This was our first time here, and we didnt know what to expect. When we got in the Med line, we were the only ones there and got greeted by Tatiana. Tatiana made us feel very welcome and explained what was good and what was on special for 420. We chatted some more after the transaction and the level of customer service was above and beyond. Thanks for the best first welcome Ive had at a dispensary, Tatiana! Highly recommend!

Beautiful space, and excellent attentive, knowledgeable and patient budtenders. She took the time to hear what I needed and recommend the perfect strain. Huge selection as well.

*UPDATE*Today Phil reached out to me and Roots made it right. I was able to pick up my item today and they threw in an extra for my troubles. I appreciate the integrity that they showed in addressing this right away.Mixed feelings. I was glad to have a dispensary right here in Willingboro. They have a few kinks to work out though. Their medical and recreational hours are not posted online so I went this morning at 9am when the site said they are open only to find they mean for medical. That is fine, that should be posted online as well. Then I get there and my order is missing one item that I ordered but they threw in a free preroll and vape so I guess that makes up for what I ordered and did not receive. I also had an experience where the price posted on their site was incorrect but anyhow, growing pains I guess but we shall see.

Always an easy time every time I go. Never any long waits and they offer free joints for $50+ orders.

I love to respect for the staff was in greeting me and giving me different options on different flowers. It was very nice and comforting and respectful. Tatianna gave me different options to choose from with like pain.

Went in just to see what they had to offer. Nick was extremely nice and patient. He took well over 30 mins (including staying after closing time) to explain all the different products. I learned more in 30 mins from Nick than I have in two years of going to a different local dispensary. 100% recommended based on Nick’s knowledge and customer service alone.

DO NOT USE DEBIT CARD IN DRIVE THRU. I attempted to use my debit card to pay for a vape in the drive thru and was told the charge did not go through. The associate had us walk in and attempt to pay again for the same product. A few days later, I check my bank account and discovered my card was charged twice and refund never processed. Now I have lost $53.50. I returned to the store to explain what occurred and didn’t receive any compensation. I was told they only see the charge once on their end so it was up to me to dispute with my bank. My cell phone number was taken down and I was told I’d be called back to work out a solution and I heard nothing more. My first experience was a terrible one and I don’t appreciate the lack of compassion for money I lost due to their machines. I do not recommend and will never return to this store.

Closer than curaleaf and less crowded. Taiana was super helpful and insightful, definitely help me find a better battery for my vape. Will be coming back.
