didn’t come to our table one time. Mediocre dancing and just did not live up to the hype. This place is well known for having the best looking dancers… I didn’t see them last night.

This spot has an interesting setup, pretty girls and great food! Very chill place… the lap dance sofas can be better situated, the floor seating seemed more private… regardless great dancers…

The music was bad. To the point it wasnt even enjoyable. The dancers werent putting in no effort and barely moving on the pole. When we gave money to the dancers they didnt pay any extra effort in or a little extra dance. Dancers are ugly and inexperienced. So much fake fog it was getting harder to breath.We asked a server for drinks ( we were at a table) and she told us to go to the bar. When we went to the bar the bartender rolled her eyes when my husband asked for drinks.We will no longer come here, and continue going to Scarlets.

Place looks nice from outside. Mostly a nice well kept place. I saw a ceiling tile missing in one place over the state exposing network cables. Wasn’t expecting to see something like that in a place that wants to be considered 5 star. There are two bars on each side of the stage plus one upstairs. I went to the bar on the right hand side as soon as you get through security. Before going in I felt the bouncer guy was asking me a whole bunch of questions like what was I looking to do at the club. I thought this to be a stupid question. Then they asked me if I was going to the bar or a table. I think service would be better in this aspect where you wouldn’t ask these questions from customers just observe from a distance and let the customer pick a open seat at the bar or table and then have a server approach them once seated. I had mix feelings about entering the club as well. I felt safe due to TSA style metal wand going around my body and having them ask me to empty my pockets before I could enter. Never did I have such a thorough security check at another strip club. Made me wonder if the club was in a safe area or not and whether or not something bad had happened there before resulting in such a thorough check. As mentioned earlier I went to the bar on the right after paying $10 cover charge on a Sunday night. I felt cover charge was double what I pay at some other clubs if anything on a Sunday night. Upon seating at the end of the bar I felt the bar tender didn’t really know how to work the bar or maybe there should have been 2 bar tenders behind the bar because they stayed way too long on one side of the bar. I was told that I would get 50% off steaks before midnight which was true. However the catch was that you only got the steak which was al a cart no sides and you had to be a rewards member which was no big deal since rewards card sign up was free. I ordered a 8oz Filet mignon cooked med rare which was very good and tender with a loaded bake potato. Food was spot on good, but like mentioned before I thought it was 50% off a whole meal and included a side. Sure the menu never stated a side for the meal, but I kind of was misled by the bartender saying 50% off. If you don’t mind paying $73 and change for a 8oz Filet loaded bake potato and 2 over priced Heineken bottles at $10 a piece then this place might be for you. Otherwise seek another bar because you can get Heineken bottles for $6 or less depending on whether they have it on happy hour or not. I understand prices are restaurant prices not grocery store prices however I’m comparing price and service to Rachel’s competition. Lap dances were $35 for 3 minutes. They don’t do it by song it’s 3 minutes from once you go for the dance. Also regular lap dance area has zero privacy dividers like other clubs have something small not fully private but still a bit more private then wide in the open. Other clubs do it by song wait for next song to start once in lap dance area and charge $15 for a lap dance or sometimes do a special 3 for $25. When other clubs do dance special it is shorter songs though not necessarily full length songs but still more than 3 minutes. If you want a private room and more fun their prices are on another planet! Over $1,000 for less than a hour I was told. All I could say is wow what a rip off!! Amsterdam was way cheaper and you got full service legally. So at the end of the night I spent $178 there with 2 lap dances, my meal entry and a few bucks for girl on stage. Women were very nice looking and big screen tvs for sports if you want to watch sports. Ok service with over priced price tag is what I got out of this place. Not a place for top value for your hard earned cash. If price is nothing to you and you want to check it out you should have a pretty good time, but for me price is a little something so I feel I will stick with other clubs I been to and be happier getting similar service for less.

