Yesterday I booked four massages with Tatiana, the sweetest employee they have there. She took about 45 minutes of her time explaining the gift card deal as well as booking appointments at certain times to accommodate the schedule. This late morning as I was on my way to early lunch for Father’s Day, I had an emergency with my vehicle as the drag link snapped and lost steering to my vehicle. This very scary situation left me stuck in the middle of the road with my family on Father’s Day. I called massage envy while I was in the middle of the intersection letting them know that I will not be making it to the appointments and Elizabeth the “manager” was absolutely nasty and rude. She said she will have to charge 50% either way… I told her that was not discussed. I asked her if there was a time that I can reschedule and she said no they are booked out… and I would still be charged 50%. I then was passed over to another woman who actually hung up on me. I don’t k ow who is running the show here but the staff in the front need a lesson on customer service or maybe the owner needs to figure out a solution to this issue. I froze my cards and will be disputing any charges on my card. Simple. I hope Tatiana is treated well there as she was the only one who was so pleasant and was able to help me book it.I finally had my vehicle towed out of the middle of the road just now and I’m glad my family and I are safe.Massage envy staff do not care about holding accounts…
I was skeptical about joining a chain massage parlor but wow, I love this place. The staff are all so nice. I’m afraid to call out the best masseuse because I don’t want him to get busier, but I can’t help but give kudos to Rickey. Rickey is an incredible masseuse and I think he knows my body better than I do. I look forward to my appointment every month for 8 months now.
Front desk was very helpful both in-person and over the phone. I was referred to use Angel, and it was a great idea to; he was great. Thank you again.
They were amazing we actually went there for couples massages for our honeymoon day. And the wonderful nice lady at the front counter signed my honeymoon day book which really made my day super friendly place. Very professional very clean. We got the swedish massage the rooms are very cozy and I love the beds they lay you on when they give you massages they actually heat up to relax your whole body and loosen up all your muscles. Really love the experience recommended for everybody its been denied actually going to go back to become members.
I’ve joined massage envy membership last year when I moved to Wpb. I tried a few therapists there. There was only one therapist I liked Assel, a Cuban guy, very nice and professional, the other ones not to much but im always told he’s busy. I continue with the membership to stay open to other therapists and see if there was another one of my preference besides Asael. I called yesterday to make an appointment because my legs and back were bothering. Again, I decided to stay open and try a different therapist. I’m an active person. I workout and that’s why I always request a deep tissue massage. I’ve been getting massages for 15 years now. Everywhere I go, the front desk person in charge gives me a paper to fill in so the therapist knows which area of my body needs less or more work. The therapist usually asks if you would like some water or need to use the restroom before. No assesment prior the session. The lady that gave me the massage yesterday didn’t ask how I was feeling or which part of my body needed work or if I had inflammation/ injury somewhere. By the way. I’ve had a hamstring injury for 3 years now. Her English didn’t seem to be good. I asked me to please work on my lower back a bit. She kept going up to upper back. I said lower back again and she spent most of the time on my lower back. I gave her a sing to stop. I was on my stomach most of the time. Instead of feeling relaxed I was feeling irritated. At a point I wanted to stand up and leave but I didn’t want to be rude. I kept breathing and thinking that everyone is different. The session was over and I said thank you and went to the front desk and I communicated to the front desk lady I hadn’t enjoyed the massage. The Second Lady that was there was Elizabeth. I remember her name because she’s the one who enrolled me in the membership months ago. She replied in very condescending tone telling me I should tell the therapist what I want raising her voice and that all the therapists there go under two years of training before there. Really? Why wasn’t there an intake form before my massage then? Why did the therapist spend most of the 60’ session having me in prone position : lying on my stomach? I still left a bit of a tip to the instructor. I said to the ladies there’s customers there I don’t want to yield. I had to leave I didn’t want to argue with Elizabeth. She was so rude. When I got to my friends house which is 15’ away from massage envy, he said who scratched you? I then I saw these marks on my face. He suggested I should call and cancel my membership. So I did. The lady over the phone told me she was going to text me the email to send proof of the mark on my face to cancel my membership because she needed evidence because my contract with massage envy wasn’t over. I explained to her that when I signed up Elizabeth told me I could cancel anytime and because of that I enrolled because I travel often and I go to different spas. I took that picture yesterday afternoon. 8:46 am and I still haven’t got a text with the email to send this picture and cancel my membership. All you had to do was to go to my profile get my number on file and send me that text. I’m not going back. And I’m not recommending this location to any of my workout buddies. Unprofessional to its finest!!
