Shout out to the great staff at all locations. A special Thank You to Nichole for keeping the store open and available right at close. I work in service industry and know it is inconvenient to take care of customers right at closing time. I have shopped other places a few minutes before close and been turned away. I get off work at 830 and know I can count on being taken care of. 👍 Thanks again.

In the past Ive been here and really had no issues but the last 6 months have been hell. I bought a mod from then called a drag that seem like it was cool at first but every time I bought a coil for it it seemed like it didnt want to work. After purchasing several coils and realizing that its probably the mod itself I just gave up on it. Last night I went in and bought a disposable one call Hyde and it hit just fine before leaving the store but when I woke up this morning it didnt work at all. Went to go see about exchanging it or returning it since I had only hit a total of maybe 20 times and I get the fact that all sales are final but they were unable to exchange it or anything of that sort. Im usually not one to complain about things but it seems like a pretty dumb ways of $22 on something thats really not my fault at all. I feel like they could definitely work on their exchange policy at least. Wasnt asking for a refund by any means but would like to be able to get something that works.

The only place in Wichita to get kratom CBD and THC-A. The Broadway and 55th store is my favorite. Everyone there is so awesome!

If I could rate 0 stars I would, went in to ask some questions about CBD and the employee Jake was completely rude and unprofessional. He told me to get out of the store after asking a few simple questions since I’m new to this scene. Also had to wait about 5 minutes for him to even come to the front of the store, he was sitting on his phone in the back.

Amazing place one of the best in town!!! Ive been a loyal customer for 6 years!! Always have loved coming here to get my product very knowledgeable there was one time where I dreaded it I did not want to run into a certain employee that was always unpleasant every time I walked in the shop. Now Im an employee everything is going great. I couldnt ask for a better management system I have four kids they work with me on any time off and all of the employees they treat equal and fair if you need to miss work for something they go above and beyond to make it work!!! It is sad some people take advantage of them all around we have an awesome work crew now that we have a team that comes together to have each others backs we no longer have the one person many many customers were complaining about. 🤗🤗🤗 When I was a customer I dreaded coming into the store if she was working. Now shes trying to bully management and make threats for no reason other than her creating her own problems so I help everyone will take these reviews into consideration if you see nasty reviews she is making a bunch of fake profiles and having a lot of people make reviews and lie about our service!!!

Wow. Ive been a customer for years. The conduct of this management recently has made me want to never come back again. The long gross paragraph on several reviews is absolutely disgusting. Ill be screenshotting this and sharing with all my friends. Thats really unfortunate the way youve chose to treat these people and the one youre mad at.Edit: Im not sure who youre referring to. This isnt a fake profile. What fake profile has this many reviews? Goodness. Just nasty customer service.

They should change the name to the not so nice guys. This place has horrible management they DO NOT back the products that they sell and expect their employees to deal with angry customers for $10.00 an hour. No wonder the turnover rate is so high. Also I read the replies from the owners to some of the reviews that were left there is no ownership or responsibility taken by the owners for the feedback given by former customers this speaks volumes about how they feel about the customers. Save your time and MONEY and go anywhere else but here.Editing to say: Im not really sure why you are calling out someone else on a review that I posted. I WAS a customer and I had problems with product that was purchased from YOUR stores. So all you did as an owner was prove my statement of NOT taking ownership or responsibility of the feedback by the public.

Everyone at the central street location are so kind and helpful. Be it with kratom or vapes, they take the time to listen to your needs/wants and find the perfect product for you. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. Recently my uncle (who has chain smoked smoked cigars my whole life) was bed/wheelchair bound, he lost his ability to drive etc and could no longer take himself outside to smoke. At almost 70 and after smoking his whole life going cold turkey had him anxious, depressed and angry. I brought him into Mr. Nice guys, they hooked him up with so much stuff he now no longer has to worry about waiting around for someone to bring him something. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They have a rewards card. If you have to spend money, why not get some back.

Came in to browse for a few things but decided to wait on purchasing anything. The employee working there seemed to be upset at me “waisting their time”. Well, they won’t have to worry about that anymore because I’m not going back 🤷‍♂️

Aside from their large inventory, great prices, and customer service... Mr. Nice Guys owns up to its name within the community by supporting other local small businesses with sponsorships to great causes like animal rescue. I will always give my money to those who give back and make business about more than just profit.

Management is extremely unprofessional to paying customers, abusive to their employees and just plain rude! Just look at how they respond to upset people in their reviews; with insults, bullying and sarcasm. What a shame.

I’d always come in when I can the store is beyond clean workers are always nice especially Penny Thompson( congratulations on the marriage!!) I will always be returning to the store!!

These guys are awesome! They have great flavors and excellent prices. Best on Wichita that Ive found. Today I went in to buy a new mod and tank to replace my current one. I dont know much about them, but they spent the time to inform me and five me several options in different prices brackets. They even helped me trouble shoot it when I was having problems getting it to work. These folks are great!