My husband and I came in with a 9 o’clock dinner reservation and were promptly seated at a prime table on the floor of the club as we requested. The host was very informative and did a fantastic job selling the menu raving about the quality of the steaks and how passionate he was about food. The kitchen does not do him any favors at all. Our server was courteous and attentive. The entertainment was spot on. There are a handful of girls that really stand out and they will make your evening. The epic fail here was the kitchen. We ordereda $74 filet which the server graciously offered to split for us as we were sharing and like two different temperatures. We asked for medium & medium well. The first time around they both came out well. The second time the temperatures were some what correct but it is obvious these steaks are not seared on a grill. They have absolutely NO seasoning and then they are drenched in cheap butter. The steak fries were great, the broccoli was cooked to perfection but the steaks were awful. All in all great experience but I wouldn’t go here expecting a quality steak unfortunately.

Never been to a strip club where I got charged for the women sitting and starting a conversation with me.. the worst experience Ive had in Palm Beach clubs... it completely felt like I was robbed not only by the stripper but by the security guard... then the following day had my card with get swiped for a home utility bill that wasnt for my homem

Was charged for a drink that was for the girl I was sitting next to would be nice if the bartender didn’t assume and actually asked if I wanted to pay for her drink but management reached out after and offered to make it up for me next time which is nice girls are hot best skin bar in PB county

Some of the best food I ever had great customer service great staff very fast. The drinks were excellent the entertainment was amazing. Truly one of the best features of palm beach.

Dinner was very good. Our server was very attentive. The entertainers were, let’s say, so freaking bored they would rather huddle up rather than approach a couple that tipped them.It was quite disappointing when we came to an adult entertainment establishment expecting to spend money and in the end feel like we were not welcome. In the end, it’s the entertainers loss but we will not be returning.We thought more highly of the venue and have wanted to visit multiple times. I guess we will go elsewhere in the future.

Simply the BEST of the BEST !! Incredible atmosphere and by far the best steak you will ever have !! Its more like a 10 star rating.

My husband and I stopped by for a drink on our way up to Orlando. The service is really amazing everyone was so friendly as we were sitting almost everyone in a suit came up to us asked us if we needed anything thanked us for being there I was very impressed with the attentiveness this is the definition of a Gentleman’s club.

One of the best gentlemans clubs I have ever been to. The daytime bartender Toni is fabulous. She is High energy, funny, smart, and beautiful. You never have to worry about the typical strip club nonsense here. Its a class act. From the dancers to the bartender to the food. Everything is excellent.

The waitress allowed the entertainer to order food and beverage to my check. It’s a very shady practice that I didn’t realize was happening until I received my check, I was never asked if this was okay with me etc. otherwise it was a typical experience with aggressive entertainers.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. Also they discriminate against you if you are black. So to my fellow people, dont come here for entertainment. We are simply not welcome. They are very fake towards white customers, if you have good discernment you can tell they dont give a flying freak about you unless you’re strictly there to pay up. I totally understand about being all about your money but show some humanness too. The fakeness is showing through way too much. This club is not something i would label as “classy”. Its expensive. Not the same as classy.

Went to Rachel’s last night for the first time, my friends had a section so it was pretty lit, the strippers were 6/10 there’s not much diversity though. A lot of Caucasian and Spanish women but no black women. Um one of the ladies I think she was our host kept pressing us to buy a bottle mind you my friends had already bought one. She was being very annoying and kept asking for our IDs everytime I turned around she was there acting like a Karen 😑 and it made me want to leave. I wish I knew her name but she had a bob, she was ruining the fun for us and did not make us feel welcome or relaxed, I don’t think I’ll be back specifically because of her. I went to have a good time and she was a BUZ KILL.

