I will never seen another hair lady again after seeing Kourtney. I am an OCD control freak who doesn’t trust anyone new with my hair & really the only reason i came to Kourtney in the first place was because she was from Nevada & I had just moved here & was seeking someone who I could connect with. After EXTENSIVELY stalking her social media & inspecting her work, i scheduled an appointment. and when i say sitting in her chair was the best decision i’ve ever made for my hair & my soul, i couldn’t mean it more.this woman LOVES what she does. i’m a vet tech and my hours are never what they are supposed to be & i am known to miss an appointment or run late due to my work load- Kourtney has always accommodated me with elegance & a smile on her face. She gave me confidence in my natural hair and then educated me on extensions & let me have my space (3 months worth) to decide if it was something i wanted. one night i came in for a touch up and she happened to have some hair in-stock for extensions, and while i still hadn’t decided, i knew then that if she was willing, i wanted them. & of course, because of her huge heart & love for her clients, we sat down & got my extensions done the very same night. she has readily & happily answered any follow up questions i have had on the maintenance of the extensions & has checked in on multiple occasions.any one who sits in Kourtney’s chair should consider themselves lucky, because you couldn’t find a better hair stylist or human.

Courtney did an amazing job! My hair feels so soft with the products she sent home with me. I love the haircut my head feels so much lighter. She’s a really great person. I felt comfortable with her immediately. She was awesome to talk to and you can tell she really loves her job. I will always have her do my hair

The salon is such a cute little place! It has a luxurious and modern vibe. My stylist was Kourtney and she was able to understand how I wanted my hair cut this time. She was so welcoming and listened to everything I told her and gave me great insight on how I could style my hair with the cutting wanted. She was so great that I recommended her to my mom and she also loved her service! Im so glad we have a high quality salon here in our little town!

I made an appointment with Kourtney to get a cut and all over color. Upon my appointment she was very professional and was honest about my hair and past color treatments that I have done. She explained every route we could take to get to the color I wanted. She was very thorough and informative. Through out the whole appointment she was so friendly and easy to talk to. I love my new cut and color! I will be definitely be a return client.

Kourtney was able to fit me in on short notice as I was passing through on the way to Vegas. She was very thorough and helped me freshen up my highlights! I can tell she’s very passionate about her job and we also had a lot of great conversations. If I lived in Arizona I would use her for all of my hair needs!

I came into the salon looking for a pretty big change, I met Kourtney, gave her an inspiration picture and wow, she went above and beyond the picture! I was so impressed at the way she knew exactly what shade worked best with my skin tone and how knowledgeable she was at layering, getting just the right length and framing my bangs to fit my face shape. I also appreciated how she took the time to educate me on how to best care for my balayage (my first time having blonde in my hair) and all the best products to use. Kourtney works hard to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and what will look best, and she does it all with a smile on her face! She is truly a joy to be around. I have already recommended her to several other ladies, as I know they will each leave as thrilled as I do.Kourtney doesn’t just do hair, she makes magic happen!

This salon is, as people have mentioned, stylish and comfortable. Unfortunately, Kourtney is lacking in experience and needs some more training. My hair looks 3x worse. When I came back to get a consult on a fix she wanted more money to fix it.In all my years of getting hair colored Ive only had two bad appointments. First one redeemed themselves by consulting a more experienced stylist and not charging me for the correction. Kourtneys refusal to repair HER mess up without charge is unprofessional. I CANNOT recommend her at this salon.

Kourtney is the best! I highly recommend. She listens, she suggests ideas and alternatives. I am most impressed with her knowledge of hair coloring. I love my hair and the color tones she gives me!

Absolutely love Tangles salon & Boutique! The vibes and people are amazing! Kourtney did a great job on my hair, it was so damaged from box dye and she got it to exactly how I wanted it, not many people would have been as patient as she was with my hair she took such good care of me! It was my first time with a new stylist after having the same stylist for 10years in London. I was very nervous and stressed this to Kourtney at Tangles. She was very patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. I ended up loving my hair colour and have already booked a second appointment with Kourtney. Lovely girl and the salon itself is super stylish.

I walked into Tangles Salon not really knowing what I wanted, but needing a change. Kourtney was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision! Kourtney is QUEEN!!! She and I have the best talks while I get my hair don, she is so easy to get along with. Her talent speaks for itself in regards to hair. I am quite particular when choosing my stylist as I am a blonde, and have invested tons into it and its important to me that they hear out my wants for my hair while keeping the integrity of it. PLUS, I am blessed to have an insane amount of hair, it takes forever, but she is SO PATIENT. Moving to AZ and meeting Kourtney was just a wonderful serendipitous thing, and finding her talent was a massive bonus. Now I cant live without her!

I’m a travel nurse and while in Wickenburg Arizona I had to get my lash extensions and I had an amazing experience with Jessica . First it was easy to get an appointment I was in within two or three days she was so professional, knowledgeable not to mention sweet and kind. She did an amazing job on my classic length lashes I would definitely recommend if you are in Wickenburg Arizona or close to to visit and see Jessica for a classic llength lash extension!

I have been going with Kourtney since december & kid you not since day one she has been 100% honest with me about my hair troubles, i used to go to different hair stylists all the time & it never come out the way i wanted, when i first went i wanted my hair a little lighter & more to my root, then my hair decided to do a whole 360 & kourtney was so patient with me about what i wanted to do to my hair & helped me make designs about my hair to make me happy. Today i went again & i just wanted to do my natural hair color, after going back & fourth for a little trying out ideas, we decided to do red, guys that’s the last hair color i expected to get done today & i almost cried in that seat because she did such an INCREDIBLE JOB ! & I AM IN LOVE WITH MY RED HAIR❤️‍🩹 THANK YOU KOURTNEY & EVERYTHING YOU DO !🤍