I scheduled two one-hour massages over the phone and was never asked what kind of massages that I would be interested in prior to arriving. I figured that would be discussed upon arrival since we did not touch on the subject over the phone. Unbeknownst to me, I was automatically paired with a therapist that only specialized in Swedish massages, and when I asked for a deeper tissue, she stated that she did not perform that type and that I should have let the front desk know before the massage started. I simply replied that the front desk should ask prior to pairing up customers with massage therapists that do not perform specific types of massages. The massage basically consisted of getting rubbed down with oil and a lack of deep massaging. Basically, I was paired with a therapist that did not acknowledge my need or try to remedy my concern. I would like to add that due to technological issues with their iPads, we did not enter our rooms until well over 15 minutes after our 1 PM scheduled time. I was informed that my massage was complete 34 minutes into the massage at 1:49 PM (same for my girlfriend). Although the manager of the location discounted one of the services, when you pay for a 60 minute massage, you expect to to receive what you paid for. I really hope that someone with executive decision-making abilities at this location reads this and recognizes that none of this was handled properly and that additional action should be taken in order to remedy this really poor experience.
10/10 Me and my boyfriend are monthly members and have been coming here for a few years. I always see Tanya, she is amazing, always accommodating and has the hands of an angel. My boyfriend sees Ashael who he loves as well. They never dissapoint. Thank you massage envy
My wife and I are both members. My wife booked an appointment for herself. We later called and switched the appointment under my name so I could get the massage. As a member, I already had an available session paid for so, I shouldnt be charged for the massage. After talking with them, they said they had switched the names and it wasnt a problem. Apparently, they never switched the names because after my massage, they charged my wife for the massage instead of using my session that I already paid for. This isnt a big deal, they just need to switch the names and refund us for a session, however, when we called, we were told that only a manager could do that and there wasnt one available so they would call us back. We must of called 4 or 5 times over several weeks and each time it was the same thing, the manager is not available and will call you tomorrow. No one ever called us back or left us a message over several weeks. Eventually I talked with an employee who said they resolved the issue. Im still waiting to be refunded the money and Ive yet to hear back from a manager. Ive never had an issue at any of the other massage envy locations. Its super frustrating having to call a business countless times being told again and again that a manager will call you back tomorrow and then never hearing from them. My wife used to manage a massage envy and sais that its just a poorly managed location.
I was helped on the phone by a receptionist name Elizabeth. She gave me exceptional customer service and truly cared about my situation. I am so pleased with Elizabeth and her professionalism and patience concerning the situation

I like going here. There are a few great therapists and I only need the 50 minutes and it saves me a little money by being a member. I do have to bring my own organic oil because I don’t like chemicals and sometimes the sheets and pillow cover smell like detergent which bothers me a lot. There a plenty of clear detergents to use. Would be great if ME would make that change so we aren’t breathing in toxic chemicals while getting a massage. Otherwise all good!
The young lady that assisted me was extremely conceited, rude and almost didnt sell me a gift card because It wasnt for the full cost of an hour of service. The supervisor had to intervene. It has been a long time since someone gave me such bad customer service. I already called the my daughter to make sure she doesnt use her gift card at this location.
The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The manager Chantel needs some training on how to accommodate her customers. As a chain location you would think they would want to keep customers. I suggest some type of training for all employees. This is not how you run a business. I have had a membership with them for over 5 years. Massage envy should do better.

I had a facial recently with Karen. She was pleasant but Her facial however was very jarring. Her technique feels as though she is karate chopping the face with her fingers, and there is no fluidity of movement. In addition, she seemed ill prepared. She spent more time standing at the counter than doing my facial. My skin did not have that glowy, i just received a facial look and it was not relaxing.