I was in town on a work trip and went to Rachels to unwind after a long day of travel and meetings with a few of my guys. I liked the venue and quickly found a dancer named Coco. I was immediately a fan of hers; absolutely beautiful, great work on the pole, super friendly and easy to talk to. She honestly had me laughing throughout the night. She was hands down the best part of the whole trip, the group loved her. Definitely check out Rachels next time youre in town and make a point to ask for Coco. You wont regret it ;)

I took my son for his 21 birthday and the food and service were excellent. After dinner we took him home and came back and had the best time. Thanks to Paul & Cassandra and all the staff for a great experience.. just would like to point out after all the fun I forgot my wallet and returned the next day to find that everything was safe and sound and returned. They treat you like family. Would definitely recommend stopping by for a great time.

Went to Rachel’s for a friends birthday and payed for the VIP service. Not only did they not show us the upstairs like they said they would but they also over charged my card $1,120. And charged my twice for 600!! And to top it off they lost my friends ID! They said it was their bad and gave him a bottle to make up for it but that 100% done not make up for anything. My friend had to cancel a trip home because he no longer has an ID to fly!!DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ID OR CARD TO HOLD!!!

We ordered the Whole Loin and asked for it Medium. It came out as rare as the cow alive. We figured we insulted the chef for asking for it medium. Barley any flavor. Real bummer.

All the girls were are gorgeous and, most, are okay dancers but the girl from Belarus (not sure if I spelled that correctly)(somewhere close to Russia) knew how to move. She didnt just swing around the pole, she climbed it, she went upside down, this girl really knew how to entertain the audience.If all the girls could dance half as well as she could I would have gave this place five stars. I still highly recommend it.

Everywhere you look is an even better looking girl. I’m into blondes so the surplus of that was great, but my buddy wasn’t thrilled with the selection. He likes the Miami curvy exotic type. He eventually found a girl to get dances with though. Next time definitely ordering the cowboy steak that was highly recommended, unfortunately we ate sushi beforehand. Average strip club drink prices. Waitresses very pleasant and very pretty. Last time was here was 4 years ago. Better girls now for sure. I had a fun time and will be back next month!

I met Rob while walking into the club but at the time I didnt know he was the gm I just knew he worked there. I honestly told him its my first time here and explained how I looked up reviews on these type of spots. So I wanted to know how to act in these places and whats the requirement of staying in the club and not getting kicked out or getting on someones bad side. I got walked in, taken care of at the bar and got a premium experience of information of the things to do and not to do. I loved my time there. All the workers were so nice and very talkative. This is by far my favorite steak house in Palm Beach... Or should I say used to be my favorite, but something happened. First they told me I’m not aloud to smoke a cigar in the restaurant side, then the shows are only one set in the restaurant side. So the girls clean the pole and for 2 minutes and a half dance and leave and never come back. Not too marketing! And let’s be honest the reason we love Rachel’s is the girls they are top top top ! Now the staff at Flanigans are hotter... I can go on and on how the restaurant and bar is a fragile business it will have an effect all the way in the kitchen. Longer hours and wings on the menu, seriously ... The chef is amazing but you will get the best of him eventually. The service as been always amazing and hopefully the staff will stay. Maybe it’s just a bad storm....

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . The front door guy tried to humiliate me in front of everybody and didn’t let me in because of dress code . He called the manager up front and the manager said my top was out of dress code then the front door guy said my friends look good but his not letting “that” (me)go in .Then he raises his voice at my friend because she told him that was rude and uncalled for . This was my first time going to that place and will be my last . I’m born and raised in west palm beach and I always wanted to go Rachel’s but never again . Your front door guy is disgrace and disgusting . Even the workers that work outside was in disbelief how he treated me and told me to talk the manager , the manger was very kind and apologize for the guys behavior but I will never step foot in place that thinks it’s okay to speak to people that way . If your looking for good time go down south in Miami where they treat people with respect .

