They always take care of me here and make sure I am happy with the products. Literally the only shop I go to.

Went to BW’s and had to see what all the bright lights were about! Very nice shop! One of the better shops that have been in. Go check them out!

And I was giving these to try out I would recommend them to anybody use them here for what two weeks now and they really work pretty good for me so go by and give him a shout and check them out LOL.

I have been In maybe 3 times within a month. Two younger gentleman work there and are wonderful. I recently switched to Vapeoresso. I had an issue with the new filter today and the gentleman gave me a new once we figured out there was a malfunction with the filter.

I recently visited the valley smoke shop in Cuyahoga falls I cant say enough about the amazing service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and were incredibly knowledgeable about their products. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The range of products was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. Ill definitely be returning to the valley smoke shop for all my smoking needs. Highly recommended!

Vince and Sage very so very helpful that this is definitely my smoke shop for life. They both are so informative and knowledgeable about all the different products it so helpful! Especially being a chronic pain patient and they are constantly trying to help with that which is so kind of them!

I love this shop! I stopped going to others in the area to specifically go to this one. Amazing, knowledgeable staff and incredible pricing. Large inventory of items, beyond what I see in other shops.

I do not recommend shopping at this establishment. Today I purchased one package of “Slapwoods”, which isn’t a cheap item compared to other tobacco leafs. It’s $10.66 after tax. A couple days before, which I believe was Saturday, I purchased the exact same item. On both occasions the entire package of tobacco leafs where incredibly stale.The first time I purchased the item I gave the establishment the benefit of the doubt, as situations like this sometimes happen. As I walked in today the Cashier who I can only identify as “Lasagna” (the name she left on the receipt) insisted that the box was brand new and there was no way they were stale. I handed her the package which I had bought minutes earlier and showed her that they were stale.She insisted that it wasn’t anything she could do about it. I asked the lady if there was a way to get at least store credit if you can’t exchange an item, as I am a frequent shopper at this establishment. Instead she told me there was no way the store could “get there money back.” Which I asked her well how do I get my money back, I’m the customer? She told me to contact their vender, In which I had to beg her for a receipt. I did use my debit card for the transaction. She then proceeded to act as if I didn’t just come in the store and buy the tobacco from her. After a little back in forth she finally printed the receipt. And I left the establishment. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service, especially to regular patrons. It wasn’t necessarily about me getting my money back, but how nasty the lady was about the whole ordeal. She could have told me how to go about my claim from the jump instead of bickering at me and calling me a liar.

Nice selection on disposables. From what I understand all the glass comes from the same place and quality isn’t there. Maybe try different vendors. 3 bongs and they all hit like they’re clogged. Also I don’t understand why they sell non disposable vape set ups but have 0 parts for any of them.
