Have to say I question legitimacy of some smoke shops but this one’s def legit never any issues with my vapes & the girl in there all the time is soooo nice. & super helpful too ❤️ I didn’t know this was here for the longest time and I live very nearby but this is def my main now that I know it’s here ✨

Better prices and selection at the NOT affiliated Royal Smokes Fairlawn in the Marcs Plaza next to the Post Office.

They sell fake counterfeit products and will not help you even if you bring it back and prove they are fake to them. If you like genuine brand name products I’d look elsewhere. Receipts and QR codes provided here-

Showed up right before closing staff were very friendly knowledgeable and we were able to get the items we needed before closing time

This is upsetting! I literally go to this store allllll the time. Literally! I spend so much money there as far as buying there vapes n trying new products an I also recommend people… well I did at least until I was there last night around 10:30 a purchased a 30 dollar vape. I had a long day yesterday an when I got home it was late. The vape I bought n opened on the way home I looked at the vape n there was fluid around it.!I tried it an it wouldn’t work. Spent 30$ on a bad cape an they won’t even exchange it. It’s ashamed to treat a loyal customer like that especially one who has no problem going out of the way to come there.

Staff is always friendly and ready to answer questions honestly. I always find good flavors too!

Love this smoke shop! Staff is super friendly and they have a wide variety of things. Owner is a really nice guy as well. I went in one time while he and another employee were there, looking for something specific I had gotten there before that wasnt in the case. In asking about it the owner over heard, dropped what he was doing at the moment and went out to his car to grab what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!!!

This place sells to underage kids. I sent a message to the store about it and the only response I received is they ID everyone even after I said I have video proof of a minor walking in and then walking out with tobacco vapes. They did not even acknowledge that they should reprimand the employees that allow this to happen but told me to go ahead and report to the police so a ticket can be issued. As long as they get their money they dont care for the safety of our children. Shame. Will be sending messages and video to the news and other social media platforms.

Sold me 3 fake Hyde’s yesterday now they want to play stupid the owner also owns Havana smoke shop in portage lakes definitely would not recommend neither place

They didnt carry what I wanted. Not the biggest selection of delta products. And it was definitely a little pricey....

Recently purchased a Hyde vape, lasted two days. Went to a know. Retailer of Hyde and found out the Hyde they sold me for $26 was a fake. Please ask for package to verify it on Hyde’s website

Very expensive 10 dollars over priced than any other tobacco store Ive been too for the Hyde vapes and she opened the package completely before handing me the product

Bought a vape it malfunctions and can switch it out??? The valley smoke shop would never , i haven’t even had the vape that long and it start smelling like it was gonna explode