Generally had a god time in here, but I understand the complaints people may also have. I for one do NOT like plastic ladies or fake tits so those are real negative F + grading issues for me first and foremost.I also do not like hustlers so if I run into one I will stay away, however there are some lovely ladies who do good work and earn their money respectively so I shall praise them by giving them high marks.They are pretty cool with the Military and police in general so I really appreciated that aspect when I came in the door. The manager I had the fine opportunity to meet and talk with and I liked him a lot, found him to be very classy, decent, and respectful to all the customers needs.Yes I can see how some customers may be turned off by waitresses or bartenders who come off as very snobby, so I try to stay away from them and find a server who has class and shows others dignity (and I know you will find one even if running into a snob at first.)This club is huge, clean, and the presentations I did like because the other Racheals in Orlando isnt even close to this one, plus they restrict what the ladies can show which is insane to me if you have to be 21 to get in anyway (must be their local laws).You will find some fine ladies who are natural in here, even if it may take a while to run into one. The prices are generally high but they cater to a wealthy clientele environment so one should expect that coming inside.In general I had a good time visiting this place.

Abysmal service. Came in a little after 6 on a Sunday, was charged $10 cover. Proceeded to sit down, waited over 20min and was not approached once for food or drink service, it was not even busy.I left and asked for the cover charge back but was denied. The manager came over to speak to me then got a call and blew me off instead of speaking wirh me. Advice to others, dont waste your time or money at a place that treats patrons so poorly.

One of the best adult entertainment clubs Ive ever been to. Everyone is friendly and nobody is pushy. Drinks are expensive but what isnt in a strip club ? Overall good experience

Ive had a great experience here. I specifically would like to give praise to Derek Diaz and Paul Palanza for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that my friend got home safely. I like to give credit where credit is due and I am more than happy to support this establishment even more in the future due to their GENUINE concern for the saftey of their customers. A rare find! The fact:Mostly average looking old strippers in dresses, Terribly expensive lap dances, no touching upper body, They hustle for VIP room $900/30mins (?!?). Steaks are expensive but good. Wines are overpriced, $50/bottle cheap Malbec which is available in most supermarkets for $7.A pretty girl at front desk has no clue why she is there, never been schooling!Customers are mostly very low end, dirty clothes with hats and heavy tattoos.Rachel is used to be known for all the best/sophistication of FL. It is now Disappointed!!!Security and management seem to run around a lot for nothing.

Went to Rachels this evening and had an outstanding time. I went for dinner, entertainment and to catch the NCAA basketball games. The ladies were gracious when I asked them to allow me to eat my dinner and enjoy the game first and then to drop back by. On que they came back and we had conversation and dances and they treated me well. Beautiful staff and great service. I will certainly return the next time I am in town.

My husband and I went for the first time last night and the BEST time!!! We experienced the VIP 30.00 song couches and it was fun! However I have a question that I can’t the answer to, is intercourse allowed in ANY of the VIP sections? The 500.00 one? Or the 1,000? Or any period?

I came on a Sunday night with my friend. For a Sunday night from 11PM - 3AM, this place was busy.There was many people here. We had a GREAT time. I recommend this place to everyone. The woman are very classy here. If you want to go to an adult nightclub, bring your wife here. Everyone is having a good time. This is the best classy MALE nightspot. Don’t be a black customer expecting any waitresses to approach you. My friend and I were sitting for at least 30 minutes and got no attention from the wait staff. Eventually I told a floor guy that I would like a waitress and he told a waitress to greet us but she instead went to the table next to us where the customers are white. LITERALLY!!! Then they intentionally grabbed a black waitress to greet us. Just a disgrace and a vibe killer. We didn’t even get the steak that we wanted, we only got a dessert.

I just HAD to share my experience!!! Went to Rachels for the first time last night and just wow. Now Im not talking about the dancers, Im talking about the service. Peter who took care of us made my experience an amazing one. The way he talked and presented everything, always checking up, making sure we were satisfied and the food omg delish. I want to say thank you to Peter and the people who made us feel like royalty.