Priscilla is an angel! She is sweet, welcoming, and funny. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the process and kindly answered any questions you may have. She made me feel better both physically and mentally. Hands down the best experience I’ve had so far with a massage therapist.
I am a monthly subscriber and am so glad to have found Ambrosia. She is the best massage therapist there - very attentive, adjusts the pressure based on feedback / needs, and makes it a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend!
I was on vacation & called to see if I can get in for a massage , though it was last minute I was able to get an appointment within hours with Priscilla.From the moment I went in service was excellent. Everybody was friendly. I would definitely highly recommend Priscilla. She gave me an excellent massage and she was very nice. I am a monthly member and really enjoyed the warm towels they place on your back, feet and neck during your massage which they do not do at the location where I live.Will definitely go back next time that I am in town!
I booked an appointment (a month prior) for a birthday massage and facial for a friend. I also booked one for myself during the same time frame. I verified with my therapist that she could do the appointment as she stated that she works 7 days a week. When it was discovered during booking that starting April she would be cutting back her hours, she said it would not be a problem coming in as she said anything for my clients It is now less than 48 hours prior to the appointment and I receive a call stating that she cant come in. Needless to say this has ruined our plans. I asked for a refund but was told it was non refundable since my friends appointment was still in place. I am very disappointed, I have been a customer of ME for over 10 years and am sad they are willing to lose a customer over something that could easily have been avoided and resolved

Massage Envy never disappoints with their services. When I entered the West Palm Beach location, I was greeted with a smile and a courteous receptionist. She directed me to the waiting room where I met my therapist. My massage was very calming and relaxing. There was a small technical issue which was resolved quickly and professionally. I cannot wait to go back again for another self-care session.

Just booked a surprise massage for my mom, and right away I know she’s gonna love it. I spoke to the supervisor (Elizabeth) over the phone, and she was very patient, personable, and overall helpful. She helped make the surprise even better and saved me a little money too!
Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT sign a membership with this establishment. It has been nearly impossible to cancel my membership. And once I thought I finally cancelled, I continued to get charged. While speaking to multiple employees, I learned there was absolutely no chance of getting a refund. They told me I had 60 days to use the massages that I unwillingly paid for. When I went to go get my next massage, they claimed they had nothing on file to show that I was a member nor that I paid and requested MORE money from me. I have wasted so much time, effort and money on this company and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I will never go back to any Massage Envy and I will now choose small businesses who have honest and attentive staff.
I have been coming to this location for years, but there seems to be a major issue with the front desk staff and scheduling. All of the staff are super friendly and the therapists are good. However, the staff have rescheduled my appointments due to scheduling mishaps, 4xs this year alone. On 2 of those occasions, I physically arrived to the site only to be told that I would not be receiving services. The most recent incident happened last week. Where I was told the therapist messed his times up and would not be arriving to work for another 45 minutes after my appointment time. I will no longer be visiting this location.
I have been a subscription member for about two years. Over the course of those two years, I have used the Massage Envy app to book my appointments, on more than seven different occasions. I have booked an appointment only to have them, Call me hours later to cancel that appointment. Some of the therapist have been great others not so much. But the administration skills and scheduling errors are why I will be discontinuing my membership with Massage Envy going forward.
Elizabeth and Deandra are extremely great at their jobs looking out for me. Their team and the lovely therapists both handled all of my issues with my back, than assisted getting me on the right path to staying pain-free. HIGHLY recommend checking these guys out!!!