It is obvious that customer service is one of the top priorities for your those there at the store. I really cant give enough thanks to members like Rod, and of course, Randy the owner. They are always delighted to see me and answer all of my questions and provide the best products available.Furthermore, they exhibit their passion for the freedoms that Americans have fought and died for and the furtherance of the advancement in vapor products and everything else associated.I rate the store and its employees as one of the highlights of my week whenever I have the chance to visit.God bless.

Lots to choose from. Good pace to get kratom in a pinch. I get kilos for less than $50 from Indonesia but any place in town will charge you over $100 per pound. They have tons of cbd and other hippie stuff and probably the best variety in town.

Trying the cbd gummies for pain working ok so far keep in mind I have a severe infection in my back...I am noticing it helping in other areas like my arthritis but it is helping the pain better than all the narcotics they are giving me...

They do not provide refunds or exchanges for faulty cartridges. But, they did offer 50% off of another cartridge. So, you can just throw money out the window and go ahead and spend more and maybe the next purchase will work. A reputable company should be able to stand behind their expensive products and offer an exchange or a refund if their product is faulty. Oh, I was referred to them from a minor that shops there frequently, so I should have known better.

Love going here. They customer service is always great and very knowledgeable. They have a great variety of anything you could possibly want.

Went in today to get my first vape pen for CBD use. The two gentlemen that were working the counter were very kind and helpful. Not only did I have a million and one questions he showed me how to put the pen together with the cartridge. My first experience was great so I do plan on returning! Keep up the good work! 💜

This place is awesome! The selection of their product is VAST! Good quality, great prices, and the dude Jess (I think I got the name right lol) is really cool. He knows his stuff and answered every single question I had. Plus the juice prices are really good! I think I’m gonna make this my new place to chill out. They even have multiple types of CBD to buy as well as kratom.Also, I have searched around for a coil for my tank all around town and this place had the exact one and more of what I was looking for. Horrible owners and manager. I really appreciate the young ladies that work there. They are very friendly and helpful... I used to drop 50 to 80 dollars there nearly daily... I will never shop there again. I will also spread the word to my friends.

I went into Nice Guys a couple months ago. I had just quit smoking, and was trying to get away from disposables. I decided that I wanted to try a salt nic device. I called around, and most of the other vape shops didnt even sell them. Luckily, Nice Guys did, so I checked them out. The young lady that assisted me was very nice, and helpful. I did end up purchasing a Smok product, and some juice. The juice was great. The product, not so much. I used it for only a short time, but thats not Nice Guys fault what so ever. They dont make the products, they just sell them. Im giving them 5 stars for their helpful customer service, and relaxed store environment. Thank you!

Over all the customer service here is great! Workers treat everyone with respect and answer questions with a professional manner!! Not only is their vapes legit! The short guy with black hair and a beard is completely rude. You would think a shop called Mr nice guys would have kind staff. Asked him one question and he was a complete jerk and wouldn’t stop all for no reason. There is no excuse. Never buying juice/etc here ever again.

Kratom is more expensive then anywhere Ive been to in town, on top of that the caps were practically empty. Bought 10gs and it only weighed 7 with the capsules.Really thats your response? Im not wasting my time over 3 gs when Im never coming back because your prices are outrageous, that just made my experience even worse. Not even a couple weeks later my gf went to hemp releaf, unaware they are under the same managment and she had THE SAME PROBLEM, the capsules were short again and she DID return them. She mentioned having the same problem at mr nice guy and thats when The lady working there said they were co-owned, what a coincidence. She called the owner, im assuming you, so I know this isnt the first time hearing this. I squeezed the caps and could just tell they werent as full as they should be, thats why i weighed them.

The quality of kratom here is undeniable. On a national level. sturdy packaging makes re-sealing down to the last gram hassle free. Smells fresh and looks fresh feels fresh.

Cruz is the absolute best he deserves a raise you guys are so lucky to have him if he wasnt working in your store I would go elsewhere he has the best customer service Ive ever seen

Fast drive thru, customer service non existent (although I dont really expect it) unless your talking to the owner, he seems alright. Make sure you give them your phone number for points otherwise they will not ask you.

Read the reviews and looking at the dates some how only good reviews showed up. As for the price. Almost twice what I pay at Big Es I might be new at this but I work hard for my money. And if I spend it all on juice. How can I up grade to a nice Mod. Vaping has kicked my cigarettes to the curb. And juice is becoming a major up mark 50mil 25$ I will never pay that. 14.50 is what I pay and thats a major up mark to the cost of them making it.

Told me nithing he could do bit the product has a great warranty..... Went somewhere else and we found the solution. If you are gonna sell any products you should know you brands and the all others. Educate yourself so you can privide better service. Went in reafy to spend more if need but instead it would have been my financial loss. Instead you lost a customer

Spent 20 on a disposable, it didnt hit at all and came back a mere hour later. rude customer service, no exchange, no refund bc all sales are final. they knew it potentially didnt work also.

I’ve quit smoking cigarettes and with the trouble that this vape pen has given me twice and the money I’ve poured into this company in just one short month I should just go back to smoking. wouldn’t go here and I’d look into somewhere else! No one wants to help , and they just say call the number on the box. Also if you look at the negative reviews on here and see how they comment back to me is highly disrespectful :)