In a class by itself. Treated like a VIP by every member of the staff from the moment I walked in the door.Every lady in the place (waitress, bartender, performer) was a drop dead knockout.Only demerit was for VIP lounge experience being excellent instead of best ever. Can’t fault the club, as that is more up to the performer.Anybody complaining about their experience just did not go to the same club I did is all I can say.

As a dancer who has been working at some of the biggest clubs in the US for the last five years, I can see huge potential in this club. Unfortunately there are a few employees who clearly hate their jobs and bring a lot of negative energy into the place, making it hard for the customers to have a good time or for the dancers to make money. Specifically, the 2 main Djs who work day/night shift most often have some serious problems with professionalism. In addition to hearing customers make fun of the outdated music constantly, im getting really tired of most conversations I have with big parties include being asked so where should we go next? There is no ambiance that draws people in unless we have a guest DJ, or the occasional shift where Keith, a great DJ, is working. After long nights interacting with bored clients, the main 2 djs also have the nerve to whine and complain and try to bully me into an above industry standard tip. They even yell sometimes, only further proving their entitlement and lack of passion. Its really disappointing that a place with so much potential keeps such lazy, incompetent djs overseeing the energy of the club. I can see why so many girls have quit dancing there and gone to other clubs in the past few weeks. Without better HR, its headed down hill fast.

The epitome of class, style and high end food.The motto at Rachels is you dont know if you dont ask.Check with the door guys for tables bottles or anything else upon entering.Definitely consider becoming a black card member for extra events and access!

My wife and I were at Rachels for NYE. What a great time. A special thanks to Rob, the GM. He made sure that the night was amazing. Everything was great from the food, to the drinks, to the entertainment. It was one of our favorite NYE ever. We are looking forward to doing it again next year.

Dear Sasha, we are a couple who tipped you 20 on stage to come talk to us. You didnt even offer us a lapdance or VIP room. You got up and said you ll be back. You never did. You missed out because we liked you at first. Instead we took another girl up to VIP for 1 and a half hours. She made 1300 her cut. We sat, talked and had some champagne the whole time. Your loss. Dont judge a book by its cover.This club is very upscale. Fantastic steak dinner, great ambience. The service from the servers, vip hosts, and door girl was great. We d definitely come back.

Ribeye was amazing although overcooked, great flavor as usual.I ordered, Med Rare, got Med/Well, I didnt bring it up and no one ask, as they usuallly check. I went between lunch and dinner so kind of expected, maybe around 6:ish on a Saturday. Anyway it was much different than prime time as there was hardly any staff. The service is usually way over the top and amazing. Good times!

Hands down the classiest, most fun club I have ever worked at ; as an entertainer I want to feel appreciated and safe , these are things that only a stellar management can provide ; Rob and Tommy are what Rachels is all about ( best management in a LONG time ) and I’m so excited to be able to go back to work with normal hours ( finally ) with the best team around !

Was there once on Sunday night and pretty bad most stripper s ignored me. Mostly looking for old guys from the looks of it. Came back on Friday night, recently different prices that change from what youre told then got a two girl VIP which I paid for but originally didnt ask for but decided why not. The second one says I have to go on stage even though I paid for her? They then wanted more money for a tip after I tipped everyone. Will never go back what a rip off Merry Xmas Rachels and thanks for ripping me off

Overall nice place compared to a LOT of other gentlemans clubs Ive been to. Four stars though because the bar I sat at had me and many other guests facing away from the stages. I prefer to sit at a bar and be able to see my surroundings.

This is hands down the best of the best when it comes to Gentleman’s Clubs !!!!! This is definitely where the elite go to play !!! They also have exceptional food and service to go with it. The steaks 🥩 are the best of the best also! They have some amazing chefs that absolutely know what there doing in the kitchen!! They also have a amazing lunch buffet during the day that you can’t go wrong with. Atmosphere is beautiful. Aesthetically, its a 4.5. The cocktail servers and massage girls are gorgeous but what you get on stage kills the experience. No livliness, no one seems happy to be up there, little to no pole work, limited personality, possibly due to the majority of non english speakers for dancing entertainment. Anyway, this is definitely a classy looking club but absolutely no fun. Just left here feeling kind of sad.

