Baalbek

I went here for a job related fund raiser. The venue was nice, nice and spacious floors, and beautiful atmosphere. Only downfall was that our tableware was plastic (i.e plastic plates, plastic spoons) not sure if it was because of the event or because of the resturant itself. Besides that the food was fresh and delicious, the waiters and waitresses were very kind and helped with any request of mine for extra salads and sodas, and the place was clean and orderly. I would recommend this place for events as they even had space for entertainment. I would definitely go back on a casual night just to try the food again. Overall great place.

I love the place. I went the other weekend and the service was great, the food was good, and the music was awesome. Im planning on bringing my friends back very soon.

Went here for my friends birthday. At first it was very nice, then we got the bill. Never did they ever make it clear that it was $65 PER PERSON. We never even received our main course meal only the appetizers. Someone was nice enough to lower our bill but still very high for the amount of food that was given (pita w dips). The show was excellent.

Good place to party with bad food ! Too pricy IMHO when compared to others in same category ( Cedars)! I never felt bored at a party from a live singer until I was there.You can Walk in happy and excited , and walk out with depression !However , nice atmosphere with plenty of room. Maybe they can up the quality of food and reduce the price and fire the singer and they would be perfect !! 🤷🏼‍♂️

One of the best places to go out and have a good time whether with friends or family! I come here often and each time the experience just gets better and better. For starters the owners are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. They are always attending to the customers making sure everyone is comfortable and satisfied. The service is good as well. whatever your ordering, whether it being food, hookah, etc, all impeccable. The place overall has a great atmosphere and you won’t regret going.

Place itself is super nice. However food quality and service is getting worse time after time. Variety of appetizers is close to none. Last visit drinks was a problem to serve. It took them 90 minute to serve us drinks. They kept blaming the situation on different people in the restaurant. We were 14 people on the table. We Brought it up to owner without any improvement. It is a shame for a nice place like that not to have food quality and good service that goes with entertainment business.

The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, and Rodney and Josa provided excellent service! We had a very pleasant evening.

I visited this past Saturday with A few friends, we arrived the place was empty it was ok as it was early, 9pm my friend ask for a menu and the answer was what you want? We were never told it was 1 set price and everyone got the same food, we kind of figure that out when we saw others get what we got, we also shared it was our 1st time and someone recommended the place to us. The only thing we enjoyed was the hummus and pita, they brought us this plate with meats all thrown together, the plate was cold, the rice, chicken and what appeared to be steak was all cold and dry I took one bite and spit it out as well as my friends and it was left there. The music was entertaining we did enjoy that, when it was time for a bill we were charge 55.00 each for that 1 plate of whatever it was and the hummus and olives we got, gratuity added, we were change 205+ for nothing we even brought our own wine. We felt taken advantage off we asked and no one ever told us how things worked at this place and we ended up paying for nothing, needless to say we left and we r NEVER going back. I always go to a place with an open mind but this place here was really messed up.

I didnt give it five stars because I havent tasted their food yet. The atmosphere and the performamces were great and the staff were curteous. Excellent seating concept with platformed setup of all tables having accessible view of the performers and the dance floor. I had a great time and I am definitely going back.

The only thing half way decent about this place is the food. The pro was that the food is actually pretty good. The chicken fingers were meaty and the meat was pretty good. The one huge negative was that the silverware and dishes were dirty and stained. The service is sub par as well but to be honest the only reason i gave two stars was because of the cleanliness. The ambiance is ok but when we went it was buffet style and no joke i literally went through five dishes in order to get one that looked clean. This fact alone is why i gave a rating of two stars which i rarely give. The fact that dishes were dirty makes me thing the forks and cups were also not as clean as they should be. Please address this issue for sanitary reasons

STAY AWAY -- DO NOT RUIN YOUR NIGHT!They only care for their regular customers. We only got water and appetizers (some dips), and then got a bill of 375$ for 4 people. We then found out that everyone else got grilled meat and chicken with many add-ons for the same package we paid for.We also ordered coffee and coke during the show and received nothing.

We were visiting the city and happened to notice this Lebanese restaurant. We came at about 9:30 pm and noticed the place was still empty. We were given a one page menu so we ordered. I noticed our food was ready very fast and served all at one time with two appetizers and two entrees. I figured it was because they were still empty and we were the only ones there. Half way through the meal my date stated that the meal was reheated and already cold. Then i noticed the metal serving dish which is usually piping hot out of the oven wasnt even warm. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I dont normally rate establishments even when its bad but I feel this establishment intentionally took advantage of me. My bill came out to $110 including two lemonades, two appetizers and two entrees (kabobs).

My family goes there at least once a week. The food the service the owners the people are great . My husband and I thank them every time we leave . We are glad to send our kids there and know they will be ok. Thank you to the entire welcoming staff . 5 stars are not enough !

By far the worst experience we have ever had at a middle eastern night club. Club is very squished and the atmosphere is unappealing and tacky. Costumer service was so slow and unresponsive... we didn’t get our food until 1:30 AM regardless of the fact that we had been there since 9:30 pm... We also had a cake brought to the location which they chose to serve BEFORE our main course. Really a disappoint and an embarrassment.

Went here with My friends they came on a visit all the way from Memphis TN and we came here due to the advertisement that says certain singers will come got here spent over $600.00 and at the end they tell us that the singer wont show up. False advertisement and very disappointing.

Amazing place . Amazing food and service. The entertainment is top notch and the hookahs really smooth. Undeniably the best arabic nightclub in NJ today. Keep up the great work!

I cant say enough about this place. The service was impeccable, the food was perfect, the entertainment was spectacular, the atmosphere was elegant, and the ownership was generous. Best in all of NJ.

This is a very bad experience in Lebanese restaurant comparing to others food is very cheap quality, cold, taste poor, different than Lebanon taste appetizers is not enough for a big table. Service are very poor you call waiters or someone to get some water many times, forks and knifes are not covered and not clean, some chairs are broken and in a poor state. I can say it is a big scam comparing the price wise. Honestly I do not recommend Baalbek if you want to enjoy night and food.

They do not even deserve a one star ! We called ahead to make reservations and the guy told us he opens at 8 we got there 8:20 and the manager literally yelled at us for coming early he was nasty, rude and unprofessional. Never ever again

The best place,service,food, Entertainment, Hospitality , Classy and friendly Managers / staffIt’s my family and friends favorite place to celebrates birthdays , weddings ,holidays and New Years .They make my birthday very special every yearI have been going to Baalbek since they opened their excellent service make them number .

Not sure how people say they like it here. The worst restaurant ever.Service was terrible (including the rude hostess). The wait for the hooka is 1 hour. Just watch out your **PHONES** if u r going there....some of my friends had the experience of stealing their phone by the staffs .. Overall dissapointed

Baalbek lounge, its an amazing experience with hospitable host, great table service, fresh and delicious Meza,with a mixture of kebab, a true Lebanese essence, and to top it all good entertainment, its a must have experience.