Massage Envy has become more trouble than its worth. Now, at many locations it is hard to get an appointment less than a month out that fits your schedule or that has anyone available of preference, if at all.I have over a dozen pre-paids that I cant seem to catch up on because its so difficult to schedule an available appointment. So I decided to put my account on hold (you still pay a monthly fee, smaller fee, but nonetheless, to not earn more pre-paids but to simply keep using what you already have). So, you no longer get anything for the money you are spending, you just get the luxury of using the money youve already paid them.It has taken 3 different calls to this location (my home location) to try to get this in place, and each time I wind up on hold for a ridiculous amount of time (over 10 minutes) and either I give up and hang up or I get hung up on by their phone system. Eventually, I am able to get them to take down my number and I am told the manager will call me back and take care of it.Third phone call and I still dont have it in place. I am told the manager only handles freezes on certain days. Really? Thats customer service? A customer makes a request and you say nah, not now, maybe some other time. So I wait again for the manager to make good on my request. Well see if it happens.Massage Envy continues to get more expensive, almost impossible to get a decent appointment, and makes it difficult to change your account. Didnt used to be this way years ago. It used to be great. It was almost 50% cheaper than it is now, I could get appointments almost any time, including day of, and service was better. Not anymore. I will be using up my pre-paids best I can and canceling. Just not worth it anymore.
Ive been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years. I recently called this location, which Ive been coming to for 8 years, and they said they shared that due to signing up in Jupiter, that I will have to pay $10 per massage. No Thanks. See ya!
IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARSI called Thursday , 2/16/23, to inquire about their membership and schedule a Microderm infusion. The lady I spoke with explained that the session usually costs $120 for non-members, but since I want to become a member, she will give me the member rate of $90. I told her I was specifically interested in the micro infusion and wanted a Microderm or chemical peel per month. She explained that every month I would have access to a 60 min service that I could use for facials and massages. Again I asked her if this applied to the Microderm/ chemical peel, and she said yes.Today 2/18/23, I went there for my first Microderm, staff was amiable, and the MICRODERM with KAREN WAS EXCELLENT . When I went to the front desk to pay, they informed me that the member price I was provided with was incorrect and would be charged $120 instead of $90. That was unpleasant; nonetheless, I was willing to roll with it until the manager informed me that the micro infusion and chemical peel are considered enhanced facial and that I would need two 60mn services to be able to do one. So not only the prices provided by the staff were wrong, but the information about the services was also wrong.As a manager, when your team messes up that much, you must be able to provide some kind of compensation to the client. Nope, she was very firm and even said that if I wanted to cancel the membership today (that I started today), I would have to pay $180 for the Microderm I had. So we went from $90 to $120 to now $180, all due to poor staff knowledge of the services.There was no: “I’m sorry, ma’am, for my team miscommunication here’s a voucher for this.” Or “we will apply the 90! For today but moving forward it will be $120”. She didn’t even say sorry. Customer service is non-existent at that place. The manager has no managerial skills. Now I’m stuck with a 6 months membership that won’t even cover the service I want unless I decide to pay extra.
This was my first time going to massage envy and it was fantastic, we had a couple massage and the two girls in the front Elizabeth and Kenya. They gave me a lot of information I will definitely go back thank you so much.
I absolutely adore Vivian. She is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She is always so friendly. She can tell me things about my body I didn’t even know. The staff at this location is friendly, the office is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. I will be a lifetime client and I think the monthly membership is such a great deal for someone like me that like to go every 2 weeks because it gives me a discount on my massages that are extra. Definitely give this place a try and ask for Vivian, you will thank me!
Scheduled a 2-hour couple’s massage a week ago. I am an active member. My guest cancelled her membership, but it does not expire until May 6. She also has 8 prepaid credits. Just got a call from ME WPB stating we cannot have a 2-hour massage because my guest is not a member. I explained her membership is valid through May 6 and she has 8 prepaids. They would not accommodate. Not even as a courtesy since I am still an active member. Ultimately, this affects the massage therapists as our appointment would have accounted for 4 hours of service. It is always something with Massage Envy, which is why we are in the process of canceling our memberships. BEWARE, if you sign up for membership and accrue prepaid massages, they expire shortly after you cancel your membership. I guess the class action lawsuit against Massage Envy didn’t teach them anything.
The person that give me massage was a nice lady. The place was clean and nice. However, I am not sure if this happens always but my 1 hour massage was a 45min massage. I paid for the hour I didn’t want to argue or say anything and even gave tip which maybe I shouldn’t give since I had 15min less. But anyways if someone been there before let me know if this is a normal thing.
