Ill give it 2 stars because service was great. Bur the mushroom edibles are junk. They do absolutely nothing. Dont waste ur money. I use them for pain so Im highly disappointed. I also spent over 100 bucks I believe on stuff that doesnt work. Dont be me. Lol. Wth.

Been coming here for couple years but today was my bad experience. I bought a coal burner on Monday and traveled out of state just find out when I went to use it that it don’t work . Return on Friday after my trip to return it and they talking about they can’t do returns or give store credit. Needs to be done within the day that’s the return policy. I’ve yet to see that written anywhere. It’s on $30 so I’m. Not going to beast over it but they lost my business

These guys were fantastic! We took a side trip on the way to Sleepy Hollow and they took great care of us. Set us up with new vapes and juice.... even set them up for us before we left. Thank you for being so attentive! Much love from Denver!

You should know the difference between a 14.4 and an 18.8mm. Especially when I said this is a 18 and he said it was a 14... He made right after 24mi trip. That being said Prices although are average on small things he has some of the more common goto brand glass like gravlabs. I would prefer some more quality attachments.

Actually Zero stars....They are VERY unprofessional. They are over priced and constantly give you different prices for merchandise/products. This use to be a good store. It’s sad to see them fall so hard and fast. Don’t waste your time or money there.

Nice place, good selection but never open on time in the mornings. Have been there multiple times since it is close to my house first thing at 10am and they are always and I mean always opening late. Having a customer waiting in the parking lot, bad business

Its very complicated to evaluate a store that has no way for you to consume, every time I came there was a message on the door asking to wait 15 minutes!!! where youve seen the customer having to wait for the attendants goodwill to open the door

Horrible customer service. Signs state they are open when I waited at least 30 mins before someone opened. A worker from Metro PCS had the keys to open establishment only after I was parked in the emergency lane and at least 6 customers showed up without being serviced.Would never recommend and will be contacting UPS Corp to remove this store from their pick up center listing.

A lot of mass produce and china glass nothing from local artist best thing they have is some roors... one star because I bought a few packs of OCB premium papers went to roll one and had realized it was a fake packaging for rice papers no wheres near ocb quality

I would leave 0 stars. Employee was irresponsible with my vaporizer not once but twice bc he dropped it twice and gave me the wrong coil twice both times. I had simply asked for a coil for which I can put in myself. Clueless because I can only assume he had never seen a Joytech all in one he starts screwing down the top I had to physically stop him bc thats where the air chamber is. Besides dropping it twice wrong coil twice (Id know the right one if he just sold to it me like id asked and had to go back next day only to have same experience) my vape no longer works and wasted tons of expensive ejuice bc his coils werent only bad/wrong but ejuice got in my mouth both times essentially making me sick as well!!! STAY AWAY THERES NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE. GO TO RENZIS INSTEAD. I PREDICT THEY WILL BE OUT OF BIZ SOONER THAN LATER. AWFUL ZERO STARS!!!

Amazing set up for a store that size .. knowledgeable and friendly staff..every time when I go there ...they always have new things , location is convenient being on 130 next to that metropcs .. definitely a must visit ..

Honestly this stuff really helps with my anxiety the products they have here are very good and they have ot to choose from. The staff is very helpful aswell. Well done 👏
