Store is good and selection is good, but the store runs on broke people hours. I go to work before they open and dont get off work until after they close. If the store would open even just 1 hour earlier, I could stop in on my way to the construction site and get what I need. But as it is now, if I run out of juice before the weekend then I have to go somewhere else to buy it.

Very helpful if questions are asked, friendly staff, explains how the juices taste. Great variety of mods and flavors and rewards!! My #1 spots. Plus Ive brought someone here and she absolutely was 100% satisfied.

ALL the staff here are super informative. Were happy to answer any question I have anytime I have one. Every staff is very engageing everytime I come in. I absolutely love this place and will probably never go anywhere else, like ever.

This place has a really awesome vibe with a lot of space. Though their flavor selection is a little small they do carry a few pretty good juice lines and most of the good vaping gear. One of the sales guys always has kind of a whatever I hate being here attitude but the other guy is great to work with.

Only place I really go to for vapes and vaping products. They only carry products that last and they are honest when it comes to their products. They will tell you what they recommend and what they dont recommend. Not to mention, service is always top tier and they have a in store warranty. Always a great place to stop by.

Phenomenal staff and owners. I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone at any of the locations. Good quality products at great prices. The juice selection is AMAZING.If you vape and dont go to Cloud 9, you are truly missing out.

Everyone is always very nice, and helpful here. I don’t usually do reviews but the guys that work counter there always ask people how their day is going, and it is just going the extra mile to me, great customer service.

I will always go to the cloud nines and nowhere else. They are very informative and polite and talk to you like a real person. They have no problem changing my coils for me and helping me with my vaporizer wherever i need it. They dont pressure me what so ever to make any decisions and help me by letting me try as many juices as I want and are very attentive.

Great store and good customer service at the Wood River location. Definitely more modern than 3D Vapor with their digitized list of flavors. I saw a review that Cloud 9 was more expensive from about 5 months ago. This is not my experience at all. We were in 3D Vapor in Edwardsville last weekend and my new Vape was $5 more and coils were $6 more for 2 than Cloud 9. So maybe 3D Vapor raised their prices recently?? Cloud 9 also gives you a punch card for 50% off your 10th bottle of juice, not sure about other shops. My boyfriend bought new vape and it wouldnt take a charge. Of course he didnt have a receipt but I went in and they located it in their system and exchanged it for me without any problem. Definitely recommend this store.

I bought a bottle of juice the other day I get to work I get it out of the box I go to fill up my tank I tipped the bottle over I didn’t even squeeze the bottle and the lid came right off so I called the guy and he said he would take care of it so I came in today and they were only going to give me 25% off If you’re not gonna replace the bottle at least give me 50% so I just walked out yes it might’ve been slightly my fault but only 25% off I always go to 3D vapor but they were out of the juice. 3-D vapor Is also about five dollars cheaper for juice and almost 7 dollars cheaper on coils

I have been here twice now and received terrible service both times. I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience to their day. Yesterday I went in to buy an e-cig and received absolutely no discussion on the various products, pros/cons of each and was rushed out of there. I will never go back to this place again. I shouldnt have to be a regular to be treated as a human being.