My first and last experience with massage envy was a good one, loved the setting it was very calming and relaxing. But to anyone planning to visit in the near future I strongly recommend that you do NOT sign up for the membership. Instead pay as you go or let someone gift it to you. You can not get out of it until the 6 or 12 month contract is up. They give you the option to freeze for a few months but then start taking your money out again as soon as thats over. And on top of that they will not notify you when it is time for you to renew. If I wouldnt have called to see why I was still being billed after the 6 months then I would not have known they did an automatic renewal on which ever date. They also continued to charge my account when I got a new bank card which I had not put the new information in to their system but still they managed to charge my account anyway. So now that they automatically renewed that contract they have already billed my account and now thats more money that I will not be getting back, because they cant refund a transaction once it has been started. So dont waste your money with the membership just pay as you go. Because whether you go every month or not their still going to charge your account. I regret that I signed up for it because that was $385.00 that I could have used on other things.

No judgement, thorough, attentive, explains “the whys” and I simply enjoy our conversations. My skin has improved in just a few sessions. Definite progress! I appreciate her expertise and she’s just a pretty awesome person. Highly recommend!
This was such an awful, unprofessional experience. I called Thursday to make an appointment for my boyfriend on Saturday. I called and my first question was “are you all open Saturdays? “ they said yes. And I was like “perfect, what are the availabilities for Saturday” the lady told me which times were available. And then I chose the 3pm appointment. Late Friday night after a long day of work I went through my many voicemails, and saw one from them saying “hey, we wanted to confirm if you’re still coming for your 3pm appointment today, if not there is a 100% no call no show fee, and 50% call and cancel” this was confusing because the voicemail was left earlier that day (Friday) I called back as soon as I finally heard that night , they were already closed. So I made sure to also call them back the next morning as soon as they open. When I did Saturday morning, they said “oh ... sorry for the confusion “ then told me, hey so the 50% fee was charged can I get that returned since this was an error on your all’s part? And they told me I’d have to call back Tuesday when a manager who had the authority to do so was in. I had to ask my boss to take a break to make the call. And when I did they said “oh sorry we had to pay the person for coming in, so we can’t refund it” I said this was ridiculous since it was their error. I asked to speak to a higher up. And they said the higher up would call me back. They never did. I called back multiple times being told they’d call me back. This is utterly terrible, that a businsss would make such a mistake and charge the customer for their error. Plus the fact that I had to take almost my whole lunch break to wait on hold, then told I couldn’t speak with anyone. This establishment is the lowest quality of customer service I have witnessed. The fee should’ve simple been returned. It is so incredibly frustrating for a place to deal with an internal issue this way. It has taken up too much time and effort for me to continue to waste time of my break to try and call while I’m at work during their business hours.
I have had a membership for a few months now and love that if something prevents me from using my paid session that month, it just rolls over! So I can still enjoy what I paid for last month on the following month!! If I wanted a 2 hour massage, since Im a member Im can book it but I was told nonmember customers arnt aloud. I love my massage envy!!
Back problems Ricky can fix it. Chronic back pain for the last seven years and the only person that has been able to help me is Ricky. I can finally see relief on the horizon. Thank you Ricky! Don’t hesitate to book an appointment here-the staff as well are very professional and polite.

I just had my first visit to Massage Envy. What a wonderful experience! The receptionist, whose name I neglected to obtain, was very efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I had almost zero wait time before I was called back for my facial. My aesthetician, Christina, was awesome. She explained everything that she was going to do beforehand and continued to check on my comfort level throughout the facial. I was so pleased with this first visit that I purchased a membership and will be going back monthly.