Best steak Ive ever had anywhere hands down. Definitely cant wait to go have that again on my way back through town.All of my meal was great but again the steak was worth every dime I spent.

I remember this place from years ago where the dancers were drop-dead gorgeous, the food was good and it was the best place around.Sadly, those days are gone. We went there on a Tuesday night and they had the cojones to charge a $10 cover, when there were about twenty customers in the whole joint. The drinks were expensive as expected, the food insanely overpriced to the point that they dont even list the prices on the Website. And could someone tell Rachels its not Ruths Chris. Rachels charges more for their steaks than Ruths or Mortons. Can someone please tell them they are a strip club that happens to sell steak--not the other way around!Then the girls. What a disappointment! After shelling out all this money you would expect to see Playboy-Bunny types of girls but no these were more like girls that you would see at the mall and wouldnt look twice at. A few were hot but mostly not much better than average, and thats with soft lighting, plastic surgery and every kind of advantage they can get. Several of the girls were about as chesty as a man, and you could see cellulite, flab, etc.The place is simply dead, lacking any life. I guess thats what happens when you try to milk every dollar you can from customers: you get few customers, which translates to few strippers, and pretty soon the dancers quality goes down as they realize they cant make as much with so few customers to pony up for money. Theres no calling all the girls on stage, two for ones, half the girls sit around looking at their phones instead of doing private dances (really?), and the DJ literally just plays music--no getting the small crowd into it. $20 for a dance at the table, $30 if they do the same exact thing in the back. The girls dont even fully strip for a $20 table dance but fully strip onstage, a mere two feet away--beyond stupid!In short, I wont ever be back at this joint. Rachels wants to suck every dollar out of you for insanely overpriced food, cover charges on weeknights, and everything else, while providing second-rate girls and a club that is about as exciting as watching paint dry!

Took my buddy there last night as he was in town visiting. He said the steak was absolutely amazing one of the best if the best steak hes ever had. You could practically cut it with a fork. I agree with him it was amazing

My husband and i have wanted to try out the restaurant and finally got to go. We were the only ones in there as they had just opened up. The waiter gave us a hard time about what table to sit at. The smell of cigarettes was too much to bare since we dont smoke. When it came time order our drinks, my husband order a long island and i ordered a bay breeze. The waiter came back and said they dont have bay breeze. I explained what goes in it (rum, cranberry and pineapple juice), he asked with an attitude and sarcastically “what kind of rum do you want miss?” The waiter looked to be barely 21. Right then we got up and walked out. On our way out the manager didnt care at all that we were not happy with the service. Will never go back there.

Saturday night and it seemed like a monday at 10am. Girls wirl old, nice bodies but everything else was a old and fake. Worst place I have ever been to. Complete waste for everyones time in cluding the dancers. They were not pretty, they had no asses or rhythm, and old. Waste of a pole.Door girl had attitude from walking in whixh should never be the case. A warm greeting is where everything begins. Would never return.Too many better places to visit. Dont waste your time and money also.

9 pm. 4 girls working and no more expected to come in. When I asked to close my tab at the bar, the bartender threw away my drink before I was finished with it and this was before I paid my tab. The drink was not near empty. That was the second time she did that.

If I am going to eat steak, Rachel’s is the best. I’ve eaten at nearly every steakhouse from Miami to Jupiter and this place does steak the right way. Tonight I ordered as I was leaving office so I could scoop it up and go home. It’s really a great meal.

Been here multiple times. The food is always good the shrimp look like theyre on steroids theyre so large staff is friendly and it does not have a smoky atmosphere considering you can smoke inside
