I bought a puffco peak and all the pieces didn’t come with it it was supposed to come with a charger a carb cap and a tether and a extra bowl look what I got and they say they can’t give me my money back terrible place to not shop here

They don’t even deserve one star . I Went there today to buy a nectar collector it was a Randy’s Half plus nectar collector & After purchasing it I went to my car to make sure that it worked and it DID NOT TURN ON . Turned around and went back into the shop and The worker named Alicia who’s working was very rude And said as soon as you step out the door, there is no returns . It’s complete bullshit that I spent $60 on something that doesn’t even work !!!!! I do not recommend shopping here at all

Always been a great lil shop! Theyll have what youre looking for and are extremely knowledgeable about the products they have! Its a growing business because they are very customer friendly at this location and the Barberton location as well! Keep up the awesome work! Todays visit was a new piece!!

I cant actually rate the products and service so Im putting it halfway for now. I drove down to Kenmore to check this place out from Cuyahoga Falls. Not extremely far but not the point. I arrived according to my GPS/phone at 1:45pm. Walked up to a locked door and a sign that says Went to lunch. Be back in 30min! Now I have no issue with small shops that only have 1 person working needing to go to lunch, we gotta eat. My problem is that I, as a customer, have no idea when that sign was put up. Like, did they leave right before I got there? 5mins before? 10min? 20min? Did they come back right after I decided to leave? Only the employee who is at lunch knows. So I just wanted to post a suggestion. Put the time you will be back so someone walking up can tell if they have time to wait or if they should come back another time. Its a simple fix. Ill change the rating if decide to check them out another time.

The doctors are great. All of the doctors are wonderful. Doctor rashidi is the best. Hes great to talk to. And hes so understanding.

Lovely shop keeps, great atmosphere and always clean.Went there this month for a couple Christmas presents, Noah was very helpful with finding the right sizes in clothes, items that matched and stocking stuffers.Noahs been my favorite worker everytime Ive been in there, very friendly, great taste in music and a great eye for the glass pieces. Always has recommendations and cleaning/care advice.

One star is too much!!! I literally just left the glass house, never to return. Worst overall experience I’ve ever had!!! I needed a piece and was pressed for time, so I went to the closest head shop by me that I knew had legit products and fair prices as I’ve shopped there before and always left satisfied. However this time was much different! First the guy working overcharged my card by $12.??. Then when I noticed, he had no idea how to give it back to me. He called 100 people with no answer until he finally got an answer and I’m assuming, at that point, an answer for my problem as well. He proceeds to inform me that in order to get me my $12 back, he has to call the merchant and cancel the sale and then recharge me. Having no other option, I accepted. After about 30 minutes go by while he’s waiting on hold for his credit merchant, and I have places to be. I tell him this and offer a solution, he give me $10 cash back and call it even. He tells me he can’t do that because they would be losing money. What?!?! I call him out on his faulty math skills and his response is that they don’t get the money from their credit/debit card sales for 30 days so if he gives me $10 (which, remember, is $2 .?? less than he overcharged me). He then tries to say it was my fault that he overcharged me $12.??, because he (falsely) told me the total before he processed the payment. This is 100% false!!! As soon as I saw that he had charged me $33, I brought it up! The merchant finally answers the line and is ready to cancel the transaction and at that point I’m ready to just take my refund and leave, but I’m informed that I can either let them cancel the original sale and buy the bowl again (In which case I would get my money back at 12am) or they can refund me the $12.?? difference back alone (taking 3-5 business days), because NO REFUNDS is their policy. Bottom line, they sell serviceable products at a fair price, but the customer service is absolute garbage. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

Called and asked for a small roller , manager said yeah i have one . I show up and its a cigar roller . He says come tomorrow and ill have them . So i drive back up today NOTHING !! And he blames it on someone else . Bad business/ customer service . Too bad cause i was looking at an expensive glass piece . Ill go elsewhere . They have been out of rollers every time i go there .

Excellent products, upfront descriptions, probably the best customer service Ive ever had. Super excellent, Im definitely coming back. Great deals for great products, I really felt like it was a safe and welcoming environment.

The guy working was super helpful! My brother has a brain injury and wears a bunch of hats, masks, all sorts of things all over him. Dude was really polite about asking him to take off his mask (not the covid masks, it was like a ballroom type mask) and was really understanding. This has been my favorite smoke shop for along time and this experience just ensures Ill be back.