I stopped coming here for a couple of reasons:#1 - my massage therapist started talking trash to me about other clients. She even went as far as to tell me that she gave bad massages to clients she didnt like. Not only is this incredibly unprofessional, it ruined my massage having someone chirping in my ear about things I had no business hearing.#2 - My last appointment had some major scheduling issues. I scheduled a 90 minute stone massage in which my massage therapist had to give special permission to schedule at the time I was requesting. The girl at the front desk asked her specifically if she was okay with that time as it would cause her to stay late that day. In front of me, she gave verbal permission for the appointment. When it came time for reminder phone call, I was told that I would need to come in earlier because my appointment time went past the therapists scheduled time. I told them she was aware of the appointment time and had given the okay when the appointment was scheduled. After a few phone calls back and forth, my massage therapist had denied ever giving the okay, but would accommodate me this one time. Accommodate me? For an appointment she was aware of from the time it was made and gave special permission for? Seriously? At this point, I decided to cancel the appointment altogether because I wasnt interested in receiving a bad massage from an angry therapist about having to stay late, which I was pretty certain wouldve happened since it was something she had already admitted to doing.I used 5 of the 12 sessions available to me before finally being able to cancel my membership. After a bit of time had passed, I called to see about using the 7 sessions I had left. I was told that I would have to purchase a new membership in order to have access to those 7 sessions. I was given the option for a 3 month membership for $195 in which those 7 sessions would become available to use during the 3 month time period. I wasnt ready to fork over another $195 for access to sessions that were already paid for, so I asked if this would always be an option and I was told yes.I tried calling today to start my membership again, and of course, the 3 month option is no longer available because they changed their system...shouldve known! Now I have to sign up for a minimum of a 6 month membership where 1 of my unused sessions become available to use each month. And if I want access to the 7th unused session, I have to sign up for a 12 month membership!Holding unused sessions hostage and forcing someone to pay more money for a new membership to gain access to their already paid for sessions is bad business and incredibly poor customer service. Shame on you guys.6/5/19 - UPDATE:It has been 3 weeks since leaving my initial review and receiving a comment from Massage Envy to reach out to their guest relations department for further assistance. An email was sent to them the very same day. I have yet to hear back from them. Perhaps there are so many unhappy customers that it takes more than 3 weeks to get assistance with an issue? Or perhaps the comment left on my review was purely for show to the public that they care and they have no intentions of actually resolving the issue...
Worst customer service I ever ever had to deal with. Front desk lied about my 6 month pass Ive now been paying it 10 months without my knowledge. I had to physically go and and sign papers to get them to stop taking money out of my account that I was told would only be taken out for 6months. I know have 6 massages but am told I only have 60 day to use them. I paid 59.99 for each massage. I should be able to use them whenever I want. I tried speaking with manager but she was the most rude unprofessional person I every had to deal with. I work in the same plaza and will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone.
My massage was amazing! Michael did a fantastic job taking care of what I needed to get done—he actually gets 5-stars! I’m giving a three because I went for a 90-minute session but it only lasted an hour; this is not Michael’s fault, or even the front desk reps. But there needs to be an amendment where the time you fill out paperwork or check out isn’t included in your session. I went in the room at 11:09a and walked out the studio doors at 12:10p...in all actuality, I didn’t even get an hour. Again, Michael was amazing! The staff is amiable. But the guests need to get their monies worth.
Had my first massage there last night and I will be back. The facility was clean and professional. Jazmin did a great job and actually listened to me when I explained that last massage therapist used way to much pressure on me and I hurt for days after. She would check with me periodically throughout the massage to make sure all was well.
I scheduled an appointment and received a call that the massage therapist assigned to me had been fired. They then scheduled me with someone else….very unprofessional to hear that, but I let it go and went with another therapist….I then scheduled another appointment just to find out an hour before that the therapist had to leave and could not accommodate me…what’s the point of making an appointment? Very inconvenient on all levels….Wouldn’t recommend this particular establishment to anyone.
If I could leave no stars I would. I have there membership, which I will be cancelling. Not one bad experience three. Two massages. One seemed very inexperienced the other sneezed at least a dozen times. Then I called before hand to change billing dates rep said done. I still get charged. I call to see what happened. Everyone is fumbling around and two supervisors supposed to call me back. No return call I had to call. Then the owner is supposed to call me now. I highly doubt I will be getting any return call.