I think the service here Needs attention I asked the gentleman working when I first walked in the store if you could answer a couple questions about tattooing I figured due to the fact that they sold tattoo equipment they would have a little bit of knowledge but I was wrong the gentleman‘s reply was I don’t know anything about tattoo so I cannot answer any questions I then replied I mainly wanted to know about ink what’s the most popular Ink and his response was popular doesn’t matter good is what matters Well I’m sorry to say if I took it wrong but I feel that was a rude answer normally when numerous people buy the same product it means it’s popular But regardless I don’t see myself coming back to the store everything they sell in the store for tattoos I can get online and I don’t have to drive an hour out of my way to go there my whole reasoning for going to that store was hoping that they could give me some inside knowledge but they obviously don’t offer that there

Had exactly what I was looking for (with plenty in stock.)Dude with the beard was super friendly, and honest, too. Didnt lie about what they had (as other Glass House locations have been known to do) and gave me back an extra dollar id given when paying.Sweet place. Cant speak for any other employees, though.

The dude working seemed irritated that I came into the store , and there were no lights on. Was ready to spend a decent amount of money on some new pieces but ill gladly take my business elsewhere...smh I used to really like this place. wont be returning.

Excellent service. The clerk personally showed us pieces they thought we would like, different price ranges for peices. Incredibly knowledgable of all items in the store. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family

Great prices on glass, I bought a 3 zigzag zong thats pretty thick for 40 bones. Picked up a yocan plus for 50. The only problem I had was the fact that they only had 💩glass screens, and theyre 3 dollars a pop. With that being said, good selection on glass, knowledgeable staff, I dont recommend buying screens here.

Good products for the most part. They have the basic stuff youd expect and some other random stuff. The two guys I met are definitely out there, but theyre cool

Excellent customer service From tattoo supplies to horror themed merchandise, reasonably priced and decent location It is my go to when I am in need.

Fair prices and cool pieces just wish they had an online website to buy. They’d get a lot more business if they did give the option since that’s how a lot of people do their shopping for everything.

We have been using the Kenmore Location for a while now for our tattoo supplies and ink! We appreciate the good service and we all would like to give big kudos to your operator DIRK...he is always considerate and helpful and certainly knows the business. I love the glass house and everything they have to offer. Dont know what they have? Nows a good time to find out! Ive been a customer since they opened in barberton back in the early 2000s. Never disappointed me.

I love this store and the atmosphere. Usually go to the babrerton location but this will definitely be my new shop😊 I think his name was Ryan...but he was so helpful and amazing attitude!

Everything in this store is of mediocre quality. The young man who assisted me was extremely rude and unhelpful. He wasnt willing to try to answer any of my questions and had no knowledge about most of the products. Many things in the store were over priced, and the general cleanliness and appearance of the store was almost laughable. I will never return to this store

Great products, but I dont appreciate being talked down to by the employees until I walk out. Never ask questions or youll be treated like a brainless idiot at least by the employee I dealt with.

Nice stuff, the guy there was not very nice, had a attitude. I will still go there, I just know not to expect much from their help.

Kenmore location sold me expired ink once, then another time sold me expired lidocaine spray, their tattoo equipment can ALL be purchased off eBay for half the price (nothing is top of the line here), they are ALWAYS out of one size of needle or another, and were out of medium gloves for SIX MONTHS!!!! Do your self a favor and find a consistent supplier bc this place isnt it. Only reason it didnt get 1 star is bc the guys that work there are super friendly.

I called the store looking to buy cannabis scented candles or incenses. The employee that answered the phone never let me get past cannabis scented before hanging up on me. I called back,he answered threatening to call the police & give them my phone number for trying to buy illegal products. Since when is cannabis scented candles illegal? He finally listened to the fact that I was trying to buy candles. He proceeded to use the excuse for his arrogance & rudeness as stating he had 3 previous calls from people trying to buy illegal products. Really though,who calls a head shop to purchase drugs? I then called the Barberton store to see if they had the candles & the employee that I spoke with there stated another customer was in the store on Kenmore Blvd earlier & was complaining that they had left that store going to the Barberton store due to his rudeness. Not the way to run a business.

The only stor I will shop at. Karlos was the one who took care of our needs awesome dude. Would definitely recommend.

Stopped on our way home because the “open” sign was on. Walked up to the door and it was locked, so the employee inside points to the hours sign, which was on the way bottom of the door where you wouldn’t even see it. Just kind of rude.