MT did not do what I asked. I had a shoulder injury I asked to work solely on it. He did not. I asked for deep tissue on that spot he mostly.just rubbed and stretched my shoulders. Told me I had great mobility. I stretch them myself almost every day. What I cant do myself is deep tissue massage. And thats all I asked for and the reason I went.
Poor service and they absolutely ruined my mothers birthday!! Lack of professionalism and they would not take responsibility for the issue they caused. Train your team members you guys are awful.
Had my first prenatal massage with them Monday. My therapist was wonderful and I was so relaxed. I just don’t like how they hit you with that sales pitch when you’re done, but I know that’s part of Massage Envy.
The management is rude. They took me into my massage 20 minutes late and did not compensate for it what so ever. And they lied and said I was taken in on time, just so that they did not have to help me out in any way. Awful experience.
If you want a Massage Envy membership, consider a location other than Village Boulevard. Management at this location is unresponsive and poor.
I go for s massage once a month. Yhey called me on Wednesday to confirm but my usual therapist would not be in. I had someone else and she was very good. Ive been going for a few years and ive always had good massages.
They charged me for an appointment that I DID NOT MAKE. There was NO RECORD of the appointment, and NO RECORD of them calling me to confirm this NONEXISTENT appointment.Good luck dealing with Capital Ones dispute team :)
I choose to go to this business the day of the end of my trip as my vacation was not a pleasurable experience. I went in looking to relax and not have to worry about anything other then the pleasurable feeling of my massage. However, my massage professional talked to me the whole time and kept starring at my exposed naked body discreetly.However, the worse part of this experience was that from the minute I walked through the doors, I was bombarded with pressure to sign up for a membership. So eventually I gave in and signed up for a membership. I went to present my debit card for payment and they swiped it however when I found out I could use my HSA card I politely asked them to remove my debit card information from their systems and use my HSA card instead. So I assumed they would honor my request. A few months later when they went to charge my HSA card for my dues, they were unable to charge it as I no longer had health insurance. So because they were unsuccessful with charging my HSA card, they went ahead and charged my debit card fraudulently.When I immediately noticed this charge in my account I contact the parlor. The manager was completely rude and refused to refund my money and my membership unless I gave her a new card for payment. She then hung up on me. What a living nightmare!! I was ripped off and stolen from by a company that I never would have thought would have had the audacity to do this.
Had the worst prenatal massage ever, the title lead specialist is used loosely. Staff is not honest when asked about a massage specialist. when I called and spoke to the manager shantalle, she was very insensitive and dismissive to my bad experience. Would not recommend Michael for prenatal massage! Try a different location!
Isaiah was my therapist for a 60 min session. My back goes out right above the hip every 6-8 months for about a week. It’s debilitating. Isaiah takes his job very seriously and is a total professional. He attacked the problem aggressively while also asking lots of questions to check on my progress. And then halfway through, he did an adjustment with both hands, one on my lumbar spine and one on my front pelvis and everything improved. He also dug in to the spasming back and hip muscles and also did the PNF stretches I used to do in track. Definitely go to Isaiah for therapy.
I love this location. Alex is the best therapist they have if you want a man with strength and big hands to relax your whole body. I prefer this location to the WESTON, FL location that is HORRIBLE!I recommend this location to anyone. They are great! Front desk is alwasy friendly. I love it
Amazing massages. All the masseuses have at least two years of training. They also ask you areas of consent on your body before you even step in the room. Love this place.

I made appointment twice with a female therapist. The first time they didnt even bother to call me to let me know they switched it and gave me a MALE therapist. They made me come and told me at the location - they totally wasted my time! The second time they called me to let me know that they have only male therapist. And the manager offered me a male therapist as a compensation for my inconvenience lol this place is a JOKE.
I had over worked myself at the gym to where I couldnt go back to work , my back was in so much pain . I had gotten an appointment asap and was massaged by Robert . It . Was . Amazing . The right amount of pressure and techniques had me feeling so relieved during , as well as after , the massage . They know what theyre doing in there and I couldnt be more grateful 🙏

Very private and professional. Theres both male and female therapist. The receptionist are very kind and the environment is very smooth. I like it. The prices are a little too expensive to me.
